Abstract

The granting of credit relaxation has caused polemics in the early days of the spread of COVID-19 in Indonesia. As a result of the spread of COVID-19, several industrial sectors have experienced unworkable conditions. Companies in this industry are not able to pay off their financial obligations to the Banking or Financing Company. The government asked financial industry players to provide credit relaxation. This was conveyed by the government, however, without being included with fixed procedures and direct communication with business players. In addition to this relaxation, there is a systemic risk. This research is in the form of qualitative research. This research focuses on the effect of credit relaxation on the finance and banking industries. This research proposes that the government determines the overall policy. Businesses, finance companies, and banks focus on the implementation procedures controlled by the Financial Services Authority. The government needs to take a more aggressive and comprehensive policy towards relaxation policies so that this relaxation policy can be carried out correctly to support the economy of small and medium enterprises again. If this policy is not comprehensive, it is feared that it will create higher new risks to the financial sector and the national economy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether or not the influence of brand image and brand trust on purchasing decisions at PT. XYZBrand image and brand trust are factors that can influence consumer purchasing decisions. A good brand image will have a positive impact on the company which will ultimately benefit the company through increased consumer purchases of products or services.This study uses a sample and a population of 100 respondents who are still actively studying at PT. XYZ, using purposive sampling method. The results showed that brand image and brand trust had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The aim of this study are : First, to explore the effect of brand image on customer loyalty. Second, to explore the effect of brand image on customer satisfaction. Third, to explore the effect of customer satisfaction towards customer loyalty. Fourth, to find out if customer satisfaction can mediate brand image towards customer loyalty.  The method of data collection is convenience sampling.  The samples of this research are collected from 135 respondens, who are the customers of Brand x in Jakarta.  The technique of data analysis used in this study was regression analysis and mediating test to find put the hypotheses. The results are : (a) the effect between brand image have a significant and positive impact toward customer loyalty; (b)  the effect between brand image have a significant and positive impact toward customer satisfaction; (c) customer satisfaction has a positive impact on customer loyalty; (d) customer satisfaction will mediate the effect of  brand image towards customer loyalty.

Abstract

The population density in the capital has increased from year to years, this situation used by PT CD as a business tool in the property sector. A kind of research is needed to find out whether the development of this land is profitable or not, by conducting a Business Feasibility Analysis. Investment decision analysis is done by using 3 (three) main calculation methods. From the results of research conducted by the author, it is obtained as follows in :In the payback period, sales are up to 2018, reaching 60%, so this project is feasible to be acceptedNet Present Value Analysis, From the results of calculations, NPV cash inflow is still far greater than the NPV cash outflow means that according to the NPV assessment that this project is considered very feasible to be carried outThe Internal Rate of Return (IRR) is a feasible project because the IRR is a normal and optimistic alternative. greater than the Weighted average cost of capital (WACC)Based on the results of the analysis and calculations carried out by the author in relation to project, the general investment investment is considered very feasible and beneficial not only to the developer but also consumers who buy apartment units on the project. Paying attention to what has been analyzed and discussed, the author's suggestion is to re-check cashflow by considering finding alternative funding with an improved loan. so that the cost of capital is small and profits increase.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out 1) whether there is an effect of leadership style on employee performance 2) whether there is an effect of motivation on employee perfromance 3) whether there is a employee engagement on employee performance The population in this study were customer experience department. The sample used in this study was 108 respondents. The sampling technique used was nonprobability sample. Overall the results of this study are 1) Leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance, 2) Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, 3) Employee engagement has a significant effect employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of profitability, sales growth, and asset structure on firm capital structure in manufacturing companies listed at Indonesian Stock Exchange during the years 2011-2018. This study uses purposive sampling method to collect data and consists of 11 manufacturing companies listed at Indonesian Stock Exchange during the years 2011-2018. The hypothesis was tested by using multiple linear regression. The results of this study show that profitability has negative significant influence on firm capital structure, sales growth have negative significant influence on firm capital structure, asset structure have negative significant influence on firm capital structure, and also fluctuating exchange rate strengthen the relationship between profitability and firm capital structure.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the effect of purchasing strategies, namely negotiations, relationships with suppliers, cost management, and supply management on company performance in Jabodetabek which is moderated by purchasing integration. This research was obtained from primary data in the form of questionnaire results that were distributed for five months (February 2019-June 2019). This questionnaire was filled in by respondents who worked as procurement in a company located in Greater Jakarta. Respondents will fill out a questionnaire using a Likert scale with a scale of 1-6, namely "Strongly Disagree" and 6 is "Strongly Agree".The conclusion of this research is negotiation, supplier relations, cost management, and supply management have a significant effect on company performance in Jabodetabek. Purchasing integration moderates the effect of supplier relationships on company performance in Jabodetabek. However, the integration of purchasing does not moderate the effects of negotiation, cost management and supply management on the company's performance in Jabodetabek.

Abstract

Cash at PT Bank Central Asia no longer faced logistics issues but has turned into a matter of optimizing the cash management costs of the cash balance managed. The managed balance should consider the needs of customers in branches and ATMs. Therefore, researchers feel the need to establish the amount of cash needed to be available in the branch and to make an estimate of the amount of money to be prepared Not idle. The money that is idle can be a conference for other purposes that generate income from the interest rate. The target in this study is to achieve a target of cash management costs amounting to 0.2% of the cash balance managed. Analysis process to find the root of the problem has not achieved the target cost of management of cash is by using PDCA method (Plan, Do, Check, Action), Fishbone diagram and Pareto diagram. The result of the calculation of the ideal balance and the forecasting of the ATM replenishing the performance, which is very significant cost efficiency so that the target set can be achieved.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the performance of the banking company stocks in Indonesia Stock Exchange, and which stocks is the best to form out a portfolio. The measurement in used is Sharpe Index, Treynor Index, and Jensen Index. The object in this research is the 10 banking companies with biggest capitalization in Indonesia Stock exchange due on 31 December 2017 or the last day of trading day in 2017. The conclusion of this research are the best banking company stocks based on Sharpe Indes is BBCA, based on Treynor Index is MEGA, and based on Jensen Index is BJBR. The Optimum Portfolio is consisted of 79,4 % BBCA, 16,9 % MEGA, and 3,7 % BJBR. Expected Return of this portfolio is 18,98 % per year and standard Deviation 7,2 %.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the role of career development, work discipline, and leadership on employee performance. This research method uses quantitative descriptive research. This quantitative descriptive research aims to explain various conditions, various situations or various variables that arise. The sample of this study was taken from 79 employee respondents in one of the interior contracting companies in West Jakarta. Data analysis techniques used in this study are statistical hypotheses and testing, which consist of validity, reliability, classic assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test), and hypothesis testing methods (T test, F test, determination coefficient analysis (R2), correlation coefficient analysis (R)). The results are: (a) There is a positive role in career development in employee performance; (b) There is a positive role for work discipline in the performance of customer employees; (c) There is a positive role of leadership in employee performance; (d) The role of career development, work discipline, and leadership has a positive influence on employee performance, which can be concluded that if the three variables increase, employee performance is also positive or increased.
