Abstract

This research is motivated by the way of learning that still uses the Teacher Center Learning learning model so that students are still less actively involved as well as a rigid learning atmosphere so that students quickly feel bored and lack enthusiasm in following the learning process. One method for students to be active in learning is to use the FIRE-UP Learning Strategy. The objectives of the research to determine student learning outcomes on the subject of colloids in the XI MIPA class of SMA Negeri 1 Cerenti. This research was a quantitative research type of quasi-experimental design with a posttest-only control design experimental design. The sample of this research was students of class XI MIPA2 as an experimental class and class XI MIPA3 as a control class. The sampling technique is the cluster random sampling technique. Data collection in this study uses written documentation and tests. To determine the normality of the data used Chi-Square test, variance test to determine the homogeneity of the data, and the final data analysis in this study using the "t" test, namely the independent sample t-test. The final test results obtained Sig. (1-tailed) is 0,000<0.05, this proves that H0 is rejected. So it can be concluded that student learning outcomes using the FIRE-UP learning strategy are better than student learning outcomes using conventional learning. Abstract

This research is research and development (R&D) aims to determine the feasibility of the media Comics developed as learning media on chemical bonds class X high school. This research was carried out at Benai 1 High School and was limited tested to 10 students in MIPA 5. Class X The feasibility of this comic media was seen from the validity of the material experts, media experts and students' responses to comic media. The results obtained showed that the developed comic media was suitable for use, evidenced by validation data from material experts and media experts respectively 92%, 84.4% included in the very feasible category and student responses to comic media gained a percentage of 96.3% included in the category of very positive responses. Abstract

Doing education is a complex process. The institution need to improve the quality of education through standardization and professionalization in various components in the education system. Principals are required to be independent and have accountability on it, so they need a transformative character in self. But in reality, so many principals have not even implemented this type of leadership, so there are various kinds of problems that can affect the performance of teachers in schools because their worksphere is not positive. The goals of this research is to determine the effect of madrasah principal’s transformational leadership toward teachers performance in Madrasah Aliyah, Bahrul Ulum, Air Emas, Singingi Sub-district. The type of this research is quantitative associative, more specifically as causal associative. Data processing using simple linear regression formula with SPSS software. This research is located in Madrasah Aliyah Bahrul Ulum, Air Emas, Singingi Subdistrict. The number of samples was 18, and using questionnaires, interviews, observations and documentation to collects the data. The results showed that there was an effect of transformational leadership on teacher performance with the results of F Count> F Table, 2.88> 0.10, Y = 50.807 + 0.391, and by 15% while 85% was effected by other factors that out of the focus on this research. Abstract

This research is motivated by a problem found in the initial observations of the author at School Of Islam Aqzia Teluk Kuantan, symptoms are found as follow: 1. Teachers have already applied the Ummi Method well but still some student’ achievement were not satisfied. 2. There are still some students prefer playing with their friends beside to paying attention to teachers in learning Al-Qur’an process by using Ummi Method so, their ability foe each chapter would different. 3. There are still students who read Al-Qur’an slowly. This research aims to know the Effectiveness Of Using Ummi Method Toward Students’ Leraning Result In Elementary School Of Islam Aqzia Teluk Kuantan. Data collection is done through observation, interview, forms fulfilling, and documentation. And writer also used causal-associative and simple regression linear to analize data. Me took 42 samples to support this research, we explained the effectiveness of Ummi Method. Based on the questionaires given, it shows that there is no effectivity of using Ummi Method in teaching learning process. It didn’t give a significant differences in learning achievement. The index t is 0,402 < t table 1,690 Ha is refused and Ho is accepted. Determinant point is =0.004 or 00.4%. in conclusion, there is no effectindy between Ummi Method and Students’ Learning Achievement of Students In Elementary School Teluk Kuantan. Abstract

This research ismotivated by a problem found in the initial observations of the author at MTs Pondok Pesantren Syafa’aturrasul Batu Ampar Beringin Teluk Kuantan, symptoms are found as follow. 1. Student are less intorested in leraning so student motivation is low. 2. Students are extrovert and lack of making friend with their peers. 3. Their are differencs in backgroud their is a lack of interaction among students. This study aims to determine the effeck of peer interaction on student motivation in MTs Pondok Pesantren Syafa’aturrasul Batu Ampar Beringin Teluk Kuantan. Data collection is accomplished by using observation, interview, questionnaire, and documentation. Writer also used assosiative causal and simple linier regression to analize data. This research had 41 samples. Me analize data with giving explanation about the influences of peer learning MTs Pondok Pesantren Syafa’aturrasul Batu Ampar Beringin Teluk Kuantan. Based on the data and forms show that it has a significant effect to students’s leraning motivation. Indext t is 3,597 > t tabel 1.690. so Ha is received and Ho is rejected. The determinant paint is 0,249 or 24,9%. So the point of influences of peer learning on students’s leraning motivation is 24,9% Kata Kunci : Pergaulan Teman Sebaya, Motivasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the strategy of giving questions and getting answers to increase student interest in learning and the factors that influence it in the field of Islamic education in SMA Negeri 1 Kuantan Hilir, Kuantan Hilir District. Based on the results of data collection by means of observation, questionnaires and documentation, then analyzed the data with the formula Percentage Based on the analysis of the Percentage Formula it can be produced that the effectiveness of the strategy of giving questions and getting answers to increase student interest in the field of PAI study at SMA Negeri 1 Kuantan Hilir turned out to be running well and effectively which shows the number 66.76%. where the teacher is able to carry it out well. The factors that influence students 'interest in learning in the field of Islamic education in SMA Negeri 1 Kuantan Hilir are supporting factors, namely intelligence or the level of intelligence of students in conducting discussions, students' talents in speaking. Motivate students who are active to work in groups. Religious teachers who are active in guiding students in the learning process and teaching with methods, strategies and techniques that are interesting and fun. Inhibiting factors are The influence of a family atmosphere that is not harmonious. Abstract

Student Learning Center (SCL) is a learning approach that empowers students to be the center of attention during the learning process. However, based on preliminary observations made by the author at MA Bahrul Ulum Singingi especially in class XI in learning the Qur'an the Hadith found several symptoms as follows: 1. The teacher has used the student center learning approach, but when learning takes place students are not focused on participating in learning so that the results are not optimal. 2. SCL has been implemented in the Qur'anic Hadith lessons but there are still some students who have not experienced an increase in learning outcomes. 3. The teacher has no role to help students to solve problems when students experience difficulties in the learning process. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the student centered learning approach to student learning outcomes in Al-Qur'an Hadith class XI MA Bahrul Ulum Singingi District and the factors of the Student Centered Learning approach to student learning outcomes in Al-Qur'an subjects an Hadith class XI at MA Bahrul Ulum Singingi District Kuantan Singingi District. The research methodology is quantitative and is causal associative, namely research that aims to find the relationship between two or more variables about cause and effect on the variables that influence (independent variables) and variables that are influenced (dependent), namely Collecting data by means of Observation, Interview, and Questionnaire while data analysis uses IBM SPSS Statistics 24.0 The conclusion of this study is that there is a negative effect, this can be proven that the effect of student centered learning (Variable X) with learning outcomes (Variable Y) is said to have a negative effect on student learning outcomes The correlation coefficient is 2.3% Keywords: Student Centered Learning, Al-Qur'an Hadith, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

The ability of teachers to carry out their duties can be said to be good if they have basic abilities or absolute teacher competence. One of them is pedagogical ability, namely the ability to manage student learning, this competency can be seen from the abilit y to plan teaching and learning programs, the ability to carry out interactions or manage the teaching and learning process and the ability to conduct assessments. Based on observations of the ability of teachers is caused by several factors, namely: thelimitations of teachers in using electronic media that are still not available in schools, then personality factors related to behavior, authority, and character that will affect the learning process. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the application of thematic learning in Islamic Religious Education subjects at public elementary school008 Sungai Kuning District Singingi. The population and sample in this study were one Islamic Religious Education teacher at public elementary school 008 Sungai Kuning , Singingi District. This study includes research with a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. And data analysis techniques used are reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the application of thematic learning in Islamic Religious Education subjects was "very good", with observations by the author. The completeness of the Islamic Religious Educationteacher ranks is "very good", in accordance with the K13 curriculum. The results of three observations from the application of thematic learning at the Islamic Religious Education teacher at public elementary school 008 Sungai Kuning District Singingi District obtained an average score of observations on the implementation of thematic learning at the Islamic Religious Education teacher public elementary school 008 Sungai Kuning Singingi District at 80%. Abstract

Teacher personality in teach directly or indicertly will have on motivation student learning both positive and negative. If teachers personality competencies has been mastered by the teachers so a teacher can motivation students in the learning process. But in reality teachers who have good personality competence have not been ablebto build student motivation in MTs PONPES Nurul Islam Kampung Baru Toar, from the results pre reseach wherebthe teacher already has good personality competencies but students learning motivation is still low. Then research has done research in MTs PONPES Nurul Islam Kampung Baru Toar to see how the teacher personal competence correlates with student motivation. Research conducted is quantitative research with make korelasi and product moment . Research us observation, teachniques, interview, questionnaires and documentation.From this study incan be concluded that the relationship between teacher’s personality competence and student motivation of 0,6 with “ enough categories which influences the teacher’s personal competence and students motivation is sometimes the teacher is not able to create a fun an happy classroom atmosphere, mos students have not been able to solve difficult questions, not ready to accept learning to be taught and enthusiasm in the learning process. Abstract

The Cooperative Script learning model is a learning model in pairs and each individual in the pair summarizes the material that has been learned. With this model students are expected to learn in pairs and conclude their own material that has been determined. Then by itself is expected to improve student achievement. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of Cooperative Script learning models for fourth grade students of PAI subjects at SDN 009 Parat Teratak Air Hitam, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi District. and 15 women and as an object are the application of the Cooperative Script learning model in improving the learning achievement of fourth grade students of PAI in Negeri 009 Trench Teratak Air Hitam, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. With data collection techniques through observation, tests, interviews and documentation and data processing using percentage charts / graphs. The application of the Cooperative Script learning model for Grade IV students of PAI in 009 Teratak Air Hitam Trench Sentajo Raya District has been carried out well from each cycle, pre cycle 100%, Cycle I: 100%, Cycle II: 100%, and cycle III : also 100%. This is proven by 9 people who have not completed the pre-cycle, cycle I: 5 people who have not yet finished, cycle II: 2 people who have not yet finished and cycle III has all been completed (27 people).
