Abstract

At the Padang Region VI Airport Authority Office, there is a lack of communication between management and employees to simply ask about the conditions being faced by employees and a lack of holding meetings with employees to discuss problems to be faced and goals to be achieved by the Airport Authority Office. Air Region VI Padang so as to create a joint commitment to the tasks to be carried out. The objectives of the research are: (1) To find out how big the impact of democratic leadership style is on the performance of employees of the Padang Region VI Airport Authority Office, (2) To find out how big the impact of work discipline is on the performance of employees of the Padang Region VI Airport Authority Office. (3) To find out how big the impact of the work environment is on the performance of employees of the Padang Region VI Airport Authority Office. This research is included in the Quantitative type of research. The object of this research was carried out at the Padang Region VI Airport Authority Office, Jl. MR. Sutan Moh. Rasjid – District. Batang Anai Ketaping Padang Pariaman, West Sumatra 25586. The population in this study was 101 employees of the Padang Region VI Airport Authority Office and a sample of 101. The types of data used were primary and secondary data. The analysis method is multiple linear regression analysis. The research results found: (1) The democratic leadership style partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Padang Region VI Airport Authority Office. (2) Work discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Padang Region VI Airport Authority Office, (3) The work environment partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Padang Region VI Airport Authority Office Padang Region VI Airport Authority Office in improving employee performance by paying attention to democratic leadership style, work discipline and work environment in order to achieve high employee performance at work

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji pengaruh motivasi berwirausaha dan orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap Kinerja Usaha BUMDes yang dilakukan pada pengurus BUMDes, Kecamatan Tajinan yang melibatkan 60 responden dengan metode purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan beberapa analisis diantaranya analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis koefisien korelasi (R), analisis koefisien determinasi (R2), uji pengaruh simultan (uji F) dan parsial (uji t). Didapatkan hasil analisis regresi linier berganda yang menunjukkan hubungan antara variabel motivasi berwirausaha dan orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap Kinerja Usaha BUMDes. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,349% dari kinerja usaha BUMDes dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel motivasi berwirausaha dan orientasi kewirausahaan. Hasil uji menunjukkan motivasi berwirausaha dan orientasi kewirausahaan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Usaha BUMDes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of regional financial management information systems and regional financial accounting systems on local government performance moderated by the implementation of performance-based budgeting. The sample used in this study was 47 respondents. The data analysis used in this study was Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that the influence of the regional financial management information system had a positive and significant influence on the performance of local governments. The results also show that the regional financial accounting system has a positive and significant influence on the performance of local governments. Furthermore, the influence of the regional financial management information system on local government performance will be weak if moderated by the implementation of performance-based budgeting. And the influence of the regional financial accounting system on the performance of local governments will be stronger if moderated by the implementation of performance-based budgeting.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of village fund financial supervision and accountability of village fund management on village government performance mediated by the effectiveness of village fund management. The sample used in this study was 98 respondents. The analysis tool used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that financial supervision of village funds had no effect on the performance of village governments. Accountability of village fund management affects the performance of village government. The effectiveness of village fund management affects the performance of village government. Financial supervision of village funds affects the effectiveness of village fund management. Accountability of village fund management affects the effectiveness of village fund management. Furthermore, the results of the investigation also show that financial supervision of village funds affects the performance of village governments mediated by the effectiveness of village fund management and accountability of village fund management affects the performance of village governments mediated by the effectiveness of village fund management.

Abstract

Optimizing the performance quality of every organization and/or company has become crucial, necessitating drivers for employees to enhance their performance quality, such as work motivation and occupational health and safety (K3) provided by the organization and/or company to each employee. This study aims to investigate the influence of work motivation and occupational health and safety (K3) on the performance of Plant-2 employees at PT. Sinar Agung Pemuda Cikarang. The research employs a verificative analysis method with a quantitative approach using multiple regression analysis. The results indicate that hypothesis H1 is accepted, signifying that work motivation significantly affects employee performance. Furthermore, H2 is rejected, indicating that occupational health and safety do not significantly affect employee performance. Additionally, H3 is accepted, suggesting a simultaneous influence of work motivation and occupational health and safety on the performance of Plant-2 employees at PT. Sinar Agung Pemuda Cikarang, accounting for 35.7%, with the remaining 64.3% influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Awareness within the company and workers of the importance of implementing occupational safety and health (K3) is very much done to prevent work accidents that can result in death or injury to workers and also material losses that are not small for the company. Occupational compliance with occupational safety and health is a key aspect in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. This research uses research methods used using descriptive and verifiative methods, quantitative approaches with simple regression analysis methods with the help of SPSS 16 software, The population of this study was 45 employees with the sampling used, namely saturated sampling. The results of the study explained that work compliance was still below 0.05 and for the t¬-count value got a value of 6,691 where the t-table from this study was 1,676 which means that it can be concluded that work compliance has a greater value than t-table (6,691 > 1,676). Therefore, It can be concluded that the variable of Work Compliance affects Occupational Safety and health. Referring to Work Compliance and K3 at PT. Mitramas Muda Mandiri Karawang, regarding solving problems in work must be improved again. Therefore, employees must always evaluate themselves or colleagues, so that automatically the symptoms of errors can be prevented.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of work discipline and work environment on the performance of employees of the Karawang UKM Cooperative Service. This research is verification research with a quantitative approach. The population of this study was employees of the Karawang UKM Cooperative Service, totaling 45 respondents. Sampling used a total sampling technique with a total of 45 respondents. The data collection method is using a questionnaire and analysis tools using SPSS 22 with a multiple linear regression approach. The results of the research show that there is a partial influence between the Work Discipline variable (x1) on Employee Performance (y) with a calculated t value > t table (5.502 > 2.014) and there is a partial influence between the Work Environment variable (x2) on Employee Performance (y) with calculated t value > t table (2.280 > 2.014) andsimultaneously there is an influence of Work Discipline Variables (x1) and Work Environment (x2) on employee performance (y) withcalculated F value > F table (27.876 > 3.22).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine compliance with the implementation of the Transitional Justice program for Post-Conflict Victims for the Aceh Truth and Reconciliation Commission at the Tifa Foundation. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a case study approach. This study uses primary data that was obtained from Tifa Foundation directly through document collection and interviews with resource persons. Data analysis was carried out together with data collection by determining compliance criteria and processing data using working papers to draw conclusions from the research. Based on the results of this study, it shows that the level of compliance of the Tifa Foundation in implementing the program reaches 98% so that it can be said to be very good.

Abstract

Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2022. This research approach is based on a quantitative approach because this research has a clear and orderly flow. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive type of research. The nature of this research is descriptive explanatory. In this study, the population used was all mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2020 to 2022, totaling 28 companies. The results of this study indicate that Profitability has no partial effect on Capital Structure. Liquidity has a partial effect on Capital Structure. Company Size has no partial effect on Capital Structure. Profitability, Liquidity, and Company Size simultaneously affect Capital Structure.

Abstract

This research aims to determine partial or simultaneous relationship between occupational health safety (K3) and the work environment on the performance of PT employees. Matsuzawa Pelita Furniture Indonesia. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The research sample consisted of 70 employees of PT Matsuzawa Pelita Furniture Indonesia. The sampling technique in research uses a saturated sampling method. The analysis model used in this research is a multiple linear regression analysis model using the F test and t test with a significance level of 5%. The research results show that there is no partial influence between occupational health safety (K3) on the performance of PT employees. Matsuzawa Pelita Furniture Indonesia with a t table value (1.680 < 1.994 or t count < t table ) and there is a partial influence of the Work Environment on employee performance at PT Matsuzawa Pelita Furniture Indonesia with a t table value (-2.327 < 1.994 or t count < t table). The magnitude of the influence between occupational health safety (K3) and the work environment on the performance of PT employees. Matsuzawa Pelita Furniture Indonesia was 10.1% while 89.9% was influenced by other variables such as work culture, work discipline, etc.
