Abstract

This research is intended to examine factors that influence the success of ERP implementation in winning competitive advantage. ERP is a device system that enables companies to manage efficiently and effectively the use of resources and provide integrated solutions for the company's information processing needs. DeLone & McLane success model was actively used since it was first introduced in 1992 and Measurement with the DeLone & McLean model is one of the most developed models to test the information success model. The sample of this study is the users of companies that use SAP as one of their information systems, several 200 people from various manufacturing companies to evaluate information systems based on user satisfaction. The results of the analysis show that all hypotheses show significant results obtained from positive values on the critical ratio (cr) and also the value of p values smaller than 5% (significant effect on α < 5%).

Abstract

Indonesia's retail business has grown with the increasing number of existing retailers. The presence of this retailer gave rise to private label products in Indonesia. Private labels are one of the retailer's strategies to be competitive in the market. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of: Perceived Quality, Perceived Risk, Perceived Value, Perceived Price, Advertisement, Packing, Store Image, Social Influence, Consumers' Attitude to Purchase Intention Indomaret private label products in Jakarta. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 350 respondents who met the criteria. Then the data were analyzed by classical assumption test, F test, t test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination. These results indicate that the Variable Perceived Quality, Perceived Risk, Perceived Value, Perceived Price, Advertisement, Packing, Store Image, Influence and Consumers' Attitude have a significant influence on Purchase Intention. Whereas Social Influence does not have a significant influence on Purchase Intention. Suggestion for research is that further research can be conducted with larger samples and different and more specific independent variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of the ratio of activity, solvability, firm size to company’s profitability in manufacturing companies food and beverages sub-sector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2017. The sampling method is done by using purposive sampling. The method of collecting secondary data is taken from the IDX that publishes the financial statements. This research uses descriptive statistical analysis and multiple regression analysis with Eviews 9. The results showed that total asset turnover is positive significant, debt to equity ratio is not significant and firm size is not significant to profitability of company. F-test results show total asset turnover, debt equity ratio and size independent variables in this research simultaneously don’t have a significant effect on the return of equity of companies in the food and beverages sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

Human resources are an important role in the company's success in achieving its goals. without human resources, the company's goals will certainly not be achieved. employee turnover problems that will certainly be faced by every company. if the number of employee turnovers is high, of course this should be concern to the company so as not to hinder the achievement of company goals.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training satisfaction, work involvement and turnover intention at PT. XYZ Private Construction Company. This research was conducted to employees at PT. XYZ. The sampling method uses Purposive Sampling. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 59 respondents. And this type of research is quantitative and uses analytical methods with the SmartPLS 3.0 program.The results showed that training satisfaction did not have a negative effect on turnover intention. Training satisfaction has a positive effect on work involvement. Work involvement has a negative influence on turnover intention. and there is a negative influence on job involvement mediating between training satisfaction and turnover intention.

Abstract

PT. Prambanan Kencana is an importer and distribution company which is founded in 1953 dan they offer quality food and beverages product. This research aims to analyze marketing strategy being used in PT. Prambanan Kencana in accordance to the internal and external factor and to seek for alternative marketing strategy in PT. Prambanan Kencana by utilizing Matriks IFE, Matriks EFE, Matriks IE, and Matriks SWOT. Method used is qualitative descriptive. The result of the research depict that PT. Prambanan Kencana has its own strength, weakness, opportunity and Threats and there are strategies to handle it. PT. Prambanan Kencana also is on the V grid in Matriks IE in which the best strategy is the hold and maintain strategy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand awareness, brand image, and customer perceived value on purchase intentions. The sampling technique used in this study is nonprobability sampling by purposive sampling using a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 146 which valid respondents 142 respondents. Data analysis method used in this study is multiple regression analysis. For operational variables using the Likert scale method of validity used a computer measuring instrument that is SPSS 25.0. The results showed that the brand awareness variable have a significant and positif effect, brand image have a significant and positif effect, customer perceived value have a significant and positif effect on purchase intention. In this case the brand image is the most influences of purchase intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study the role of leadership, soft competency, and organizational climate on employee performance. This research method uses quantitative descriptive research. This quantitative descriptive research is used to determine the value of independent variables, either one or more variables (independent) without making comparisons, or connecting with other variables. The sample of this study was taken from 82 employee respondents in the company PT. XYZ. Data analysis techniques used in this study are hypotheses and statistical tests, which consist of validity, reliability, classic assessment tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test), and hypothesis testing methods (t test, F test , analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2), analysis of the coefficient of coordination (R)). The results are: (a) There is a positive role in leadership in employee performance; (B) There is a positive role for soft competency in employee performance; (c) There is a positive role for organizational climate in employee performance; (d) The role of leadership, soft competency, and organizational climate has a positive influence on employee performance, which can overcome the variable increase, employee performance is also positive or increased.

A qualitative research about how PT XYZ (weighing industry company) implemented a strategy by analysing internal factor (strength and weakness), external factor (opportunity and threat) using Resource – Based View and SWOT Analysis.The conclusion of this research is PT XYZ implement Forward Integration, Market Development and Product Development as their strategy in the future to maximize the company strength.

Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the factors that influence stock returns in manufacturing companies in the consumer goods and food sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The independent variables in this research are Earning Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER), Return On Assets (ROA), and Firm Size. The dependent variable in this research is stock returns. The number of observations in this research were 55 of 11 companies multiplied by 5 years. This research uses purposive sampling method. Empirical results in this research using the SPSS program using multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results of this reserach indicate that return on assets (ROA) has a significant effect on stock returns. While earnings per share (EPS), price earning ratio (PER), and firm size have no significant effect on stock returns. These results indicate that investors should pay attention to return on assets (ROA) in their investment strategies. As well as looking at the small effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable, it is suggested the need for caution in generalizing the results of this research.

Abstract

This research was aiming to determine the effect of price perception, product quality and customer satisfaction on repurchase intention. The sampling technique used in this study is nonprobability sampling by convenience sampling. Sampling using a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 126 respondents in Jakarta. For operational variables using the Likert scale. The data analysis method uses regression data analysis which is processed through the SPSS program. Based on the results of this study indicate that significant positive price perceptions, positive significant product quality, significant positive customer satisfaction on repurchase intention. In this research, price perception has the most influence on repurchase intention.
