<![CDATA[The aims of this article is to uncover the facts with an in-depth analysis of the study of archipelago qur’an interpretation as an interpretation sourced from the Holy Qur'an as a way of life for its adherents. The scientific treasures in interpreting the Qur'an continues to grow along with the ability of humans to express the meaning contained in it. This article uses the literature study method with a deep analysis so that it can be used as a foothold in interpretive scientific studies. In the archipelago, the development of interpretations from the VII-XV (classical) century became the embryo of the opening horizons of thought in the period that followed in interpreting the Qur'an as a book originating from the revelation of Almighty God. The simplicity of the classical interpretation does not reduce the substance of the verses in it but more than that, the interpretation of the Qur'an in that era has become a knowledge that is able to give a scientific style in the archipelago. Therefore, this paper will thoroughly discuss the embryo of Qur’anic interpretation in the classical period as a scientific treasure and the development of interpretation in the archipelago to be used as an analytical study of the development of interpretation in the middle and contemporary periods.]]>

<![CDATA[This article aims to find out the history of the development of science from time to time recorded by existing historical literature and mentions some of the figures behind the discovery of scientific theories and their development. The phases of the development of science are called periodization in the history of the development of science starting from ancient times, middle ages, modern times and contemporary times. While the phases of the development of science in the Islamic world began from the time of the Prophet, Khulafau Ar-Rashidin, the Umayyads, Daula Abbasids and the revival of Islam until now. When science in the European world suffered a setback but on the contrary what happened in the Islamic world of science developed rapidly until the peak of glory.]]>

<![CDATA[A patent is an exclusive right granted by the State to an inventor on the results of his invention in the field of technology, which for a certain period of time, carries out the inventory himself or gives his consent to another party to carry it out. This study aims to determine whether patent rights can be categorized as inherited assets. This research is library research where the descriptive method is used to describe the position of the patent rights, while the comparative method compares the patent rights with Islamic law, and the analysis method is to analyze whether a patent can be classified into inheritance law and how to inherit it. The results showed that a patent is a right that can be categorized as al-māl gahir al-mutaqawwim, which is immeasurable, and its value varies (uncertain). Patents have different characteristics from rights that can be inherited in general. The object of inheritance in a patent is the reward obtained from the use of a process or an invention that has been patented. If the patented invention is not used, nothing will be inherited from the patent right. The distribution of royalties obtained from a patent right can be carried out with several provisions, including waiting until a certain time limit, and then the property is divided based on the provisions of Islamic inheritance, or the property is directly distributed whenever there is the use of a patent by another party.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to provide general guidance to religious authorities and the prosecution on the conduct of magic in society for the purpose of the process of enforcement and prosecution of magic practitioners. Apart from that, it is also an explanation and exposure to the Muslim community about the dangers of believing in the practice of magic and its use that can lead to the deviation of the beliefs of a Muslim. This study is based on the Results of the Muzakarah of the Fatwa Committee of the National Council for Islamic Religious Affairs Malaysia: Law on the belief in the practice of magic and its use according to Islamic perspective has been gazetted as a Fatwa in several State Fatwa Departments in Malaysia. Violation of the fatwa decision that has been gazetted as an offense because it is considered an insult to Islam and the Religious Authority. The objective of this study will be to discuss the characteristics of superstitious practices, forms of magic practices, the characteristics of magic practitioners, in brief, the role of the authorities in combating magic practices. The methodology used in this study is a library study that is the analysis of documents such as books and articles. It is hoped that these guidelines can also provide understanding and explanation to Muslims in this country on the characteristics of the practice of magic, superstition, and magic according to the Islamic perspective with the hope that the Muslim community stays away from all practices that can threaten the faith, threaten the lives of others and affect harmony society if there is no collective effort from all authorities to curb it.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to guide the Shariah judiciary, especially the Prosecution Department and the judges, in determining Islamic medical experts as an expert opinion to be adopted in the trial for cases of magic crimes in Shariah courts. These Guidelines will also be the basis of reference and guidance to the state Islamic religious department (JAIN) and government agencies such as the Malaysian Islamic Development Department (JAKIM) related to certified Islamic medical experts. This study will discuss the conditions Ruqyah Syar'iyyah in Islamic medicine, the pillars Ruqyah Syar'iyyah in Islamic medicine, ethics of Islamic medicine practitioners, the conditions of Islamic medical practitioners in brief. In addition, this study also highlights the principles of Islamic treatment and etiquette of Islamic treatment practices. The methodology used in this study is a library study that is a list of documents such as books and articles. It is hoped that these guidelines can also provide understanding and explanation to Muslims in this country on thae conditions and ethics of Islamic medicine. In addition, it aims to identify true practitioners of Islamic medicine and coincide with the standards of Islamic requirements in the hope that the Muslim community will seek and receives treatment services from real practitioners of Islamic medicine. This step must be played collectively by all authoritative parties to introduce the true practice of Islamic medicine and comply with the principles of faith and Islamic law.]]>

<![CDATA[The position of a child is very important for a family and a country. Children are part of the younger generation, as one of the human resources, as a great potential and a successor to the ideals of the nation. Children must be guaranteed a complete, harmonious, harmonious and balanced physical, mental, social growth. It can even be said that children are a gift that is also a mandate given by Allah SWT to every parent. Children in Article 1 paragraph 1 of Law Number 23 Year 2002 in conjunction with Law Number 35 Year 2014 concerning Child Protection are someone who is not yet 18 years old, including children who are still in the womb. Article 42 of Law Number 1 of 1974 in conjunction with Law Number 16 of 2019 concerning Marriage, regulates that legal children are children born in or as a result of a legal marriage. The purpose of this study was to determine the weaknesses in protecting the civil rights of adultery children in Indonesia. The research specification is descriptive. Primary data collection method through interviews, while secondary data collection is documentative. The data obtained were analyzed qualitatively. Conclusion: The weakness of protecting the civil rights of adultery children in Indonesia is that there are many children who are neglected, the stigma of society, the biological father of adultery children is not responsible, it is rare for families to place adultery children, if there are families who want to accommodate adultery children but the origin of the child is hidden.]]>

The purpose of Islamic education is to create a perfect human being physically and spiritually, achieve the happiness of the afterlife, devote yourself to Allah, carry out the duties of the caliph on earth and seek the pleasure of Allah. From that, learning is an obligatory. Ain obligatory for syari'ah knowledge, aqidah and akhlak-tasawuf as a basis for actualizing one's potential. Fardu kifayah for other sciences. In order to answer the challenges and fill opportunities in this globalization era, Islamic education needs to do several things: Preparing qualified human beings by providing qualified knowledge in accordance with their expertise while still upholding Islamic values. <![CDATA[Boarding (Dayah) is the oldest educational institutions and popular areas in Aceh. Then, the teacher is one of important causes in success of implementation educational process, teacher who has responsibilities to lead the student in reaching the educational target and achievement. This research based on the unclearness of teacher competence personality at Boarding (Dayah) Darussalam Labuhan Haji south Aceh and by assumption that boarding teacher of Darussalam Labuhan Haji south Aceh is the older/senior level student who generally is not graduated from the university or teacher educational major. This research used qualitative method. The location of this research was at Darussalam Labuhan Haji Boarding south Aceh. The data technique collection used Observation, interview, and documentation. The subjects of the interview were head master, teacher and student of Darussalam Labuhan Haji Boarding school. And the analysis technique used the data reduction method, display and verification. Finally, after the analysis the data collection, shown that teacher competence personality at Boarding (Dayah) Darussalam Labuhan Haji south Aceh is good. And found some teacher’s obstacles in implementing teacher competence personality, such as the background of various languages, lack of educational tools, lack of teachers, and students various ages at certain level.]]>

<![CDATA[Zakat is a certain type of property whose owner is required to distribute it to the mustahiq who have been determined by syara'. The determination of mustahiq or groups who are entitled to receive zakat has been determined in the Qur'an, namely faqir, poor, 'amil, mu'allaf, mukatab (slave), gharim, sabilillah, and ibn sabil. The phenomenon that occurs in some communities, especially in Aceh, is that zakat is also distributed to Islamic boarding school students or santri, while these students are not included in the group entitled to receive zakat as mentioned above. From this phenomenon, the author wants to know further the views of Syafi'iyyah fiqh regarding the distribution of zakat to students or students. This research is a qualitative research that is phenomenological in nature, in analyzing the data the researcher uses content analysis techniques. The results of the study show that Islamic boarding school students or santri can receive zakat if they are included in people who are entitled to receive zakat such as the indigent or poor. Because basically the student of knowledge is not entitled to receive zakat on behalf of the student of knowledge, but it is permissible to accept it if the claimant of knowledge is included in the mustahiq zakat. The seeker of knowledge cannot be categorized into sabilillah because sabilillah in syafi'iyah fiqh are people who take up arms in war because they defend Allah's religion.]]>

<![CDATA[This study is to examine the main function of Friday sermons and Islamic boarding schools in countering radicalism. The main reason for the existence of radicalism is the lack of religious understanding, especially regarding the verses of the Qur'an and Hadith which are only understood textually and are truncated. This happens because of the lack of exploring and comprehensively reviewing the contents of the Qur'an. One of the important moments to convey religious knowledge in the midst of society is the Friday sermon which has become a routine for every Friday prayer. Where maybe only this weekly opportunity they can gather and attend the majlis in the midst of their busy lives. Here, Islamic boarding schools as educational institutions in transforming scientific values and exemplary, are urgently needed to provide role models and become examples of how the Friday sermon theme delivered relates to explanations related to religious texts (al-Qur'an and Hadith), namely explaining the content of the Qur'an, especially those related to radicalism, which is widely misunderstood. In addition, pesantren can unite Muslims in following the correct rules of understanding the Qur'an and Hadith.]]>
