Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the implementation of the principal's strategy in developing teacher professionalism, teacher professionalism is needed to obtain good quality output. This research is motivated by the importance of education in supporting the future development of the nation and developing the potential of students in facing global competition. The method used in this research is a qualitative case study approach. Sources of data obtained from teachers, data collection through observation, interviews and documents. Data analysis used qualitative data analysis model of Miles and Huberman. The results of this study reveal that the principal's strategy in improving teacher professionalism is carried out through; (1) formulating school planning and development (2) improving teacher work discipline, both in terms of learning, administration, and behavior; (3) conducting regular academic supervision; and (4) collaborate with supervisors, committees, parents, and government agencies.Keywords: principal leadership; academic supervision; teacher professionalism Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi strategi kepala sekolah dalam mengembangkan profesionalisme guru, profesionalisme guru sangat dibutuhkan untuk mendapatkan output yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya pendidikan dalam mendukung pembangunan masa depan bangsa dan mengembangkan potensi peserta didik dalam menghadapi persaingan global. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan studi kasus kualitatif. Sumber data diperoleh dari guru, pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumen. Analisis data menggunakan model analisis data kualitatif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru dilakukan melalui; (1) merumuskan perencanaan dan pengembangan sekolah (2) meningkatkan disiplin kerja guru, baik dalam hal pembelajaran, administrasi, maupun perilaku; (3) melakukan supervisi akademik secara berkala; dan (4) bekerjasama dengan pengawas, panitia, orang tua, dan instansi pemerintah..Kata kunci: kepemimpinan kepala sekolah; supervisi akademik; profesionalisme guru

Abstract

Abstrak: Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum (AKM) merupakan standar penilaian kompetensi siswa melalui penguasaan literasi membaca dan numerasi. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui perspektif siswa dan guru kimia SMAN 3 Sidoarjo dalam pelaksanaan AKM terhadap mata pelajaran kimia. Penelitian ini dilakukan guna memperbaiki kualitas pembelajaran dan penilaian guru terhadap siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian studi kasus dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Wawancara terhadap 10 responden siswa dan 3 responden guru melalui Google meet. Hasil wawancara dianalisis secara terpisah untuk setiap pertanyaan dan dilakukan analisis isi untuk menelaah data secara lebih rinci. Hasil AKM memberikan ruang bagi guru dan siswa untuk melakukan proses belajar mengajar yang lebih efesien sehingga meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap suatu materi yang diberikan. Keywords: Assesmen kompetensi minimum; pembelajaran kimia; numerasi; literasi Abstract: Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) is a standard for assessing student competence through mastering reading and numeracy literacy. The purpose of the study was to determine the perspectives of students and teachers of chemistry at SMAN 3 Sidoarjo in the implementation of AKM on chemistry subjects. This research was conducted to improve the quality of learning and teacher assessment of students. The method used is case study research with a qualitative descriptive approach. Interviews with 10 student respondents and 3 teacher respondents through Google meet. The results of the interviews were analyzed separately for each question and a content analysis was carried out to examine the data in more detail. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to describe the management of students with imtaq content at Al Azhar 31 Islamic Elementary School Yogyakarta. The type of research used is a case study. Data collection techniques in this study used interview techniques, observation techniques, and documentation techniques. The Miles and Huberman model used in this study was carried out through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification or conclusion drawing. Check the validity of the data using triangulation. The subjects in this study were the principal, class teacher, Islamic religious education teacher, and imtaq builder. The results of the study show that the first pattern of student management is planning, the steps are needs analysis, recruitment, selection, orientation, placement, and student recording and reporting. Second, organizing, forming a student admissions committee with strategy and cooperation. The third implementation is carried out in four steps, namely coaching, learning, habituation, and evaluation. Fourth, supervision is carried out once in every semester by the principal and the Al Azhar foundation. The management steps of students containing imtaq aim to create a pious and noble person.Keywords: Imtaq; Student management; Elementary school Abstrak: Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen peserta didik berbasis imtaq di Sekolah Dasar Islam Al Azhar 31 Yogyakarta. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara, tenik observasi, dan teknik dokumentasi. Model Miles dan Huberman  yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dan dilakukan melalui pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi atau pengambilan kesimpulan. Pemeriksaan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi. Adapun yang menjadi subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru kelas, guru pendidikan agama islam, dan pembina imtaq. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pola manajemen peserta didik yang pertama adalah perencanan, langkahnya dengan analisis kebutuhan, rekrutmen, seleksi, orientasi, penempatan, serta pencatatan dan pelaporan peserta didik. Kedua pengorganisasian, pembentukan panitia penerimaan peserta didik dengan strategi dan kerjasama. Ketiga pelaksanaan, dilakukan dengan empat langkah yaitu pembinaan, pembelajaran, pembiasaan, dan evaluasi. Keempat pengawasan, dilaksanakan satu kali di setiap semester oleh kepala sekolah dan yayasan Al Azhar. Langkah-langkah manajemen peserta didik bermuatan imtaq bertujuan untuk menciptakan pribadi yang soleh dan berakhlak mulia. Kata kunci: Imtaq; Manajemen peserta didik; Sekolah dasar

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to provide an overview of the extent of the influence of strategic leadership and financial management on the quality of junior high school education. The research approach used a descriptive method with a correlational quantitative approach. From the research results, three basic findinelmrgs were found: (1) strategic leadership has a significant influence on the quality of education by 43.5%, (2), financial management has a significant effect on the quality of education by 32.6% and (3) strategic leadership and financing management provide a significant influence simultaneously and complement each other to increase the quality of education by 60.4%. Thus, it is obtained a description that the strategic leadership and financial management factors have an impact and have a strong influence on improving the quality of education, especially in junior high school education units. The implication is that efforts to improve the quality of education do not always have to focus on issues of educational facilities and infrastructure, curriculum diversification, teacher quality or education budgets. Solving the problems mentioned above is indeed important, but it is also necessary to strengthen strategic leadership and financing management in educational units supported by a shared determination to implement it.Keywords: Financing Management; Quality of Education and Strategic Leadership Abstrak: Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai sejauh mana pengaruh kepemimpinan strategik dan manajemen pembiayaan terhadap mutu pendidikan SMP. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan memanfaatkan penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan tiga temuan yang sangat mendasar, yaitu: (1) kepemimpinan strategik memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap mutu pendidikan sebesar 43,5 persen, (2), manajemen pembiayaan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap mutu pendidikan sebesar 32,6 persen dan (3) kepemimpinan strategik dan manajemen pembiayaan memberikan pengaruh signifikan secara bersamaan dan saling mengisi terhadap peningkatan mutu pendidikan sebesar 60,4 persen. Dengan demikian, diperoleh sebuah gambaran bahwa faktor kepemimpinan strategis dan manajemen pembiayaan berdampak dan memiliki pengaruh yang kuat terhadap peningkatan mutu pendidikan khususnya di satuan pendidikan SMP. Implikasinya, bahwa upaya peningkatan mutu pendidikan tidak selamanya harus berfokus pada permasalahan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan, diversifikasi kurikulum, mutu guru atau anggaran pendidikan. Penyelesaian masalah hal tersebut di atas memang penting, tetapi diperlukan juga penguatan kepemimpinan strategik dan manajemen pembiayaan di satuan pendidikan yang didukung oleh kebersamaan tekad untuk melaksanakannya.Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Strategik; Manajemen Pembiayaan dan Mutu Pendidikan

Abstract

Abstract: this study is intended to know how teachers' digital literacy skills affect character education in the elementary school of the country in the city of makassar. The study involved a teacher's population of civil servants at the country's elementary school in the 589 city of makassar and was dispersed from 50 state elementary schools in the city of makassar. As for the number of research samples, as many as 85 teachers were obtained based on the slovin formula with a 10% tolerance limit. The random sampling technique is done in the acquiring of research samples. As for acquiring research data using the likeart scale questionnaires that test its validity using Gregory formulas and valiance tests of its build using technical additives factor analysis and using the alpha cronbach formula for an instrument that produces a 0.97 coefficient value of teachers 'digital literacy skills and a 0.97 coefficient value for a character education reinforcement instrument. The data analysis in the study USES the parametric statistical technique of simple regression analysis. Studies reveal that there is a positive and significant impact of a teacher's digital literacy skills on improving character education at the state elementary school in the city of makassar. Follow up on these research results then proficiency digital literacy must optimized Keywords: Digital literacy skills; Strengthening character education; Primary school Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecakapan literasi digital guru terhadap penguatan pendidikan karakter pada sekolah dasar negeri di kota Makassar. Penelitian ini melibatkan populasi guru berstatus pegawai negeri sipil pada sekolah dasar negeri di kota Makassar yang berjumlah 589 orang dan tersebar dari 50 Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kota Makassar. Adapun jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak  85 orang guru yang diperoleh berdasarkan rumus slovin dengan batas toleransi 10%. Teknik  purpose random sampling dilakukan dalam memeperoleh sampel penelitian. Adapun dalam memperoleh data penelitian menggunakan kuesioner skala likeart yang uji validitas isinya menggunakan formula gregory dan uji validitas konstruknya menggunkan teknik confirmatory factor analysis serta menggunakan rumus alpha cronbach dalam pengujian reabilitas instrumen yang menghasilkan nilai koefisien reabilitas 0,97 untuk instrumen kecakapan literasi digital guru dan nilai koefisien reabilitas 0,97 untuk instrumen penguatan pendidikan karakter. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik statistik parametrik yakni analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kecakapan literasi digital guru terhadap penguatan pendidikan karakter pada sekolah dasar negeri di Kota Makassar. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to investigate the involvement of supporting staffs at the Universitas Islam Malang about the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM). Supporting staff is an essential factor in improving the implementation of the MBKM program. Their involvement is beneficial for lecturers and students participating in this program. The supporting staff realized that this program impacted the development of their institution. There were 328 who participated in filling in the questionnaire, and 37 staffs were voluntary to be interviewed. The data collection was carried out by filling out questionnaires and supported by structured interviews to explore their answers in the questionnaire. From the data collection results, the supporting staff wanted to be more involved in the MBKM program. Moreover, through this program, they believed that the performance indicators of the Universitas Islam Malang can be increased and will improve their welfare if this program is successful. Also, they hope that this program can be developed well if they are involved in a sustainable workshop or seminar related to the MBKM program).Keywords: involvement, supporting staff, MBKM

Abstract

Abstract: Work readiness can be defined as the extent to which individuals are seen to possess the attitudes and characteristics necessary for future success in the workplace. This study aims to assess the Student Work Readiness Scale. Five dimensions and twenty-one items are arranged to measure the construct of student work readiness. The questionnaire survey was administered to 151 students at Universitas Negeri Malang. The correlation of Pearson’s Product Moment to test validity and Cronbach’s Alpha to test reliability. Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted to determine the learning management of children's cognitive development in the Covid-19 pandemic. The relationship between teachers and parents is very influential in early childhood, so cooperation is carried out between the two for learning management in cognitive early childhood in a pandemic because there are difficulties faced in the teaching and learning process at home. The research method used using qualitative methods. The results of the study indicate that there is learning management at Raden Sadjad's Angkasa Lanud Kindergarten for the success of early childhood teaching and learning in cognitive development during the current pandemic, namely: 1) Procedures for studying at home with parents, and 2) Principals and teachers. teachers make learning management for early childhood as attractive and efficient as online teaching and learning but does not eliminate the essence of improving children's cognitive development. Keywords: Learning Management; Cognitive; Early Childhood; Covid-19 Abstrak: Penelitian ini berdasarkan manajemen pembelajaran perkembangan kognitif anak dalam keadaan pandemi Covid-19. Peneliti melakukan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan guru, kepala sekolah, dan orang tua di TK Angkasa Lanud Raden Sadjad. Abstract

Abstract: The study is conducted to see if the teacher performance assessment instruments used over the years have accommodating teacher duties and functions at Christian primary schools 03 Eben haezer and kristen 04 Eben haezer. What problems or deficiencies on the ground are when assessing teacher performance using only government instruments. The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection takes place through interviews and observations. Data analysis USES data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Studies have shown that the teacher's performance assessments performed over the years are consistent with the established conditions of preparation, practice, value-giving, and reporting. The teacher's performance assessments do not include the principal and function of teachers at the Christian 03 primary school and Christian primary school 04 Eben haezer that is to be a minister of faith, an academic leader, a spiritual leader, a biblical role model, asa mentor and character educator. The assessments used over the years only use the government's teacher performance assessment instruments. School has no special instrument that assesses the principal duties and functions of the teacher, so the principal cannot judge the teacher's strengths and weaknesses based on his or her principal duties and functions. Another obstacle faced was that teachers could not immediately receive the results of the assessment because the process of processing the old and still be done concurrentlyKeywords: Teacher performance assessment; Principal teacher function Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui ketepatan penggunaan instrumen PKG yang mengakomodasi tugas pokok dan fungsi guru di Sekolah Dasar Kristen 03 Eben Haezer dan Kristen 04 Eben Haezer. Permasalahan atau kekurangan apa yang dialami di lapangan ketika menilai kinerja guru dengan hanya menggunakan instrumen  dari pemerintah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan observasi. Analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PKG yang dilaksanakan selama ini sudah sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, pemberian nilai, dan pelaporan. PKG tidak mencakup tugas pokok dan fungsi guru di Sekolah Dasar Kristen 03 dan Sekolah Dasar Kristen 04 Eben Haezer yaitu sebagai pelayan iman, pemimpin akademik, pemimpin spiritual, model peran Alkitab, sebagai mentor dan pendidik karakter. Penilaian yang digunakan selama ini hanya menggunakan instrumen PKG dari pemerintah. Sekolah belum memiliki instrumen khusus yang menilai tugas pokok dan fungsi guru akibatnya kepala sekolah tidak dapat menilai kelebihan dan kekurangan guru berdasarkan tugas pokok dan fungsinya. Kendala lain yang dihadapi adalah guru tidak bisa segera menerima hasil penilaian karena proses pengolahan nilai yang lama dan masih dilakukan secara  konvensional. Kata kunci: Implementasi; Penilaian  Kinerja Guru; Tugas Pokok Fungsi Guru

Abstract

Abstract: This study reveals the Management of Education Finance During the Covid-19 Pandemic At Muhammadiyah Elementariy School in Yogyakarta City. This research use descriptive qualitative approach. The results showed that the financial management of education funds during the Covid-19 pandemic at SD Muhammadiyah Sokonandi and SD Muhammadiyah Miliran experienced a significant difference. This is because the economic power of guardians among these schools has decreased due to the impact of the pandemi which has a direct effect on the ability of guardians to pay education fees. School income has decreased and school expenditures have adjusted cost items adjusted to the needs of online teaching and learning during the pasndemic. Keyword: financial management; educational institution; Covid-19 pandemic Abstrak: Penelitian ini mengungkap pengelolaan keuangan dana pendididikan pada sekolah dasar di masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Lokasi penelitian pada SD Muhammadiyah Sokonandi Kota Yogyakarta dan SD Muhammadiyah Miliran Kota Yogyakarta. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan keuangan dana pendididikan di masa pandemi Covid-19 pada SD Muhammadiyah Sokonandi dan SD Muhammadiyah Miliran mengalami perbedaan yang cukup signifikan. Hal ini dikarenakan daya ekonomi wali murid di ke dua sekolah tersebut menurun akibat terimbas pandemi yang berpengaruh secara langsung pada kemampuan wali murid dalam membayar biaya pendidikan. Pemasukan sekolah mengalami penurunan dan pengeluaran sekolah mengalami penyesuaian pos-pos biaya yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan belajar mengajar secara daring di masa pandemi. Kata Kunci: pengelolaan keuangan; lembaga pendidikan; pandemi covid-19Abstract: This study reveals the financial management of education funds in elementary schools during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. Data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. The research location are Muhammadiyah Sokonandi Elementary School in Yogyakarta City and Muhammadiyah Miliran Elementary School in Yogyakarta City. The data analysis technique consists of four stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results showed that the financial management of education funds during the Covid-19 pandemic at SD Muhammadiyah Sokonandi and SD Muhammadiyah Miliran experienced a significant difference. This is because the economic power of guardians among these schools has decreased due to the impact of the pandemi which has a direct effect on the ability of guardians to pay education fees. School income has decreased and school expenditures have adjusted cost items adjusted to the needs of online teaching and learning during the pasndemic. Keyword: financial management; educational institution; Covid-19 pandemic Abstrak:Penelitian ini mengungkap pengelolaan keuangan dana pendididikan pada sekolah dasar di masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Lokasi penelitian pada SD Muhammadiyah Sokonandi Kota Yogyakarta dan SD Muhammadiyah Miliran Kota Yogyakarta. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan keuangan dana pendididikan di masa pandemi Covid-19 pada SD Muhammadiyah Sokonandi dan SD Muhammadiyah Miliran mengalami perbedaan yang cukup signifikan. Hal ini dikarenakan daya ekonomi wali murid di ke dua sekolah tersebut menurun akibat terimbas pandemi yang berpengaruh secara langsung pada kemampuan wali murid dalam membayar biaya pendidikan.
