Abstract

The loyalty of students and alumni to higher education institutions is one of the factors that influences the marketing and sustainability of higher education institutions. Students and alumni often attribute their experience with a college to their level of loyalty. The experience of students and alumni represented by brand experience, the relationship represented by brand engagement and their loyalty to the higher education institution representaed by brand loyalty. This are a  factors that strongly influence the sustainability of the higher education institution. The aim of this research at analyzing the influence of brand experience to brand loyalty of the students of Hei’s mediated by brand engagement. This research is quantitative research using primary data obtained through questionnaires filled by 412 students and alumni Hayam Wuruk Perbanas University. This research uses the probability sampling method. Validity and reliability tests were carried out to test the instrument before being distributed to the respondents. The data was analysed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) by WarpPLS. The research results there is a positive relationship between brand experience and brand loyalty, and brand engagement can mediate this relationship. Positive brand experience can lead to a higher level of brand engagement, which in turn can increase brand loyalty among students and alumni of Hayam Wuruk Perbanas University. creating positive brand experiences and growing brand engagement can help universities build and increase a strong student and alumni loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to see how eudaimonic well-being, hedonic well-being, and high-performance work systems affect job performance with the mediating effect of affective commitment. This study used cross-sectional data and a quantitative approach. Sampling was carried out by distributing questionnaires to employees of electronic manufacturing companies in Batam City. Then test the hypothesis using the SPSS application. The results showed that eudaimonic well-being and hedonic well-being did not affect job performance, but high-performance work systems (HPWS) and affective commitment affected job performance. In addition, it was found that there was an influence of eudaimonic well-being and HPWS on affective commitment but hedonic well-being did not affect affective commitment. Then the affective commitment variable does not have a mediating role between eudaimonic well-being, hedonic well-being, and job performance, but affective commitment has a mediating role between HPWS and job performance. Companies can make this research as an assessment and discuss research findings and how to apply them in improving work performance. The company is expected to engage relevant stakeholders in discussing how research findings can be integrated into the company's strategy and policies.

Abstract

This study aims to see how organizational innovation, transformational leadership, and organizational change affect organizational performance with the mediating effect of organizational culture. Until now, the previous literature that analyzed this matter is still very minimal and the discussion of organizational performance, organizational innovation, transformational leadership, organizational change, and organizational culture variables in previous journals is still lacking in detail.  This study used cross-sectional data and a quantitative approach. Sampling is carried out by distributing questionnaires to employees of Roti Garuda Kencana Ltd and testing the hypothesis using the SPSS application. The results showed that organizational innovation, transformational leadership, and organizational change affect organizational performance. Then organizational innovation and organizational change affect organizational culture, while transformational leadership does not affect organizational culture. After that, organizational innovation, transformational leadership, and organizational change affect organizational performance through organizational culture.  Companies can make this research as an assessment and discuss research findings and how to apply them in improving organizational performance. The company is expected to engage relevant stakeholders in discussing how research findings can be integrated into the company's strategy and policies.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Kapuas Hulu District which is located in West Kalimantan Province and borders with Malaysia. The purpose of this research was conducted to determine the right strategy to see the base sector which has the potential to become a leading sector and the productivity of the leading sector which can provide a reference for regional development of Kapuas Hulu Regency to the local government. government. This study also uses a quantitative descriptive method with Location Quotient analysis, Shift Share analysis and Tipologi klassen analysis. The research data used is time series data in the form of PDRB of Kapuas Hulu Regency and West Kalimantan Province from 2015 to 2019 based on constant base prices. The research found that in the LQ analysis there were 6 sectors based on the second analysis there were 7 sectors that had positive values ??and had comparative advantages and in the final analysis there were 2 sectors that experienced advanced and fast growth. Leading sector and economic potential in Kapuas Hulu Regency is the construction sector which has a positive value in each technical analysis.

Abstract

This objective of this research is to analyse the impact of product and service quality on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as mediator for bubble tea drink brands in Batam. The factors used in this research include trust, price, and promotion. The population in this research were all bubble tea drink customers that make direct purchase on some bubble tea brands in Batam. The sample in this research was taken by using purposive sampling technique from non-probability sampling method with a result of 294 respondents. In this research, an online questionnaire was distributed to the citizens of Batam to gather data. The findings indicate that trust, service quality and promotion have a negative effect on customer loyalty. Contrarily, price, customer satisfaction, and product quality have a positive effect on customer loyalty. Furthermore, customer satisfaction plays a positive role in mediating the impact of product and service quality on customer loyalty.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of profitability and company size on capital structure. This type of research is quantitative and uses secondary data. Then the data analysis technique in this research uses descriptive statistics, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. The sample in this research is state-owned companies listed on the IDX, especially in the infrastructure sector in the 2017–2022 period. The number of samples used in the research was 42. The research results show that profitability has a significant positive effect on capital structure, and company size has a significant positive effect on capital structure.

Abstract

Taxes have an important role for Indonesia, one of the main functions of taxes is that taxes are a source of state revenue intended for the realization of the welfare and prosperity of the nation. Self Assessment System requires a change in attitude (awareness) of taxpayers to pay taxes voluntarily (voluntary compliance). Voluntary compliance with tax obligations is the backbone of the Self Assessment System. The high and low level of people's compliance in paying taxes is influenced by internal factors and also external factors. In this study, the internal factors that will be examined are tax literacy and tax morale factors, while the external factors studied are the variables of Tax Justice and Tax Law Enforcement. The research method used is to use descriptive research methods through a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used in this study, namely primary data. This study uses Path Analysis in testing data. Primary data obtained through questionnaire techniques distributed to 60 non-employee individual taxpayers in the Cibeunying Pratama KPP area. And will be tested using SPSS v.26. Based on the results of the path analysis test, it is known that tax literacy, tax justice, and tax law enforcement have no indirect effect on non-employee taxpayer compliance through tax morale at KPP Pratama Cibeunying.

Abstract

Poverty is the main problem faced by almost all countries in the world, including Indonesia. Poverty can be overcome by continuing to boost the economic growth rate because economic growth is a projection or reflection of the welfare and prosperity of the people in a country. By writing this article, the author aims to determine how the unemployment rate and household consumption variables influence poverty in Indonesia through economic growth as an intervening variable. The data used in writing this article is secondary data obtained from the Indonesian Central Statistics Agency. The analysis technique used is path analysis. The software used in this research is SPSS. The research results show that the Unemployment Rate (X1) and Household Consumption (X2) directly have a significant effect on Poverty (Y2). In addition, the Unemployment Rate and Household Consumption significantly affect Poverty through Economic Growth (Y1) as intervening variables.

Abstract

The Era of Globalization allows the general public to know information and communication technology quickly. One of the information received by the community is environmental problems. This is what makes people aware that environmental damage occurs as a result of the products used can increase the accumulation of waste. As for technological developments that are getting higher in encouraging business people to innovate. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of entertainment, informativeness, and irritation in determining customer purchase intentions for eco-labeled products mediated by attitude and advertising value. This research method is a quantitative method with a purposive sampling technique. The population in this study is social media users in Batam. The number of respondents in this study was 260 and it had 26 questions. The analysis used in this research is PLS-SEM.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries with the most beautiful tourist destinations in the world. Its beauty must be introduced to all tourists, especially local tourists from the younger generation. This research aims to find out what variables attract the attention of Generation Z when they want to visit tourist attractions, especially after seeing the Instagram account @WonderfullIndonesia. The research involved 180 Generation Z student respondents in Karawang. Data that was collected through a questionnaire distributed using Google Forms was analyzed using SEM-PLS. The research results show that Generation Z's interest in visiting pays attention to eWOM, green marketing, and lifestyle variables. Even though social media marketing activity does not influence visiting interest, it is still a factor that must be considered.
