Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of inflation, interest rates and exchange rates on the rate of the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) for the period 2012-2022. This research method uses quantitative with VAR data type which is causal-distributive in nature, meaning that research is conducted to analyze a past situation and determine the direction of causality of the relationship between independent variables, namely Inflation, Interest Rates, Exchange Rates, and the dependent variable, namely the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI). The operational data used by this researcher uses time series data. This research uses a method using the Eviews 12 computer program (software) with the Vector Auto regressive (VAR) model. The results of this study indicate that Inflation has a significant effect on ISSI. Interest rates have no effect on the ISSI. Exchange Rate has no effect on ISSI. The implications of this study reveal that Inflation has a relationship that can affect the growth rate of the ISSI. In addition, the growth rate of the ISSI can be suppressed if inflation can be controlled and exchange rates to interest rates can stabilize the rate of inflation that can affect the ISSI.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the effectiveness of Grimloc Store Bandung's marketing strategy through quantitative descriptive research. The analysis reveals that the implementation of a new strategy in 2022 had no positive impact on incremental sales and cost efficiency at Grimloc Store. Both pre- and post-sale strategies exhibited no significant difference in Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI), indicating an overall lack of ROMI impact. The study observes no substantial increase in incremental sales after the 2022 strategy implementation compared to the previous year. ROMI, a key metric, gauges the efficiency of marketing spend in generating incremental revenue. Calculated by dividing the difference between incremental sales and incremental cost by the incremental cost itself, then multiplying by 100, similar ROMI values suggest that every Rupiah invested in marketing did not significantly contribute to revenue growth. The t-test results, with a recorded t-count value of 0.055 below the t-table value of 2.074 (t-count < t-table), reject the null hypothesis, indicating that the 2022 marketing strategy did not notably enhance sales performance and cost efficiency. Therefore, Grimloc Store's physical release strategy is deemed ineffective.

Profitability is proven to be a predictor in shaping the intrinsic firm value, with the results having a significant effect on intrinsic firm value. Dividend policy and tax avoidance have no effect on intrinsic firm value. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the utilization of State-Owned Movable Goods (BMN) in sports business development at BLU LPDUK and formulate an assessment framework for this utilization based on Institutional KPIs. Employing a qualitative approach, the study reveals that BMN utilization at LPDUK involves cooperation with three business units—SP2OI, ADMI, and ABI—but these activities were discontinued due to budgetary constraints and discrepancies in income generation. Despite proper implementation of safeguarding and maintenance procedures for BMN, including recording and inventorying through the SAKTI system, deficiencies exist in sanction clauses within operational cooperation agreements, hindering effective enforcement when partners fail to fulfill obligations.

Abstract

High demand for performance provokes burnout among teaching accountants. As educators, teaching accountants must fulfill three pillars of higher education: educating students, doing research and community service. As professionals, teaching accountants may have a role as auditor or holding a structural position in the university. This study examines resilience as a mediator between work overload and burnout. This study used voluntary sampling and the questionnaires distributed via Google Forms. Seventy-one questionnaires have been received and are amenable to analysis using Smart PLS 4. The testing phase commences with descriptive statistics and quality tests of the instruments, including validity and reliability, before advancing to structural model testing. The findings reveal that work overload exerts a positive impact on job burnout. Furthermore, resilience has been substantiated as a mediator between work overload and job burnout.

The sampling technique used a purposive sampling. The data was analyzed with EViews 10 and was carried out by several tests such as classic assumption test, feasibility analysis, panel regression analysis and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study indicate that the audit committee and audit quality have no significant effect on earnings management. Meanwhile, financial distress has a significant effect on earnings management in manufacturing companies for the period 2017-2021. There is also a result which shows that the audit committee, audit quality and financial distress simultaneously influence earnings management. Abstract

A new trend in live-streaming shopping indicates a unique relationship between streamers and viewers. Streamers in the live streaming platform appeal to consumers’ perceptions and purchase behavior by stimulating consumers’ emotions. Consequently, positive emotions, such as enjoyment and happiness can trigger impulse buying. This research developed a research model based on the Theory of Interpersonal Behavior (TIB) to examine the influence of streamers on shopping happiness and then its impact on impulse purchases in the fashion apparel product category which is marketed via TikTok e-commerce live-streaming in Indonesia. Consumers who have purchased in live streaming TikTok were the respondents of this study. Purposive sampling was deployed with a questionnaire using a Likert scale. There were 405 eligible respondents analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The result showed that the model proposed in this research has strong predictive validity in predicting impulse purchases. The findings demonstrated that shopping happiness has a positive impact on impulse purchases on live-streaming platforms. In addition, the results indicate that factors inherent in streamers, namely streamer popularity, streamer reputation, and streamer product, have a significant influence (p-value < 0.05, CI 95%) on viewers' positive emotions. The Streamer factors that strongest influence shopping happiness were found in streamer popularity, followed by streamer reputation, while the weakest was from streamer product fit. Furthermore, it was revealed that sensation-seeking strengthens the influence of popular streamers and product fit to shopping happiness.

Abstract

The company has limited resources to use in implementing marketing strategies for its customers. The first step to be able to develop an effective and efficient marketing strategy is to divide customers into several large groups based on their similarities. The company needs to allocate its limited resources proportionally to groups of customers based on the value and benefits that those customers can contribute to the company. One of the bases for customer grouping is based on the concept of Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) with Recency, Frequency, and Monetary (RFM) modeling. CLV ratings show how much value and benefits customers can bring to a company. This study conducted a cluster analysis with the K-means algorithm on 351 customers based on their RFM value. The number of clusters is most effectively obtained through the elbow method. Cluster analysis produces 4 customer clusters that have different characteristics and are ranked based on their CLV values. Cluster names and marketing strategy recommendations for each cluster are arranged based on their characteristics and CLV rating. The four clusters formed are the Non-Valuable Customers cluster, VIP Customers cluster, Valuable Customers cluster, and Potentially Valuable Customers cluster.
