Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has driven the growth of the internet and given rise to online shopping platforms such as Shopee. Shopee offers convenience in buying and selling transactions and various online services, which can accelerate economic growth globally. This study aims to determine the influence of the Flash Sale program, the “Free Shipping” Tagline, and the Cash on Delivery (COD) Service on purchasing decisions in the Shopee marketplace. This study uses a quantitative method with a non-probability sampling technique, namely judgment sampling. The research sample consisted of 120 people who lived in Sukamahi Village and had experience shopping online through the Shopee application at least 3 times. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS 23. The results of the study show that the Flash Sale program, the “Free Shipping” Tagline, and the Cash on Delivery (COD) Service have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions in the Shopee marketplace. The R-Square value of 0.622 indicates that 62.2% of the variation in purchase decision value is determined by the role of the Flash Sale variable, the “Free Shipping” Tagline, and the Cash on Delivery (COD) Service, while the remaining 37.8% is influenced by other variables outside of the study. Thus, the Flash Sale program, the “Free Shipping” Tagline, and the Cash on Delivery (COD) Service are proven to have a positive influence on purchasing decisions in the Shopee marketplace. This indicates that Shopee needs to continue to maintain and improve these programs to increase sales and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Low staff performance will hinder organizational goals. Management must consider salary and work discipline while producing human resources to fulfill company goals and increase performance. This study examines the relationship between compensation and work discipline and their partial and simultaneous effects on employee performance at PT Matahari Department Store Karawang branch. This study uses descriptive and verification methodologies. Sample Random Sampling was used to acquire 104 samples from 140 persons. Data analysis is done using scale range analysis and path analysis using MSI, Excel 2010, and SPSS version 23. This research found that PT Matahari Department Store Karawang employees' compensation averages 402, which is on the agreed scale range, and that their work discipline averages 401, which is on the agreed scale. The correlation analysis score of 0.456 shows a substantial association between remuneration and work discipline. Performance is partially influenced by remuneration (27.8%) and work discipline (19%). The study found a 46.8% correlation between salary and work discipline and employee performance at PT Matahari Department Store Karawang. The remaining 53.2% was due to other variables (?) not addressed in this study

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Roda Pembina Nusantara. Penelitian dilaksanakan di PT. Roda Pembina Nusantara Karawang yang beralamat di JL. Raya tanjung pura no. 4 RT.1/RW.8, Tanjungmekar, Kecamatan Karawang Barat, Kabupaten Karawang. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskritif, kuantitatif, verifikatif . Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 140 karyawan. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui hasil kuesioner dan wawancara dengan sampelnya yang digunakan sebanyak 104 responden dengan analisi regresi linier berganda dengan aplikasi spss versi 25 .  Hasil penelitian ini adalah  : 1). ). Budaya organisasi dengan total skor sebesar 2991 dengan rata-rata 299 yang berada pada rentang skala 104-504 dengan kategori cukup baik. 2). . Disiplin kerja mendapatkan nilai total skor 3412 dengan rata-rata 341 yang berada ada rentang skala 104-504. Artinya disiplin kerja kategori baik. 3). Kinerja karyawan dengan total skor sebesar 3377, dengan rata-rata 337 yang berada pada rentang skala 104-504 dengan kategori  baik. 4). secara parsial budaya organisasi berpengaruh sangat signifikan terhadap kinerja nilai nilai sig 0,000 < ? 0,05 dan thitung 7,088 > ttabel 1,65993. 5). Secara parsial disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja dengan nilai sig 0,786 >  ? 0,05 dan thitung -0,273 < ttabel 1,65993. Secara simultan disiplin kerja dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai uji sig. 0,000 < ? 0,05 dan ? hitung 36.565 > ? tabel 3.09.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor resiko fraud hexagon, corporate governance, dan kualitas audit terhadap pelaksanaan fraudulent financial reporting. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur sub-sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode tahun 2020-2021. Sampel yang digunakan untuk meneliti ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian memberikan bukti bahwa financial stability, financial target, ineffective monitoring, rationalizatin, capability, arrogance, collusion, kepemilikan manajerial, dewan komisaris, komite audit, kualitas audit tidak berpengaruh terhadap fraudulent financial reporting, sedangkan external pressure, nature of industry, kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh terhadap fraudulent financial reporting

Abstract

In Indonesia, taxes are the main source of revenue to meet the state's needs to finance state household expenditures for the benefit of the general public. Tax revenues from individual taxpayers are a burden that must be paid for taxpayers. Taxes reduce the total income or net profit received by the taxpayer. The aim of this research is to determine the partial and simultaneous impact of profitability, fixed asset intensity, company size and leverage on tax aggressiveness in large trading sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2022 period. The population used in the research was 49 companies in the Large Trade Sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2022 period. The technique used in this research is a purposive sampling technique. It can be seen that the total number of companies that can be used as samples in this research is 21 companies and the research period is 6 years. So the total number of observation data is 126 data. The research results show that profitability, fixed asset intensity, company size and leverage have a partial or simultaneous effect on tax aggressiveness in large trading sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2022 period.

Abstract

Inti dari eksplorasi ini adalah untuk membedah standar pemanfaatan dalam Islam di kalangan mahasiswa penerima dana hibah YBM PLN di UIN Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu. Landasan pendalaman ini adalah untuk melihat apakah ada perubahan besar dalam pola pemanfaatan mahasiswa setelah mendapat hibah, menurut pandangan Islam. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan yang langsung dikaitkan dengan pokok bahasan yang hendak diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa standar pemanfaatan dalam Islam berdampak pada pilihan pembelian mahasiswa penerima hibah YBM PLN di UIN Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu. Mahasiswa memperhatikan prinsip keadilan dalam menentukan sumber dana uang jajan, memastikan kehalalan barang yang dikonsumsi, menerapkan prinsip kebersihan dalam jenis makanan dan kebiasaan konsumsi, serta menjalankan kesederhanaan dalam memilih produk. Selain itu, mereka menunjukkan kemurahan hati melalui sedekah dan zakat, serta mempraktikkan moralitas dengan berdoa sebelum mengonsumsi produk yang dibeli. Perubahan signifikan terlihat dalam pola konsumsi mahasiswa setelah menerima beasiswa, terutama dari perspektif Islam. Uang jajan yang sebelumnya digunakan untuk membayar UKT kini dialokasikan dengan tepat sesuai kebutuhan. Namun masih sedikit mahasiswa yang umumnya akan memanfaatkan uang tersebut untuk membeli barang-barang yang dibutuhkannya, tidak hanya untuk keperluan konsentrasi saja.

Abstract

In addition to maximizing profits, companies also try to maintain business continuity by protecting the environment from damage due to operational activities. The activities of energy sector companies are directly related to natural resources so that they have high sensitivity to the environment. This study aims to examine the effect of eco-efficiency and environmental disclosure on the financial performance of energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2022 period. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using secondary data in the form of annual reports and corporate sustainability reports obtained from the official websites of the observed companies and the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample in this study was selected based on the purposive sampling method which resulted in 16 observed companies with a total of 64 observation data. This study used stakeholder theory and legitimacy theory. Based on the research results, it was found that eco-efficiency, environmental disclosure, and firm size control variables simultaneously affect the company's financial performance proxied by return on assets (ROA). Furthermore, eco-efficiency negatively affects the company's financial performance and environmental disclosure positively affects the company's financial performance.

Abstract

Pengembangan sumber daya manusia menjadi hal paling utama guna meningkatkan kinerja pada perusahaan. Klinik dental care adalah fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan gigi yang menyelenggarakan pelayanan kesehatan, untuk itu diperlukan sumber daya manusia yang memiliki kompetensi dan kinerja yang baik dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada para pasien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui mengetahui tanggapan responden dan pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada Karyawan Klinik Izzati Group. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, dimana informasi yang dikumpulkan dari responden menggunakan kuesioner serta wawancara. Pengujian penelitian dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan asosiatif kuantitatif serta analisis linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa, Tanggapan responden terhadap budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan dan OCB pada karyawan Izzati Group termasuk dalam kriteria Sangat Kuat, Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap OCB, sedangkan Gaya Kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh terhadap OCB, serta secara simultan Budaya Organisasi dan Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap OCB pada Karyawan Izzati Group di Kota Cimahi. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan setiap tenaga medis maupun non medis pada klinik Izzati Group sudah merasa terhubung dengan nilai-nilai klinik Izzati Group sehingga memiliki perilaku sukarela dalam membantu sesama staf medis maupun non medis, serta memberikan waktu dan perhatian tambahan pada pasien dalam memastikan kenyamanan pasien.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between Conversation and Co-Creation on Customer Loyalty through the mediation of Experience Quality moderated by Currency. This research uses quantitative methods. Sampling in this study used the Non Probability Sampling method with Purposive technique. The population used in this study is people in Bekasi Regency, with a sample obtained of 114 customer respondents who subscribe to Viu VoD services. This study tests correlation and regression with the help of the SmartPLS 3.2.9 program which is used to test validity and reliability. The results showed that Conversation has a significant positive role on customer Experience Quality. Co-creation has a significant positive effect on customer Experience Quality. Conversation with moderation Currency has a negative role on customer Experience Quality. Co-creation with Currency moderation has a significant positive effect on the level of customer Experience Quality. Customer Experience Quality has a significant positive role on Customer Loyalty. Conversation through the mediation of Experience Quality has a negative influence on Customer Loyalty. Co-creation through the mediation of Experience Quality has a significant positive effect on Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyse the effect of business capital, labour, and working hours on the business performance of grocery store MSEs in Tambaksari District, Surabaya City. The research method used is quantitative method. Quantitative methods are used to collect and analyse the necessary data. The sample technique used is non probability sampling with purposive sampling technique totalling 70 respondents. Based on this research, the research instrument used a questionnaire that was distributed directly. The questionnaire contains statements about the indicators in the variables of business capital, labour, working hours and business performance. The data obtained were then analysed using multiple linear regression methods to determine the effect between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The results showed that partially business capital and labour have an influence on the business performance of MSEs of grocery stores in Ploso Village, Tambaksari Subdistrict, Surabaya City. While in partial testing, the working hour variable has no effect on the business performance of MSE grocery stores in Ploso Village, Tambaksari Subdistrict, Surabaya City. Business capital, labour, and working hours have a positive effect on the business performance of MSE grocery stores in Ploso Village, Tambaksari Subdistrict, Surabaya City after being tested together. This shows that together they can affect business performance.
