Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the positive effect of student perceptions about the professional competence of lecturers in research methodology subjects on student achievement. The research method used is descriptive associative research, the analysis used is Path Analysis. Research variables include: the professional competence of lecturers in the research methodology subject (X1), learning motivation (X2), and learning achievement (Y). The population in this study were lecturers at the Ministry of Health Jakarta 2 Poltekes who were certified educators, the sample of this study was a lecturer at the Ministry of Health Jakarta 2 Poltekes who were certified educators who taught research methodology courses. The number of research samples was 10 lecturers who taught research methodology courses, which were distributed in 6 departments at the Poltekkes Kemenkes Jakarta II. Research respondents were students who were taking research methodology courses, totaling 315 students who were divided into 7 classes. Taking respondents in this study using the technique "Proportional Random" as many as 63 respondents by taking 20% of the total number of students per class. The results of the Spearman Correlation Test statistical test with a degree of confidence of 95%, overallthere is an effect of student perceptions about the professional competence of lecturers in research methodology subjects on the learning achievement of students at the Jakarta Health Polytechnic 2. Significantly with a value of p = 0.003 (p value ≤0.05).Key words: competencie; percepti; motivation Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh positif persepsi mahasiswa tentang kompetensi profesional dosen mata kuliah metodologi penelitian terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian asosiatif deskriptif, Analisis yang digunakan adalah Path Analysis. Variabel penelitian antara lain: kompetensi professional dosen mata kuliah metodologi penelitian (X1), motivasi belajar (X2), dan prestasi belajar (Y). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah dosen poltekes kemenkes Jakarta 2 yang bersertifikat pendidik, sampel penelitian ini adalah dosen poltekes kemenkes Jakarta 2 yang bersertifikat pendidik yang mengamu mata kuliah metodologi penelitian. Jumlah sampel penelitian adalah 10 orang dosen pengampu mata kuliah metodologi penelitian yang terdistribusi pada 6 jurusan yang ada pada Poltekkes Kemenkes Jakarta II. Responden penelitian adalah mahasiswa yang sedang mengikuti mata kuliah metodologi penelitian yang berjumlah 315 mahasiswa yang terbagi menjadi 7 kelas. Pengambilan responden dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik “Proportional Random sebanyak 63 responden dengan mengambil 20% jumlah maha siswa tiap kelas. Hasil uji statistik Spearman Correlation Test dengan derajat kepercayaan 95%, secara keseluruhan terdapat pengaruh persepsi mahasiswa tentang kompetensi profesional dosen mata kuliah metodologi penelitian terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa politeknik kesehatan Jakarta 2. secara bermakna dengan nilai p=0,003 (nilai p≤0,05).Kata kunci: kompetensi; persepsi; motivasi

Abstract

Abstract: Research performance is the main indicator in assessing the performance of lecturers and universities. This study describes the results of the analysis of lecturers’ performance in carrying out research on the topic of Expertise Groups from 2020 to 2022 at the Universitas Negeri Malang. The research data was obtained from the Litabmas database, Universitas Negeri Malang. Data were analyzed by descriptive analysis in the form of data visualization. The results show that each faculty has different implementation developments each year, both in terms of the number of proposals submitted and the number of lecturers involved in researching the Expertise Groups topic. Finally, the discussion, limitations, and recommended research are presented.Keywords: lecturer performance; research performance; expertise group; descriptive analysis Abstrak: Kinerja penelitian merupakan indikator utama dalam penilaian kinerja dosen dan universitas. Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan hasil analisis kinerja dosen dalam melaksanakan penelitian topik Kelompok Bidang Keahlian (KBK) tahun 2020 sampai dengan 2022 di Universitas Negeri Malang. Data penelitian diperoleh dari database Litabmas Universitas Negeri Malang. Data dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif berupa visualisasi data. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing fakultas memiliki perbedaan perkembangan pelaksanaan di setiap tahunnya, baik dari segi jumlah proposal yang diajukan dan jumlah dosen yang terlibat dalam penelitian Topik KBK. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe implementing local cultural moral values that have not been prioritized by the Indonesian Ministry of Education, as the standard values of the main character in schools. In addition, this study also describes the transformational leadership behavior of school principals, based on a local culture-based approach. This research uses a qualitative approach, a case study design. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation study to achieve the research objectives. Data analysis used a modified analytical analysis method. Meanwhile, the data validity measurement was based on the level of credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The results of the study explain that the moral values of local culture support the strengthening of student character, and the application of transformational leadership based on a local cultural approach is very effective in optimizing the implementation of character education strengthening programs. This research was conducted in 2020 - 2021, at State Junior High School 1, Catholic Private Junior High School, and Islamic Private Junior High School in West Flores, East Indonesia. Keywords: transformational leadership; school principals; character strengthening; local wisdom values; lonto leok culture Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses penerapan nilai-nilai moral budaya lokal yang belum diprioritaskan oleh Kementerian Pendidikan Indonesia, sebagai nilai-nilai standar karakter utama di sekolah. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mendeskripsikan perilaku kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah, berdasarkan pendekatan berbasis budaya lokal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, desain studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipan, dan studi dokumentasi untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian. Analisis data menggunakan metode analisis analitik yang dimodifikasi. Sedangkan pengukuran keabsahan data didasarkan pada taraf kredibilitas, transferabilitas, ketergantungan, dan konfirmabilitas. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa nilai-nilai moral budaya lokal mendukung penguatan karakter siswa, dan penerapan kepemimpinan transformasional berbasis pendekatan budaya lokal sangat efektif dalam mengoptimalkan pelaksanaan program penguatan pendidikan karakter. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tahun 2018 - 2019, di SMP Negeri 1, SMP Swasta Katolik, dan SMP Swasta Islam di wilayah Flores Barat, Indonesia Timur.Kata kunci: kepemimpinan transformasional; kepala sekolah; penguatan karakter; nilai-nilai kearifan lokal; budaya lonto leok

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to identify the factors of student readiness in participating in hybrid system learning. A quantitative approach, with an explanatory design, was used to answer the aforementioned research objectives. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Education, Universitas Negeri Malang, with a total sample of 346 students, which were analyzed using descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the study, the factors studied, namely health conditions showed a tendency at the level of good criteria, understanding of the implementation of hybrid learning was in the criteria of understanding, the lifestyle of the majority of students living in boarding houses/rented and mobility using private vehicles during college, the application of health protocols was on the frequent criteria, students' perceptions of hybrid lectures are good, parental support shows a supportive tendency, and students' readiness to take hybrid lectures is on the supportive criteria.Keywords: Hybrid learning; higher education; student readiness; Covid-19Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor kesiapan mahasiswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran sistem hibrid. Pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan explanatory design, digunakan untuk menjawab tujuan penelitian yang telah disebutkan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Negeri Malang, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 346 mahasiswa, yang dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor-faktor yang diteliti yakni kondisi kesehatan menunjukkan kecenderungan pada tingkat kriteria baik, pemahaman pelaksanaan hybrid learning berada pada kriteria paham, gaya hidup mahasiswa mayoritas bertempat tinggal di kos/kontrakan dan mobilitas menggunakan kendaraan pribadi selama berkuliah, penerapan protokol kesehatan berada pada kriteria sering, persepsi mahasiswa terhadap perkuliahan hybrid baik, dukungan orang tua menunjukkan kecenderungan mendukung, dan kesiapan mahasiswa mengikuti perkuliahan hybrid berada pada kriteria mendukung.Kata kunci: Hybrid learning; perguruan tinggi; kesiapan mahasiswa; Covid-19

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to explain the phenomenon of student learning management that occurs in Islamic boarding schools and find strategies used during the COVID-19 pandemic. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach through a case study at the Darul Ulum Islamic Boarding School, Pekalongan. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews, in-depth observation and study documentation. Based on the findings of this study, it appears that learning management is the main factor for handling all activities during the pandemic COVID-19. However, learning management at the Darul Ulum Islamic Boarding School in Pekalongan City during the COVID-19 pandemic has not run optimally from the learning management functions, namely planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating. That is due to the challenges and obstacles faced during the adjustment periods. The result of this study are strategies of learning management santri at Ponpes Darul Ulum Pekalongan. First, implementing distance learning “Daring” with WhatsApp Group media for the Tahfidz programs, Youtube and Google meet for the Kitab programs, then Zoom and Google meet for the Science programs. Second, simplifies the curriculum reduce target achievement. Third, provide one-week training teachers. And fourth, supply quota and wifi for teachers who needs it.Keyword: Strategy; Learning Management; Islamic Boarding School; COVID-19 Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan fenomena manajemen pembelajaran santri yang terjadi di pondok pesantren dan menemukan strategi yang digunakan selama masa pandemi COVID-19. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi kasus di Ponpes Darul Ulum Kota Pekalongan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi mendalam dan studi dokumentasi dengan pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian ini, terlihat bahwa manajemen pembelajaran merupakan faktor utama untuk menangani semua kegiatan di masa pandemi COVID-19.  Namun, manajemen pembelajaran di Ponpes Darul Ulum Kota Pekalongan selama masa pandemi COVID-19 belum berjalan optimal dilihat dari empat fungsi manajemen pembelajaran yaitu perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembelajarannya. Hal ini disebabkan karena adanya tantangan dan hambatan yang dihadapi selama masa penyesuaian yang dilakukan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah strategi manajemen pembelajaran santri di Ponpes Darul Ulum Pekalongan yaitu pertama, melakukan pembelajaran jarak jauh dalam jaringan dengan media WhatsApp Group untuk program Tahfidz, Youtube dan Google meet untuk program Kitab dan Zoom, Google meet untu Program Sains. Kedua, melakukan penyederhanaan kurikulum dan menurunkan pencapaian target. Ketiga, memberikan training 1 minggu bagi para guru. Abstrac: The aim of the research is to know teaching implementation type cooperative STAD to improve argue activity and achievement. This research is PTK with qualitative approach. Research subject are students of VII D SMP Negeri 1 Turen Malang which is 40 students consist of 18 female students and 22 male students. These numbers enable to make 10 group, each group consist of 4 students Result of the research of cooperative learning type STAD in mathematic learning can improve students achievement of VII D SMP Negeri 1 Turen with KKM 72, The students can achieve their study are 87,5 % with average 84, Conclution, the implementation of cooperative learning type STAD in mathematic learnng can improve students activity argue class VII D SMP Negeri 1 Turen.Keywords: opinion activities; learning achievement; stad models Abstrak: Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penerapan pembelajaran model kooperatif tipe STAD dalam meningkatkan aktifitas berpendapat dan prestasi belajar. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa klas VII-D SMP Negeri 1 Turen Malang yang berjumlah 40 siswa terdiri dari 18 siswa perempuan dan 22 siswa laki-laki. jumah ini memungkinkan untuk pembagian kelompok menjadi 10 kelompok dengan jumlah anggota 4 siswa. Hasil penelitian penerapan pembelajaran kooperatif model STAD dalam pembelajaran matematika dapat meningkatkan prestasi siswa klas VII-D SMP Negeri I Turen dengan nilai KKM 72, siswa yang tuntas belajar adalah 87,5% dengan rata-rata skor 84. Abstract

Abstract: This Covid-19 pandemic situation makes school principals play an important role in solving problems related to learning problems during the covid 19 pandemic. The purpose of this study is to identify the characteristics of digital era instructional leadership and solving learning problems during the covid 19 pandemic. This study uses a research design descriptive quantitative. Area proportional random sampling is a sampling technique used, with a total sample of 196 people. The results of the study show (1) that instructional leadership skills in the digital era are the most needed factors for building a school climate, which are then followed by exemplary factors, strengthening, learning in the classroom and outside the classroom, preparing the vision, mission, and school goals that contain era learning digital, and learning program management, and (2) the principal's skills in solving learning problems during the Covid 19 pandemic are the most needed decision implementation skills factors, which are then followed by problem identification, evaluation, alternative development, and analysis skills factors. decide on alternatives.Keywords: instructional leadership, problem solving, digital era, covid 19 Abstrak: Situasi pandemi Covid-19 ini menjadikan Kepala sekolah memegang peranan penting dalam pemecahan masalah terkait dengan permasalahan pembelajaran di masa pandemi covid 19. Tujuan penelitian ini yakni untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik kepemimpinan pembelajaran era digital dan pemecahan masalah pembelajaran masa pandemi covid 19. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Area proportional random sampling merupakan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 196 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) keterampilan kepemimpinan pembelajaran era digital paling banyak dibutuhkan faktor membangun iklim sekolah, yang selanjutnya secara berturut-turut diikuti faktor keteladanan, penguatan, belajar di kelas dan diluar kelas, penyusunan visi, misi, dan tujuan sekolah yang berisi pembelajaran era digital, dan pengelolaan program belajar, dan (2) keterampilan kepala sekolah dalam pemecahan masalah pembelajaran masa pandemi Covid 19 paling banyak dibutuhkan faktor keterampilan implemetasi keputusan, yang selanjutnya secara berturut-turut diikuti faktor keterampilan identifikasi masalah, evaluasi, pengembangan alternatif, dan analisis dan memutuskan alternatif.Kata kunci: kepemimpinan pembelajaran, pemecahan masalah, era digital, covid 19

Abstract

Abstract: The development of LMS is very important to facilitate educational activities so that they are well organized. This study aims to find an LMS development model that is in accordance with students' learning interests in the DKV in Vocational High Schools. The development was carried out using the Research and Development (RnD) method and was analyzed in a quantitative descriptive manner. LMS development through alpha test with a media feasibility percentage of 80.72% and learning and material aspects of 80%. The research approach uses indicators of interest in learning consisting of feelings of pleasure, attention, interest and involvement. The results of the research show that students have learning motivation which is supported by the use of LMS. Changes in pretest and posttest values with symptoms of an increase of 70%. The indicator approach of students' feelings of pleasure was 85.33% with very good criteria, 74.00% student attention with good criteria, 84.00% student interest with very good criteria and 77.67% student involvement with good criteria using LMS.Keywords: LMS development; interest to learn; vocational high School Abstrak: Pengembangan LMS sangat penting guna memfasilitasi kegiatan pendidikan agar tetap terselenggara dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan model pengembangan LMS yang sesuai dengan minat belajar siswa pada Program Keahlian Desain Komunikasi Visual (DKV) di SMK. Pengembangan dilakukan dengan metode Research and Development (RnD) dan dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengembangan LMS melalui uji alfa dengan persentase kelayakan media 80,72% dan aspek pembelajaran dan materi sebesar 80%. Revisi ahli media dan Ahli materi selanjutnya digunakan untuk memperbaiki LMS. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan indikator minat belajar terdiri dari perasaaan senang, perhatian, ketertarikan dan keterlibatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa siswa memiliki motivasi belajar yang ditunjang dengan penggunakan LMS. Tinjauan aspek dalam minat belajar bahwa siswa mempunyai kecenderungan memperhatikan dan mengingat materi pelajaran, memiliki rasa suka dan senang, memperoleh kebanggaan dan kepuasan dengan yang diminatinya, lebih menyukai aktifitas dalam pembelajaran daring, siswa berpartisipasi dalam pembelajaran daring sebagai minat belajar dengan menggunakan LMS. Perubahan nilai pretest dan posttest dengan gejala peningkatan sebesar 70%. Pendekatan indicator perasaaan senang siswa sebesar 85.33 % dengan kriteria sangat baik, perhatian siswa sebesar 74.00 % dengan kriteria baik, ketertarikan siswa sebesar 84.00 % dengan kriteria sangat baik dan keterlibatan siswa sebesar 77.67 % dengan kriteria baik dengan penggunaaan LMS. Kata kunci: pengembangan LMS; minat belajar; sekolah menengah kejuruan

Abstract

Abstract: The main task of education in the school system is learning. Improving the quality of school-based education does not occur without improving the quality of learning in schools. The effectiveness of a school in achieving its vision, carrying out its mission, meeting learning goals and targets, as well as in carrying out quality learning activities in a school, requires the existence of a principal who is able to display effective leadership, namely learning leadership. In addition, school principals need to improve their competence as learning leaders on an ongoing basis. The purpose of this activity is to increase the understanding of principals about: Principal leadership, learning leadership, religious leadership, and leadership change in superior schools in a sustainable, independent, and contextual way. The method used in this service activity is training and mentoring. Keywords: moral-based learning leadership, superior principal Abstrak: Tugas utama pendidikan di dalam sistem persekolahan yaitu pembelajaran. Peningkatan mutu pendidikan berbasis sekolah tidak terjadi, tanpa peningkatan mutu pembelajaran di sekolah. Keefektifan suatu sekolah dalam menggapai visi, mengemban misi, memenuhi tujuan dan target pembelajaran, demikian pula dalam menjalankan aktivitas pembelajaran yang bermutu di suatu sekolah, mempersyaratkan adanya seorang kepala sekolah yang mampu menampilkan kepemimpinan yang efektif, yaitu kepemimpinan pembelajaran. Selain itu, kepala sekolah perlu meningkatkan kompetensinya sebagai pemimpin pembelajaran secara berkelanjutan. Tujuan kegiatan ini berupaya meningkatkan pemahaman kepada kepala sekolah tentang: Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, kepemimpinan pembelajaran, kepemimpinan religius, dan kepemimpinan perubahan di sekolah unggul secara berkelanjutan, mandiri, dan kontekstual. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu pelatihan dan pendampingan. Kata kunci: kepemimpinan pembelajaran berbasis moral, kepala sekolah unggul

Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted to find out how students perceive the effectiveness of implementing online education during the corona virus outbreak, and to find out what factors are inhibiting and supporting the implementation of online learning during the pandemic. The research method uses quantitative methods, through descriptive surveys. Data collection techniques with questionnaires, interview respondents in this study amounted to 350 students. The results of this study show. Student perceptions of online learning during the pandemic showed that 24.7% of students were satisfied with the implementation of online learning and 75.3% of students expressed dissatisfaction with the implementation of online learning. Student perceptions about the application used zoom meeting 27.4%. the use of the google classroom application is 13%, the etmodo application is 8% and the use of other applications is 7.3%. Students' perceptions about the affordability of access 52.8% can access learning materials anywhere and anytime, and 47.2% say it is difficult to access learning materials. Student perceptions of online learning as independent learning 53.6% said they were satisfied and 46.4% said they were not satisfied. Student perceptions of online learning communication and equity 57.5% said they were satisfied and 42.5% said they were not satisfied. Factors supporting the implementation of online learning are internet quota assistance from the center, flexibility in accessing material (information), developing applications or learning ethnology. The inhibiting factors are increasing costs, uneven network, no variety of methods, and no 2-way communicationKeywords: Perception, Effectiveness, Online learning
