KAKIFIKOM (Kumpulan Artikel Karya Ilmiah Fakultas Ilmu Komputer) dengan Izin LIPI nomor eISSN : 2716-3261 merupakan Artikel hasil riset dari tugas akhir mahasiswa yang dijurnalkan dan dipakai untuk menunjang kegiatan akademik di Universitas secara khusus dan terbuka untuk Umum dalam bidang Ilmu Komputer. Media ini berdiri sejak Tahun 2019 dengan jadwal publikasi dari Media Online ini adalah 2 (dua) kali dalam setahun yaitu setiap Bulan April dan Bulan Oktober. The rapid development of information technology is characterized bythe complex use of technology that allows most human activities to be replaced by machines. In this condition, higher education management institutions are inseparable from the governance system that must always improve quality from time to time. St. Thomas Catholic University is one of the private colleges that has not fully optimized information technology and still uses conventional means for the internal management of the campus. One of the annual routine activities carried out is planning and development within the faculty which is outlined in the work plan and annual budget. The Annual Budget Plan (RAT) is prepared to ensure the implementation of administrative and academic activities of each unit at a university, especially at the faculty level and is usually planned to finance activities for 2 semesters in each year, namely even semesters and odd semesters. Against the background of these conditions, the design of the Activity Plan and Budget Information System (RKAT) which manages annual work program data, the size of the activity budget, budget realization to information on , the plan of activities to be carried out, this will be very helpful in managing data with a more efficient time. The method used is the Extremme Programming method which focuses on designing applications quickly supported by observation and literacy methods, and using UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling tools which are visual modeling of designing object-oriented systems.

Usaha Kecil dan Menengah disingkat UKM adalah sebuah istilah yang mengacu kepada jenis usaha kecil yang memiliki kekayaan bersih paling banyak Rp 200.000.000 tidak termasuk tanah dan bangunan tempat usaha. Dan usaha yang berdiri sendiri. Dalam melakukan penjualan, pegiat usaha ini menggunakan sistem offline. Setelah jam operasional toko tutup, maka penjualan akan terhenti karena tidak adanya sistem online. Penjualan yang dilakukan di luar jam operasional perusahaan, melalui whatsapp, dan email langsung ke admin penjualan. Pencatatan penjualan dan pengiriman yang dilakukan manual. Sehingga admin penjualan cukup kesulitan untuk menangani satu per satu telepon yang masuk. Melihat latar belakang permasalahan tersebut, dirancang sebuah sistem aplikasi yang dapat membantu meningkatkan dan mempermudah penjualan UKM.

At the Ambon State Polytechnic, students' semester grade reports are still manually typed. This causes frequent typo errors which can result in the invalidity of the document, let alone incorrect grades, student identification numbers and many other label values. Here a java application has been implemented to detect these errors. This application is primarily intended for officials of the Head of Study Program, Head of the Department before signing and validating the report. Officials who legalize it will be greatly assisted because tedious validation work can be replaced by computers. The validation process is carried out by utilizing the optical character recognition technique from the open source library Tesseract-OCR. From the experimental results the verification process can be improved by using OCR specific on specific regions of interest (ROI) after using template matching method from OpenCV. The consideration of the Levehnstein distance in the comparison of label values against the reference database also improves the success rate of the algorithm. The database used has been tested for about 800 grade report documents, with successful verification result above 90%.

A website domain, whether it is webpage or a blog, is influenced by many factors to appear on the first page of the Search Engine Result Page (SERP). One of the determining factors are the application of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques, which have a significant impact on website ranking. The better the application, the easier it is for a website or a blog to occupy the top position on the SERP and get organic visitor traffic every day. SEO optimization needs to be done so that a blog that is already in the top position or on the first page of search results is not displaced by competitor websites. Without applying SEO, search engines will have difficulty recognized web pages on the internet and can result in low visitor traffic to the website. There are generally two methods for SEO optimization, namely on-page and off-page methods. Both methods are combined to achieve the best ranking on the SERP, which can increase visitor traffic. The initial step is to analyze the web log that is being researched. The initial analysis of web log measurement using Google Analytics founds that organic visitors were below 100 per a day on average, affecting the quality of the SERP. Based on this condition, SEO optimization on-page and off-page needs to be measured. After implementing and optimizing both methods, the web log's visitor traffic reviewed for some time to determine the development of SEO techniques. The results showed an increase in visitor traffic by 40%.

Optik Halim Purwakarta is a company engaged in optical sales, providing various kinds of glasses, frames, contact lenses, lens cleaning fluids and other optical accessories. Currently Optik Halim Purwakarta has difficulty receiving orders from outside the region. That's why Optik Halim Purwakarta plans to develop customer applications in the future. The purpose of this research is to design the user interface and user experience for the optical glass application. Human Centered Design (HCD) is a system design and development approach that aims to make systems more usable through the application of human or ergonomic knowledge and factors. The Human Centered Design (HCD) method consists of five steps: understanding and determining the context of use, determining user needs, generating design solutions, and evaluating design solutions. Based on the design and testing methods used by researchers to conduct this research. From the results of this study, the Halim Optik Purwakarta application was developed with an average System Usability Scale (SUS) score of 82.5, where the score is included in category B and can be accepted by users.

XYZ writing community is a community that was formed virtually in 2018 in Jember,East Java. The XYZ Writing Community conducts routine activities, namely holdingclasses on writing every one week twice through the WhatsApp chat platform only.From this problem, it can be seen that the learning system is less effective so that acontainer is needed to accommodate this. Making UI and UX designs will be donefirst using the Design thinking and Lean UX methods. The design results will be testedusing the User Experience Quisionnaerie (UEQ) method. Based on the design methodand testing method used to conduct this research. The distribution of questionnaires atthe Test stage of design thinking to 20 respondents obtained the results of designing anonline course website design in the field of writing using the UEQ method is aboveaverage with a "good" assessment based on the brenchmark diagram. The mean valueon the UEQ scale is above 1 with the highest mean value on the attractiveness scale of1.92 points and the lowest value is on the Novelty scale of 1, 26 points. From theseresults it can be said that the results of UI and UX design design are quite good andquite acceptable to users.

In a web-based sales and purchase information system for souvenirs typical of the area, the web has many functions which of course can assist sellers and buyers in making transactions. Sellers can provide and display whatever is in the store. Whether it's food, snacks, goods or anything else. Buyers can also order and request what items they want to buy, how much, and when they will be picked up. For each item, there will also be information about the item. What is it made of, price, and so on. Because it also displays information about all existing products, it is hoped that it will add to public knowledge about regional original products. This can also improve marketing and at the same time promote the area to the community so that they can get to know an area better. That's it. This information system will also facilitate buying and selling in the transaction process. where the buyer can choose to make a transaction via account transfer or directly (at the same time when picking up the goods). This information system will be made web-based. The web is used because the web is a medium that can be accessed from anywhere, anytime and anyone. And also through cell phones or personal computers. So that it can make it easier for anyone who wants to make a purchase transaction

Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Data Anak pada panti asuhan keluarga bunga bakung merupakan suatu unsur dalam suatu pengelolaan data untuk melakukan proses pengelolaan data anak yang berguna untuk menghasilkan informasi yang lebih tepat. Di Indonesia sudah banyak di bangun suatu dinas social anak atau panti asuhan, tetapi dalam panti asuhan keluarga bunga bakung kabanjahe ini mereka masih banyak yang terkendala dalam proses pengelolaan data anak asuh tersebut. Hal ini yang meyebabkan dibutuhkan suatu Sistem Informasi pengelolaan data anak pada Panti asuhan keluarga bunga bakung kabanjahe Berbasis Web, untuk membantu panti asuhan dalam mengelola data anak panti asuhan mereka. Most freelance designers in Indonesia use websites, freelance applications, or get clients from acquaintances. Currently there are still few adequate applications in Indonesia to facilitate and become a bridge between designers and clients, and also tend to focus on buyers only. Intense competition between designers on freelance service websites also means that only a handful of designers dominate and get clients. There needs to be an easy-to-use application that can be accessed on mobile phones and has various payment methods to open up new opportunities for novice Indonesian designers and people who need designs, by making UI and UX designs in advance it is expected to produce designs that suit their needs and make it easy for users. This study applies the design science research methodology, according to Ken Peffers et al. DSRM is a research methodology in the field of design science for information systems that combines principles, practices, and procedures. Testing or testing the researchers tested the system usability scale (SUS). The results of this study are a prototype mobile-based graphic design service application. Based on testing using the SUS method, the average sus value obtained was 81.2. It can be concluded that mobile-based graphic design service applications are acceptable because they meet the acceptable category.

The population of herpetofauna animals in Indonesia is decreasing due to hunting, habitat destruction, and illegal trade. Apart from that, there is very little introduction to Herpetofauna among reptiles and amphibian lovers. There are also many cases of ownership and buying and selling of reptiles and amphibians that end with the forced taking of these Herpetofauna animals and even imprisonment for not having permission from the government. The problem of lack of knowledge about the types of Herpetofauna is one of the causes of the rarity of these animals which will become extinct in the future. Therefore, more effective and efficient conservation support efforts are needed in the form of research based on artificial intelligence to identify protected Herpetofauna animals in Indonesia. This research uses Machine Learning technology and the method used for segmentation is Deep Learning which is included in the YOLO stage and is very supportive in edge detection, color change, and classification. The use of this technology is implemented in a GUI application built in Python which can be used as a detection tool for the types of herpetofauna found in nature, in captivity, or in reptile trading markets. Therefore, Machine Learning Research Herpetofauna is very important to contribute to the government's conservation efforts to protect Herpetofauna and is expected to be sustainable for future generations.
