Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work-life balance and workload on employee performance. This study used a saturation or census technique in which all members of the population were used as a sample of 50 people.  Based on the results of the hypothesis test, it shows that the work-life balance workload does not affect the performance of employees of the Provincial PUPR Office. The results also show that the workload affects the performance of employees of the Provincial PUPR Office.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the best model of data and results of economic growth forecasts in Maluku Province for the next 5 years. The level of forecasting economic growth in Maluku Province is based on the ARIMA (Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average) method where this method is a periodic series analysis method and known as BoxJenkis which comes from a merger between the Autoregressive (AR) and Moving Average (MA) models developed by George Box and Gwilym Jenkins. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach, using a quantitative approach, this research will be carried out mathematical calculations that have been simplified using applications to simplify and speed up the calculation process to determine the best ARIMA model in forecasting economic growth. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh promosi, kemudahan pengguna, dan online customer rating terhadap keputusan pembelian yang dilakukan di ShopeeFood. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan memanfaatkan data primer melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan melalui Google Form, serta data sekunder dari penelitian sebelumnya. Penelitian menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel non-probabilitas untuk pengumpulan data. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda yang meliputi uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, uji T, dan uji koefisien determinasi yang difasilitasi dengan program SPSS Versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada ShopeeFood. Kemudahan Pengguna berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada ShopeeFood. Online customer rating berpengaruh posistif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada ShopeeFood.

Abstract

This study aims to see and analyze the effect of Road, Education, Health and Telecommunication infrastructure development on the poverty rate in Southeast Maluku Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach with Multiple Linear Regression analysis methods and data processing using the Eviews application. This study used secondary data obtained from related agencies. The results of this study show that Road Infrastructure and Telecommunication Infrastructure have a negative and significant effect on regional poverty levels in Southeast Maluku Regency. This is evidenced by the results of the t-statistical test which shows a coefficient value of -4.126048 with a probability value of 0.0091 in Road Infrastructure and Telecommunication Infrastructure obtained t-statistical test results which show a coefficient value of -3985471 with a probability value of 0.0105. Meanwhile, Education Infrastructure and Health Infrastructure do not have a significant effect on the poverty rate in Southeast Maluku Regency. This is evidenced by the t-statistical test which shows a coefficient value of 1.044468 with a probability value of 0.3441 in Education Infrastructure and Health Infrastructure obtained t-statistical test results that m show a coefficient value of 0.7993 with a probability value of 0.0105.

Abstract

This research aims to examine how the work environment and work motivation influence teacher performance at SMPN 2 Cikampek. The research method uses a quantitative approach involving 38 teachers at SMPN 2 Cikampek as research respondents by applying a saturated sample. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression using F and t-tests with a significance level of 5%. The research results show that the work environment (X1) does not affect the performance of SMPN 2 Cikampek teachers with a value of 1,147 < 2,301. Meanwhile, work motivation (X2) has a very significant effect on teacher performance at SMPN 2 Cikampek with a value of 4,834 > 2,301. Simultaneously, the work environment and work motivation together influence the level of teacher performance (Y) as shown by the calculated F value of 20,508 > 3.26. The influence of the work environment and work motivation on teacher performance at SMPN 2 Cikampek is 54% while the remaining 46% is influenced by other factors not examined in this research.

Abstract

This research to find out the influence the marketing mix has on sales volume. This research use saturated sampel which is 30 respondents who were consumers of AOI Ramen Bandung and uses quantitative methods by collecting data using a questionnaire. This research obtained the results of the correlation coefficient value of 0.863, which means that the Marketing Mix has an influence on sales volume with a moderate category, which is in the range of 0.6-0.7. From the t hypothesis test, it shows that the value of t count against t table is 0.691> 0.361, which means that it is accepted and has an effect on sales volume. Meanwhile, from the coefficient of determination, the R square value is 42%, which means that if the marketing mix goes well, it will increase the sales volume by 42%, while the remaining 58% is influenced by other components not examined by the author. The obstacles faced by AOI Ramen Bandung are getting raw materials for making noodles and other toppings that are getting scarce and expensive. The solution that can be given to AOI Ramen Bandung is to look for local raw materials at a more affordable price, so as not to make the taste of Ramen at AOI Ramen Bandung change.

Abstract

Dewasa ini, peran game telah berkembang dari sekadar hiburan menjadi industri yang memengaruhi ekonomi. Fenomena menarik terjadi pada kasus tingkat pembelian game, terdapat ketidaksesuaian antara tingkat antusias suatu game sebelum perilisan dengan kinerja penjualannya. Studi kasus membandingkan anatara game Final Fantasy XVI yang terjual 3 juta salinan pada minggu pertamanya, sementara God of War: Ragnarok berhasil menjual 5,1 juta salinan pada periode yang sama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa sejauh mana pengaruh promosi online, kelompok referensi, dan kemudahan penggunaan terhadap keputusan pembelian suatu game. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi pada penelitian ini merupakan pemain game Final Fantasy XVI yang berada dalam server discord “Final Fantasy” dengan sampel sebanyak 180 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner online. Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis dengan metode analisis deskriptif menggunakan rentang skala Likert serta analisis verifikatif menggunakan SEM-PLS. Pada penelitian ini terdapat temuan terbaru bahwa mayoritas para pemain berasal dari kalangan remaja yang berusia 18-25 tahun. Selain itu, ditemukan juga fakta bahwa pemain game saat ini dimainkan oleh laki laki dan perempuan dengan jumlah yang sangat tipis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa promosi online, kelompok referensi, dan kemudahan penggunaan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap keputusan pembelian game.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui, mendeskripsikan dan mengalisisis pengaruh fasilitas wisata terhadap kepuasan pengunjung di wisata kolam renang jedongcangkring. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan sampling purposive. Orang-orang yang pernah pergi ke kolam renang Jedongcangkring adalah subjek penelitian, dan sampelnya terdiri dari 96 orang. Motede analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis menggunakan uji f dan uji t dengan bantuan software SPSS for windows versi 25.Instrument dalam penelitian ini yakni skala fasilitas dengan nilai koefisien reliabilitas (? 0,832), skala lokasi dengan nilai koefisien reliabilitas (? 0,867), skala kualitas pelayanan dengan nilai koefisien reliabilitas (? 0,820) dan skala kepuasan pengunjung dengan nilai koefisien reliabilitas (?0,793). Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikannya 0,000< 0,05 dan nilai f hitung (61,931) > f tabel (3.09) maka Hipotesis 4 diterima dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif secara bersama-sama antara Fasilitas, Lokasi, dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Pengunjung. Untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh fasillitas, lokasi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung, dilakukan uji koefisien determinasi. Nilai R square yang diperoleh adalah sebesar 0.669. angka tersebut mengandungarti bahwa variabel Fasilitas, Lokasi, dan Kualitas Pelayanan memberikan pengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pengunjung sebesar 66,9% sementara 33,1% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.

Abstract

Kemudahan seseorang dalam beraktivitas dapat ditunjukkan dengan penggunaan teknologi yang praktis. Konsep bahwa teknologi itu mudah digunakan dapat menunjukkan betapa mudahnya menggunakan sistem informasi. Fitur layanan membantu pengguna membuat keputusan untuk menggunakan sistem selain kemudahan penggunaan. Kepercayaan adalah menjadi bagian penting dalam menjalankan bisnis dan membentuk hubungan yang baik antara konsumen dan perusahaan.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pentingnya kemudahan, fitur layanan, dan kepercayaan terhadap minat pengguna pada aplikasi Grab fitur Grab Bike. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasinya pengguna jasa Grab Bike di Sidoarjo dan sampel berjumlah 96 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan nonprobability sampling dan purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan angket/kuisioner google form. Teknik analisis data menggunakan skala likert dan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel kemudahan bernilai positif namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Variabel fitur layanan dan kepercayaan memiliki nilai positif dan berpengaruh signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the extent of the influence of Brand Equity and Price on Purchasing Decisions and their Impact on Consumer Satisfaction of Shinzui Bath Soap in Ambon City. This research is a descriptive research. By using questionnaires as a data collection tool as many as 90 respondents. Sampling using purposive sampling. The data analysis method used is Partial least square using smartpls ver 3.0 including validity test and reliability test, as well as hypothesis test and model evaluation test. The results of the analysis show that brand equity is related and influential on purchasing decisions with a t-statistic value of 2,100 because it has a T-statistic value exceeding a value of >1.96, then prices are related and influential on purchasing decisions with a t-statistic value of 8,448 because it has a T-statistic value of less than >1.96 and purchasing decisions are related and affect consumer satisfaction
