Abstract

Film termasuk karya sasta dimana fitur-fitur teks sastra yang bisa dikaji dengan ilmu linguistik. Salah satunya dianalisis dengan kajian morfofonemik. Pada kajian morfofonemik bahasa Arab terdapat bahasan tentang I'lal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis I'lal dalam film kartun Shalahuddin Al-Ayyubi episode 1. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi analisis isi. Hasil penelitian ini berupa temuan sebanyak 31 data dari 3 bentuk I'lal. Dalam kajian morfofonemik I'lal ini, terlihat keunikan dari perubahan bentuk dan bunyi dalam bahasa Arab. Kata Kunci: Morfofonemik, Morfologi, Fonologi, I’lal, Film

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perkembangan kosakata bahasa Arab modern serta mengidentifikasi tantangan dan peluang yang timbul dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab di era digital. Perkembangan teknologi telah mendorong perluasan kosakata bahasa Arab yang dipengaruhi oleh globalisasi, media digital, dan kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan. Studi ini menggunakan metode penelitian studi literatur, mengumpulkan dan menganalisis informasi mengenai kosakata baru dalam bahasa Arab modern yang banyak ditemukan di media seperti surat kabar Arab, serta mengeksplorasi tantangan dan peluang pembelajaran bahasa Arab di era digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan kosakata baru dalam bahasa Arab modern, yang dipengaruhi oleh internet dan globalisasi, menghadirkan tantangan dalam pemahaman dan penguasaan bahasa, terutama terkait istilah-istilah baru yang terus berkembang. Di sisi lain, teknologi digital menyediakan peluang signifikan melalui platform pembelajaran daring yang memudahkan akses dan pembelajaran kosakata baru. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan strategi pembelajaran yang efektif dan berbasis teknologi digital untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kompetensi bahasa Arab peserta didik di era digital. Penelitian ini memberikan pandangan mengenai pentingnya inovasi pembelajaran untuk menyikapi dinamika perkembangan bahasa Arab modern. Kata Kunci: Bahasa Arab Modern, Pembelajaran Bahasa Arab, Perkembangan Kosakata, Teknologi Digital.

Abstract

Aspek fonologi cukup penting dalam tahap permulaan pembelajaran bahasa. Fonologi merupakan aspek utama dalam bahasa, karena komunikasi lisan tidak mungkin terjadi tanpa adanya bunyi. Dalam perkembangan bahasa Arab di Indonesia, fokus pembelajaran sering kali berada pada pemahaman nahwu, shorof, dan balaghah, namun aspek fonologi sering diabaikan. Akibatnya, masih banyak terjadi kesalahan bunyi atau pengucapan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan fonem segmental dan suprasegmental bahasa Arab dan bahasa Indonesia, dan menganalisis secara kontastif bunyi bahasa Arab dan bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kualitatif melalui pendekatan kajian kepustakaan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mendiskripsikan fonem segmental dan suprasegmental dari data yang diteliti berupa buku-buku, jurnal, dan website terkait. Dan membandingkan persamaan dan perbedaan antara bunyi bahasa Arab dengan bahasa Indonesia. Sehingga hasil penelitian menunjukkan vokal dan konsonan bahasa Arab dan bahasa Indonesia secara rinci, adanya tekanan, nada, intonasi, durasi dan jeda dalam bahasa Arab dan bahasa Indonesia, persamaan vokal, konsonan, dan fonem suprasegmental antara bahasa Arab dan bahasa Indonesia, perbedaan vokal, konsonan, fonem suprasegmental antara bahasa Arab dan bahasa Indonesia. Kata Kunci: Analisis Kontrastif; Fonem; Bahasa Arab; Bahasa Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to reformulate al-mu'rabat materials in Jurumiyah book by Sheikh Muhammad Ibn Daud Shonhaji. This research is inseparable from several previous studies which show that students of Arabic are still very difficult to understand the book. This research is included inlibrary research which aims to collect some data and information through various kinds of material data contained in the library in the form of books, scientific journal articles, theses, theses, dissertations and other materials or research relevant to this research, while the data collection technique used in this research is the documentation technique which is carried out by carefully reading the Jurumiyah book by Sheikh Muhammad Ibn Daud Shonhaji then reformulating the al-mu'rabat material in accordance with i'rab. The result of this research is that there are several al-mu'rabat materials in the Jurumiyah book by Sheikh Muhammad Ibn Daud Shonhaji that need to be reclassified based on al-mu'rabat isim that is read rofa' , namely 1) Ististna ' with the letter Illa in the form of Kalam Manfi and Tam. 2) La which does not connect with the isim directly and must be repeated. 3) Munada Mufrod 'Alam and Munada Nakiroh Maqshudah. The results of the reformulation of the meteri al-mu'rabat in the Jurumiyah book by Sheikh Muhammad Ibn Daud Shonhaji are Chapter Marfuat Al-Asma consisting of Fail, Naibul Fail, Mubtada' and Khabar, Tawabi' (Na'at, 'Athaf, Taudik and Badal), Ististna' with the letter Illa in the form of Kalam Manfi and Tam, La which does not connect with the isim directly and must be repeated and Munada Mufrod 'Alam and Munada Nakiroh Maqshudah. The chapter on Manshubat Al-Asma consists of Maf'ul Bihi, Mashdar, Dzorof Zaman and Dzorof Makan, Hal, Tamyiz, (Munada: Munada Nakiroh Ghairu Maqshudah, MunadaMudhof and Munada Syibh Mudhof), Maf'ul Min Ajlih, Maf'ul Ma'ah. The chapter on Mahfudzot Al-Asma or Majrurat Al-Asma consists of Isim that are pronounced Jar because they are preceded by harf jar, because of idhofah and because (Tawabi'). Abstract

Arabic language learning cannot be separated from efforts to improve the four language skills. There are many ways to enhance students' listening skills, one of which is by using enjoyable educational games. In Arabic language learning, appropriate methods are also required to effectively implement educational games such as "Missing Lyrics." This study focuses on the planning, implementation, and evaluation of using the "Missing Lyrics" educational game to improve the listening skills of students at Markaz Arabiyah, Al-Qodiri 1 Islamic Boarding School, Jember. This research uses a qualitative approach. The technique for selecting informants is purposive sampling. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is based on the Miles and Huberman model, which consists of data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions or verification. The validity of the data is ensured through triangulation. The results of the study show that the "Missing Lyrics" educational game can improve students' listening skills, enrich their vocabulary, and correct their pronunciation. The game also enhances motivation, engagement, as well as students' social and teamwork skills. Furthermore, the use of Arabic songs in the game helps students understand grammar contextually and introduces them to Arabic culture. Keywords: Educational Game, Missing Lyrics, Listening Skills

Abstract

The term "hybrid learning" in the context of education describes a fusion of traditional and online learning approaches. To support hybrid learning, IAIN Madura uses the OBS Studio application. The purpose of the study is to offer a different approach to the time, location, and distance issues that lecturers deal with, which hinder the learning process. Additionally, pupils' ideas and ways of thinking are constrained when traditional teaching approaches are used. Children are consequently unmotivated to study both individually and in groups. This study employs phenomenological inquiry as a qualitative research methodology. The following succinctly describes the results of IAIN Madura's hybrid learning-based Arabic instruction utilizing the OBS Studio application: First, instructors and students feel more relaxed and younger when OBS Studio is used in the hybrid-based learning approach. Second, students' perceptions that studying Arabic may be integrated with information, communication, and technology (ICT) may be strengthened by hybrid learning-based Arabic language instruction utilizing OBS Studio. Third, OBS Studio is a very useful tool for learning Arabic and is a great learning tool. Fourth, OBS Studio can be used as an alternative learning tool that helps with distance learning. Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has expanded cultural access and interaction through various social media platforms. However, in the context of translating Arabic texts into other languages, significant challenges arise from linguistic and cultural differences that affect the overall understanding of the message. This article explores the challenges faced by translators in preserving the original meaning of Arabic texts when adapting them to social media, focusing on language and cultural aspects. Using a literature review method, this study analyzes relevant research on translation and cross-cultural communication. Findings indicate that differences in language structure, idioms, and cultural values can hinder the translation process, often leading to meaning distortions or misinterpretations among readers. Additionally, the space and format limitations on social media add further challenges for translators in selecting words and styles that convey the original message accurately. This article provides an in-depth understanding of the importance of cultural sensitivity in translating Arabic texts in the digital age and highlights strategies that can be used to address these challenges. Abstract

Understanding grammar (syntax) and verb forms (morphology) is fundamental to achieving proficiency in the Arabic language, particularly at the intermediate (Mutawassith) level, where all four language skills are taught in a balanced manner. This implies that students must be able to comprehend and apply these concepts in constructing correct sentences. However, this aspect is rarely explored in research on the Mutawassith level, despite the expectation that students should independently develop their ability to design and use new sentences.This study aims to identify and analyze recurring syntax and morphology errors and investigate their underlying causes among Mutawassith-level students. The research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach, with primary data sources consisting of teachers and students from an Arabic language development program at Pondok Pesantren Walisongo Wonokerto Tekung Lumajang, which uses the “Kitab Af’alul Yaumiyyah” as a key reference for studying syntax and morphology. Data collection techniques include direct classroom observation and interviews. Data analysis follows the Miles and Huberman model.The results of the study reveal five frequent and recurring errors, including four syntax errors and one morphology error. The primary cause of these errors is the students’ inconsistency in practicing sentence construction, leading to a failure to internalize syntax and morphology rules accurately. Abstract

This study aims to uncover the concept of Arabic language curriculum development at the Al-Qodiri 1 Junior High School (Mts Unggulan) in Jember during the pandemic and post-pandemic periods. The research method used in this study employs a qualitative approach with a field study type. The findings of this study reveal, first, the concept and implementation of learning adapted to government policies in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, which is digital-based. The concept of Arabic language learning during the COVID-19 pandemic to address the challenges of the 5.0 era at Mts Unggulan Al-Qodiri is designed in accordance with the characteristics of the Arabic language learning process. In line with the policy from the Ministry of Education and Culture to conduct online learning, the learning concept during the pandemic is implemented through the delivery of materials using e-modules, PowerPoint presentations (PPT), YouTube videos, face-to-face sessions via Zoom, Skype, Hangouts Meet, Google Meet, and WhatsApp groups. The content is delivered through WhatsApp groups, Google Classroom, Telegram, Line, and the forum feature in LMS. Second, the strategy used in Arabic language learning is adjusted to the limitations imposed by the pandemic, which restricts face-to-face interaction and gatherings. Therefore, the strategy for the duration of learning is conducted online by utilizing online learning media such as Zoom, Skype, Hangouts Meet, Google Classroom, and WhatsApp groups.
