Abstract

Communication is an important student competency in 4.0 learning process, especially for students of SMA Patra Mandiri 1 Palembang. Students X MIPA 1 especially, need to be stimulated to be active in communicating in the classroom. This research aims to test the development of students' active communication through brainstorming in classical guidance activities. Research use a quasi experimentation method with one group time-series design. The research design uses one group of experiments without any control group comparison centered on only one group, over time. Sampling technique using census sample, and obtained a sample of 21 students X MIPA1 SMA Patra Mandiri 1 Palembang. The research data was obtained using a questionnaire of student communication that was shared through the google form. Analyze data using the Wilcoxon sign rank test. The results showed brainstorming techniques were effective in improving students' active communication, as evidenced by Zstat=253 < Zcrit=389. The recommendations of this study are 1) the use of time needs to be optimized, so that there are not many pauses that cause students to become passive, 2) brainstorming techniques can be combined with brainwriting so that all students have the opportunity to express an opinion

Abstract

Dalam prosesi pernikahan suku Tidung Ulun Pagun, selain melakukan ritual pernikahan secara adat, juga melakukan upacara pernikahan yang sesuai aturan dalam Hukum Islam, baik syarat maupun rukun nikahnya. Tradisi masyarakat Tidung dikenal kaum wanita hanya bersuami satu dan ketika suaminya meninggal dunia, ia tetap menjanda sampai akhir hayatnya. Istilah kawin cerai dalam masyarakat Tidung tidak dikenal, pernikahan hanya dilakukan sekali seumur hidup. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran bimbingan keluarga dalam pernikahan adat Tidung Ulun Pagun. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi, dan analisis data menggunakan Reduksi Data, Penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Yang menjadi temuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu terdapat empat tahap dalam prosesi sebelum pernikahan, yakni ginisinis (memilih jodoh), makou (pelamaran), ngatod de pulut, dan bepupur (pupuran). Adapaun peran bimbingan keluarga adalah sebagai relasi atau hubungan antara calon kedua mempelai, sebagai informasi agar mendapatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman dari pasangan calon mempelai (suami-isteri) dan anggota keluarga tentang diri sendiri, hakikat kehidupan setelah pernikahan dan berkeluarga

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the application of Mind Mapping media in learning to improve interpersonal communication skills of students in the PGPAUD FKIP UNKHAIR study program. This research used the classroom action research. There are 30 people. The design of the research stage includes planning, action or implementation, observation and reflection. The data collection techniques used are observation and questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this research is descriptive analysis based on the result of observations and questionnaires. The result obtained are that the Mind Mapping technique can improve students’ interpersonal communication skills, this is shown by increasing interpersonal communication skills in each cycle The average value in the first cycle was 67.75% and the average value in the second cycle was 87.25%

Abstract

The general problem of this research is the non-verbal aggressive behavior of students in high school. Objectives of this research; 1) Knowing the general description of the level of non-verbal aggressive behavior in high school students; 2) Applying the behavioral contract technique to reduce non-verbal aggressive behavior in high school students. This research uses a quasi-experimental non-equivalent group design. The research subjects were students at Madani Senior High School in the city of Palu. Selection subjects using purposive sampling. Collecting data using a questionnaire Likert scale. The results showed that the average score of non-verbal aggressive students at the pretest was 100.98 in the high category, while in the posttest the average score of students' aggressiveness was 72.9 in the medium category. The condition after the implementation of the research showed a decrease in the level of non-verbal aggression in high school students after being given the behavior contract technique treatment.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the characteristics of young perpetrators and victims of bullying asking for money by force (insulting). This research uses a qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive design. Subjects were 4 (four) adolescents, namely one perpetrator and three victims of bullying forcibly asking for money (insulting) with an age range of 13-17 years. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification. The results showed that the characteristics of young perpetrators and victims of bullying asking for money by force (insulting) are factors that influence young people who do bullying are family, economy, personality, popularity. The factors that influence the behavior of the victims of bullying are personality, namely they do not have the power to resist, are helpless because they are threatened, and do not want something worse to happen. The self-concept of adolescents bullying is showing negativity, that is, they perceive themselves as having power. Meanwhile, the self-concept of youth victims of bullying is negative, that is, they perceive themselves as weak, powerless to refuse the perpetrator's request. The ability to manage emotions among bullies is in the category of not being able to manage emotions, while youth victims of bullying are in the category of being able to manage emotions well. The self-disclosure of teenagers bullying tends to be closed, and youth victims of bullying tend to be closed off.
