Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of personality, social and professional competencies on improving teacher performance at SMK Al Khoiriyah. This study uses a quantitative approach with an associative design. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling method, involving all teachers at SMK Al Khoiriyah totaling 37 respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 20,0 program. The results indicate that all three competencies positively influence teacher performance improvement, both simultaneously and partially. Teachers’ personality competence contributes to shaping professional attitudes in dealing with students and the school environment. Social competence has been proven to enhance communication effectiveness and teachers’ collaboration with various parties, which ultimately have a positive impact on the learning process. Professional competence plays an important role in increasing the effectiveness of delivering material and implementing innovative learning strategies. This finding confirms that improving teacher performance must be done comprehensively by balancing the three competencies. Therefore, it is recommended that schools continue to support the development of teacher competence through training, self-reflection and strengthening the professional community.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of Organisational Commitment, Self Eficacy, and Servant Leadership on Employee Job Satisfaction at Eleven Q'Ta Temanggung Minimarket. The research method conducted by researchers uses quantitative methods. The object of this research is the employees of Minimarket Sebelas Q'Ta Temanggung. The sample in this study amounted to 40 respondents with data analysis using the SPSS application. The results showed that all variables were found to be significantly positive towards employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the impact of product quality on purchasing decisions, with customer experience and brand trust acting as mediating variables in Skintific products. Data was gathered through online questionnaires completed by 119 respondents who are users of the product. The study employed validity and reliability tests, along with analysis using SmartPLS 4.0 software to evaluate the model and test hypotheses. The findings indicate that product quality significantly influences customer experience in a positive way. Additionally, product quality has a notable positive impact on brand trust. Moreover, customer experience plays a significant role in enhancing purchase decisions, while brand trust also positively affects purchase decisions. Furthermore, product quality itself has a direct and significant effect on purchase decisions. Mediation analysis confirms that both customer experience and brand trust effectively bridge the relationship between product quality and purchasing decisions. These results suggest that enhancing product quality can strengthen customer experience and brand trust, ultimately leading to higher purchase decision.

Abstract

The use of non-subsidized LPG, Bright Gas, designated for middle and upper income households, always decreases every year, on the other side the use of LPG subsidized 3 Kg has increased. This condition indicates the low interest in buying bright gas in the community. One of the ways to increase the use of Bright Gas is by utilizing sales promotion programs, considering the long price difference between Bright Gas and LPG 3 Kg. This study aims to analyze the effect of trade-in sales promotion on Bright Gas buying interest among upper middle-income households in Bandung city. This study used quantitative methods with 183 samples determined using purposive sampling techniques, simple linear regression analysis was used in this study with the aid of SPSS software to measure the strength of the relationship between the variables in the study. The findings in this study show that trade-in sales promotion has a significant positive effect on Bright Gas buying interest.

Abstract

This study was conducted at Puskesmas Rembang 2. The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the relationship between the variables of competence, motivation, and work environment with the performance of the employees at Puskesmas Rembang 2. To collect data, a questionnaire method was used. This study involved all the staff of Puskesmas Rembang 2, totaling 65 people. Saturation sampling was used in the sampling method. Subject data is the type of data used, while the source of the data is primary data—data obtained directly from the research object, namely the completion of questionnaires given to respondents. Reliability and validity tests are used to evaluate the data. On the other hand, data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis, with hypothesis testing stages using the t-test and determination test using the R2 test. The research results show that the variables of competence, motivation, and work environment significantly contribute to employee performance at Puskesmas Rembang 2. The determination test results indicate that these variables contribute 79.5% to employee performance, while other factors, not included in this study, contribute 20.5%

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh perkembangan dunia kuliner semakin maju khususnya pada cafe. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra merek, harga dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan cafe. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan Cafe Epidemi Jombang. Sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah berjumlah 50 pelanggan yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik Accidental Sampling. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Citra Merek, Harga dan Kualitas Pelayanan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Cafe Epidemi Jombang. Terdapat pengaruh secara parsial antara Citra Merek terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Cafe Epidemi Jombang. Terdapat pengaruh secara parsial antara Harga terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Cafe Epidemi Jombang. Terdapat pengaruh secara parsial antara Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Cafe Epidemi Jombang.

Abstract

This study was carried out at SMK Canda Bhirawa Pare with the objective of identifying and analyzing the significant impact of principal leadership, school climate, and achievement motivation on teacher commitment, both individually and collectively. Data collection was done through field surveys using questionnaires distributed to all 110 teachers. A quantitative approach was used with saturated sampling to select the sample. The data underwent validity and reliability tests, as well as classical assumption tests such as normality, heteroscedasticity, and multicollinearity. The analysis was performed using multiple linear regression, supported by SPSS 26 software. The sampling method applied was saturated sampling or census, where 85 teachers with at least one year of experience were chosen from the total of 110 teachers using purposive sampling. The results of the research reveal that the variables of principal leadership and achievement motivation have a positive and significant effect on teacher commitment, both individually and collectively. However, the school climate variable does not have an impact on teacher commitment at SMK Canda Bhirawa Pare.

Abstract

Abstract This study investigates the impact of live streaming, shopping lifestyle, and hedonic shopping value on impulsive buying behavior through TikTok Shop, with price discount acting as a mediator. The research was conducted among students at UIN Gus Dur Pekalongan, utilizing a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected from 250 respondents using structured questionnaires, and analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results reveal that live streaming positively influences impulsive buying behavior, as it enhances consumer engagement and social interaction during live sessions. Additionally, shopping lifestyle, characterized by active engagement in online shopping, significantly contributes to impulsive buying tendencies. Hedonic shopping value, which focuses on the emotional and enjoyable aspects of shopping, also plays a crucial role in driving impulsive purchases. Furthermore, price discount was found to mediate the relationship between these factors and impulsive buying, amplifying the likelihood of impulsive purchases when combined with attractive offers. The study highlights the importance of live streaming and hedonic value in shaping consumer behavior, particularly among young consumers on social media platforms like TikTok. The findings offer valuable insights for marketers and businesses looking to enhance consumer engagement and drive sales through effective use of live streaming and promotional strategies. Abstract

The objectives of this study, namely (1) To analyze the effect of self-efficacy on performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in Ende Regency; (2) To analyze the effect of locus of control on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus in Ende Regency ; (3) To analyze the effect of learning agility on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in Ende Regency and performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in Ende Regency; (4) To analyze the mediating role of learning agility in the relationship between self-efficacy on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus ASN) in Ende Regency; and (5) To analyze the mediating role of learning agility in the relationship between the locus of control and the performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in Ende Regency. agility in the relationship between locus of control on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in Ende Regency. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) on Green Organizational Citizenship Behavior (GOCB) with Job Satisfaction and Organizational Identification as mediating variables, which was specifically conducted at PT. Sungai Emas. The sample in this study were 105 employees of PT. Sungai Emas with a sampling method using a questionnaire distributed to all divisions, the method used in this study is a quantitative method. Data was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of this study indicate that Green Human Resource Management has a significant positive effect on Green Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Identification. In addition, Organizational Identification has a significant positive effect on Green Organizational Citizenship Behavior and mediates the effect of Green Human Resource Management on Green Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Meanwhile, Job Satisfaction does not affect Green Organizational Citizenship Behavior and also not as mediator of the relationship between Green Human Resource Management and Green Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
