Abstract

PT KLW (company name disguised) is a cigarette manufacturer established in Surabaya and registered as a public company. Based on fluctuating data from PT KLW's sales compared to similar companies, pre-survey results in the form of PT KLW's consumer criticism and suggestions, and comparisons of PT KLW with similar companies, as well as differences in the results of previous studies, so this research is important to do, namely regarding the effect of Product quality on Customer satisfaction through Customer Value as an Intervening Variable in a Case Study in the Tobacco Products Industry. The population in this study were consumers from PT KLW in Surabaya, especially Tegalsari district. The sample used in this research is consumers of PT KLW products. The analytical method used is Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS). The results of the study show that Product quality variables have a significant effect on Customer Value variables, Product quality variables have a significant effect on Customer satisfaction variables, Customer Value variables have a significant effect on Customer satisfaction, and Product quality variables have a significant effect on Customer satisfaction through intervening Customer Value variables. This shows that increasing Product quality has an impact on Customer Value obtained by consumers and in the end the expected Customer satisfaction is achieved.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the financial performance of PT Wijaya Karya Tbk as seen from the financial ratios. In this study, the financial performance of PT Wijaya Karya Tbk using financial ratios in the form of liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, activity ratios, and profitability ratios. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The data used are secondary data from the financial statements of PT Wijaya Karya Tbk for the period 2020 and 2021. The results of research on the profitability ratio of the company PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk are experiencing bad conditions. The company's financial performance solvency ratio level is in quite good condition. This indicates that the company is still unable to utilize the assets it owns and the high cost of goods sold is borne so that the company produces less than optimally and experiences losses. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of discounts, ease of use, and user interface (UI) on intentions to use the McDonald’s application in Bengkulu City. This research uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to respondents who are users of the McDonald’s application in Bengkulu City. The research variables involve discounts as a promotional factor, ease of use as a technological factor, and user interface (UI) as a user interface factor. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 144 respondents. The collected data was analyzed using the regression method to identify the influence of each variable on intention to use the McDonald’s application. This research uses SEM-PLS version 4.0. The research results show that discounts, ease of use, and user interface (UI) have a significant positive effect on the intention to use the McDonald’s application in Bengkulu City. Thus, marketing strategies that focus on providing discounts, increasing ease of use, and improving the user interface (UI) can increase user interest and activeness in utilizing the McDonald’s application.

Abstract

The study conducted at PT. Global Pratama Powerindo reveals that job satisfaction plays a crucial role in enhancing employee performance. However, the physical work environment, when considered independently, does not significantly impact employee performance, as indicated by non-significant statistical results. Interestingly, when analyzing the combined influence of job satisfaction and the physical work environment, a noteworthy impact on employee performance is observed. The F-test results demonstrate that the amalgamation of these factors collectively contributes significantly to enhancing employee performance. Approximately 58% of the variability in employee performance can be explained by job satisfaction and the physical work environment, as indicated by the coefficient of determination (R2) test. The remaining 42% of variations may be influenced by unexamined factors. The research highlights the reliability of the measurement instruments used, ensuring the credibility of the findings. The practical implications suggest that PT. Global Pratama Powerindo's management can improve policies and strategies by focusing on optimizing job satisfaction and the physical work environment to elevate employee performance. Despite valuable insights, the study acknowledges limitations, including a restricted sample size and a narrow industry sector focus, encouraging future research with broader samples and diverse industry involvement. Overall, the research contributes significantly to understanding the dynamics influencing employee performance in the renewable energy sector.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of testing and explaining the influence of profitability, liquidity and leverage on dividend policy at LQ 45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period. The type of data used is secondary data from each LQ 45 company obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange via ww.idx.co.id and annual reports. The sampling technique used by researchers was purposive sampling. The number of samples used in the research was 22 LQ 45 companies that issued dividend policies for the 2018-2022 period. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis test. The research results show that profitability is significantly positive on dividend policy. Negative liquidity is significant to dividend policy and positive leverage is not significant to dividend policy. Keywords: Profitability, Liquidity, Leverage and Dividend Policy

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of e-servicescape (aesthetic appeal, layout and functionality and financial security) on repurchase intention through trust in the halodoc application. The data used is primary data. This research is included in quantitative research using purposive sampling techniques. The population of this research is all people who have used the Halodoc application, totaling 200 respondents. This research uses SEM-PLS version 4.0. The results of this research showed that aesthetic appeal, layout and functionality and financial security had a significant positive effect on trust and repurchase intention, then that aesthetic appeal, layout and functionality and financial security also had a significant positive effect on repurchase intention through trust.

Abstract

A major manufacturing opportunity in Indonesia lies in Batam City, with 70% of electronics production. Six major companies, such as PT Epson Batam and PT Schneider Electric, play a key role. Human resource management (HRM) is a crucial factor in the company's success. Employees who are motivated, satisfied, work in a conducive environment, have good working relationships, and a good level of education can improve company performance. Work motivation, job satisfaction, work environment, work relationships, and employee education level affect performance, with leadership style as a mediator. SEM-PLS analysis shows that these variables have a significant influence. Leadership style acts as a strong mediator, linking motivation, satisfaction, environment, relationships, and education with employee performance. The findings provide important insights for companies in developing HR management strategies to improve performance and competitiveness in the manufacturing industry. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of competence, compensation, and the implementation of Good Pharmacy Practice (GPP) on the job satisfaction of pharmacists who in charge of pharmacies in Kediri Regency. Good pharmacy practice (GPP) is a standard to ensure pharmacists provide every pharmaceutical service so as to create job satisfaction. This research was conducted with a cross sectional survey design. Research uses a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling. The number of samples used was 97 pharmacists who had licenses to practice in charge in Kediri Regency. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between competency (p=0.015) and implementation of GPP (0.024) on job satisfaction. For compensation, it has an r-table (1,661) < r-count (1,977) which indicates that there is a significant relationship with job satisfaction. Overall, there is a significant relationship (p=0.000) with competence, compensation, and GPP implementation and has a positive effect on pharmacist job satisfaction in pharmacies in the Kediri Regency.

Abstract

Banking has many employees due to assisting operations in achieving the goals and targets that have been set. However, unfortunately sometimes these goals and targets are not met due to several reasons, one of which is the work environment, leadership, organizational culture and motivation. The aim of the research is to find out employee performance is influenced by the work environment, leadership, organizational culture and motivation. Employee performance is very much needed in the company in achieving company goals. The research method used was explanatory quantitative, a data collection system using a questionnaire distribution technique with a sample of 320 respondents. Data analysis techniques use SPSS. 25 with several tests carried out on data quality, classical assumptions, and hypotheses. The research results show that there is a significant influence of the work environment on employee performance, leadership has a significant influence on employee performance, organizational culture has no significant influence on employee performance, and motivation has a significant influence on employee performance. Finally, from the simultaneous testing, there was a simultaneous influence of the work environment, leadership, organizational culture and motivation on the performance of Bank employees in Batam.

Abstract

The rise of food services using Online Food Delivery (OFD) is very significant due to its ability to deliver food quickly thereby increasing effectiveness. Therefore, this research tries to understand consumers' desires and intentions to adopt OFD through behavioral reasoning theory. The iui research was conducted using data from 202 OFD users in Indonesia through an online survey. The quantitative method was chosen using the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) data analysis technique using the PLS (Partial Least Squares) software application. Research proves that From a managerial perspective, research findings validate the impact of all constructs on consumer desires and behavioral intentions
