Abstract

. This study analyzes and examines the effect of work motivation and madrasah climate on the ability of teachers to implement the 2013 curriculum at MA Ar Risalah Sungai Lilin Musi Banyuasin. A quantitative research approach with this type of explanatory research research. As for the research technique using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire, the research respondents were 18 teachers at MA Ar Risalah. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and then analyzed using product moment correlation for partial testing and multiple linear regression for simultaneous testing. The research results reveal several important findings. First, the findings show that there is a positive influence between work motivation and the ability of teachers to implement the 2013 curriculum, with a percentage of 28.3%, it is concluded that the higher the work motivation, the higher the teacher's ability to implement the curriculum. Second, it shows a positive influence between the madrasah climate and the teacher's ability with a percentage of 30.5%. The better the madrasah climate, the higher the teacher's ability to implement the 2013 curriculum. Third, it shows a positive influence between work motivation and madrasah climate, on The teacher's ability to implement the 2013 curriculum, the amount of influence is 58.8%. The results of the analysis show that work motivation and madrasah climate jointly affect the achievement of teachers' abilities in implementing the 2013 curriculum. Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the Equality Education program at the Salafiyah Islamic Boarding School (PKPPS). The research was conducted in Ma'had Zaadul Ma'ad Palembang. The research time starts from October 2020 to April 2021. The research subjects are students of the Salafiyah Wustha level. This type of research is an evaluation research using the CIPP evaluation model (context, input, process, product). Evaluation is carried out to see the level of conformity of program implementation with the criteria set out in the PKPPS Technical Guidelines. The results showed that the PKPPS program at the Salafiyah Wustha level in terms of the context, process, or product dimensions was in accordance with the criteria so that the program needed to be continued. However, if viewed from the input dimension, it only reached a sufficient level of conformity. The researcher's recommendation for policy makers is to limit a maximum of 30 students per study group, educators who have not received a bachelor's degree to be directed to continue their education, educators are expected to teach subjects according to academic qualifications, the need for infrastructure is not fulfilled, and damaged infrastructure needs to be repaired. The components of the Salafiyah Wustha PKPPS program that need to be disseminated are mainly related to increasing the number of students, namely a distinctive vision and mission, the establishment of programs based on community needs, and the use of online media in the study of the Kitab Kuning.

Abstract

This study aims to see how far the system of implementing administrative governance is at Madrasah Tsawawiyah Darul Jannah Muara Burnai II, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. This study aims to analyze, and describe the process of implementing the administrative governance of Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. The data collection technique uses observation, interviews, and documentation studies, and the data analysis uses reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results obtained include the implementation of administrative governance at MTs Darul Jannah Muara Burnai II, through the planning process and service improvement carried out by the madrasa administration manager by analyzing the needs of madrasa residents at the end of each semester. make data on the submission of madrasa needs, in coordination with the head of the madrasa, then the manager and the head of the madrasa find the services needed. The inhibiting factors are the lack of infrastructure, personnel who are not in accordance with their educational background, and the rules that often change. while the supporting factors are, the existence of adequate resources, a conducive work climate and full of kinship, motivation, a high sense of responsibility, and dedication to work.

Abstract

This research is a research on the role of school principals in improving the competence of Information and Communication Technology teachers which will discuss how the role of principals in improving teacher ICT competencies, how the competence of teachers' ICT and supporting and inhibiting factors in increasing Information Technology competence Teacher communication at SMP Negeri 10 Palembang. The method used in this study uses a qualitative type, and a phenomenological approach. Data research techniques use observation, interviews and documentation through data analysis. In validating the data found in the research field the results use source triangulation and technical triangulation. The research results: first The role of the head schools as educators in improving teacher ICT competence are implementing strategies such as holding training, creating a conducive work climate such as providing ICT facilities, always reminding teachers of the importance of ICT in the present and providing motivation in the form of praise and reprimands. Second, the ICT competence of teachers includes computers, the use of software based on the child's condition, the ability of the teacher, software that is practical, simple, efficient, and multifunctional and applies techniques online and offline. Third, supporting factors include teachers' awareness of learning, adequate equipment, and teacher educational background. Barring factors include the limited capacity caused and the budget for ICT training that has not been included in the school budget at the beginning of the year

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the leadership role of the village head during the pandemic in Riding Panjang Village, Bangka Belitung Islands Province. Meanwhile, the research method used is a qualitative research method where there are instruments, namely: observation, interviews, and documentation. From the results of the research on the Leadership Role of the Village Head during the Pandemic in Riding Panjang Village, Bangka Belitung Islands Province, they have carried out their duties well because Riding Panjang Village, Bangka Belitung Islands Province was appointed by the sub-district as a representative of the Belinyu sub-district (Riding Village, Riding Panjang Village, Bangka Belitung Islands Province) as "Tegap Mandiri" village because there are still zero percent of covid cases and fast handling.

Abstract

This study aims to find out 1) What are the stages of implementing the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system at SMK Negeri 4 Banjarmasin and 2) What is the impact of implementing the system on the work system and work culture in schools. This research is a field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The process of collecting data was carried out by observing, then interviewing the Deputy Principal for Quality Management and equipped with some documentation. The data analysis that the researcher uses with the Miles and Huberman Model is condensation, data presentation and conclusions/verification. The results of this study indicate that: 1) several stages carried out by SMK Negeri 4 Banjarmasin in implementing the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system are a ) attend training with the guidance of a consultant, b) prepare quality documents and implement a quality management system according to documents prepared by the school, c) internal audit coordinated by the Quality Management Deputy, d) external audit conducted by PT. URS Service Indonesia, and e) granting of ISO 9001:2015 certificate/ Institutional certification. The impact of the implementation of ISO 9001: 2015 is the creation of a better work system, organized according to procedures and can create a team work culture that upholds solidarity and work professionalism.

Abstract

Supervision is an internal part of the education program, supervision is a cooperative service. Transcendental supervision is a series of activities in the context of supervision of the teaching profession. This research was conducted to reveal: 1) the role of the principal as a supervisor at Madrasah Aliyah 2) the factors supporting and inhibiting the role of the principal as a supervisor at Madrasah Aliyah. This type of research is qualitative research. The approach used is qualitative descriptive. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation. And for data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, verification. And using a variety of sources, theories and methods so that researchers obtain objective data. Meanwhile, the research informants were the principal of the madrasah, the curriculum staff, the student staff, the teachers, and the students. The results of this study are: 1). The role of the Madrasah Principal as a Supervisor at Madrasah Aliyah, namely: conducting class visits, holding meetings or meetings, monitoring educators and teaching staff, improving teacher abilities and helping solve problems faced by teachers, improving teaching programs, providing directions to be right on target and appropriate curriculum, improving facilities and infrastructure, creating good communication, assisting teachers in teaching preparation, assisting teachers in using various sources, media, learning and teaching methods and techniques, assisting teachers in carrying out learning evaluations and analyzing learning outcomes, helping teachers analyze difficulties student learning, 2). Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the professionalism of Islamic education teachers after the implementation of supervision at the Gugus Public Elementary School, Talang Kelapa Banyuasin District. A total of 5 teachers and 5 school principals became research respondents using observation, interview and documentation methods. Obtained the results of research on PAI Teacher Professionalism Before Supervision at SDN Negeri Gugus Kec. Talang Kelapa Banyuasin Teacher professionalism in five schools (SDN 35, SDN 2, SDN 10, SDN 23 and SDN 24 Talang Kelapa) was sufficient before being supervised, it's just that the teacher's responsibility still needs supervision related to teacher competence and discipline. Implementation of Supervision of Islamic Education Teachers at SDN Negeri Gugus Kec. Talang Kelapa Banyuasin has been going on as it should. Supervisors carry out their duties in accordance with their responsibilities to direct teachers according to their competence as educators. Supervisors carry out supervisory activities based on provisions which include supervising administrative tools, learning and evaluation processes to coaching teachers. Post-Supervision Implementation of PAI Teacher Professionalism in Public Elementary Schools in the Talang Kelapa Banyuasin District Elementary School there are developments in terms of administration of learning tools, classroom management and evaluation. Teachers are enthusiastic about developing themselves from the results of supervisor guidance, the teacher's sense of responsibility in developing their competence is getting bigger with the supervisor's direction during supervision.

Abstract

. This study aims to describe and analyze lecturer performance management and the factors that influence it at Mahad Saad Bin Abi Waqqash Palembang during one semester of the teaching and learning process according to natural conditions. The type of research used by the author is field research with a qualitative model and a descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate that the performance of the Arabic language lecturer at Mahad Saad Bin Abi Waqqash Palembang has been categorized as good, which is reflected in the form of competence required, in order to carry out his profession in order to achieve satisfactory results including pedagogic competence, personality competence, professional competence, and social competence. The supporting factors for achieving the quality of lecturer performance are the motivation that arises from the vision and mission of Mahad Saad Bin Abi Waqqash Palembang, having a comfortable work environment, lecturers are the best alumni from Islamic universities from the Middle East, and facilities that support Arabic learning. Furthermore, the inhibiting factors are the welfare of lecturers who need attention, the lack of clarity or career paths for lecturers, and the lack of training programs for Mahad lecturers.

Abstract

This study discusses the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of a boarding school-based marketing strategy for Islamic education services at Pondok Pesantren al-Ittifaqiah Indralaya. The type of research used is field research (filed research) using a case study method approach that is descriptive qualitative. This study found several findings, firstly Al-Ittifaqiah Islamic Boarding School uses a strategy to win the competition, tactical strategy and value strategy which includes a mass marketing approach (mass marketing), Educational services are targeted to all groups, provide various excellent programs, carry out direct promotions. and indirectly, having superior human resources, always innovating in educational products and making it easier for students to continue their studies abroad. Second, the inhibiting factors in implementing the marketing strategy of boarding school-based Islamic education services at Pondok Pesantren al-Ittifaqiah Indralaya are having a clear segment, very good al-Ittifaqiah Brand, public and alumni trust is still relatively high, and advances in information technology. The obstacle in implementing the marketing strategy for boarding school-based Islamic education services is that the number of human resources is not optimal, which has an impact on the less than optimal management of students in terms of monitoring student delinquency and cleanliness of the dormitory environment. In addition, the large number of students, not accompanied by complete facilities and infrastructure, has an impact on the learning and teaching process, such as some groups who still use mosques and dormitories as classrooms.
