Abstract

The sustainable development paradigm gives rise to the concept of inclusive green growth. It focuses not only on economic growth but also on social inclusion and environmental sustainability. This study aims to measure inclusive green growth at the provincial level in Indonesia in 2013-2021 and investigate the impact of ICT on it. The composite index method is used in this study to measure inclusive green growth. Furthermore, this research uses panel data regression to examine the impact of ICT on inclusive green growth. The results show that Indonesia's inclusive green growth achievements are still in the moderate category. The provinces in the Eastern Indonesia region tend to have lower achievements in social dimensions. However, in the Western Indonesia region, the provinces tend to have lower achievements in environmental dimensions. The regression analysis showed that utilization of mobile phones and the internet had a significant positive effect on inclusive green growth. On the other hand, computer and fixed telephone ownership had an adverse effect on it. Equitable distribution of ICT development, especially in Eastern Indonesia and rural areas, should be continuously encouraged through investment in ICT and its supporting infrastructure.

Abstract

The Mayor of Medan has launched a policy that fulfills the consumption sector for all activities within the Medan City Government to promote Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). There are many efforts made by the Medan city government to raise MSMEs in this region. Starting from carrying out many regional events, UMKM bazaars, to the needs in the office area itself using vendors from MSMEs. The research uses a qualitative descriptive method. In this methodology, researchers emphasize the socially constructed nature of reality, the close relationship between the researcher and the subject under study. The data used in this study uses primary data obtained from direct interviews with the Medan City Government and MSME players related to the E-Catalog program to see how effective this system is in developing existing MSMEs. It is concluded that this e-catalog program has not fulfilled all aspects of the effectiveness of the theory. Where there are 5 theories of the effectiveness of the success of government programs that can be assessed from the success of the program, the success of the target, satisfaction with the program, the level of input and output, and the achievement of overall goals. However, the Medan City Government's program in advancing MSMEs should be appreciated, where this program has a huge impact on increasing MSME turnover and helping several MSMEs survive the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The COVID-19 epidemic has significantly impacted business performance across nearly all industries, including technology. Naturally, this also affects the fall in company values within this industry, as seen by the weak share price index for the entire year 2022. The purpose of this study is to investigate how technological and human capital affect a company's worth. The amount of personnel and training expenses incurred is compared to the sales value in this study to determine the human capital. Software growth is a key indicator of technology capital, whereas price-to-book value (PBV) measures a company's worth. All technology-related enterprises listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) comprise the research population. Purposive sampling is used in the sampling procedure. Multiple linear regression is the data analysis method employed in this study, and SPSS is the data processing software. According to the research's test results, there is no significant impact of either human capital or technical capital on the value of the organization. Concurrently, technology and capital have a big impact on a company's worth.

Abstract

This research explores the impact of product quality and administrative service innovation on customer satisfaction in the culinary sector of Jakarta's Old Town. Employing a quantitative methodology, the study uses a questionnaire to gather data from a diverse group of customers in the area. The demographic analysis of respondents highlights a predominance of female participants, largely falling within the 21-35 years age group, and primarily students.  The study demonstrates that both product quality and administrative service innovation significantly contribute to customer satisfaction, both individually and collectively. These findings suggest that improving product quality and cultivating innovative administrative services can effectively enhance customer satisfaction in the culinary sector. Moreover, the research concludes that a substantial proportion of the variation in customer satisfaction can be explained by these two factors, with the remainder attributed to other variables not examined in this study. These insights are envisaged to guide culinary industry players in Jakarta's Old Town in devising more effective marketing strategies. The research also underscores the need for further studies to explore other potential factors influencing customer satisfaction in the culinary sector.

Abstract

Conflicts of overlapping space utilization in Bogor Regency, amounting to 13.2% or 29,204 hectares, were revealed by the Overlap Indication Map. These conflicts stem from duplicate licensing, unsynchronized map standards between Bogor Regency and West Java Province, and inadequate information sharing. To address these issues, the President's strategic direction, based on Presidential Regulation 23/2021 and Government Regulation 43/2021, aims to accelerate the implementation of the One Map Policy at a scale of 1:50,000 with an action plan for 2021-2024. This study uses a qualitative approach and data collection methods including Focus Group Discussions, interviews, and document reviews. The research identifies why the implementation of the One Map Policy in Bogor Regency has been less than optimal and suggests strategies for improvement. Despite the presence of an organizational structure for the policy's implementation, factors hindering its effectiveness include lack of policy objectives, limited resources, insufficient information sharing, lack of leadership support, and lack of understanding of the policy's direction. The study concludes that these issues need to be urgently addressed for optimal implementation of the policy.

Abstract

PT. BKI does not only rely on classification services but also originates from its commercial business which covers a wide variety of sectors and can grow rapidly. The phenomenon that occurs where the commercial segment is still under the classification segment even though it has many service groups is the result because PT. BKI has so far only focused on the classification service business, where the non-classification (com-mercial) service business has not been touched on in depth in its strategic plan. This research is a quantita-tive descriptive study using a qualitative approach, namely a study that describes the condition of the object under study in the form of direct observation, conducting Focus Group Discussions (FGD) and surveys us-ing questionnaires. The data analysis method used in this study is an analysis using the IFE matrix, EFE matrix and SWOT matrix to find out the next alternative strategy. This position is achieved due to the pres-ence of great non-classification power. The following is a business strategy formed from internal and exter-nal factors: 1) Development of Human Resources through research and development activities; 2) Always make Cooperation MoUs with external partners in several cities; 3) Optimizing uniqueness in order to be able to compete with foreign companies; 4) Improving Marketing using new technological approaches; 5) Business expansion through Company Holding; 6) Synergy with subsidiaries and other SOEs in carrying out business strategies; 7) At a minimum apply the use of the same technology and management system as out-side companies.

Abstract

This study aimed to test and analyze the effect of the elements of social media marketing (SMM), which consist of interesting content, scenario-based experience, user interaction, brand perception, and content invasiveness on brand attitude and their impact on purchase intention of cosmeceutical product with gender as moderation. To empirically test the proposed research model, a survey study with quantitative analysis was carried out.  Data were obtained from consumers of a leading cosmeceutical product produced by a domestic company in Indonesia.  Respondents were consumers who stated their plan to purchase cosmeceutical products and had seen short video content on the Instagram account. This research method is a quantitative survey. Respondent data was taken by purposive sampling with structural questionnaires distributed online. A total of 233 respondents were obtained that met the requirements for analysis with PLS-SEM. The results showed that the five elements of SMM as the content in social media, can significantly and positively influence brand attitude (b=0.05; CI 95%). A stronger effect was found on user interaction, followed by interesting content and brand perception. As expected, brand attitude demonstrated a positive impact on purchase intention while moderated by gender. The result indicates that SMM can trigger the purchase intention through interactive and interesting content. The findings of this study confirm that the female gender can strengthen the relationship between brand attitude and purchase intention. From the findings of this study, managerial implications can be drawn to assist the development of short video content in digital marketing of the cosmeceutical product, through Instagram.
