Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan tentang hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan fokuspenelitian ini adalah: (1) Menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan keterampilan kepala manajerial kepalasekolah berbasis kearifan lokal Sasak dan (2) bagaimana bentuk-bentuk nilai kearifan local sasak.Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah bagaimana keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah berbasiskearifan lokal Sasak pada SMAN 1 Sakra kabupaten Lombok Timur, dan dijabarkan menjadibeberapa sub fokus, yaitu: (1) Bagaimana keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah; (2) bentukbentuknilai kearifan lokal sasak. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatiffenomenologi, untuk mengungkapkan secara fokus dan mendalam tentang fenomena keterampilanmanajerial kepala sekolah berbasis kearifan lokal Sasak pada SMAN 1 Sakra kabupaten LombokTimur. Penelitian ini dirancang berdasarkan pendapat Bogdan & Biklen yang menyatakan bahwastudi kasus komparatif diawali dari temuan setiap kasus dengan teknik wawancara, observasi dandokumentasi.Kata kunci: Keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah, bentuk-bentuk nilai lokal sasakThe aim of this study to describe the matters relating to the focus of this study are: (1) Analyzingand describing the skills of the principal's managerial head based on Sasak local wisdom and (2)how local Sasak wisdom values are. The main focus of this research is how the principals'managerial skills are based on Sasak local wisdom at SMAN 1 Sakra, East Lombok district, andare translated into several sub-focus, namely: (1) What is the principal's managerial skills; (2) formsof local wisdom values of Sasak. This research was conducted with a qualitative phenomenologicalapproach, to express in depth and in depth about the phenomenon of principals' managerial skillsbased on Sasak local wisdom at SMAN 1 Sakra, East Lombok district. Abstract

Kelahiran Undang-undang Nomor 6 tahun 2014 tentang Desa diharapkan mampu untuk mengakomodir kepentingan dan kebutuhan masyarakat Desa. Pemerintahan Desa dijalankan oleh Kepala Desa dan Badan Permusyawaratan Desa. Kepala Desa bertugas menyelenggarakan Pemerintahan Desa, melaksanakan Pembangunan Desa, pembinaan kemasyarakatan Desa dan pemberdayaan masyarakat Desa sedangkan Badan Permusyawaratan Desa mempunyai fungsi membahas dan menyepakati Rancangan Peraturan Desa bersama Kepala Desa, menampung dan menyalurkan aspirasi masyarakat Desa dan melakukan pengawasan kinerja Kepala Desa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan berlakunya Undang-undang Nomor 6 tahun 2014, terjadi Perubahan Kedudukan, tugas, fungsi dan wewenang Kepala Desa dan BPD, Kepala Desa tidak lagi bertanggung jawab kepada BPD. Hubungan kerja antara Kepala Desa dengan BPD adalah hubungan kemitraan, konsultasi dan koordinasi yang diatur dalam pasal 1 angka 7 yakni Kepala Desa dan BPD membahas dan menyepakati bersama peraturan desa, Pasal 11 ayat 1 yakni Kepala Desa dan BPD memprakarsai perubahan status desa menjadi kelurahan melalui musyawarah desa, pasal 27 huruf c yakni Kepala Desa memberikan laporan penyelenggaraan pemerintahan secara tertulis kepada BPD, pasal 32 ayat 1 yakni BPD memberitahukan kepada Kepala Desa mengenai akan berakhirnya masa jabatan Kepala Desa secara tertulis enam bulan sebelum masa jabatannya berakhir, pasal 73 ayat 2 yakni Kepala Desa mengajukan Rancangan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Desa dan memusyawarahkannya bersama BPD, pasal 77 ayat 3 yakni Kepala Desa dan BPD membahas bersama pengelolaan kekayaan milik desa.Kata Kunci : Mekanisme Hubungan Kerja Pemerintahan Desa, dan hubungan kerja dengan BPDThe birth of Act No. 6 of the year 2014 of the village is expected to be able to accommodate the interests and needs of the villagers. Abstract

The research Purpose was “to know the effectiveness of WH questions to increase the student’s competence in Writing Recount text at Eleventh Grade students of SMK As-Sidiki Lenek in the school year 2017/2018.In this research the researcher used quantitative approach with one group Pre-test-post-test pre-exprimental design because the researcher wants to know the effectiveness of using WH question in writing recount text. The sample is 25 students from population at eleventh grade students. The data were colected by testing technique. The data colected were then analyzed by using t-test formula with aid SPSS 17.0 Windows to compare the result of data. Based on the result of the statistical computation using t-test, the result shows that there is significant differences between pre-test and post-test score. The result of t-test is 5.963. If the result of t-test is compared to t-table with the degree of freedom 24 as stated hypothesis testing, the t-test 5.963 is higher than the t-table 1.711. Therefore, based on the hypothesis testing, the Alternative Hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the Null Hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. It means that WH questions as a technique in teaching writing is effective. The researcher of the study suggests, the teacher to apply WH questions technique in their teaching process to increasing the students ability in writing.Key words: WH Question, Writing AbilityTujuan penetian ini adalah “untuk mengetahui pengaruh WH questions dalam meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam munulis teks recount pada siswa kelas sebelas di SMK As-Sidiki Lenek tahun pelajaran tahun pelajaran 2017/2018. Dalam penetian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan satu grup pre-test-post-test rancangan pre-exprimental karena peneliti ingin mengetahui pengaruh menggunakan WH questions dalam menulis teks recount.sampel dalam penetian ini adalah 25 siswa dari populasi pada siswa kelas sebelas di SMK As-Sidikki Lenek. Data telah dikumpulkan menggunakan tehnik pengujian. Data dikumpulkan dari menganalisis dengan menggunakan rumus t-test dengan bantuan SPSS 17.0 Windows untuk membandingkan hasil dari data. Berdasarkan hasil dari perhitungan statistik menggunakan t-test, hasil menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara nilai pre-test dan post-test. Hasil dari t-test adalah 5.963. Jika hasil dari t-test dibandingkan dengan t-table dengan derajat kebebasan adalah 24 seperti pengujian hipotesis, t-test 5.963 adalah lebih besar dari t-table 1.711. Oleh karena itu, berdasrkan pengujian hipotesis bahwa Hipotesis Alternatif (Ha) adalah diterima dan Hipotesis nol (Ho) adalah ditolak. Itu artinya bahwa pertanyaan WH sebagai tehnik dalam mengajar menulis adalah berpengaruh. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menyarankan guru untuk mengaplikasikan tehnik pertanyaan WH dalam proses mengajar mereka untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menululis.Kata kunci : pertanyaan menggunakan kata WH, Kemampuan menulis

Abstract

This thesis aimed at finding out what vocabulary learning strategies do fourth semester studentsof English Education program at University of Gunung Rinjani (UGR) use and how do studentscorrelation between second language learning motivation and vocabulary learning strategy use.This is qualitative research. The sample of this research was the fourth semester of UGR, in thisresearch the researcher took 10 students as samples.. To collect the data, the writer applied theclose interview. After collecting and calculating the data, the researcher found out that thestudents use mainly the same strategies, but there are some interesting exceptions. Somestudents mention using several different strategies but most use only a few of the most popularstrategies and have not altered the strategies when they have matured or advanced with theirlanguage studies. The advanced technology is becoming a meaningful part of vocabularylearning and second language learners have taken the initiative to use the possibilities providedby the technological innovations in order to develop their language skills, so in addition, usingtranslation was clearly a popular strategy even though there were some different methods ofusing it. And Students who have been successful in their language studies describe theirmotivation being high and they also employ a wider range of vocabulary strategies than theirless motivated and less successful peers even though there can be some exceptions andindividual differences.So this research suggested that Therefore lecturers should enhance themeaning of learning strategies and offer the opportunity to get to know and try out the differentstrategies in campus so that each learner can find the best strategies for them. Furthermore, asthe results of the present study imply, students feel that campus is the place for providinginformation on learning strategies so that everyone could have access to that information.Naturally, lecturers would be the ones to offer that information.Key words: Vocabulary, Learning Strategy,and Motivation.

Abstract

Though code switching research may vary from context to context and situation to situation, thecommon factors for code switching will be threefold. That is, code switching deals withlanguages in contact. In interactive social situations code switching will be the use of more thanone language. For example the interaction during various social events involving interlocutorswho know more than one language. Gumperz (1982) while discussing the communicativefunction of code switching, claims that the speaker plays upon the connection of the we-code tocreate conversational effect. Thus code switching is seen as fulfilling the relational andreferential functions of language that amounts to effective communication and interlingua unity.As an increasing number of children enter the school, districts are faced with meeting theiracademic needs. These children enter into the classroom with varying language (mothertongue). Some schools have adopted bilingual education programs, teaching subject matter inIndonesian and English. Others believe in immersion, or placing the students in mainstreamclassrooms in which they are expected to learn the English language and subject matter taughtin English simultaneously. Still other schools hover somewhere in between, striving to find thebest way to reach these children/students. What factors can affect/force students to use codeswitching in their discourse? What are the benefits of code switching for L2 children/student?What are the communicative functions of codes switching? These questions are the debate ofbilingual education throughout the country. In this study, explore the effects of difference typesof education such as bilingual education. Specifically, this paper discuss of the role of codeswitching (the use of both Indonesia/Sasak and English within the same discourse) in bilingualsettings.Key words: Communicative function, Code switching, bilingual and multilingual.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menghasilkan model pembelajaran IPA berbasispermainan kartu kuartet dan teka-teki silang pada pembelajaran IPA SD kelas V SDN 3Lembuak. Prosedur penelitian pada penelitian ini yaitu: (1) perencanaan, (2) pengembangan,(3) uji lapangan dan (4) desiminasi. Selain itu, pengumpulan data pada penelitian inimenggunakan kuisioner (angket) pada ahli materi, guru dan siswa kelas V SDN 3 Lembuak.Dengan kualifikasi 2 orang ahli: 1 orang ahli media, 1 orang ahli materi, dan 21 orang siswakelas V SDN 3 Lembuak. Pada hasil penelitian ini, diperoleh data sebagai berikut: (1) hasilvalidasi: buku model 2,91 (baik), buku guru: 2,91 (baik), buku siswa: 2,91 (baik), RPP 3,1 (baik)dan implementasi RPP 3 (baik), (2) persentase hasil belajar siswa pada uji coba tahap I dan IIdengan perbandingan kriteria yaitu: untuk kriteria cukup yang tadinya 37,5% pada uji cobatahap I menjadi lebih sedikit di tahap II dengan persentase 9,5%, sedangkan untuk kriteria baikmeningkat dari 50% menjadi 42% dan kriteria sangat baik dari 1 orang siswa pada uji cobatahap I menjadi 10 orang siswa pada uji coba tahap II. (3) hasil penilaian sikap siswa: kriteriabaik 6 orang siswa dengan skor 3-3,4 dan kriteria sangat baik 15 orang siswa dengan skor 3,5-4. Dengan demikian, kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah model pembelajaran IPA berbasispermainan kartu kuartet dan teka-teki silang ini mampu sebagai solusi dari segalapermasalahan-permasalahan yang ada di sekolah, baik itu permasalahan yang menyangkutsiswa maupun permasalahan yang ditimbulkan dari guru dalam proses pembelajaran.Kata Kunci: Pengembangan model pembelajaran; Permainan Kartu Kuartet; Teka-Teki SilangThe purpose of this study is to produce a nature science learning (IPA) model based on quartetcard games and crossword puzzles in the fifth-grade elementary school science learning atSDN 3 Lembuak. The research procedures in this study were: (1) planning, (2) development, (3)field testing and (4) dissemination. Besides, data collection in this study used a questionnaire onmaterial experts, teachers and fifth-grade students at SDN 3 Lembuak. With the qualifications of2 experts: 1 media expert, one material expert, and 21 students of fifth-grade SDN 3 Lembuak.The results of this study revealed: (1) the results of validation: 2.91 model book (good),teacher's book: 2.91 (good), student book: 2.91 (good), lesson plan 3.1 ( good) and theimplementation of RPP 3 (good), (2) the percentage of student learning outcomes in the phaseI. and II trials with a comparison of criteria, namely: for sufficient criteria that was 37.5% inphase I trials to be less in phase II with a percentage of 9.5%, while for good criteria it increasedfrom 50% to 42% and the criteria were very good from 1 student in the phase I trial to 10students in the phase II trial. (3) Results of student attitudes assessment: good criteria for sixstudents with a score of 3-3.4 and very good criteria for 15 students with a score of 3.5-4. Thus,this study concludes that the nature science learning (IPA) model is based on quartet cardgames and crossword puzzles as a solution to all the problems that exist in the school, bothproblems involving students and problems that arise from the teacher in the learning process.Keywords: Development of nature science learning models; Quartet Card Games; CrossPuzzle

Abstract

Sasak is the name of a tribe that inhabits the island of Lombok and uses the Sasak language asthe first language and as an everyday language. This research specifically discusses genderrelations in communicating between husband and wife using Sasak language. The method usedin this research is a descriptive qualitative approach. The data analyzed are descriptive data inthe form of written words that require interpretation because this research is related to languageand gender. In taking the sample, the author took several responses from several wives andhusbands. From his responses, he identifies and classifies each according to the technique heuses. The results of this study indicate that the form of conversation pattern classification inSasak clearly shows gender inequality. Gender inequality is shown based on the choice ofvocabulary, interactional control, and syntactic structure which indirectly shows the variousstigma of thinking that suppresses or is suppressed by dominant forces in society. Completingthe study, the writer suggests the next research in order to do similar study but with morecompleted data by relating to the role of gender in sasak language comunication used dialect.Key words: Gender, Culture, Environmental Education, Discourse AnalysisSasak adalah nama suku yang mendiami pulau Lombok dan menggunakan bahasa Sasaksebagai bahasa pertama dan sebagai bahasa sehari-hari. Penelitian ini secara khususmembahas hubungan gender dalam berkomunikasi antara suami dan istri menggunakanbahasa Sasak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatifdeskriptif. Data yang dianalisis adalah data deskriptif dalam bentuk kata-kata tertulis yangmembutuhkan interpretasi karena penelitian ini berkaitan dengan bahasa dan gender. Dalammengambil sampel, penulis mengambil beberapa tanggapan dari beberapa istri dan suami. Daritanggapan, ia mengidentifikasi dan mengklasifikasikan masing-masing sesuai dengan teknikyang ia gunakan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bentuk klasifikasi pola percakapandalam bahasa Sasak jelas menunjukkan ketidaksetaraan gender. Ketidakadilan genderditunjukkan berdasarkan pilihan kosa kata, kontrol interaksional, dan struktur sintaksis yangsecara tidak langsung menunjukkan berbagai stigma berpikir yang menekan atau ditekan olehkekuatan dominan di masyarakat. Menyelesaikan penelitian, penulis menyarankan penelitianberikutnya untuk melakukan penelitian serupa tetapi dengan data yang lebih lengkap denganberkaitan dengan peran gender dalam komunikasi bahasa sasak menggunakan dialek.Kata kunci: Gender, Budaya, Pendidikan Lingkungan, Analisis Wacana.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sikap petani terhadap jaringan irigasi di KabupatenLombok Timur. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukanmelalui sample survey method dengan teknik angket dan wawancara mendalam. Lokasisampling mengambil tiga kecamatan yakni Kecamatan Jerowaru, Kecamatan Aikmel, danKecamatan Pringgabaya secara “purposive” dengan pertimbangan ketiga kecamatan tersebutmewakili wilayah yang ada di Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Jumlah responden ditetapkan secaraQuota Sampling sebanyak 30 petani dengan pertimbangan jumlah populasi yang banyak dantidak diketahui secara pasti. Responden diambil sebanyak sepuluh orang per kecamatansecara acsidentil sampling. Hasil perhitungan sikap petani terhadap keberadaan jaringan irigasidi Kabupaten Lombok Timur diperoleh nilai skor komposit sikap petani adalah 2154 beradapada range 2142 – 2550 dengan kategori sikap sangat tinggi atau sangat kuat. Untukmengetahui keeratan hubungan sikap dengan keberadaan jaringan irigasi dilakukan uji t testsatu sampel dengan taraf signifikan α = 0,05. Dari hasil uji diperoleh nilai thitung = 12,3 dan nilait table = 2,04 (t hitung > t table) yang menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan yang kuat atausignifikan antara sikap petani terhadap keberadaan jaringan irigasi di Kabupaten LombokTimur.Kata kunci; Sikap, jaringan irigasi, hubunganThis research aims to know the attitude of farmers against the irrigation network in East LombokRegency. The method used is descriptive method. Data collection was done through samplesurvey methods with techniques and in-depth interview now. Location of sampling taking threesub districts namely Jerowaru Subdistrict, district and Sub-district Pringgabaya, Aikmel in the"purposive" with a third consideration that kecamatan territories that existed in East LombokRegency. The number of respondents set by Quota Sampling of as many as 30 peasant with apopulation much consideration and is not known for sure. Respondents taken as many as tenpeople per sub in acsidentil sampling. The results of the calculation of the attitude of farmersagainst the existence of a network of irrigation in East Lombok Regency retrieved the value ofthe composite score of the attitude of farmers is located at 2154 range 2142 – 2550 with veryhigh attitude or category is very strong. To know the keeratan relationship with the presence ofan irrigation network demeanor do test t test one sample with α = 0.05 significant level. Fromthe test results obtained the value thitung = 12.3 and the value t = table 2.04 (t calculate > ttable) which shows that the existence of a strong relationship between significant attitude offarmers or to the existence of a network of irrigation in East Lombok Regency.Keywords; Attitude, irrigation networks, relationships

Abstract

Salah satu perwujudan pelaksanaan demokrasi adalah adanya pemilukada (Pemilihan Umum Kepala Daerah). Dengan adanya pemilukada membuktikan bahwa kedaulatan sepenuhnya berda di tangan rakyat. Rakyat menentukan sendiri masa depannya dengan secara individu memilih pasangan Kepala Daerah dan Wakil Kepala Daerah. Dari kata-kata tersebut terlihat jelas tentang adanya pelibatan rakyat secara langsung dalam proses pemilihan Kepala Daerah dan Wakil Kepala Daerah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian Hukum Normatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan Perundang-undangan dan pendekatan konseptual. Ketentuan Pasal 24 C ayat (1) UUD 1945 memberikan kewenangan Mahkamah Konstitusi untuk memutus perselisihan hasil pemilu. Lebih lanjut, ketentuan UU No. 24 Tahun 2003 tentang Mahkamah Konstitusi mengamanatkan bahwa perselisihan tentang hasil perolehan suara pemilu diselesaikan melalui Mahkamah Konstitusi. Tata cara pelaksanaan penyelesaian perselisihan perolehan hasil suara dalam pemilukada telah diatur dalam Peraturan Mahkamah Konstitusi No. 15 Tahun 2008 tentang Pedoman Beracara dalam perselisihan Pemilukada. Ketentuan Pasal 24C ayat (1) UUD 1945 yang dikuatkan dengan Pasal 10 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor 24 Tahun 2003 tentang Mahkamah Konstitusi yang menyatakan bahwa Mahkamah Konstitusi memiliki 4 (empat) kewenangan mengadili pada tingkat pertama dan terakhir yang putusannya bersifat final untuk :”(1) Menguji Undang-Undang terhadap UUD 1945; (2) Memutus sengketa kewenangan lembaga negara yang kewenangannya diberikan oleh UUD 1945; (3) Memutus pembubaran partai politik; dan (4) Memutus perselisihan tentang pemilihan umum”.Kata Kunci : Kewenangan, Implikasi Putusan dan Sengketa hasil pemilihan Kepala Daerah dan Wakil Kepala DaerahABSTRACTOne manifestation of the implementation of democracy is Electoral Districts. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengenai ketentuan pemberian hibah harta kepada anak angkat berdasarkan Kompilasi Hukum Islam yang berlaku di Indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian Deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan sumber data sekunder yang berupa literatur-literatur yang relevan dengan penelitian sehingga dapat ditemukan kesimpulan yang sesuai dengan yang di harapkan. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menyimpulkan bahwa Prosedur pengangkatan anak di Indonesia sudah diatur dalam peraturan perundang-undangan dan status dan kedudukan anak angkat yang telah diatur dalam Kompilasi Hukum Islam adalah anak angkat tetap berstatus sebagai anak kandung dari orangtua kandungnya dan kedudukan anak angkat di dalam keluarga orangtua angkatnya adalah tidak sama dengan kedudukan anak kandung dari orangtua angkatnya.Kata Kunci : Anak Angkat, Kompilasi Hukum IslamABSTRACTThis study aims to find out about the provision of grant property to adopted children based on the Compilation of Islamic Law applicable in Indonesia. In this study the authors use qualitative Descriptive research method by using secondary data sources in the form of literature-literature relevant to the research so that it can be found conclusions in accordance with the expected. In this study the authors conclude that the procedure of adoption of children in Indonesia has been regulated in legislation and the status and position of adopted children that have been arranged in the Compilation of Islamic Law is the adopted child remains as a child of his biological parents and the position of adopted children in the family of parents his adoption is not the same as the position of the biological child of his adoptive parents.Keywords: Child Lift, Compilation of Islamic Law
