Abstract

This study aims at determining the efforts of the Head of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI), to find out the development of MI Nashriyah under the leadership of the current head of MI Nashriyah, Tanjung Baru Village, Tanjung Lubuk District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach. Data collection methods used included: a) interviews, b) observation, and c) documentation. The data were collected through the three techniques which were organized, interpreted, and analyzed repeatedly, then analyzed with data analysis techniques. Furthermore, the credibility of the data was checked by using the data validity test, namely, triangulation. The findings in this study are: the efforts done by the head of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nashriyah in developing this institution covered the provision of facilities and infrastructure, such as adding student learning facilities, repairing and adding building for student learning, providing special transportation to pick up students. The development of MI Nashriyah under the leadership of the current Head of Ibtidaiyah Nashriyah Madrasah, is that the existence of a special service for students who have not been able to read the Al-Qur'an (BTA) properly and correctly, and the increase of the number of new students each year, periodical supervision on teachers during the process of learning, the increase of student academic achievement, and the increase of the number ofteaching staffs (teachers)

Abstract

This article was written based on the considerations inthe life of a dynamic society,conflicts are often alsooccurscan be resolved with a consensus thatthey created. That is the tradition of the Malay community nganggung Bangka work with the spirit of togetherness and social unity ofvision. To get the fullpicture in this article, then used a qualitative approach with case study design. The results showed that the tradition Islamic community nganggung shows Bangka -Malays could become effective conflict resolution. This is not out of nganggung functions,namely the function of monotheism and worship,the function of social unity. Psychological functioning,and the history and function of connecting the past and the present. Therefore, the effort to preserve the traditionasidealistic orientation must be supported by all parties.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the planning function, the organizing function, the mobilizing function, the realized religious program, and the obstacles to the implementation of religious programs in Terawas State High School. This study usesa descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection tools in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. While the analysis of the data uses an interactive descriptive analysis of the Miles and Heberman concepts through triangulation. Theanalysis in this study revealed that: (1) Institutionally the principal has performed a managerial role as a figure who always supports activities, exposes each activity, and a role as an entrepreneur in developing religious programs through breakthroughsand big ideas. (2) The religious program has been running well, it is marked by the pioneering work of the Terawas State High School in the use of Muslim clothing (Jilbab) to become mandatory clothing in the school environment. (3) The realization of religious programs in the Terawas State High School is a serious effort together and positive support from all components in the school. (4) The still limited awareness of some students of the importance of fostering the values of faith and piety becomes an obstacle to the implementation of religious programs in Terawas State High Schools

Abstract

This study aims to uncover the influence of organizational culture and motivation on the performance of madrasa aliyah (MA) teachers throughout Tungkal Jaya District, Musi Banyuasin Regency (MUBA). The study was conducted with a quantitative approach with survey methods. The technique used to search and collect data, is to use an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The existing population is 59 people, consisting of 32 people serving primarily as teaching staff and 27 people serving as primary teaching staff. Because this research is aimed at revealing the teacher's performance, the sample is those who have the main task as educators, and in this sample only 32 people are assigned. After the questionnaire was distributed and collected from 32 teachers (respondents), the results were then analyzed using the multiple linear regression formula with the help of SPSS version 11.5. The results of the analysis relate to the state of organizational culture, motivation and performance of teachers in the MA. all Tungkal Jaya Districts, Musi Banyuasin Regency, all three are in the quite good category with presentations of 66%, 69%, 66%. Then based on the outputs put out on the ANOVA table, the results of the f test show that organizational culture and motivationtogether have a significant effect on the performance of MA teachers throughout Tungkal Jaya District, MUBA Regency. This is based on the value F_calculate (28.082)> Ftable (3.32). Likewise, the value of sig (0,000) is smaller than the value of 0.05.

Abstract

The background in this research is to study how to manage the spiritist extracurricular in high schools (SMA) in Palembang's flagship schools including SMAN 1, SMAN 5, and SMAN 17 Palembang. Rohis extracurricular management is very necessary so that the purpose of this extracurricular can be done easily.The formulation of the problem in this study is how the management of spiritual extracurricular which includes planning, organizing, implementing and controlling in SMAN 1, SMAN 5, and SMAN 17 Palembang. The type of research used in the study of Rohis Religious Management Program in Palembang's High School is qualitative research. The research instrument uses documentation, interviews, observation and triangulation. And data analysis uses reduction, data presentation and data verification.The results showed that the management of the religious program in the top high schools in Palembang, the three schools planned at the beginning of the new school year each year to determine what activities would be carried out. Organizing, all mentoring members and coaches always work together to help each other in mentoring activities. Implementation, mentoring activities carried out outside the teaching and learning activities of students. Supervision, of the three schools the supervisor does not supervise regularly and the time is uncertain, whenever the supervisor can supervise

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the principal's leadership style as well as supporting and inhibiting factors in developing the quality of the teaching staff at Madrasah Aliyah Miftahul Ulum Tanjungpinang, Riau Islands. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study research design. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Techniques in the validity of data use persistence and triangulation observations. The results of the study can be explained as follows: (1) the leadership style of Miftahul Ulum Miftahul Ulum Tanjungpinang Madrasah that is responsible, energetic and high spirits, motivating, disciplined, and innovating, (2) the leadership style of the Miftahul Ulum Miftahul Ulum Madrasah leadership in Tanjungpinang is democratic, seen from the way madrasah head who respects the potential and intelligence of his subordinates, gives his subordinates the opportunity to be fully involved in madrasah development, freedom of opinion, decisions made based on mutual agreement, and (3) supporting factors for quality development of education staff who seek to optimize services for Madrasah Aliyah Miftahul Ulum Tanjungpinang. Then the ability to communicate well cares for all committed members and discipline. While the inhibiting factor is the existence of schools in the middle of the city that compete with other leading schools.

Abstract

The purpose of this articleis to answer the formulation problem which includes planning, organizing, implementing and controlling. This research used a descriptive approach that explains the characteristics of existing problems. The subjects of this study consisted of the principal, vice principal of curriculum, vice principal of student, head of administration staff and school's operator. Data collection techniques used are guidelines for observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model techniques, namely 1) Data reduction, 2) Data Presentation, and 3) Drawing Conclusions or Data Verification.The results of this study are as follows: 1) Planning, starting from analyzing the needs of students by considering the number of classes and teachersavailable, conducting student's activities, selecting students, the school orientation period and recording of new student data. 2) Organizing, including the division of students who are divided based on low, medium, and high competencies. Classroom management is carried out by the homeroom teacher which includes classroom management, student attendance, class set up, making a picket list, lesson schedule, arranging student seating, making class plans, and filling out report cards. 3) Implementation, starting from student's discipline, services in school library, canteen, school health treatment, transportation, intracurricular and extracurricular activities. 4) Supervision, consist of some activities to assess the student learning process, graduation and alumni seach.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Principal managerial competence in the management of teachers and staff, students, and management of UNBK facilities and infrastructure in planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating in implementing the 2018 UNBK at SMAN 1 Talang Kelapa, SMA Plus Negeri 2 Banyuasin 3, and Banyuasin SMAN 1 1. This study uses instruments collecting data in the form of: interview, documentation, and observation. The sources of the data research were principals, vice principals, heads ofcomputer laboratories, heads of administration, and teachers at the school. The results of this study illustrate the principal managerial competence in: 1) planning the UNBK from the implementation of socialization, establishing committee members and committee meetings for additional hours of study and try out, and provision UNBK facilities and infrastructure, 2) organizing the implementation of UNBK through the establishment of committee, supervisors, and the UNBK implementation team accompanied by the issuance of the principal's decree and subrayon, 3) implementing the UNBK through the coordinating of UNBK teachers and implementing staff, procurement, management and maintenance of UNBK facilities and infrastructure, and 4) evaluating the implementation ofUNBK through informal supervision using the interview method, participant observation, and documentation. From the whole activities that carried out as the implementation of the managerial competence, it can be stated that the principal managerial competence in implementing UNBK is well implemented so that UNBK can be carried out smoothly and successfully

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of management, supporting factors and inhibiting factors in SMP Palembang. This type of research is a naturalistic qualitative field research. Data sources were obtained from primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation, and interviews. Then the data were analyzed by means of reduction, data presentation and verification. Based on the results of data analysis, it is known that management implementation is going well because the scope of management of students studied, starting from student planning, acceptance, orientation, attendance, grouping, evaluation, increase, transfer (transfer), drop out (stop) , the code of ethics, punishment, and discipline have worked well. This is evident from the results of interviews, documentation and observations made by researchers. Even though there are deficiencies in terms of existing facilities and infrastructure, these deficiencies are running well because there are educators, employees, students, parents, government, supporting facilities and infrastructure, as well as the surrounding community who participates for the progress of the school

Abstract

This study aims to find out how to analyze marketing mix strategies to influence market demand and describe the impact after the implementation of the marketing mix strategy on market demand. The research method used is qualitative research and field research, where researchers conduct research directly to the research location to obtain and collect data. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research mix strategy used in creating products, pay great attention to the good quality of human resources, facilities and infrastructure for playgrounds, religious learning such as Dhuha Prayers, learning to do ablution ', memorizing short letters, and especially when teaching prayer and fasting Monday and Thursday, and the facilitates entrepeneurship through the entrepeneurship Day' event, then the price is given to the upper middle standard but provides the policy of paying tuition fees in installments. Furthermore, providing scholarships for students who can not afford and students who excel. Provides good services for children and parents. A strategic place for parents to choose because the school is located on the side of the road and close to housing around Jakarta. This has become a huge market demand, and students are increasing from year to year
