Abstract

In this era of globalization, it is marked by competitive and risky economic developments. Every company competes each other for business positions by improving and developing the quality of their Human Resources (HR). Human Resources is an important aspect in the Company. The important thing to note is about employee discipline, people who are successful or achievers are usually disciplined. Success and accomplished people usually have good discipline. In a sense it has regularity. The main characteristic of discipline is well-organized. The purpose of this research is to find out: 1) The Effect of Work Culture on Work Discipline, 2) The Effect of Compensation on Work Discipline. The population of this research are the 32 employees of CV. Bumi Delta Makmur. The sample in this reserach is using a non-probability sampling technique by taking the sample by saturated sampling. Another term for saturated sampling is a census in which all members are sampled. The data used in this study are primary and direct data, and also interviews and company internal data. The analytical technique used in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. Based on the research that has been done, it is obtained: 1) Work Culture has a positive and significant effect on Work Discipline, 2) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Work Discipline.

Abstract

Investment is an investment for profit in a certain period. This study aims to analyze financial literacy, financial efficacy, and financial behavior on student investment decisions. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business at UPN "Veteran" East Java who had invested. The sampling technique usedmethod non-probability sampling and determined by purposive sampling. The sample used in this study is 96 respondents who have invested and are still active students of the economics and business faculty at UPN "Veteran" East Java. This study uses Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the results of the research that has been done, it shows that the variables of financial literacy and financial behavior have an effect on student investment decisions. While the financial efficacy variable has no effect on student investment decisions.

Abstract

Currently Indonesia has been experiencing a pandemic of Covid-19, a pandemic is evenly distributed globally so that it requires people to do their activities day-to-day to remain at home only. Thus this then the increase in digital services, especially e-commerce is rapidly increasing. Increased service digital in the field of e-commerce is made also of interest high consumer purchasing on e-coommerce one of them. The purpose of performing this research is to observe whether your ad is and the tagline effect on buying interest in Tiket.com. The population in this research is the people who see the ad and tagline Tiket.com Indonesia. This study applies non-probability sampling in the sampling of the research as well as adopting a purposive sampling technique. There were 66 respondents then the data collected from the respondents can be analyzed with Partial Least Square ( PLS ). This study obtained the existence of a positive influence in the buying interest Tiket.com based on ads provide a positive influence on buying interest, the tagline also give the influence of yan positively to purchase intention on Tiket.com Indonesia

Abstract

The development of a country can be seen from the economic development in a country, especially Indonesia, it can be seen from the amount of funds owned. The culture of saving in Indonesian society is currently known to be quite low compared to other Asian countries. This is reflected in the low desire to save. Savings is one of the important factors in the economy in a country, because the economy will be strong if the country has a high level of savings. Savings are used as a precaution in the face of something that might happen in the future.This study aims to analyze the effect of financial knowledge, trust, consumptive behavior on saving decisions. The population in this study was Generation Z, Tulungagung Regency. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling technique. The technique of determining the number of samples using the slovin formula. The sample used in the study was 100 people or respondents. The data used in this study is primary data which is data from the questionnaire results from the answers of 100 respondents. The analysis technique in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS).The results of the study indicate that financial knowledge, trust, and consumptive behavior have a significant positive influence on saving decisions.

Abstract

Wanita memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam kekuatan ekonomi keluarga. Pentingnya aspek produktif kaum wanita tidak saja untuk kepentingan penguatan posisi dengan laki-Iaki ( suami ) melainkan juga sangat strategis dalam upaya pengentasan kemiskinan apalagi di masa pandemi seperti sekarang ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh tingkat partisipasi Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Tani Luhur Desa Nambakan Kecamatan Ringinrejo Kabupaten Kediri yaitu dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengawasan dan pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan sebagai upaya meningkatkan kesejahteraan Islami di Masa Pandemi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis regresi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan terhadap 28 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang significan sebesar 0.726 pada tingkat kepercayaan 5%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa partisipasi Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Tani Luhur sangat penting dalam mewujudkan kesejahteraan Islami di masa pandemi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and compensation on the work discipline of employees of PT. Shelter Nusantara. The population of this study were employees of PT. Shelter Nusantara, which amounts to 119. The sampling technique in this study used a simple random sampling technique using the Slovin formula, from the results of the calculation of the slovin formula, a sample of 54 respondents was obtained. The analytical technique used in this study is to use the Partial Least Square (PLS) application. According to the results of the study, it was found that: 1) Leadership has a contribution to work discipline, which means that the better the leadership in a company, the better the work discipline in the company. 2) Compensation has a contribution to work discipline, which means that the better the compensation, the better the work discipline. The company needs to improve the existing leadership and the compensation given to employees so that employee work discipline increases.

Abstract

This study aims to testing the influence of transformational leadership style, competence and achievement motivation on performance. This research is carried out at PT. Eskapindo Matra Kso PT. Dressa Cipta Engineering at the package of consultation services engineering supervision of the construction of the toll road Solo - Ngawi - Kertosono segment: Ngawi - Kertosono package 3. sta 118 + 700 - sta 139 + 760. The purpose of this study is to explain and further analyze the effect of transformational leadership style, competence and achievement motivation on the performance of supervision consultant personnel. The sample of this research is 82 person personnel of supervision consultant team of Solo - Ngawi toll road construction: Ngawi - Kertosono package 3. sta 118 + 700 - sta 139 + 760, data collection with census or saturated sampling technique. Data testing with SPSS 21.0 for validity and reliability test, classical assumption test and multiple regression analysis. The result of this research is that transformational leadership has no significant effect on performance, while competence has a positive and significant effect on performance as well as motivation have positive and significant effect to performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and labor discipline on job satisfaction of employees at PT. Pos Indonesia (persero) Gresik. The population of this study were all employees at PT. Pos Indonesia (persero) Gresik, which amounts to 63. The sampling technique used in this study used the saturated sampling method, information gathering is carried out throught distributing questionnaires to all employees. The analysis technique used in this study is to use the Partial Least Square (PLS) application with reliability test, validation tests, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study, it was found that: 1) work environment has a contribution to job satisfaction, which means that the better the work environment in a company, the better the job satisfaction in the company. 2) Labor discipline has a contribution to job satisfaction, which means that the better labor discipline the better the job satisfaction. The company needs to improve the work environment and the labor discipline given to employees so that employee job satisfaction increases

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara agraris yang gemah ripah loh jinawi, dimana masyarakat khususnya pedesaan pada umumnya bercorak pertanian sebagai basis ekonomi utamanya. Dengan sentuhan teknologi dan peluang pasar yang sangat luas baik di dalam negeri maupun di manca negara, sektor pertanian berpotensi untuk diupayakan, dan memiliki prospektif sebagai pilihan wirausaha. Kontribusi pelaku usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) terhadap perekonomian memang telah terbukti, namun disisi lain pelaku skala ini juga masih banyak menghadapi masalah, yaitu salah satunya adalah dalam pengelolaan/manajemen keuangan. Untuk menghasilkan kinerja yang baik pelaku UMKM harus tahu bagaimana cara mengelola keuangan usahanya. Managemen keuangan merupakan salah satu hal yang sering di abaikan oleh pelaku UMKM. Keterbatasan pengetahuan mereka tentang akuntansi menyebabkan mereka tidak mampu untuk mengelola keuangan dengan baik dan hal itu akan mempengaruhi evaluasi kinerja usaha mereka. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui pemahaman pengetahuan dasar tentang keuangan pribadi, pemahaman berkaitan dengan pinjaman dan tabungan, pemahaman pengetahuan tentang asuransi dan pemahaman tentang investasi pada pelaku usaha tanaman hias di kampung wiasata bunga Desa Banyuurip Kecamatan Kedamean Kabupaten Gresik Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif . Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaku usaha tanaman hias di Desa Banyuurip Kecamatan Kedamean, Kabupaten Gresik sebanyak 915 orang, Adapun Penentuan besarnya sampel yang diambil dari populasi peneliti menggunakan rumus yang dikemukakan oleh Slovin Sejumlah 100 orang. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah metode statistic deskriptif Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman pengetahuan dasar tentang keuangan pribadi tingkat 69 % artinya pelaku usaha mempunyai pengetahuan dasar pengelolaan keuangan,dalam kategori sedang, Pemahaman berkaitan dengan pinjaman dan tabungan dalam tingkat 58,25%, artinya pelaku usaha mempunyai pengetahuan tabungan dan pinjaman dalam kategori rendah, Pemahaman pengetahuan tentang asuransi dan berbagai produknya dalam tingkat 71 %, artinya pelaku usaha mempunyai pengetahuan tabungan dan pinjaman dalam kategori sedang , pemahaman pengetahuan tentang investasi dan berbagai produknya dalam tingkat 52,75 %, artinya pelaku usaha mempunyai pengetahuan tabungan dan pinjaman dalam kategori rendah, sehingga pemahaman manajemen keuangan secara keseluruhan mempunyai score 60,25 % dalam kategori sedang. Sebagian besar Pelaku usaha tanaman hias di Desa Banyuurip Kecamatan Kedamean, Kabupaten Gresik, belum menerapkan perencanaan keuangan, asuransi maupun investasi, juga belum membuat pembukuan (akuntansi) sehingga diperlukan literasi keuangan dan pelaksanaan edukasi keuangan, sekaligus pengembangan infrastruktur yang mendukung literasi keuangan bagi pelaku usaha dan masyarakat. Abstract

Determination of warehouse layout is important for companies engaged in the field of distributors. The purpose of this research is to find out how the process in designing the proposed layout of product warehouses in PT. Megah Bangunan Abadi and to know the efficient level of layout of new proposals against distance and cost in the loading and unloading process at the product warehouse. This research uses quantitative descriptive research methods. If all data is collected then then calculate the distance between departments, determine the cost of material handling and create from to chart and then process the data using software WinQSB to obtain the final iteration to compare with the initial layout. The results of this study show that there are 3 proposed layouts. From the proposed warehouse layout obtained the amount of distance 2.067,35 m with the total distance of the initial layout 2.373 m and has a level of 12,88 % efficiency compared to the initial layout. In total cost layout the final proposal has a total cost of Rp.18.922.030 with the total initial cost of Rp 39.926.050 and the new proposed warehouse layout has an efficiency level of 52,6% compared to the initial layout.
