This study aims to determine and analyze students' perceptions of the quality of academic services at the Teaching and Education Faculty, Palangka Raya University. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The selection of respondents was carried out by purposive sampling involving thirteen sources. Data collection procedures were carried out by interviewing, observing and documenting while data analysis was carried out by data reduction, data modeling and drawing conclusions. The results of the study on the quality of academic services which consisted of five dimensions concluded that 1) reliability: inaccurate service, slow service processes, and lack of discipline for academic staff, 2) certainty: knowledge of academic staff in providing good service, good employee skills, and courtesy / hospitality of academic staff is still lacking, 3) tangible: student parking is quite wide but muddy in the rainy season, the waiting room is narrow and stuffy, and only has two chairs for waiting students, 4) empathy: only some academic staff pay attention and concern for students, and 5) responsiveness: lack of responsibility for academic staff. It is hoped that the results of this study can improve the performance of academic staff in providing academic services so that they are faster, more disciplined, prioritize courtesy, improve parking lots and student waiting rooms, care more for students who experience problems, provide suggestion boxes and establish academic service quality standards

This research aims to determine the role of parents in children's early literacy skills in Banturung Village, Bukit Batu District. The research method is a quantitative descriptive method. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to parents. The research procedures were determining the research subjects, making research instruments, validating instruments in the form of questionnaires, testing questionnaires, giving questionnaires, processing research data, and drawing research conclusions. Researchers present the results of research related to the role of parents in early literacy skills of children aged 5-6 years in Banturung Village, Bukit Batu District. Data obtained from the results of a questionnaire 30 respondents. The questionnaire consists of 24 statement items that include indicators of the role of parents on children's early literacy skills, namely Modelling, Mentoring, Organizing, Teaching with sub indicators namely Print Motivation, Phonological Awareness, Vocabulary, Narrative Skill, Print Awareness and Letter Knowledge. The Modelling shows a percentage of 66.38% which is included in the high criteria. The Mentoring shows a percentage of 76.38% which is included in the high criteria. The Organizing shows a percentage of 71.80% which is included in the high criteria. Teaching shows a percentage of 71.52% is included in the high criteria. Based on the results of the questionnaire research as a whole, it can be concluded that 72.22% stated that the role of parents in early literacy abilities of children aged 5-6 years was included in the high category

Efforts to improve the quality of human resources, information technology and organizational culture in a campus must be carried out in order to achieve the satisfaction expected by students. High satisfaction for students is expected to generate enthusiasm and will produce good achievements which in the end will become quality graduates. Related to this, there is an inconsistency in previous research on the results obtained, to fill these gaps, the authors are interested in including change management variables. The purpose of this study is to analyze the Quality of Human Resources, Information Technology, Organizational Culture, Change Management and Student Satisfaction. The collection technique begins with making relationships between variables, designing questionnaires and distributing them to proceed with data processing using SmartPLS followed by reading the results of the estimated relationships between variables. This type of research is quantitative research using non-probability sampling technique. The results of this study directly indicate that the quality of human resources, information technology and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on change management. The quality of human resources, and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction at STIE Sampit, Information Technology has a positive but not significant effect on student satisfaction. Change Management has a positive and significant impact on STIE Sampit Student Satisfaction, and indirectly the Quality of Human Resources, Information Technology and Organizational Culture has a positive and significant impact on STIE Sampit student satisfaction through Change Management

The purpose of this study is to examine the ideology that underlies the birth and development of the Muhammadiyah environmental movement and its relationship with the MLH PDM Yogyakarta City, strategies for achieving the movement's goals, and its contribution to improving the environmental quality of Yogyakarta City. This research was conducted using a qualitative case study method with primary and secondary data obtained from interviews, documentation, and observation. Meanwhile, the concepts used to analyze the data are Herbert Blumer's Symbolic Interactionism theory, the environmental movement and the Ecological Ethics of Islamic Pantheism, and civil society. The results showed that the environmental movement by MLH PDM Yogyakarta City was related to the MLH PPM movement or the Muhammadiyah environmental movement in general as a representation of Islamic-based civil society. In particular, the environmental movement MLH PDM Yogyakarta City is assessed from the commitment of its members in implementing the program from MLH PPM and the efforts taken to optimize program implementation through; (1) transfer of knowledge about environmental issues to external parties, (2) framing environmental issues through journalism activities, (3) innovation in the Shodaqoh Waste program, (4) collaboration with internal and external Muhammadiyah institutions, (5) holding periodic forums in the form of internal meetings, and (6) make plans to implement the Rainwater Harvesting movement in the PDM environment of Yogyakarta City. Meanwhile, in general, the Muhammadiyah environmental movement contributes to the improvement of the environment and economic, socio-cultural, and political aspects, especially in public policy

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the quality of human resources and organizational commitment on teacher performance with the work environment as a moderating variable for elementary school teachers throughout PT Bangun Jaya Alam Permai Best Agro International with the population in this study finding 40 people. The sample is all members of the population using the census method. The analytical tool used in this research is moderated regression analysis. This type of research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire in the form of google to the number of respondents, documentation and literature study and interviews. The results showed that the quality of human resources had a significant positive effect on teacher performance, organizational commitment had a significant positive effect on teacher performance, and the quality of human resources with the work environment had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance and organizational commitment. Work as a moderating variable and significant effect on teacher performance. The results of this study indicate that the quality of human resources, organizational commitment and work environment have a positive impact and can improve the performance of elementary school teachers in PT Bangun Jaya Alam Permai Best Agro International

This research aims to identify the function of the language politeness of the teacher in implanting character values to students in the primary school. The research was carried out at the primary school of SD Muhammadiyah Pahandut, Kota Palangka Raya. A qualitative method was used in this research with a pragmatics research design. The pragmatics design used to analyze the data was based on the principle of politeness which included six maxims and five components of speech situation. The data were obtained from conversational discourse between teachers and students containing language politeness in teaching and learning activities at the school. Then the data were also supported by doing interviews with involved teachers and by reviewing assessment report documents of students to relate the function of the teacher's language politeness with student character values of being attained. The data obtained using the triangulation technique were analyzed and presented by the qualitative descriptive technique. The results showed that there were 150 items of teacher language politeness which provided very good functions in implanting character values to students as an effort to build character for primary school students

The increasingly fierce competition in the business world, requires companies including banks to develop strategies in running their business. This strategy aims to create competitive advantage, growth and development of the company. This also happens in the banking world, therefore the author wishes to analyze Leverage and Company Growth at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Persero, Tbk. This research is a type of descriptive research, the object of this research is the financial statements of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk in 2014-2018 and this study uses quantitative and qualitative data types derived from the company's financial statements as qualitative and quantitative data types. The data collection technique in this research is through documents related to and supporting this research, namely the Financial Statements of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014-2018. In this study, the data analysis technique used is through trend analysis assisted by graphs. The results showed that the DER of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. For 5 years (2014-2018) it was 630,722 (720.52 + 676.49 + 583.62 + 573.00 + 599.98 : 5) or 6.3%, which means PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. has sufficient capital of its own which is used to pay debts systematically. Growth of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk. From 2014 to 2018 it tends to fluctuate. If seen in 2015 there was a significant decline in Bank BRI's profit growth from the previous year. This happened because of the economic conditions that occurred, namely in 2014 the percentage of BRI's credit reached 17.2%, but it turned out that in 2015 there were bad loans which ultimately suppressed BRI's profit in 2015. In general, the growth of BRI Bank in 2014-2018 was quite good because every year it always gives an increase of almost always double digits (percentage) except in 2015 which only rose 9.54% but this is reasonable because it has reasons that are in accordance with the economic conditions faced

The purpose of this study was to obtain data about the marketing strategy applied by the honey kelulut business group community, to know the implementation of the marketing strategy, to know the results of the SWOT analysis on the implementation of the marketing strategy and to find out the problems faced by the kelulut honey business group community in Petak Puti Village. This study uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach or data collection, interviews, observations and documentation. The subject of this research is the community of the honey kelulut business group in Petak Puti Village. The data analysis technique in this study used an interactive qualitative descriptive data analysis model consisting of three concurrent activity lines, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Based on the results of research and interviews, it was shown that at first this kelulut honey bee colony was an aid from the government. How to add a colony apart from government assistance, is also looking for colonies of honey bee kelulut in the forest or breaking up colonies of honey bee kelulut that already exists. In addition to maintaining stup assistance from the government, they also look for kelulut honey bee colonies in the forest around the village and break up existing colonies, so that these colonies can later grow. As well as planting flowers that have enough pollen so that it can increase the productivity of the honey produced. The influencing factors are the cleanliness of the stup, the safety of the stup from rainy or hot weather, and also guarding against nuisance animal attacks. There are two kinds of stup, namely stup made of wood logs taken from the forest which directly have the colony and some are made of boards, the stup is for the transfer of the colony. The post-harvest honey process is filtered into closed jars, allowed to stand for 2-3 days to reduce foam at the time of harvest, then poured into packaged bottles. The group entrusts the marketing of honey to the assistants, so that the assistants who market to the City of Palangka Raya and its surroundings go through agents/collectors in that city

The increasing use of technology today makes the world of technology more sophisticated. The development of technology today is inseparable from the development of communication technology, communication that used to take a long time to be delivered, now with technology everything becomes very fast and as if there is no distance. The existence of rapidly developing technology can make changes in patterns of social interaction in people's lives. Advances in technology that were originally created to provide convenience for human activities can lead to new alienation, such as the waning of a sense of solidarity, togetherness and friendship. This is caused by misuse of technology and communication, excessive use of technology without thinking about its impact, such as the vulnerability of estrangement between humans or lack of direct communication due to excessive use, one of which can also affect social development in children

The rapid development of information and communication technology has brought major changes to people’s lives and activities, namely the ease of accessing information digitally. Digital transformation of better known as digitalization, comes to bring changes to the way individuals and communities communicate and interact. The arrival of digitalization brings platform new in almost all aspects of everyday human life both in social life, education, health, religion, even economics and business. The level of competition created in terms of business is increasingly challenging for business people such as traders to go throught online (e- commerce). In this study, researchers try to describe and exsplain how the role of sicial capital in the era of trade digitalization the field of food for Students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University (FKIP UNTIRTA) by involving three elements of social capital in the form of trust, networks, and norms in marketing and business development. The study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. This study used data collection teacniques of observation, interviews, and document analysis in the form of previous studies. This study aims to see how the role of social capital in the digitalization of trade in food domain is, then how to starategies of online traders, especially in the food domain, in utilizing digital transformation. The results obtained in the from of (1) the role of social capital in food online trading among Students (FKIP UNTIRTA), (2) the use of digitalization in marketing, (3) the treding system used, (4) and what are the obstacles during carry out trading activities
