Abstract

This class action research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of chemistry especially thecolloidal system material. This study aims to improve student learning outcomes through InquiryBased Learning. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The research instrumentsused were observation sheets, and tests. Subjects in the study were students of class XIMIA SMAN 2, TelukKuantan, with a total of 21 students. The results showed that the averagecompleteness of individuals in the first cycle was 77.61, with the percentage of classical completenessstudent learning outcomes was 61.90%, in the second cycle the average individual completenesswas 87.14 with the percentage of classical completeness student learning outcomes that is90.47% From these results it can be concluded that the Inquiry Based Learning (IBL) learningmodel on the colloidal system material can improve student learning outcomes in class XI MIASMA N 2 TelukKuantan.

Abstract

The succesof an educational institution depends very much on theleadership of the principal. School success is that good principals behavedynamically to prepare various education progrsms. Even the high and lowquality of a school is distinguished by the leadership of the school principal. Thecreation of an atmosphere or religious culture means creating an atmosphere orclimate of religious life. In the sense of the word creation of the religiousatmosphere is carried out with practice, invitations (persuasive) and habituation of religious attitudes both vertically (hablumminallah) and horizontalally (hablumminannas) I in the school environtment. This type of research used in this study is field research that is descriptive qualitative. Concerning the role ofthe principal’s leadership in developing religious culture in SMP N 2 Batang Peranap, Indragiri Hulu district. Data obtained through observation,interviewsand documentation.The leadership role of the headmaster in implementing religious culture inSMP N 2 batang the role of Indragiri upstream district plays a good role, becausethe school principal in SMP N 2 batang peranap kabupaten Indragiri huludistrictas a whole is able to direct, pay attention, apply, religious culture toteachers, students, and school residents. But hus weaknesses, because theheadmaster is muslim and even in the school does not have non muslim teachers.Thus the religious teacher cannot explore what religious activities and habits will be applied to non-muslim students. Factors that renew the leadership role of the principal indeveloping religious culture in SMP N 2 batang peranap the role of Indragiri hulu regency can be concluded, namely internal factors originating from oneself, authority and habits of the school principal. And external factors which come from teachers, students, the school environment, the community, the situation and conditions of the area.

Abstract

The Tahfidz al-Qur'an program is a very noble activity when applied to an educationalinstitution. However, students who take the Tahfidz al-Qur'an program must be willing to leave thelearning process in class like students in general and must be willing to get low marks on generalsubjects because they have to focus on memorizing the Koran, but the problems that the writer foundin boarding schools KH. Ahmad Dahlan is inversely proportional to the statement above, becausemany of the students / yah who follow the special program tahfidz get good grades even though theydo not follow the learning process in class like students / yah in general.This study aims to determine whether there is the effect of the Tahfidz al-Qur'an Program onthe Learning Achievement of Santri / yah Islamic Boarding School KH. Ahmad Dahlan. Thepopulation of this study was 85 students. This research methodology is a type of quantitative research using data collection techniques, namely interviews, documentation and questionnaires.Based on the percentage achieved in this study it can be seen that the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.174 or 17.4%. So it can be concluded that the variable Tahfidz Al-Qur'an Program contributes to the Learning Achievement of Santri / well Islamic Boarding School KH. Ahmad Dahlan by 17.4%. While the remaining 82.6%. The data shows that there is an influence of the Tahfidz Al-Qur'an program on the learning achievement of students of the Islamic boarding school KH. Ahmad Dahlan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine student learning outcomes in petroleum material in class XI IPA 2 Singingi State High School. The sampling technique is the cluster random sampling technique. The sample in this study was class XI IPA1 as a control class andclass XI IPA2 as an experimental class. The test instruments used in this study were content validity that was judged by 3 experts, item analysis and question reliability and analyzed using ANATES. Data collection techniques in this study were written testtechniques in the form of multiple choice with 20 items. To test the hypothesis is done using nonparametric statistics namely Mann-Whitney Utest. Based on the nonparametric test analysis results obtained sig. Value (1-tailed) 0.001 < 0.05, then H0 is rejected and HI is accepted. So it can be concluded that the learning outcomes using the PQ4R strategy are better than using conventional learning in class XI IPA of SMA Negeri 2 Singingi on petroleum material.

Abstract

Proficiency in classroom management by teachers becomes something that is very necessary, because with this more effective teaching will be realized and will lead to positive attitudes in students can be developed. In June, the observation that the writer met at SMP N 2 Benai the teacher has not been able to minimize the behavior of students in class properly,such as: students often make noise, talk when the teacher explains, copying students to students who are smart in class when given assignments or homework at home, and lack of effort from some students to get high gradesThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of classroom management on student learning motivation in Islamic education and character education subjects at SMP N 2 Benai.This type of research used in this research is quantitative research is one type of research whose specifications are systematic, planned, and clearly structured from the beginning to the design of the research. The subjects of this study were all students of class VIII, amounting to 38 students and 1 teacher. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis is to use a simple linear regression analysis that serves to determine whether there is an influence of classroom management on student motivation in SMP N 2 Benai.Based on the results of regression analysis by looking at the significance value (sig.). if the significance value (sig.) is smaller (0.160) <than the probability (0.05) it means that there is an influence of Class Management (X) on Learning Motivation (Y) and vice versa, if the significance value (sig.) is greater (0.160) )> of probability (0.05) implies that there is noeffect of Class Management (X) on Learning Motivation (Y). The magnitude of the coefficientof determination (R Square) of 0.063 is 6.3% while the remaining 93.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. the conclusion is because the sig value of this study is greater (0.160) than the probability value (0.05), it can be concluded that there is no influence of classroom management on learning motivation.

Abstract

Problems in this study The effect of compensation on the performance of Islamic Religious Education teachers and the factors that influence it in SDO 016 Sako District Pengean District and the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of compensation onthe performance of Islamic Religious Education teachers and the factors that influence it in SD Negeri 016 Sako Pengean District As subjects in this study were 2 PAI teachers while as an object was the effect of compensation on the performance of PAI teachers in SDO 016 Sako District Pengean Based on the results of data collection by means of observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation.Analysis of the data using the Spearman rho statistical product moment formula test can be concluded that: The effect of compensation on the performance of Honorary Teachers of Islamic Education in SDO 016 Sako, Pangean District is 40.96% while the rest 59.04% can be influenced by factors other, the better the compensation given to honorary teachers, thenautomatically the performance of honorary teachers of Islamic religious education will also be better too.The factors that influence the performance of Honorary Teachers of Islamic Education in State Elementary School 016 Sako Pangean are as follows: Knowledge, skills, abilities, selfconfidence,motivation, commitment owned by Honorary Teachers of Islamic Religious Education The existence of giving encouragement, enthusiasm, direction, and support given the principal to the Honorary Teacher of Islamic Education. Lack of quality support andenthusiasm provided by colleagues in the profession, namely honorary teachers. The work system, the work facilities provided by the leadership of the school principal are the same responsibilities as PNS / ASN teachers

Abstract

The influence of the school environment on the concentration of student learning in MAS Babusalam Simandolak. This research is motivated by the lowconcentration of student learning, because the school environment is located on the side of the road, and there is a kindergarten next to MAS Babusalam which makes it difficult for students to concentrate. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the school environment on student concentration. The study was conducted by all participants inMAS Babusalam Simandolak, with a total poplation of 25. Techniques sed to collect data in the field were observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. So the significant value (sig) is 0.0328 and the probability value (sig) is 0,05%. Then the sig value is smaller than the probability with the following equation : 0.0328 > 0.05 means that there is no influence of variable x on the variable y. Based on the value of the output above t count is 0.999 and t table is 2.069 and the conclusion is t count 0.999 < t table 2.069 so ha is rejected ho is accepted, then there is no influence between the school environment on student concentration. It can be seen that the determination value R2 (R square) is 0.042, this means that the school environment determines as much as 4.2% of the concentration of student learning while the remaining 95.8% is influenced by other variables not examined by this researcher.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the implementation of the card short method in improving the memorization of students in MDTA Nurul Huda Singingi District,Kuantan Singingi District. This research is Classroom Action Research with research stages, namely Pre Cycle, Cycle I and Cycle II, the test is a primary data collection method. The results showed that. The results on Pre-Cycle are known to students whoare able to memorize the surah studied has a percentage of 70%, in Cycle I also obtained a percentage of 70% but with an increasing number of values, in Cycle II, the student's memorization data rose to 100%. On this basis, it is known that the use of the Card Short method in learning the Qur'an in the Hadith at MDTA Nurul Huda Sungai Kuning Village Singingi District Kuantan Singingi Regency is able to increase the memorization of students.

Abstract

Based on the writer's initial observations at SMA N 1 GunungToar, several symptoms were found in the field, among others: many students were late coming to school, were not serious in learning, were easily influenced by the environment and said that was not good, therefore the writer was interested in researching about the role of PAI teachers in developing students' intrapersonal intelligence atGunungToar 1 High School, which aims to find out the role of PAI teachers in developing students' intrapersonal intelligence and to determine the factors that influence the Role of Islamic Religious Education Teachers to develop students'intrapersonal intelligence outside the teaching and learning process in SMA N 1 GunungToar, KuantanSingingi District by interview observation and documentation, then the data were analyzed with descriptive qualitative. The results of this studyare Islamic religious education teachers have brought quite good results in developing intrapersonal intelligence of students at SMA N 1 GunungToar, withactivities carried out outside the teaching and learning process such as the Flag Ceremony every Monday, Kultum every Friday, Dzuhurprayer congregation, commemorating Islamic Holidays, and class meeting activities. These activities seem to have an effect on students' intrapersonal intelligence, this is evidenced by students who are no longer late coming to school, are serious in learning and can control themselves well. Whereas previously many students were late coming to school, were not serious in learning, were easily influenced by the environment and said things that were not good.
