Abstract

Burnout is a problem that occurs at the National Unity and Political Agency of the District. Karawang. This research aims to analyze and find out the factors that cause burnout, the impact of burnout, and to find out what strategies can minimize burnout in employees. This research is located at the office of the National Unity and Political Agency, Kab. Karawang. The research informants were secretariat staff, national insight analysis staff, and community staff. Primary data was collected through interviews, observation, documentation, and secondary data obtained from library research. Validity test using data triangulation and content analysis. The results of the research show that fatigue is an influential factor in causing burnout. The impact of burnout on employees is physical fatigue due to urgent tasks and receiving guests outside working hours. The strategy to minimize burnout is to create a conducive working atmosphere, providing balance. between challenge and comfort, creating a good work culture, and creating a good and comfortable environment.

Abstract

Human resource management consists of a series of actions to train, assess, compensate employees, manage work relations and employee health and safety, and how the company can survive over the long term. A company cannot operate without employees. Apart from recruiting employees, companies must also consistently try to improve employee abilities through training and development activities, organizing work methods, providing appropriate compensation, and creating a good work environment. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of financial compensation and the physical work environment on employee turnover intention through job satisfaction as a mediating variable for employees at RS.Bhakti Husada Bekasi. This research used quantitative methods with a sample size of 67 respondents with a population of 203 employees at Bhakti Husada Bekasi Hospital. This research processes data using SmartPLS 3.0 software and collects data via Google from. The results of this research show that financial compensation has a significant effect on employee turnover intention, the physical work environment has no significant effect on employee turnover intention, job satisfaction has no significant effect on employee turnover intention, financial compensation has a significant effect on job satisfaction, financial compensation has no significant effect on satisfaction. work which is mediated by employee turnover intention and cannot influence the physical work environment, nor can it have a significant effect on job satisfaction which is mediated by employee turnover intention.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, government development heavily relies on the economy. MSMEs are crucial for the advancement of a country, especially in its economic sector. MSMEs continue to grow year by year, even after the pandemic. However, MSMEs in the F&B sector face various challenges and intense competition, accompanied by changes in consumer behavior. MSMEs in Indonesia's food and beverage (F&B) sector must adopt effective branding strategies to differentiate themselves from competitors, win consumer hearts, and maintain employee loyalty. One such example is Natto Milk Indonesia. The strategic efforts to convince consumers and employees include product differentiation, storytelling-based communication through social media, and internal branding through employee training. These are the main strategies to convince both consumers and employees. The aim of this study is to provide a comprehensive overview of brand strategies for consumers and employees.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of understanding tax regulations, taxpayer awareness, tax rates, and tax sanctions on the level of taxpayer compliance among doctors in Bandar Lampung. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The data collection technique used in the research was a questionnaire. The population used in this study were all doctors in Bandar Lampung. Based on the Slovin formula, the number of samples used in this research is 264 samples of taxpayers who work as doctors. Hypothesis testing in this research was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the research show that understanding tax regulations, taxpayer awareness, tax rates and tax sanctions have a significant effect on the level of taxpayer compliance for the medical profession in Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Financial Inclusion and Financial Management on the Performance of MSMEs in the Culinary Sector in Marpoyan Damai District, Pekanbaru. The population in this study was 3,450 and there were 70 samples of business actors obtained using the Slovin formula.The research method used is a quantitative method and uses primary and secondary data. Primary data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to micro-entrepreneurs in the culinary sector in the Marpoyan Damai sub-district. To test the hypothesis in this research, use the SPSS version 25 program.The research results show that: 1) Financial inclusion has a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs, 2) Financial management has a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs, 3) Financial inclusion and financial management have a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs.

Abstract

The study aims to test and analyze the relationship between the effect of emotional intelligence and work mutations on employee performance mediated by perceived job satisfaction. The type of research used is the quantitative approach, the population in this study is the entire employee who works at Astra Daihatsu Makassar Urip Sumoharjo which amounts to 52 employees, the sampling technique used in this research is using the total sample, where the entire number of population in the study is used as. The analysis used in hypothesis testing is path analysis with the help of Smart PLS 3 software. The results of the analysis provide evidence that the emotional intelligence that an employee possesses cannot support the creation of employee performance, but in other parts it has been shown to increase employee job satisfaction. Implementation of mutations has been proven to improve employee job satisfaction and work performance. Creation of high performance can be done by increasing employee satisfaction in work. The role of job satisfaction as a mediator in explaining the effects of emotional intelligence and the implementation of mutations has proven to have a meaningful impact in the creation of higher-directional employee performance

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of job order costing method on determining the cost of production at PT XYZ. Two main methods, namely full costing and variable costing, were analyzed to evaluate the differences in production cost estimates. The findings suggest that full costing tends to yield lower production costs compared to variable costing, primarily due to the inclusion or exclusion of fixed factory overhead costs. Evaluation of both methods highlights the importance of a deep understanding of the company's cost structure in accounting decision-making. Recommendations for PT XYZ include continuous evaluation of the effectiveness of both methods, development of a better cost tracking system, and exploration of the use of method combinations to meet the company's specific needs.

Abstract

Pelecehan seksual yang dilakukan terhadap perempuan adalah masalah serius yang memerlukan perhatian terfokus dan pendekatan proaktif di banyak situasi. Kekerasan seksual terus terjadi di Kecamatan Medan Sunggal, sehingga menimbulkan ancaman signifikan terhadap keselamatan dan kesejahteraan perempuan. Dewan Taklim Az-Zahra, sebuah organisasi keagamaan yang didedikasikan untuk pendidikan dan pemberdayaan perempuan, menyadari pentingnya berpartisipasi aktif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan pencegahan kekerasan seksual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran strategis Majelis Taklim Az-Zahra dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan pendidikan pencegahan kekerasan seksual terhadap perempuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian kualitatif. digunakan untuk mengeksplorasi strategi yang digunakan oleh majelis taklim dalam konteks pencegahan kekerasan seksual. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pengurus dan anggota, serta observasi terhadap kegiatan majelis taklim. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui pendidikan, pembentukan relawan, dan kerja sama dengan lembaga lain Majelis Taklim Az-Zahra berhasil membentuk pemahaman mendalam di masyarakat, memperluas dampak sosialisasi, dan memainkan peran aktif dalam pencegahan kekerasan seksual. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman praktik efektif dalam konteks pencegahan kekerasan seksual oleh lembaga keagamaan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis strategi kepala KUA kecamatan Medan Amplas dalam membangun moderasi beragama. Metode yang dipakai dengan pendekatan kualitatif, melibatkan wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Strategi tersebut mencakup peningkatan pemahaman agama, penyebaran nilai-nilai moderasi, peningkatan kerja sama antarumat beragama, dan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Strategi holistik dan inklusif yang diimplementasikan oleh kepala KUA menjadi landasan kuat untuk membangun moderasi beragama di kecamatan Medan Amplas. Langkah-langkah ini melibatkan kerjasama dengan berbagai lembaga dan komunitas keagamaan, inisiatif konkret dengan partisipasi aktif masyarakat, serta respons yang seimbang terhadap isu-isu kontroversial. Pengukuran keberhasilan tidak hanya difokuskan pada aspek konkrit, tetapi juga pada hubungan antarumat beragama, saling menghargai, dan toleransi.

Abstract

Pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT PSMI Way Kanan Lampung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Hal ini dibuktikan diperoleh mulai dari uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas bahwa dari masing-masing item pertanyaan variabel disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah valid dan reliable. Hal tersebut dilihat pada persaman regresi linier sederhana diperoleh nilai konstanta a sebesar 24,053, sedangkan nilai b variabel disiplin kerja sebesar 0,281 sehingga persamaan regresi Y = a + bX = 24,053 + 0,281X. Nilai konstanta positif sebesar 24,053 menunjukkan pengaruh positif variabel independent disiplin kerja (X) bila variabel independent disiplin kerja naik atau berpengaruh dalam satu satuan maka variabel kinerja karyawan akan naik atau terpenuhi. Koefisein regresi X disiplin kerja sebesar 0,283 menyatakan bahwa jika disiplin kerja mengalami kenaikan satu satuan maka kinerja karyawan (Y) akan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 0,281 atau 28,1% artinya variabel (X) disiplin kerja mempunya hubungan yang positif terhadap variabel (Y) kinerja karyawan. Nilai korelasi (R) adalah 0,382. Nilai ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang rendah antara variabel independent yaitu disiplin kerja dengan variabel dependent yaitu kinerja karyawan pada PT PSMI Way Kanan Lampung adalah rendah. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R Square) adalah sebesar 0,146 atau 14,6 %. Nilai ini menunjukan bahwa koefisien semua variabel independent yaitu disiplin kerja terhadap variabel dependent yaitu kinerja karyawan adalah sebesar 14,6%. Sementara 85,4% sisanya merupakan koefisien dari faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Nilai thitung untuk variabel disiplin kerja (X) sebesar 3,434 dengan ttabel (?/2 = 0,05/2 = 0,025) dan df = (n-k-1) yaitu (71-1-1=69), untuk uji dua pihak diperoleh ttabel= 1,994 dengan kriteria pengambilan keputusan ternyata nilai thitung> ttabel atau 3,434 > 1,994, maka keputusan Ho ditolak Ha diterima. Artinya disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT PSMI Way Kanan Lampung.
