Strategic planning is very necessary in order to achieve the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) with the right goals and objectives. Besides that, reliable and professional HR performance is also needed to carry out the duties and functions related to the strategic planning that has been determined. The determination of the Main Indicators must meet the characteristics and criteria of adequate Performance Indicators for measuring the performance of the Regional Work Units in order to achieve the Blitar Keren Program. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Strategic Planning with Emphasis on the Blitar Keren Program on Achievement of KPI (Key Performance Indicators) in Blitar City, determine the effect of HR performance with Emphasis on the Blitar Keren Program on Achievement of KPI (Main Performance Indicators) City Blitar. and to determine the simultaneous effect of strategic planning and HR performance with the emphasis on the Blitar Keren Program on the Achievement of the KPI (Key Performance Indicators) of Blitar City. This type of research is a quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The primary data collection technique was using a questionnaire questionnaire. Meanwhile, secondary data collection uses BPS data and data sourced from the Blitar city government. the number of samples in this study were 62 respondents. While the method used in data analysis in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that 1) Strategic Planning had a positive and significant direct effect on the Achievement of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) with the emphasis on the Blitar Keren. Weight on the Blitar Keren Program 3) Strategic Planning and HR performance have a direct positive and significant impact on the Achievement of KPI (Key Performance Indicators) with an emphasis on the Blitar Keren Program

This research is entitled "Analysis of the Development of MSMEs in the Informal Sector of Blitar City Due to the Impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic". The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic in Blitar City caused the informal sector business to experience a decline in turnover due to a decrease in sales. Some of the informal sectors, especially those based on food and beverages, were disrupted due to delays in the distribution of raw materials and decreased production capacity due to the implementation of restrictions on community activities (PPKM) in the city of Blitar. The purpose of this study is to analyze the development of MSMEs in the informal sector of Blitar City due to the impact of the covid-19 pandemic, to determine the extent to which business actors persist in financial and capital problems in the informal business sector of Blitar City due to the impact of the covid-19 pandemic and to determine the influence and effectiveness of government policies. for the micro and informal business sectors that have been carried out during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this study is a qualitative method using the mills and hubberman methods. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the condition of the informal sector business in the city of Blitar in 2020 experienced a temporary cessation of operations and those that were still surviving experienced a decline in turnover. Meanwhile, in 2021 it was found that there were a small number of informal sector businesses that stopped permanently, but for informal sector businesses that were still surviving, there was an increase in turnover. Furthermore, related to capital assistance from the government in the form of BPUM, direct assistance and KUR have not been evenly received by business actors in the informal sector, so that on average they still survive using their own capital. Finally, it can be said that during the COVID-19 pandemic, informal sector businesses were not significantly affected.

Organisasi membutuhkan sumber daya manusia untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Sumber daya manusia, yang merupakan salah satu faktor terpenting dalam sebuah organisasi. Hakikat organisasi adalah manusia itu sendiri, sedangkan manusia adalah makhluk hidup yang selalu berkembang, diperlukan terobosan-terobosan lebih untuk perbaikan pengembangan sumber daya manusia sebagai motor penggerak organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Human Relations terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kecamatan Kepanjenkidul Kota Blitar; (2) mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Budaya Kerja Organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kecamatan Kepanjenkidul Kota Blitar; (3) mengetahui pengaruh simultan Human Relations dan Budaya Kerja Organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kecamatan Kepanjenkidul Kota Blitar. Objek penelitian ini adalah pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Kepanjenkidul Kota Blitar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik angket. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan uji t dan uji F untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan terpenuhinya uji validitas, reliabilitas dan asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis t membuktikan bahwa hubungan antar manusia dan budaya kerja organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 42,7%. Hipotesis uji F membuktikan secara simultan, model regresi berganda memperkuat hubungan korelasional antara human relation dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai.

This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership and incentives on the performance of employees Mojowarno District.This study uses quantitative research methods with the independent variable are Transformational leadership and incentives, while the dependent variable is employee performance. The study location is at the Mojowarno District Office, Jombang Regency with the research time in Jue, July and August 2022. In this study the sample taken was The Tembelang District employees totaling 30 people consisting of 16 civil servant and 14 non civil servant. The research data analysis method used is Multiple Liner Regression with technical descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, t test, f test, and coefficient of determination. The result showed that Transformational Leadership had a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Mojowarno District. Incentives had a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Mojowarno District, and Transformational leadership and incentives simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Mojowarno District.

The absence of optimizing the potential of the community of Alai Village, Lembak District, Muaro Enim Regency in the social field is the background for the KKN work program of the Faculty of Economics, Indo Global Mandiri University to optimize community potential through marketing and improving human resources. Marketing strategy is the process of leading an organization/company to key market opportunities, increasing sales and generating desired profits. Marketing strategy is also an important tool for a company to win the competition. Business people tend to think that competitors are nothing more than threats, but in reality, competitors help companies improve their creativity and performance, innovate efficiently and effectively, and become world-class companies. Digital marketing is one of the most influential marketing media. In this case, by using digital marketing through social media, Alai Village SMEs can market their domestic industrial products. This study proposes a digital marketing strategy for MSME products using social media. The results of this survey show that the social media of choice are WhatsApp, Instagram and Shopee. These media are more efficient vehicles for spreading the news.

This study aims to examine the differences in the financial performance of non-financial companies before and after mergers and acquisitions listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The company's financial performance is measured by four financial ratios. The financial ratios used are the liquidity ratio proxied by the current ratio, the solvency ratio is proxied by the debt ratio, the activity ratio is proxied by total asset turnover, the profitability ratio is proxied by the net profit margin. The data analysis technique used in this study used the paired sample t-test analysis and the normality test. The data collection technique uses documentation techniques, the source of data in this study is secondary data and the type of data is documentary data. This study took a sample of non-financial companies that carried out merger acquisitions in 2016-2018 which were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling method and obtained a sample of 14 companies. This study uses a window period of three years before and three years after merger acquisition. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant difference in Total Asset Turnover before and after the acquisition merger, while there is no significant difference in the Crrent Ratio, Net Profit Margin, Debt Ratio before and after the acquisition merger.

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh hubungan stres kerja dan konflik kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada PT. Indomobil Suzuki Plant I Tambun sebagai objek penelitian. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui jawaban dari setiap permasalahan dengan mencari tahu hubungan antar variabel yang sudah ditentukan berdasarkan hasil observasi. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif sedangkan alat yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data berupa kuesioner dengan teknik skala likert. Responden dalam penelitian ini merupakan karyawan PT. Indomobil Suzuki Plant I Tambun dengan jumlah 100 karyawan, penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 5% dengan rumus tersebut, maka sampel untuk penelitian ini berjumlah 80 karyawan yang dipilih secara acak dengan metode Probability Sampling menggunakan teknik random sampling. Teknik Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan bantuan software Lisrel versi 8.80. Hasil uji pada penelitian ini berupa Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Hipotesis dan Uji Pengaruh langsung dan pengaruh tidak langsung. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, konflik kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, stres kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, konflik kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Stres kerja berepengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening, dan konflik kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening.

This study aims to analyze the influence of Product Quality and Brand Image on the Purchasing Decision of The Sidoarjo branch of Lapis Kukus Pahlawan Surabaya. The population used as the object of study was the consumers of the Sidoarjo branch of Lapis Kukus Pahlawan Surabaya with sample calculations through purposive sampling techniques through the lemeshow calculation formula obtained by 100 respondents. The quantitative method was chosen by the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) data analysis technique using the PLS (Partial Least Squares) software application. The research proved that product quality influences purchase decisions for Lapis Kukus Palawan Surabaya and brand image influences purchase decisions for Lapis Kukus Palawan Surabaya Sidoarjo.

This study aims to analyze -- (Qris) with the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach which is expanded by adding subjective norms and perceptions of security as exogenous variables. Subjective norms are hypothesized to influence intention to use, either directly or indirectly through endogenous variables in TAM. Meanwhile, the perceived security variable is hypothesized to have a direct effect. Overall the proposed hypothesis forms a research framework in the structural equation model (SEM). Empirical data was obtained through an online survey of 233 respondents who answered 23 complete questionnaire questions. The selection of respondents was determined using a purposive-non-probability sampling approach from active users of the Quick Response Indonesia Standard (Qris) at various banks in East Java whose population size is unknown. The software used to inform that all the indicators used meet the validity and reliability criteria, the research model meets the suitability criteria. The five TAM variables and their extensions have a positive and acceptable effect on intention to use. The biggest influence of the antecedent variables on the intention to use successively is subjective norm, perceived usefulness, attitude, perceived ease of use, and the smallest is perceived security.

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and compensation on the employee turnover rate of Hotel Feodora Airport Palembang. This research carried out on all employees using a saturated sample technique of 132 people. The primary data of this study were obtained through questionnaires and processed using a quantitative approach with the SPSS statistical test tool version 25.00 For Windows. based on results the research conducted found that the variable job satisfaction (Xâ‚) and Compensation (Xâ‚‚) has a negative and significant effect on the turnover rate Employees of Hotel Feodora Airport Palembang (Y). Linear regression test results is obtained the value of the coefficient of job satisfaction (Xâ‚) of -0.786 and the value compensation regression coefficient (Xâ‚‚) of -0.183 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. T test results variable of job satisfaction (Xâ‚) of -13.853 and compensation (Xâ‚‚) of -4.113 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05 partially job satisfaction and compensation have a negative and significant effect on the turnover rate. The results of the F test obtained F count of 204.419 with the level significance of 0.000 < 0.05 which means that simultaneously job satisfaction (Xâ‚) and compensation (Xâ‚‚) have a negative and significant effect on the turnover rate.
