In relation with the effort to establish and develop the language in Nusa Tenggara Timur region especially in Alor Country, it need deep observation on language phenomena, especially about syllable pattern. The observation analyses one of the local languages in Alor country firstly Alores language that is also called Alurung language, located in Kepala Burung seasone. Based on the clarification of spreading area and the scope of speaker. The Alores language is the biggest language in Alor island. The vocabularies that are analysed use a list of 200 vocabularies of Swadesh with the word pattern having one word syllable two word syllables, three word syllables, and four word syllables.The pattern of syllable of Alores language are one syllable, two syllables, three syllables, and four syllable. Words with one syllable having pattern CVC are found the most used firstly 18 lexicons. Word having two syllable with the pattern CVCV are 58 lexicon, are the most used compared to the other syllable patterns. Words having three syllables with the pattern CVCVCV are found the most used, firstly 12 lexicon. Words having four syllable with the pattern CVCVCVCV, VCVCCVVV, VCVCVCVC, and VCVCVV are found one lexicon each.

This study aims to improve Suggestion and Offer capabilities and improve student responses in Suggestion and Offer teaching and learning by applying the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) type of cooperative learning model. This class research was conducted in class XI IPS 2 Denpasar Public High School 7 Academic Year 2018/2019 which was located at No. Cambodia Street. 9 Denpasar. The subjects of this class action research were students of class XI IPS 2 in Public High School 7 Denpasar in 2018/2019 Academic Year, amounting to 36 students, consisting of 15 female students and 21 male students and the object of research was the application of the Numbered Heads type of cooperative learning model Together (NHT). In this study a set of data collection methods are used, namely test methods and observation methods. This research will be carried out in several cycles, each of which consists of four stages, namely (1) planning, (2) implementation of actions, (3) observation, and (4) reflection. The results showed that (1) The application of the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) type of cooperative learning model can improve students' Suggestion and Offer comprehension skills. (2) The application of the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) type of cooperative learning model can improve the responses of students of class XI IPS 2 in Denpasar Public High School 2018/2019 in learning the ability to understand Suggestion and Offer material.

Jumlah lapangan pekerjaan yang semakin sedikit dan terus meningkatnya lulusan perawat setiap tahunnya mengakibatkan banyaknya lulusan sarjana perawat yang menganggur, hal ini menimbulkan suatu masalah di Indonesia. Untuk itu perlu diperkenalkan konsep entrepreneurship di lingkungan kampus sehingga dapat meningkatkan minat perawat menjadi seorang entrepreneur.Entrepreneurship adalah penerapan kreativitas dalam memecahkan suatu masalah dengan cara mencari peluang untuk memperbaiki kehidupan (usaha). Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh kuliah entrepreneurship terhadap minat mahasiswa program studi keperawatan angkatan 2014 STIKES Bina Usada Bali menjadi entrepreneur.Rancangan penelitian ini adalah cross-sectional menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui pengisian kuesioner oleh 70 orang mahasiswa keperawatan pada bulan September 2017 di STIKES Bina Usada Bali. Analisis data meliputi analisis univariat dan bivariat Korelasi Kendall?s Tau. Analisis univariat menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar mahasiswa menyukai mata kuliah entrepreneurshipyaitu sebanyak 29 responden (41,4%) dan memiliki minat menjadi entrepreneur yaitu sebanyak 27 responden (38,6%).Analisis bivariat dengan nilai korelasi Kendall?s Tau sebesar -0,755 menunjukkan adanya tingkat hubungan yang lemah dengan nilai p= 0,00 lebih kecil dari ? = 0,05 (p<0,05) yang berarti ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kuliah entrepreneurship dengan minat mahasiswa STIKES Bina Usada Bali menjadi entrepreneur. Entrepreneur dapat menjadi salah satu solusi dalam mengurangi jumlah pengangguran dan dapat menambah jumlah lapangan pekerjaan sehingga perlu ditanamkan minat entrepreneur pada perawat di lingkungan kampus.

Analysing Austronesia Purba language based on tradisional analysis becomes the attention of comparative linguistics, such as reconstruction and grouping as genetically the hereditary languages in south east islands. Austronesia language has the most vast area in the world, from Madagaskar to Easter island. Then it developed in Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippins and Madagascar. The observation on local languages in Indonesian needs to be done especially local language that developes in Alor island. Alores language is classified Austronesian language that is analysed from eighteen language exist in Alor island. Besides, Alores language is the biggest local language in Alor island from the classification of spreading area and the distance of speaker area. The trace of Alores language is done through the approach of comparative historic linguistics from the list of 200 Swadesh vocabularies. The etimon determination uses the trace in dictionary of Proto Austronesia (PAN) that is constructed by Wurm and Wilson. Then, the etimon category is grouped in Alores language. The number of nomina etimon is 71, verba etimon is 70, verba adjectiva is 36, verba adverbial is 20, and pronominal is 3. The number of etimon that throw out from Proto Austronesian (PAN) is 43. It is showed that Alores language is hereditary from Proto Austronesian (PAN) that is developed and maintained in Alor island until now.

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between self-concept and student prosocial behavior. The population of this research is 10 SMA 4 Denpasar students. While the number of research samples is 280 people. The sampling technique used is Stratified Proportional Random Sampling. In collecting data using a questionnaire method with a Likert model measurement scale. Based on the results of the analysis conducted, the results of the study are significant. The amount of the null hypothesis rejection limit value obtained in the Product Moment value table is 0.113. When compared with the value of the research results obtained by 0.649 then the value of the results of the study is above or greater than the value of the null hypothesis rejection limit obtained from the table, so the proposed null hypothesis is rejected so that this research can be said to be significant.

Schools, teachers, colleges, and education in general, are integral parts of each other. Education should not turn a blind eye to the intolerant view that now adorns social media, screen, even print media. Educational institutions should be able to reaffirm the values ??of tolerance to keep education quality and not hindered issues of racism. The face of learning in education, especially in college must maintain the diversity that becomes the foundation of pluralism full of life. Education tolerance should be re-strived stronger, more attached. Teachers must be responsive and not to be eclectic and neither do they tackle the issue of this epidemic. The nature of racism is not a human nature. For that the spread is very likely destroyed. The practice of intolerance in the education line has been addressed wisely. One of them is by reviving the spirit of tolerance education in harmony with the education of multiculturalism. If these intolerant and racism behaviors deepen into the world of education, the graduates produced will not be able to form a characterized person as mandated in the Pancasila and the Constitution. So what should be hastened to counter intolerance at schools, universities and educational institutions so that the quality of education and resources will not be disturbed and remain qualified? Education can?t be separated from social turmoil in society. This will have a direct impact, especially on the character of the students. For this reason, the planting of tolerance values ??in important college learning is revived to prevent intolerant practices in education, especially in universities.

The purpose of this study was (1) Knowing the Contribution of Motivation to Achievement to the Resilience of students of S1 Drama, Dance and Music Arts Education Study Program IKIP PGRI BALI. (2) Knowing the contribution of self-concept to the resilience of students of S1 Drama, Dance and Music Arts Education Study Program IKIP PGRI BALI. (3) Knowing the Motivation Contribution of Achievement and self-concept to the resilience of students of S1 Drama, Dance and Music Arts Education Study Program IKIP PGRI BALI. The method used is correlational multiple regression through exposure facto (exposure to facts) with the implementation stage as follows, First, taking Motivation data Achieving student achievement through questionnaire dissemination. Then the self concept data collection that is owned by students is done by distributing questionnaires. The next stage is the data retrieval of Resilience through questionnaires and observations. The final stage is analyzing the results data with multiple regression methods. The targeted output is (a) Information about student Achievement and Self-Concept Motivation, (b). Information about students' resilience, (c) Scientific articles that are ready to be published in the Journal. The results of the study show that (1) there is a contribution to Achievement Motivation towards the durability of S1 graduate students with a value of rcount (0.70)> rtable (0.138) at a significance level of 0.05 of 0.138, (2) there is a significant contribution of self-concept to the resilience of S1 Bachelor degree students with a value of rcount (0.80)> rtable (0.138) at the 0.05 level of significance, (3) there is a contribution of Motivation Achievement and self-concept towards the resilience of students in the Bachelor of Medical Sciences with Fc 1560.05> 3, 04 or Fcount> Ftable at the 0.05 level of significance. From the findings above, it can be concluded that Resilience is influenced by Achievement Motivation and self-concept of students.

Strategi pengembangan industri pariwisata disatu sisi telah mampu meningkatkan taraf hidup masyarakat Bali ke arah perkembangan yang lebih baik, tetapi disisi lain memunculkan berbagai persoalan baru terutama bagi anggota masyarakat yang tidak mampu bersaing untuk terlibat langsung dalam semakin maraknya perkembangan industri pariwisata Bali, kondisi tersebut memunculkan fakta sosial bahwa terdapat sebagian masyarakat lokal yang benar-benar tidak banyak terlibat secara maksimal dalam proses pembangunan industri pariwisata yang terus berkembang. Penentuan informan dalam menelitian ini menggunakan teknik snaw balling sampling, data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode obsevasi non partisipasi, wawancara mendalam, dan pencatatatan dokumen, selanjutnya data yang telah terkumpul dibedah dengan teori pertukaran yang dikembangkan oleh George Caspar Homans. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa terdapat sebagian masyarakat Bali yang tidak mampu bersaing terlibat langsung dalam semakin maraknya perkembangan industri pariwisata di Bali sehingga sebagian wanita Pantai Brawa Desa Tibubeneng Kecamatan Kuta utara memilih profesi sebagai nelayan, dan sebagian masyarakat Dusun Grahasanti Desa Sidakarya Kecamatan Denpasar Selatan memilih profesi sebagi petani garam. Pilihan profesi tersebut karena alasan rendahnya tingkat pendidikan, lingkungan alam yang mendukung untuk menjalani profesi tersebut, dan secara ekonomi profesi tersebut cukup mengungtungkan bagi mereka.

This study aims to find out whether the focus group discussion method can improve the ability of PKN, Sociology, Economics and Natural Sciences teachers in Kerambitan 1 High School, Kerambitan District in preparing the Syllabus and Characterized Learning Implementation Plan (RPP). This type of research is a school action research (PTS) which consists of 2 (two) cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages: action planning, action implementation, observation and data collection, and reflection. The subjects of the study were PKN, Sociology, Economics and Natural Sciences teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Kerambitan, totaling 16 people consisting of 7 IPS group teachers and 9 science teachers. Data about the ability of MIPA teachers to compile syllabi and lesson plans was collected by the document study method. Then the data were analyzed descriptively. The results obtained from this study stated that: 1) the initial acquisition value of the syllabus was 62.56 with less categories at the beginning of Cycle I, increasing to 64.13 with enough categories at the end of Cycle I and being 71.63 with enough categories at the end of the Cycle II. 2) The initial ability to compile the RPP obtained a value of 61.81 with a less category, to 70.00 with enough categories at the end of Cycle 1 and to 73.00 with enough categories at the end of cycle II. The conclusion obtained from this study is that the focus group discussion method can improve the ability of MIPA teachers in Kerambitan 1 High School in preparing the Character Syllabus and Learning Implementation Plan (RPP).

This study aims to determine: (1) the contribution of initial knowledge to the BK learning outcomes of Undergraduate Guidance and Counseling students, (2) the contribution of resistance to the BK learning outcomes of S1 Guidance and Counseling students, and (3) the contribution of initial knowledge and resistance to the learning outcomes of BK Undergraduate Guidance and Counseling students. This research is a correlational study. This research was conducted in the Department of Guidance and Counseling S1 IKIP PGRI BALI. The samples in this study were 75 people, sampling was done using simple random sampling techniques. Data collection methods in the form of tests and questionnaires using a Likert scale. The data analysis method used is multiple regression. The results showed that (1) initial knowledge contributed to the BK learning outcomes of Undergraduate Guidance and Counseling students (r = 0.61; p <0.05 and t = 6.59; p <0.05). (2) unresponsiveness contributes to the BK learning outcomes of Undergraduate Guidance and Counseling students (r = 0.90; p <0.05 and t = 18.83; p <0.05)). (3) The initial knowledge and disadvantage contribute to the BK learning outcomes of Undergraduate Guidance and Counseling students (r = 0.92; p <0.05 and F = 204; p <0.05) and have an effective contribution of 85%.
