Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of intrinsic motivation, psychosocial work environment, job satisfaction, and distributive justice on employee task performance in healthcare institutions. The originality of this research lies in its comprehensive exploration of these variables within the context of healthcare institutions in Yogyakarta, addressing unresolved issues in previous studies. This research employs a quantitative approach with data collected from 100 respondents using a Likert scale questionnaire (1-5). The data were analyzed using statistical methods, including validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression to evaluate the relationships between variables. The results indicate that intrinsic motivation has a significant negative effect on task performance, while the psychosocial work environment and job satisfaction have significant positive effects. Meanwhile, distributive justice does not show a significant effect on task performance. The implications of this research highlight the importance for organizations to create a conducive psychosocial work environment and enhance job satisfaction. This study also provides a foundation for further research to explore other relevant variables in the context of performance management in healthcare institutions.

Abstract

This article examines how Nyadran rituals underpin economic resilience in moderate Muslim communities in Gebangan Village, Pageruyung District, Kendal, Central Java. The study conceptualizes Nyadran as a religious and socio-economic institution that generates bonding and bridging social capital, sustains norms of mutual help, and supports income-smoothing strategies. A convergent mixed-methods design combines a household and microenterprise survey with in-depth interviews with religious leaders and Nyadran organizers, alongside participant observation of key ritual stages. Quantitative data are analyzed using multivariate regression to estimate the association between Nyadran participation, indicators of religious moderation, and a composite household economic resilience index. Qualitative findings elucidate mechanisms such as shared provisioning, reciprocal gifting, and informal safety nets that reduce vulnerability to shocks and shorten recovery time. Results show that higher involvement in Nyadran is positively associated with economic resilience, mediated by strengthened trust, civic engagement, and inclusive interpretations of Islam. The article contributes to international debates on religious moderation and resilience by demonstrating how a localized Islamic ritual operates as everyday civic infrastructure that supports community-based economic stability in peripheral Indonesian settings.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze purchasing decision factors influenced by brand ambassadors, brand image, brand awareness, and price on Vondutch fashion products in Semarang City. The research approach uses a quantitative approach. The population consists of all customers who use Vondutch fashion products and the number of samples is set at 100 respondents based on the Lemeshow formula because the population is not known for sure. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses the SPSS application to test the proposed hypothesis. The results of the study explain that simultaneously and partially the variables of brand ambassadors, brand image, brand awareness, and price have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The phenomenon of low employee job satisfaction remains a common issue faced by many companies, including those in the automotive retail industry such as PT Surganya Motor Indonesia. This study aims to examine the influence of organizational commitment, intrinsic motivation, and extrinsic motivation on employee job satisfaction. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method, with a sample of 112 employees working at outlets along the Ringroad in Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used was a census method, involving all employees who met the research criteria without applying any selection or sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire using a Likert scale, and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that organizational commitment, intrinsic motivation, and extrinsic motivation have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, both simultaneously and partially, with extrinsic motivation being the most dominant factor. These findings may provide valuable input for similar companies in improving employee job satisfaction through the strengthening of commitment and motivation.

Abstract

Introduction/Main Objectives: This paper examines declining patient visits in private clinics in Central Kalimantan, focusing on XYZ Clinic, which relies solely on out-of-pocket payments. Despite surviving the COVID-19 crisis, the clinic saw a sharp decrease in visits in 2023, highlighting the need to understand patient loyalty drivers. Background Problems: The main issue addressed in this study is the sustainability of private healthcare services, specifically examining the influence of price fairness, Clinic Image, and communication on patients’ revisit intention, with experiential satisfaction acting as a mediating factor. Novelty: This study integrates communication, price fairness, and Clinic Image in a single model with satisfaction as a mediator, an approach not widely explored in Indonesian private clinic contexts. Research Methods: A cross-sectional quantitative design was used. Data were gathered via structured questionnaires from 162 XYZ Clinic patients and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Advanced analytics were also performed. Finding/Results: Price fairness and communication significantly affect experiential satisfaction, with communication being the strongest factor. Both fairness and satisfaction influence revisit intention, while Clinic Image has no significant effect. Conclusion: The findings suggest that private clinics should focus on transparent communication and fair pricing to enhance patient loyalty, rather than relying solely on image-building strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial inclusion, financial literacy, venture capital, and social media utilization on the sustainability of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Jepara Regency. The approach used in this study is quantitative with a survey method, where data is collected through distributing questionnaires to MSME actors. The population in this study is all MSME actors in Jepara Regency, totaling 81,909 business units. The sampling technique used random sampling, and the number of samples is determined using the Slovin formula with a 10% error rate, resulting in 100 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The results show that all independent variables, namely financial inclusion, financial literacy, venture capital, and social media utilization, have a positive and significant effect on the sustainability of MSMEs. This finding supports the Resource-Based View (RBV) theory, which states that optimal management of internal resources can increase competitiveness and business continuity. This research offers practical implications for MSMEs and local governments to strengthen access to financial services, improve financial literacy capacity, and utilize digital technology to support business sustainability. This study has limitations in coverage and sample size, so it is recommended that future research expand the population and consider a mixed-method approach to obtain more comprehensive results.

Abstract

Koperasi Wanita Srikandi is an agribusiness cooperative engaged in coconut commodities, particularly coconut crystal sugar, which has strong market potential due to its health benefits. With increasing competition in domestic and international markets, the cooperative must develop effective marketing strategies to secure a profitable position. This study aims to identify internal and external factors affecting the marketing of coconut crystal sugar, formulate alternative strategies, and determine strategic priorities. A descriptive method was used, involving 14 key informants selected through purposive sampling—individuals knowledgeable about the cooperative’s marketing. Data were collected through interviews conducted from March to June 2024 and analyzed using the IFE, EFE, IE, SWOT matrices, and QSPM. The results show that the main strengths are certifications such as Fair For Life (FFL) and Regenerative Organic Certified (ROC), along with strict product quality control. The primary internal weakness is the lack of employment continuity among factory workers. Externally, the abundance of farmers presents an opportunity, while the main threat is the difficulty of regenerating penderes (sap tappers). Based on QSPM analysis, the top-priority strategy is market expansion to strengthen competitiveness and sustainability.

Abstract

Abstract Pemasaran merupakan serangkaian tindakan yang dilakukan oleh suatu organisasi atau individu untuk mempromosikan, menjual, dan mendistribusikan barang dan jasa kepada pelanggan atau konsumen. Sementara itu, Assauri (2009) mengartikan pemasaran sebagai suatu kegiatan manusia yang diarahkan untuk memenuhi dan memuaskan kebutuhan serta keinginan melalui suatu proses pertukaran. Menurut Tjiptono dkk. (2020), pemasaran adalah proses menciptakan, mempromosikan, mendistribusikan, dan menentukan harga barang dan jasa. (Kotler, Philip & Keller, 2016) mengartikan bauran pemasaran terdiri dari sekumpulan variabel yang dapat dikendalikan dan dapat digunakan oleh perusahaan untuk mencapai tingkat penjualan yang diinginkan di pasar sasaran. Bauran pemasaran dikelompokkan menjadi 4P (Product, Place, Price, Promotion). Dalam menentukan keputusan pembelian, konsumen seringkali melihat hasil penilaian orang lain melalui Google review, atau yang biasa disebut E-WOM. Teknik pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dengan 16 indikator pertanyaan. Skala pengukuran dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala Likert 1-5. Teknik analisis data menggunakan pendekatan Structural Equation Model (SEM) PLS (Partial Least Square) dengan bantuan aplikasi Smart PLS 3.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa digitalisasi penggunaan Instagram oleh pelaku usaha kuliner di Kota dan Kabupaten Kediri cukup efektif. Instagram, yang dimediasi oleh electronic word of mouth (e-WOM), berperan sebagai fasilitator dalam pengambilan keputusan konsumen.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of Brand Personality, Brand Experience, and Brand Love on Brand Loyalty at Starbucks Sidoarjo. The approach used in this research is quantitative with descriptive methods, involving all Starbucks customers in Sidoarjo as a population, and a sample of 100 people was taken. The sample selection was carried out using purposive sampling technique, with the criteria of men and women who were more than 17 years old and made direct purchases at Starbucks Sidoarjo outlets. Data were obtained through a questionnaire, and responses were rated using a Likert scale. To analyze the data, the PLS-SEM method was applied with the help of SmartPLS 3. 0 software. The findings of this study indicate that Brand Personality has an effect on Brand Loyalty of Starbucks products in Sidoarjo, Brand Experience also contributes to Brand Loyalty of Starbucks products in Sidoarjo, and Brand Love has an influence on Brand Loyalty of Starbucks products in Sidoarjo.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the development efforts to enhance innovation competence among Civil Servants (ASN) in the Local Government of Poso Regency. The main problem identified was the low implementation of innovation in task execution and public service, despite the availability of capacity-building programs. This study employed a qualitative approach using interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings indicated that the improvement of innovation competence was influenced by relevant training availability, organizational work culture, supportive leadership, and individual motivation. However, several obstacles were found, including limited budget, lack of program sustainability, and insufficient innovation performance evaluation. This study concluded that innovation competence development must be structured, continuous, and integrated with the civil servant career development system in order to achieve adaptive and high-quality public services.
