Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Kompensasi, dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Golden Step Indonesia, Teknik Sampel purposive sampling digunakan bersamaan dengan metode penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif dalam pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 75 responden. Pengumpulan data penelitian, responden diberikan kuesioner melalui Google Form. Selain itu, prosedur analitis menggunakan perangkat lunak yang disebut SPSS V26. Analisis regresi linier berganda dan pengujian asumsi umum merupakan dua metode analisis data. Uji t, Uji F dan uji R2 digunakan dalam pengujian hipotesis. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Budaya Organisasi, Kompensasi, dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan secara parsial dan Budaya Organisasi, Kompensasi, dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of consumer purchasing behaviour, word of mouth (WoM), and live music performances on the purchasing decisions of Generation Z at Café AMPM Sidoarjo. A quantitative approach was employed, with the population consisting of Generation Z individuals in Sidoarjo Regency who have previously visited Café AMPM and are aged between 14 and 28 years. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method, involving 100 respondents. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires and measured using a Likert scale. For data processing and analysis, the study utilised the PLS-SEM method with the aid of SmartPLS software version 3.0. The findings indicate that consumer purchasing behaviour, word of mouth, and live music each have an influence on purchasing decisions at Café AMPM Sidoarjo.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of career development, job placement, and job training on employee performance at PT Perkebunan Nusantara 1 Regional 3 Semarang. The research employed a quantitative approach with a causal design, using questionnaires distributed to all employees as a census sample. Data analysis techniques included multiple linear regression, validity and reliability testing, and classical assumption tests. The findings reveal that career development, job placement, and job training each have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, these three variables significantly contribute to improving performance, as indicated by the significance values in both t-tests and F-tests being below 0.05, and the coefficient of determination (R²) showing substantial explanatory power. The study concludes that human resource development strategies through career advancement, proper job placement, and effective training can significantly enhance employee performance. The practical implication suggests that company management should continue optimizing these aspects to improve organizational productivity.

Abstract

Islamic banking is a financial institution that functions as an intermediary for parties who have excess funds with parties who lack funds to carry out business activities and other activities in accordance with Islamic law. The development of Islamic banking in Indonesia in recent years has shown significant growth, ho wever, it has not been followed by an increase in stock prices. This will cause investors to be uninterested in buying shares in Islamic Banks. This study aims to determine the effect of company size and leverage on stock prices through return on assets (ROA) as an intervening variable in Indonesian Islamic banking. The results of this study show that firm size and leverage have a significant positive effect on stock price, while unexpectedly, ROA has a significant negative effect on stock price. On the other hand, ROW was shown to significantly mediate the effect of firm size on stock price, but not the effect of leverage. The effect of leverage on stock price is driven more by market perceptions of risk and growth potential, rather than how efficiently the company manages its assets through debt financing. This means that investors assess the use of debt more as a company's external strategy that does not always reflect an increase in internal profitability performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze employee competency development in traditional snack UMKM located in Pasar Karang Jasi, focusing on experiential learning and mentoring by the business owner. The phenomenon underlying this study is the limited employee competence, lack of formal training, and the dominant role of the owner, which create a gap between required skills and actual employee abilities. A descriptive qualitative method was employed, using in-depth interviews with three employees (Intan, Dayu, and Nengah) and one business owner (Reni), supported by direct observation of production activities. Thematic analysis was applied to identify core aspects of competency development, such as independence, creativity, motivation, and related challenges. The results show that hands-on practice and mentoring enhance technical and non-technical skills, self-confidence, and work motivation. However, limitations in time, resources, and dependence on the owner remain obstacles to independence. This research contributes to the literature on human resource development in UMKM and offers practical insights for owners to design effective and sustainable employee development strategies. Appropriate human resource development improves competence while strengthening UMKM sustainability and competitiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of financial literacy, financial inclusion, and financial management on financial performance in MSMEs in Sidoarjo. This study uses quantitative method techniques. The location of this study is in Sidoarjo Regency. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents and the sampling technique used purposive sampling. The analysis technique used in this study is the path analysis technique with the help of application software is SmartPLS software version 4.0. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence on the variables of financial literacy, financial inclusion, and financial management on financial performance with the results received in MSMEs in Sidoarjo.

Abstract

Abstract. In the cigarette industry in Indonesia, especially in Surabaya, Surya Gudang Garam products have become one of the brands that are in demand by the public. However, increasingly tight market competition and external challenges such as increased excise and the increasing popularity of electronic cigarettes (vapes) have affected the dynamics of cigarette product consumption. In addition, anti-smoking campaigns from the government and health organizations are getting stronger, creating pressure on this industry. In the midst of these conditions, marketing strategies become crucial factors in maintaining consumer purchasing interest. Brand image, packaging design, and promotion play an important role in attracting consumers, including non-smokers, by building a positive perception of the product. Therefore, this study aims to analyze how these three variables influence the purchasing interest of Surya Gudang Garam products in the Greater Surabaya community, as an effort to understand the effectiveness of marketing strategies in facing the current challenges of the cigarette industry. The population in this study includes residents of Greater Surabaya, with samples focused on non-smokers, in order to examine their interest in cigarette products through brand image, packaging design, and promotion factors. The research method used is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique, and the number of respondents in this study was 100 people. After the data was collected, the data was processed using the SPSS 25 analysis program, with the analysis technique used being multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that Brand Image influences the Purchase Interest of Surya Gudang Garam Cigarette Products in the Greater Surabaya Community. Packaging Design influences the Purchase Interest of Surya Gudang Garam Cigarette Products in the Greater Surabaya Community. Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of training, human resource development, and organizational culture on enhancing the competencies of Generation Z employees at Bimbi Toys and Accessories. While training and HR development are considered essential to strengthening competencies, organizations often face challenges in tailoring programs to the adaptive and innovative characteristics of Generation Z. The research employs a quantitative descriptive-analytical approach with a sample of 100 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SmartPLS 3.0 software to evaluate the relationships among variables. The findings reveal that the three exogenous variables Training, HR Development, and Organizational Culture are valid and reliable constructs of measurement and have a positive and significant effect on the competencies of Generation Z employees. These results highlight the importance of integrating organizational culture with training and HR development programs to foster adaptive and innovative employee competencies, particularly in addressing the distinct characteristics of Generation Z in the workplace.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to look at how different sectors' stock prices changed when companies disclosed their carbon emissions on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2022. For this study, 154 research samples were obtained from 42 different organisations using a purposive sampling technique. An independent variable used in this study is the carbon emission disclosure (CED) list, which is a product of the carbon disclosure project (CDP). This study just makes use of profitability as a control variable. The data is analysed using a multiple linear regression model. According to these findings, a company's value drops sharply if its carbon emissions are made public. According to this research, businesses still haven't worked out how to tell the world about their carbon footprints, which means they're missing out on opportunities to win over stakeholders and consumers. There may not have been adequate communication to address the problem, and managers and stakeholders may not understand the significance of this revelation.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of perception and Islamic economic literacy on students' interest in entrepreneurship. The focus of the study was directed at grade XI students of SMA Darul Falah Cihampelas. The approach used was quantitative with an associative method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 135 respondents. The results of the study showed that partially, the perception of Islamic economics did not have a significant effect on students' interest in entrepreneurship. On the contrary, Islamic economic literacy had a significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. Simultaneously, perception and Islamic economic literacy together had a significant effect on students' interest in entrepreneurship. This finding indicates the importance of increasing Islamic economic literacy in encouraging entrepreneurial spirit among students.
