Abstract

Relationships with customers is more important than setting sales goals. Customer Relationship Management is one way to satisfy and retain loyal customers, and this method will be applied in research for businessman in Kampung Tahu Kota Kediri. The reason for choosing a location in Kampung Tahu that there are approximately 30 more businessman who have the same product, with the same location, so that the level of competition in Kampung Tahu is very tight and must avoid customer grabs, negative impacts. This research focused on the tofu industry house "Sidodadi" which is also located in the tofu village, by taking 50 samples of customers with 20 questionnaire questions. Using Descriptive quantitative methods with the Application of CRM programs to Customer Loyalty and Job Satisfaction as a Moderate Variable. Calculations using SPSS theory produce an analysis of the R2 squere value of 0.562. CRM was able to explain loyalty by 56.2% and the remaining 43.8% was explained by other variables not studied in this research. As known that the higher the CRM, the higher the customer loyalty. The conclusions of research that the better or more attractive the CRM program applied to the tofu industry, the loyalty from customers will increase. Keywords : CRM, satisfied, loyalty, moderating

Abstract

In the digital age, consumers increasingly rely on the internet and social platforms for media. One emerging phenomenon is electronic word of mouth . This refers to sharing information and reviews about products and services offered by individuals through online platforms. The purpose of this study was to find out how product quality and electronic word-of-mouth affect consumers' desire to buy Azarine skin care products. Using quantitative methodology The study population is women in the city of Medan. A sample of 100 respondents was taken using the Slovin formula and the purposive sampling method to select respondents who met the specified criteria. Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the data with SPSS 26. These findings show that the electronic word of mouth variable shows that there is a positive and significant influence on the purchase decisions of Azarine skin care products, and the product quality variable shows a positive and significant influence. a significant influence between product quality variables on purchase intent, so that electronic word of mouth and product quality simultaneously have a significant effect on purchase decisions of Azarine skin care products in the city of Medan. Electronic word of mouth and product quality are also important factors in consumer purchasing decisions. Consumers look for products that can meet their needs and expectations.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to investigate how three factors impact the outcome, namely free float ratio, liquidity risk, and financial risk on the stock returns of the IDXV 30 index in 2020-2021. The information utilized in this research were acquired as secondary data from IDX during the period of January 2020 to December 2021. The technique utilized for analyzing the data was multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that there is a simultaneous effect between free float ratio, liquidity risk, and financial risk on stock returns in the IDXV 30 index in 2020-2021. This study also shows that liquidity risk has a greater influence on stock returns than free float ratio and financial risk inthe IDXV 30 index in 2020. The results of this study can provide important contributions to investors in making investment decisions in the IDXV 30 index in 2020-2021. Investors canpay attention to liquidity risk as one of the factors that can affect the stock returns of the IDXV 30 index. Furthermore, this study can also serve as a reference for future researchers in developing research on the influence of certain factors on stock returns of the index.

Abstract

In the Decree of the Minister of Religion 633 of 2020 concerning Bureaucratic Reform of the Ministry of Religion, it is stated that one of the programs is Human Resources which aims to create clean, professional and responsible apparatus through employee management by implementing a competency-based Human Resources management system. The research objective is a description of the answer you want to know, Sugiyono revealed that the research objective is so that data can be found, developed, and proven. Meanwhile, the results of the research will obtain new knowledge so that it can be used to understand, solve, and anticipate problems. The purpose of this research is to analyze the simultaneous influence of instructional leadership, work discipline and work conflict on teacher performance at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Blitar. Based on the problems discussed in this study, the researcher used a quantitative approach, the value of the Anova F Test: 53,286 with Sig F Test: 0.000 <0.05 So there is a simultaneous influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable or H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Sig. Value the value of R Square and adjusted R Square, if it is close to 1, the greater it can explain the dependent variable (Y). The R value or multiple correlation is 0.857, the R Square is 0.734 with the Adjusted R Square value: 0.720 > 0.5 indicating that a set of independent variables can strongly explain the dependent variable, and is significant because the simultaneous test rejects H0. The magnitude of the effect is 72%, and the remaining 100% -72% = 28% is explained by other variables outside the model.

Abstract

In the era of globalization and ever-developing information technology, online shopping through e-commerce has become one of the main choices for consumers throughout the world. Lazada is an e-commerce platform in Indonesia which has become the main e-commerce for shopping and selling products online in the Southeast Asia region since 2012. This research aims to examine the influence of interface quality, perceived enjoyment, and perceived trust on purchase intentions using Lazada e-commerce application. The data used is primary data. This research is included in quantitative research with a purposive sampling technique. The population of this study were Lazada users and the research respondents used were 258 respondents. This research uses SEM-PLS version 4.0. The results of this research show that interface quality has a positive but not significant effect on purchase intention. Then perceived enjoyment and perceived trust have a significant positive effect on purchase intention.

Abstract

Human resource management (HRM) is a part of management that focuses on paying attention to potential or assets in the form of human resources which function as the main capital in internal improvement of organizations and companies. The company experienced a decline in employee performance due to low employee work discipline, especially in the operational department. The shipping industry in Indonesia is mostly located in Batam, where almost 60% of the 160 shipyards in Indonesia are in Batam. In recent years, the shipbuilding industry in Batam has developed quite rapidly. From the phenomena and background of the problem above, so that the resulting employee performance can be more optimal, it is thought to be influenced by the factor that has the most dominant influence, namely work discipline. This research is quantitative, using primary data. The data sources in this research were obtained from questionnaires on 400 respondents and literature studies. The research results show several things, namely work discipline influences employee performance, work motivation influences employee performance, work quality does not influence employee performance, leadership style influences employee performance, and job satisfaction does not influence employee performance. Abstract

This research is motivated by the level of competition in the culinary business world which is now increasingly rampant. MSMEs are competing to continue to innovate following advances in information technology and create distinct product advantages. This study aims to determine the effect of market orientation, product innovation, and entrepreneurial orientation on SMEs in Nganjuk Regency. This research is quantitative, The resource primary from questionnaires distributed to MSME actors in Nganjuk Regency. The population in this study is SMEs that fit the research criteria. The sample used was 82 respondents. The test equipment used in this study is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, and determination testing with the help of SPSS version 25. The conclusions are (1) There is a significant and partial effect, between market orientation and competitive advantage in centers MSMEs sleepy district. (2) There is a significant and partial influence between product innovation and competitive advantage in the MSME centers of Nganjuk Regency. (3) There is a significant and partial influence between entrepreneurial orientation and competitive advantage in the MSME centers of Nganjuk Regency. (4) There is a significant and partial influence between market orientation, product innovation, and entrepreneurial orientation with competitive advantage in the MSME centers of Nganjuk Regency.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of operating capacity, sales growth, and operating cash flow on company value with financial distress as an intervening variable in transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 2017-2021. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample population for this study are 12 transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021 which have minus profits or have suffered losses for 2 (two) consecutive years. The method used in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS) version 4.0.9.3. The results of the study show that operating capacity has no significant effect on financial distress; operating capacity has a significant effect on firm value; sales growth has no significant effect on financial distress; sales growth has a significant effect on company value; operating cash flow has no significant effect on financial distress; operating cash flow has no significant effect on firm value; financial distress has no significant effect on firm value; financial distress is not able to moderate operating capacity on company value; financial distress is not able to moderate sales growth on company value; and financial distress is not able to moderate operating cash flow on firm value.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of talent management, knowledge management, training, motivation and resolution on employee performance in the city of Batam in the banking sector. The research method carried out by researchers uses quantitative methods. The objects of this research are banking employees in the city of Batam. The sample in this study amounted to 402 respondents using the SPSS application. The research results showed that all variables were found to be significantly positive on employee performance.

Abstract

The matter of climate change is progressively emerging as a worldwide preoccupation. Companies must innovate in order to overcome this challenge and simultaneously sustain their profitability. The future trajectory of a company is heavily contingent upon the extent to which its leaders actively pursue and implement innovative practices. This study seeks to examine the correlation between green innovation, the age of senior management, and profitability in electricitiy companies, which are the primary contributors to carbon emissions. Utilizing panel data regression analysis with secondary data spanning from 2013 to 2022, this study reveals that green process innovation exerts a noteworthy influence on return on assets (ROA). Furthermore, the age of top management acts as a moderating factor in the association between green process innovation and ROA. However, green product innovation does not exert a substantial influence on profitability. This study addresses the lack of research conducted on electricity comapnies, providing valuable insights for corporate stakeholders who are contemplating investments in green innovation and taking age into account when choosing top management. To enhance the academic rigor of this study, other factors pertaining to top management characteristics, such as educational background and diversity of the top management team, can be used.
