Abstract

Lately, there have often been situations of differences and debates that have occurred among the community such as violence and riots which have resulted in the birth of hatred for each other. Meanwhile on May 13, 2018 the involvement of children and women in suicide bombings in Surabaya gave birth to the assumption of women based on religion-based radicalism that could divide the peace and Student of the Jember State Islamic Institute (IAIN)schools are expected to become the main container and become a model for the community in tackling such situations and can instill values of tolerance and peace. The focus of this research is how to implement a culture of peace in pesantren in instilling tolerance and moderation. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach with interview and observation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the Hubbul Qur'aan Islamic boarding school in Nogosari Village promotes a pluralist attitude, tolerance to local culture and acceptance of social development.Keywords: Implementation, Peace Culture, Tolerance and Moderate Attitude.

Abstract

This paper is a paper that raises a theme related to the study of Islamic religious education, Islamic religious education between action and theory: the study of the development and implementation of Islamic religious education curriculum (Qur'an Hadith) in Ma'arif Bego Yogyakarta, using a descriptive normative approach there are three important questions how the concept of implementing Islamic education between action and implementation in MI maarif Bego Yogyakarta, the results of this study are an increase in student learning potential and student discussion from the results of the implementation of Islamic education. Paper ini adalah paper yang mengangkat tema terkait dengan kajian pendidikan agama Islam mi, pendidikan agama Islam antara aksi dan teori : studi pengembangan dan imlementasi kurikulum pendidikan agama Islam (Qur’an Hadits) di MI Ma’arif Bego Yogyakarta, dengan menggunakan pendekatan normative diskriptif ada tiga pertanyaan penting bagaimana konsep implentasi pendidikan Agama Islam antara aksi dan implementasi di MI maarif Bego Yogyakarta, hasil penelitian ini adalah adanya peningkatan terhadap potensi belajar siswa dan pertasi siswa dari hasil implemntasi pendidikan Agama Islam. Keywords: MI (Madrasah Ibtidaiyah), Curriculum, Islamic Education.

Abstract

The presence of the hijrah community in Indonesia directly resulted in the emergence of a new religious authority. Social media is a key factor in the massive campaign and regeneration carried out by the hijrah community. 'Terang Jakarta' and 'Shift Bandung' are two hijrah communities that have a very large number of congregations, especially on social media. This research attempts to answer the role of social media in shaping new patterns of new religious authority and to describe its relationship with traditional religious authority. Using a qualitative approach, this research finds that the formation of new religious authorities is more dominated by the prseference for preaching through social media, both by public figures and new religious teachers at the local level. These new religious authorities were actively involved in the hijrah community which they directly cultivated. Traditional religious authorities such as Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) and Muhammadiyah need to synergize programs with hijrah groups, especially in dakwah activities and religious moderation. This research considers that the Islamic Progressive group is an alternative movement capable of providing advocacy to all groups in Indonesia.Keywords: New Religious Authority, Progressif Islam, ‘Terang Jakarta’, ‘Shift Bandung’

Abstract

Based on studies that the authors have done, this hadith is one of the proofs used by Ahlus Sunnah wal Jama'ah in forbidding mut'ah marriage. Because based on historical facts and nasikh mansukh studies, the hadith has abrogated the validity of the hadith which allows mut'ah mut'ah.Other Ahlus Sunnah, another with the Shi'a group who until now still hold fast to the validity and even do mut'ah marriage among them. They - the Shi'a group - loudly reject the hadiths which explain the forbidden mut'ah marriage, among them is the hadith about establishing the prohibition of mut'ah marriage until doomsday, that is the hadith which is the object of this research. From this point of difference, the researcher feels it is necessary to conduct further research on the hadith mut'ah marriage ban forever. The research will be conducted from two paths, namely: (1) sanad pathway and (2) matan pathway. The path of sanad, will be carried out by examining the relationship between one rawi rawi and the rawi, the level of dlobit and their justice, as well as the assessment of the scholars about their credibility so as to produce ittshol sanad (continuation of the sanad), 'is (justice), and the dynamics of the rawi ( intelligence and memory of peawi) perfectly or not. While the pathway matan, will be done by searching for the answer 'and sawahid from other paths so that it can be used as a comparison and reinforcement of the hadith under study. From in-depth studies and research on the quality and quantity of the hadith about the prohibition of mut'ah marriage forever, then in terms of quantity, the hadith is dignified hasan lidzatihi; while in terms of quantity dignified on Sunday because it is only narrated by a friend, namely Sabroh bin Ma'bad al-Juhanni. But the dignity of hasan lidzatihi later rose to saheeh lighoirihi because he had a shaheed and an answer 'from another hadith.

Abstract

God's justice is not that He follows the laws of justice predetermined, but that it means that God is the source of justice. Justice is not a measure of God's deeds, but His deeds are a measure of that justice. As for the Mu'tazilah, they have a different opinion. They argue that justice is an independent essence. According to them, Allah will carry out all His deeds by following the standard of justice because He has the nature of Wisdom and Justice. Al-Qur'an reveals the manifestation of Allah's justice through its verses.

Abstract

Artikel ini ingin menunjukkan asal mula munculnya tahfidz Alquran di Indonesia, korelasi antara tahfidz dan tahsin, serta efektivitas anatara tahfidz dan tahsin di Indonesia. Dengan berbagai metode tahfidz dan tahsin yang ada di Indonesia, penulis mencoba menganalisis metode mana yang cocok dan sesuai untuk diterapkan kepada masyarakat Indonesia untuk mengoptimalkan dan memaksimalkan dalam menghafal Alquran. Selain itu metode tahfidz juga diperlukan untuk menunjang kelancaran dan memudahkan dalam menghafal.Metode yang digunakan dalam artikel ini yaitu metode historis, dengan mengkorelasikan antara metode awal hafalan di Indonesia dengan yang digunakan pada saat ini. Metode historis juga dapat memberikan pemaparan dari para Kiai atau masyarakat Indondesia yang terlibat dalam awal mula menghafal Alquran. Kemudian dapat ditarik untuk dianalisis dengan metode menghafal Alquran yang ada pada saat ini.Analisis dari penulis menghasilkan bahwa tahfidz dan tahsin merupakan dua elemen yang tidak dapat dipisahkan. Keduanya harus berjalan secara beriringan dengan tujuan agar mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal dan mendapat kesempurnaan dalam bacaan maupun menghafal Alquran.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the theological construction of Muslim and Christian religious leaders in FKUB Malang about the necessity of proselytizing mission on one side and the need to care for harmony on the other side. In addition, this study also seeks to explore how the strategic steps of Islamic and Christian leaders in FKUB Malang in bridging the necessity of the proselytizing mission and the need to care for harmony. This research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The results of this study are for FKUB Malang that the mission of proselytization in Islam and Christianity is a theological necessity. But in the process, it should not ignore the aspect of the plurality of Indonesian society which is also a theological necessity on the one hand and a sociological necessity on the other. So that for religious leaders in FKUB Malang, the necessity of proselytization which has the impact of inter-religious conflict must be avoided and prioritizes theology of peace building in a multicultural life. Because, the Principle of Love in the teachings of Jesus and the principle of al-salam in the teachings of Muhammad are universal principles in hacking religious conflicts that often occur in Indonesia. The proselytization strategy offered by religious leaders in FKUB Malang in building harmony among religious communities is to foster the quality of religious diversity of each adherent, as well as awareness of the heterogeneity of plural and inclusive communities in Malang. In addition, for Malang FKUB proselytizing efforts should not be made against people who are already religious. To realize this strategic effort, a redefinition of the interpretation of stray sheep which often becomes an exclusive and orthodox turbine driving force is needed.Keywords: Proselytization, Islam, Christianity, Caring for Harmony.

Abstract

This paper aims to explain the structure of discourse network formed on disbandment policy of Hizbut Tahrir Indonesia (HTI). To expose the network structure is used the actor network theory and discourse coalition. In addition, Discourse Network Analyzer (DNA) and Visone applications are also used as analysis tools. In this study, the network analyzed is the relationship between actors involved in the debate on the policy discourse on the disbandment of HTI. Therefore, to produce the right analysis, the Discourse Network Analysis (DNA) method is used. For the sharper analysis results, also used the concept of discourse and semantic analysis in the process of meaning actor's statement. The discourse analyzed is taken from the widespread online media on the internet. The time period of the discourse taken as the data is May until December 2017. The results of the analysis emerged three discoveries, that is the polarization is out of balance between the supporters and the repellents of the HTI disbandment, the supporters won a glorious victory in the discourse battle with the HTI policy repellent party and supporting the discourse dominance on the repellent party has emerged since the translation process. All three explained that the success of the HTI disbandment policy was also influenced by the strong structure of the discourse networks that emerged in response to the policy.Keywords: HTI’s disbandment; Discourse Network Analysis; Actor-Network Theory; Discourse Coalition; online media.

Abstract

Partai Persatuan Pembangunan (PPP) merupakan fusi dari keempat Partai Islam yang ikut serta pada Pemilu 1971  untuk menyederhanakan sistem kepartaian menjelang Pemilu 1977. Menjelang Pemilu tahun 2014 partai ini dilanda konflik internal yang berlarut-larut hingga kini.  Konflik internal yang seharusnya bisa diselesaikan oleh mekanisme internal partai gagal, hingga masuknya campur tangan pemerintah dengan terbitnya SK Menkumham dan pengangkatan Menteri Agama dari kubu PPP Romahurmuzy yaitu Lukman Hakim Syarifuddin. Studi kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dinamika konflik Partai Persatuan Pembangunan,  campur tangan pemerintah dalam konflik internal PPP serta dampak konflik internal bagi DPW dan DPC di daerah.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the problems which occur in Pondok Pesantren Daarul Ukhuwah (PPDU) Malang regarding human resources management. PPDU, like anotherpesantren in Indonesia intends to obtain knowledge from both religious subjects and modern ‘secular subjects’. This program is implemented by mixing educational system in PPDU, which is essentially must be managed and regulated to produce good quality education through developing professional human resources management. However, various problems have emerged since the pesantren insists in maintaining its moral and ethical standards rather than developing professional human resources management. Using qualitative method this study shows that the poor principle and values of professional in PPDUresides in two main factors, namely the informal human resource selection and management and charismatic leadership in pesantren, affecting the learning objectives achievement in the pesantren.     Keywords : pesantren, management, problem, human resources
