Abstract

Welfare in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY) is disrupted by urbanization and development inequality, which leads to poverty and other social problems. This research uses the Waterfall method which includes requirements analysis, design, implementation, and testing. Data were collected through interviews, and literature studies. The results of the study show that: first, the system developed is able to provide welfare ratings with high accuracy. Second, system validation through MAE calculation produces a value of 0.285, indicating a minimum error rate, so that the system can provide reliable predictions and support data-driven decision-making. Usability evaluation using the System Usability Scale (SUS) obtained a score of 73.9 which is in the good category and shows that the system is easy to use, and the functionality test with the Black Box method shows a 100% success rate. In conclusion, SPK based on the SMART method is effective in supporting social policies.

Abstract

An integrated technology-based attendance system was developed to address the inefficiencies of queuing and the dependency on manual input at Mafatih Islamic School. The proposed solution leverages a ResNet model within the dlib framework (Python) alongside a Laravel API for real-time face detection using a camera installed at the entrance. Data is temporarily stored in SQLite as an offline backup and later transmitted to the server in base64 format, accompanied by bounding box visualization as audit evidence.This system is capable of handling.

Abstract

UI/ UX Design for development of online booking technology and digital tour guides in the Leuwi Asih tourist area aims to increase regional tourism potential through web-based services. This system is designed to make it easy for tourists to make reservations and get information related to tourist destinations efficiently. This research uses a qualitative method by collecting data through direct interviews with local residents and local tourism business owners. The result of this research is a website that functions as a platform to facilitate the management of tourist reservations and provide digital tourist information. Thus, this system is able to support the development of local tourism and improve the tourist experience significantly.

Abstract

Digital transformation is one of the important steps for MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) in facing the era of globalization and market competition, especially in the creative economy sector such as batik. This study aims to analyze the digital transformation strategy of MSME Batik Banyumasan through the application of IT technology based on a catalog system. The research method used is qualitative with an observation, interview, and SWOT analysis approach to understand the needs and challenges faced by business actors. The results of the study show that the application of a catalog website can increase customer attraction and facilitate the marketing process of batik products. This website is equipped with features such as a homepage, new products, collections, and complete products designed to make it easier for visitors to explore and buy batik products. This study concludes that digital transformation through technology based on a catalog system not only helps MSME Batik Banyumasan in increasing sales, but also preserves the cultural heritage of batik as part of the creative economy.

Abstract

DNS-based ad blocking is used to increase website access efficiency by reducing unnecessary elements. This research analyzes the effect of using AdGuard Home in the MikroTik container on response time, delay and data transfer  when accessing website. This research used an experimental method, with 30 tests before and after the implementation of AdGuard Home. Google DevTools was used to measure response time and data transfer , while Wireshark was used to measure delay. The results show that response time decreased by 36.38% from 78.46 ms to 49.91 ms, and data transfer  decreased by 42.25% from 7.1 MB to 4.1 MB, indicating an increase in network efficiency. However, the delay increased by 12.3% from 256.9 ms to 288.5 ms, due to additional latency in the DNS filtering process. Thus, this research proves that AdGuard Home in the MikroTik container can increase website access efficiency by speeding up response time and reducing data transfer , but increasing delay. Further optimization is needed to reduce the impact of delays to maintain an optimal user experience.

Abstract

Data security and availability are crucial aspects of an organization's operational sustainability, particularly in addressing potential disruptions such as system failures, human errors, natural disasters, or cyberattacks. A Business Continuity Plan (BCP) is designed to ensure that critical business processes can continue operating despite incidents that threaten operations. One of the key elements of BCP is data backup strategies, which serve to maintain the integrity and availability of information within a system. This study explores the implementation of three primary data backup methods Electronic Vaulting, Remote Journaling, and Database Shadowing in a MariaDB database environment. The research employs an experimental approach, in which these three backup strategies are implemented within a MariaDB-based system. Electronic Vaulting is used for periodically backing up data to a secondary server to ensure data security in disaster recovery scenarios. Remote Journaling records transaction changes in near real-time, allowing data synchronization with a backup server without requiring full database storage at all times. Database Shadowing combines database replication and server fault tolerance mechanisms, ensuring that data is simultaneously updated across multiple locations. The implementation of these backup strategies is expected to enhance system resilience against disruptions and ensure the continuity of organizational operations in the event of data loss. This study provides insights for organizations in selecting and implementing data backup strategies that align with their Business Continuity Plan. Future research may explore the integration of encryption in data backups, additional security mechanisms such as multi-factor authentication, and the use of cloud backup services to enhance system flexibility and resilience.

Abstract

This study designs and develops a web-based sales information system for UMKM Barokah Jaya Cell in Bekasi using a UI/UX approach, applying the Waterfall method. The system development follows a structured process through requirement analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance phases. The goal of this system is to improve efficiency in stock recording, sales transactions, and reporting. Evaluation was conducted through Time-on-Task Testing, Task Success Rate, Error Rate Analysis, and System Usability Scale (SUS). The test results indicate increased productivity, with faster task completion times, a task success rate improvement from 65% to 90%, and a reduction in errors in stock and transaction recording. With an average SUS score of 82, the system is considered intuitive, responsive, and easy to use.

Abstract

Hypertension is a disorder of the blood vessels that causes the supply of oxygen and nutrients carried by the blood to be blocked to the body's tissues that need it. Hypertension is often referred to as a silent killer, because it is a deadly disease without symptoms as a warning to its victims. Hypertension sufferers range from 40 years of age and above to lifelong. In general, hypertension is caused by hereditary factors, unhealthy lifestyles, excessive salt consumption, alcoholic beverages and stress. Expert systems can be a solution to solve problems because this system works like an expert and is designed using the naive bayes method by looking at the rules and rule bases that exist in hypertension. Through this application, users can consult with the system like consulting an expert to diagnose the symptoms that occur in users and find solutions to the problems faced.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and test the effectiveness of Canva-based interactive learning media in increasing the learning interest of Go Ceria Cipayung Kindergarten students. The research method used is a qualitative approach with observation and interview techniques. The interactive media developed is in the form of a website that integrates animation features, interactive quizzes, and design elements that are appropriate for the age of kindergarten children. Evaluation was conducted through pre-test and post-test using learning interest scale. The results showed an increase in interest in learning, with 8 out of 10 children successfully completing the test with high scores based on observations and interviews with teachers. The findings indicate that utilizing Canva in early childhood learning can be an innovative solution to increase children's learning engagement and motivation.

Abstract

PT Integrasi Data Nusantara (ID-Networkers) is a company that provides training and certification in the field of information technology. In its implementation, the company faces issues related to the management of laptops borrowed by training participants, where there is no organized system to record the borrowing status, resulting in the risk of device loss and reduced training efficiency. To address this, a web application has been developed for monitoring, tracking, and inventorying laptop loans. This application is designed to assist warehouse administrators in recording and tracking device status in real-time, as well as ensuring the timely return of laptops. The methods used in the development of this application include literature review, system requirement analysis, and system testing by distributing questionnaires to application users. The testing results show that this application can enhance the efficiency of device management, minimize the risk of laptop loss, and support the smooth running of training programs. With this application, it is expected that PT Integrasi Data Nusantara can better manage its devices, improve training efficiency, and ensure optimal device availability for training participants.
