Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap perilaku menabung, (2) pengaruh inklusi keuangan terhadap perilaku menabung, (3) pengaruh perencanaan keuangan terhadap perilaku menabung, (4) pengaruh literasi keuangan, inklusi keuangan, dan perencanaan keuangan secara simultan terhadap perilaku menabung. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah pelaku UMKM di Desa Sukamanah, Kec. Cugenang, Kab. Cianjur. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah uji asumsi klasik, analisis regregsi linier berganda, uji t, uji f, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) literasi keuangan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perilaku menabung,(2) inklusi keuangan tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perilaku menabung, (3) perencanaan keuangan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perilaku menabung, (4) literasi keuangan, inklusi keuangan, dan perencanaan keuangan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan terhadap perilaku menabung.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the direct and indirect effect of brand image,product quality, word of mouth variables on purchasing decisions. The population in this study were consumers of Kebab Turki Baba Rafi Soekarno Hatta Malang. Sampling in this study used the Lemeshow formula with purposive sampling method, the result were 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, and path analysis. It can be concluded that (1) there is a positive and significant influence between brand image and product quality on word of mouth, (2) there is a positive and significant influence between brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions, (3) there is a positive and significant influence There is a significant relationship between word of mouth on purchasing decisions, (4) there is a positive and significant influence between brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions through the variable intervening word of mouth.

Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the effect of organizational culture, work motivation, and organizational commitment to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of PT. Bedjoe Oetomo Kulon Progo. The type of this study is quantitative research that employs 65 respondents. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture partially has a positive and significant impact on organizational citizentional behavior (OCB) with a regression coefficient of 0,404 and significance value of 0,006. Work motivation partially has a positive and significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) with a regression coefficient of 0,363 and significance value of 0,009. Organizational commitment partially has a positive and significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) with a regression coefficient of 0,518 and significance value of 0,013. Organizational culture, work motivation, and organizational commitment simultaneously have a significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) with a significance value of 0,000. Therefore, all the hypotheses in this research are accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between organizational climate and employee performance, work motivation and employee performance, innovative behavior and employee performance. This research method is quantitative. The data collection technique in this study used an online questionnaire technique designed using a Likert scale of 1 to 5 and distributed to 43 employees at the Investment and One-Stop Services Office of Pasuruan City who were selected by purposive sampling method. This data processing tool is SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science). Before conducting data analysis, first tested the validity and reliability of the questionnaire used. To measure its validity, the score of each question item is used which is correlated with the total item score in one variable. After testing the validity and reliability, then performed data analysis. Analysis and interpretation of data is carried out to answer the problems that have been formulated and answer the hypotheses.

Abstract

The high public awareness regarding sports has received a positive response from the government and from the private sector. The response was in the form of providing funds for sports activities. Sports activities with the use of financial budgets are of course closely related to taxation. Taxes are people's contributions to the state treasury based on laws that can be enforced by not receiving direct services in return that can be shown and used to pay public expenses. Discussions on taxes will be related to the subject, object and tax rate. The close relationship between sports activities and taxes means that there must be clarity as to who is the subject and object of sports activities and the amount of tax rates imposed.

Abstract

The Accounting Information System is a form of accounting information system that concentrates on the process of creating, presenting and improving information to the authorities managing business activities to be used as a basis for policy making. Rapid Application Development (RAD) is a software development process model that is classified as an incremental (multilevel) technique. RAD emphasizes short, concise, and rapid development cycles. This research aims to create a model (prototype) for designing a savings and loan accounting information system using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) model at KPRI Dhaya Harta Jombang. In this research, we analyze the savings and loan procedures that run at the KPRI Dhaya Harta Jombang cooperative according to the stages of the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. Analysis of problems in cooperatives is described in a system flowchart for each running procedure.

Abstract

This research aims to empirically test the influence of organizational culture, intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence on the work performance of PT employees. Create Indonesian Healthy Livestock by researchers. This research uses independent variables, namely organizational culture, intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence as well as the dependent variable, namely employee work performance. The sample in this research were all employees of PT Cipta Ternak Sehat Indonesia who worked in the office. Data obtained through observation, interviews. The sampling technique in this research was carried out using a non-probability sampling method, namely saturated sampling. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing t test and F test. The results of this research show that organizational culture, intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence have a partial and simultaneous influence on work performance. This is known from the results of the organizational culture t test with a sig t value of 0.000<0.05, the intellectual intelligence t test with a sig t value of 0.000<0.05, the emotional intelligence t test with a sig t value of 0.000<0.05, and the F test with a sig value of F 0.000<0.05.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to examine the role of work stress in mediating the effect of workload and work environment on employee performance at CV. Bumi Mandiri Indonesia.  This study uses three kinds of variable, there are independent variable, dependent variable and intervening variable. the independent variables is workload and work environment and dependent variable is employee performance and the intervening variable is work stress. The samples of this study were employees of CV. Bumi Mandiri Indonesia. The data obtained through questionnaires, observations and interviews. The sampling technique was done by purposive sampling method. The analysis technique   uses a measurement model or outer model, structural model or inner model, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that workload partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work environment partially has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance. Work stress partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Workload partially has a positive and insignificant effect on work stress. The work environment partially has a positive and significant effect on work stress. Workload partially has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance mediated by work stress. This study shows that work stress cannot mediate the relationship between workload and employee performance. But work stress can mediate the relationship between the work environment and employee performance.

Abstract

This study discusses the effect of a sense of belonging and the work environment on employee engagement at PT. Jago Bahasa Inspira employees. This study aims to determine and explain the results of the influence of a sense of belonging and the work environment on employee engagement at PT. Jago Bahasa Inspira employees. The sample of this research is all employees of PT. Jago Bahasa Inspira who work in an office with a total of 59 employees. The sampling technique uses Non-Probability Sampling, namely saturated sampling. The analysis technique used is the classical assumption, multiple linear regression. The results of this study are that there is a positive and significant sense of belonging to employee engagement with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. There is a positive and significant effect of the work environment on employee engagement with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. There is a simultaneous influence of sense of belonging and work environment on employee engagement with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This exploration was planned utilizing a quantitative technique approach, 99 respondents participated in this quantitative-based writing project, which had its object at the Gresik branch of Bank BRI.
