Abstract

The performance of workers, particularly in the manufacturing sector, has become a significant concern, encompassing issues related to unskilled human resources, educational levels, economic systems, and inadequate working environments. This research is centered on manufacturing companies in Batam City, examining the interconnectedness of work environment, leadership, colleagues, job security, and salary in influencing employee performance, with job satisfaction acting as a mediator. Primary data for the study is collected through online distributed questionnaires, employing a purposive sampling method for respondent selection. A negative work environment has a detrimental impact on employee performance, fostering dissatisfaction and diminishing overall output. Ineffectual leadership contributes to employee dissatisfaction and subsequently hampers performance. Collaborative support from colleagues plays a pivotal role in enhancing employee performance. A secure work environment positively correlates with improved employee performance. Adequate and timely salary payments commensurate with job responsibilities contribute to enhanced employee performance. Employee satisfaction emerges as a key factor influencing performance, with higher satisfaction levels corresponding to increased productivity.

Abstract

Along with the times and supported by the development of increasingly sophisticated technology, it can facilitate companies in marketing products or services on the internet, namely E-Commerce. Where E-Commerce companies are competing to offer the best deals to their customers. Customers who buy products have expectations that the products they buy must be of good quality and in accordance with what they want. This study aims to examine the mediating role of customer satisfaction on the effect of product quality and digital marketing on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. In this study, the sample was 300 respondents who used Tokopedia. The results of this study found that product quality had no significant effect on customer satisfaction, digital marketing had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, product quality had a significant effect on customer loyalty, digital marketing had a significant positive effect on customer loyalty, product quality had no significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction, digital marketing had a significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. In future research to conduct studies or research that go deeper or even develop a concept or theory. can also conduct more in-depth research with the development of more comprehensive variables and more specific units of analysis related to product quality and digital marketing on loyalty through satisfaction. Future research can consider expanding the research object so that the results obtained are more accurate than this study.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the factors that influence repurchase intention of boba drinks among generation Z in Batam City. By carrying out this research, it helps boba business entrepreneurs to understand which factor influences consumers to keep repurchase the boba drinks. The number of samples is 453 respondents with using purposive sampling method. The collected research data will be analyzed using Partial Least Squares with Structural Equation Modeling techniques. Based on the results of the analysis applied, it is proven that product quality, service quality, brand image, store atmosphere, and price have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction and consumer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on repurchase intention.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment, work motivation, rewards, and compensation on employee performance, as well as the mediating variableof job satisfaction. The method used in this research is a quantitative analysis method and a survey method by distributing questionnaires and producing 404 respondents from manufacturing companies in the city of Batam. This research was tested using the Smart Partial Least Squares (SmartPLS) model, namely a model that uses partial least squares based on partial and total probability. The results of this study show that the work environment has a significant effect on job satisfaction, work motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction, awards have a significant effect on job satisfaction, compensation has a significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a significant effect on the work environment, the work environment is mediated by job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance, work motivation mediated by job satisfaction has an effect on employee performance, rewards mediated by job satisfaction have an effect on employee performance, and compensation mediated by job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance. The results of this research are able to illustrate what factors can produce employees with high qualifications.

Abstract

In the Decree of the Minister of Religion 633 of 2020 concerning Bureaucratic Reform of the Ministry of Religion, it is stated that one of the programs is Human Resources which aims to create clean, professional and responsible apparatus through employee management by implementing a competency-based Human Resources management system. The research objective is a description of the answer you want to know, Sugiyono revealed that the research objective is so that data can be found, developed, and proven. Meanwhile, the results of the research will obtain new knowledge so that it can be used to understand, solve, and anticipate problems. The purpose of this research is to analyze the simultaneous influence of instructional leadership, work discipline and work conflict on teacher performance at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Blitar. Based on the problems discussed in this study, the researcher used a quantitative approach, the value of the Anova F Test: 53,286 with Sig F Test: 0.000 <0.05 So there is a simultaneous influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable or H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Sig. Value the value of R Square and adjusted R Square, if it is close to 1, the greater it can explain the dependent variable (Y). The R value or multiple correlation is 0.857, the R Square is 0.734 with the Adjusted R Square value: 0.720 > 0.5 indicating that a set of independent variables can strongly explain the dependent variable, and is significant because the simultaneous test rejects H0. The magnitude of the effect is 72%, and the remaining 100% -72% = 28% is explained by other variables outside the model. Dalam Keputusan Menteri Agama 633 Tahun 2020 Tentang Reformasi Birokrasi Kementerian Agama, disebutkan bahwa salah satu Programnya adalah Sumber Daya Manusia bertujuan untuk menciptakan aparatur yang bersih, profesional dan bertanggung jawab melalui penataan pegawai dengan menerapkan sistem manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia yang berbasis kompetensi. Tujuan Penelitian adalah gambaran jawaban yang ingin di ketahui, Sugiyono mengungkapkan bahwa tujuan penelitian yaitu agar data dapat ditemukan, dikembangkan, dan dibuktikan Sedangkan hasil dari penelitian akan memperoleh suatu pengetahuan baru sehingga dapat digunakan untuk memahami, memecahkan, dan mengantisipasi masalah. Tujuan dari Penelitian Ini adalah: Menganalisis Pengaruh Secara Simultan Kepemimpinan Instruksional, Disiplin Kerja dan Konflik Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Blitar. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, nilai Uji F Anova: 53.286 dengan Sig Uji F: 0.000 < 0,05 Maka ada pengaruh variabel independen secara simultan terhadap variabel dependent atau H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Nilai Sig. nilai R Square dan adjusted R Square, bila mendekati 1 maka semakin besar dapat menjelaskan Variabel dependen (Y). Nilai R atau korelasi ganda sebesar 0.857 maka R Square 0.734 dengan nilai Adjusted R Square: 0.720 > 0,5 menunjukkan bahwa sekumpulan variabel bebas dapat menjelasakan secara kuat variabel terikat, dan signifikan sebab uji simultan tolak H0. Besar pengaruhnya 72%, dan sisanya 100%-72% = 28% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar model.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and identify the influence of discounts, promotions and consumer trust on purchasing decisions. Research was conducted on consumers or customers who have made purchases at Shopee in the last few months with a total population of 105 people. The sample used was only 100 respondents because some samples did not match the criteria. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires via Google forms and conventional ones directly. Variable measurement uses a Likert scale with a scale of 1-7 and analysis for data processing uses the multiple linear regression method with the SPSS ver. 25. The research results show that discounts, promotions and consumer trust have a significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Sidikalang is known as a producer of robusta coffee beans which are known to have high levels of caffeine, reaching 70-80%. The quality of the coffee beans produced has stronger physical and taste characteristics. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Marketing Mix(4p) on consumer purchasing decisions for Sidikalang Coffee (Case study of Sidikalang's Tapik Coffee). This type of research used is quantitative research. Data was collected using questionnaire data and direct surveys filled with 100 respondents. The analysis tools used are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test (partial) and f test (simultaneous). The results of the study concluded that the Product, Price and Promotion Variables had a significant effect on the purchasing decisions of Sidikalang's coffee consumers (partially). Location did not have a significant effect on the purchase decision. Sidikalang's appearance, which is so delicious, is no longer in doubt about its quality.

Abstract

Human resource management plays a very important role for the company in order to provide maximum results besides that it will also have the best professionalism that can be relied upon to achieve the company's goals and objectives, namely getting maximum profit. This study aims to analyze the effect of work supervision, work culture, and work environment on employee productivity at PT ABC. The company has goals to achieve, and it is highly expected that workers want to work according to the standards set by the company, and the company wants its employees to work very productively. The sample for this survey was 69 respondents who answered. This research uses quantitative methods using validity tests, reliability tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple regression tests, t tests and F tests with the help of SPSS statistics.

Abstract

Employee retention is a company strategy to retain employees to stay with the company for a certain period of time. Banking companies that are successful in providing good training and development programs, appropriate compensation and a comfortable and harmonious organizational culture will certainly increase job satisfaction which is in line with employee retention levels. This research was conducted to determine the impact of compensation, training and development and organizational culture on employee retention. In this research, job satisfaction is a mediating variable. The population studied were all employees who actively worked in the private banking industry in Batam City. This research used quantitative research and obtained 280 respondents. Data analysis uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)-SmartPLS method. The data collection method used was a questionnaire distributed online via Google Form. The results of this research are that compensation, training and development and organizational culture have a positive and significant impact on employee retention with job satisfaction as mediation. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the implementation and stages of inventorying and reporting of regional property, what are the obstacles encountered, and how to optimize the implementation of inventory and reporting of regional property at BPKAD Blitar Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with interviews as the main tool for collecting data.In this study there were 6 keys informants and 3 supporting informants. The results of the study showed that the inventory and reporting of regional property was carried out in all OPDs in Blitar Regency and had been carried out in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Number 47 of 2021 concerning Procedures for Carrying Out Bookkeeping, Inventory and Reporting of Regional Property, however it was still Obstacles were encountered, namely the lack of human resources and the administration of recording regional property in Blitar Regency was still not in order, so that the implementation of inventory and reporting of regional property could not be said to be optimal. The author suggests to conduct training for goods administrators.
