In the development of patriarchal culture, ideology of gender creates injustice in whichwomen are victims. The various of justifications are being made, as if the view is true andirreversible. As a result men always lead and women are led. Thus, it implies a process ofdeterioration towards women. In Sarasamuscaya, there are several verses depicting thedegradation or decline of the image of women, which puts women in a subordiated position. The beliefs of the Balinese Hindu community in the City of Singaraja towards BhataraSri Rambut Sedana in running a trading business can be seen from their daily activities andsymbols that are installed in every room or place that is used as a business. The formulation ofthe problem in this research is What is the symbolic form of Bhatara Sri Rambut Sedana inHindu Theology? This research plan was designed in the form of interpretive qualitative research.And the approach used, in this research plan using the ex post facto approach. The results of thisstudy are as follows, namely, the symbolic form of Bhatara Sri Rambut Sedana in Hindu theologyis wijudkan in the form of linggih daksina placed at the attachment of commercial businesses,offerings used in the worship of Bhatara Sri Rambut Sedana namely regulating blackmailers,burang canang fragrant , sesayut amertha sari / sari amertha, a slice of the colors and riversthat are offered to each of them.

The terms of the Balinese language in carpentry need to be known again by the people ofBali. It aims to make Bali Language users not extinct. By knowing the terms in this carpentheBalinese language at least contribute in preserving and mengajegkan Balinese language itself.To understand every term that is in carpentry activities it is necessary to study the morphologysystem, in order to know the meaning and purpose of the word. For that in this paper there aresome issues that need to be studied namely: (1) What are the basic Balinese word form in carpentryterms? and (2) How is the system of word formation (morphology) of Balinese in terms ofcarpentry? The theory used in this study is the structural theory of language that emphasizes onthe level of form (signifiant) and meaning (signify). There are pu methods in the discovery ofdata used literature study done by listening to the terms of carpentry in the sources of literaturerelated to the term in the carpentry language of Bali. Based on the study in this paper, foundsome kind of vocabulary of the term carpentry. In addition to the vocabulary in basic form, alsofound some vocabulary of the term carpentry that experienced the process of formation of newwords through morphological process through affixation, pluralism, and re-word.

This article intends to examine the symbolic violence that occurs in schools seen fromthe perspective of educational sociology. This is interesting, because many people are not awarethat school textbooks, especially Electronic School Books (BSE) contain symbolic violence, namelysubtle violence, but behind it contains coercive domination. This study uses a qualitative approachwith critical analysis (critical emotional knowledge paradigm). The findings obtained in theform of symbolic violence in schools occur through the forced dominance in the form ofillustrations in school textbooks, such as the use of language and dominant class symbols. Exampleof using the term 'sightseeing' which is actually an upper class habitus to dominate studentsfrom the lower classes. Likewise, the introduction of objects that are familiar with the upperclasses of society such as refrigerators, vacuum cleaners, TVs, etc. as illustrations in schooltextbooks is a form of symbolic violence carried out in a very subtle way. The way to domesticatesymbolic violence that occurs in schools is that teachers must reduce the intensity of the use ofdominant class symbols in providing illustrations of lessons in school. Another way is for teachersto also try to use the illustrations of the dominant and lower classes proportionally in explainingthe subject matter.

This study aims to determine the effect of brain exercise on cognitive children in EkaDharma Singaraja Kindergarten. This type of research is quasi-experimental using the designof one group pretest and posttest design. The sample in this study were 21 students in EkaDharma Singaraja Kindergarten, consisting of 13 female students and 8 male students. Thedata in this study were collected using an observation sheet instrument to see the achievementsof children's cognitive development through brain gym activities. Data collected was analyzedusing the Wilcoxon statistical test. The results of this study found that: (1) cognitive childrenbefore being given brain gymnastic activity showed that as many as 66% of cognitive categorizedchildren had not developed, 23% were categorized as developing, and 11% of students developedaccording to expectations. (2) cognitive children after being given brain gymnastic activity showedthat as many as 76% categorized as starting to develop and 24% developing students accordingto expectations, (3) the results of data analysis performed by the Wilcoxon test showed that thep value = 0.00 (< 0.05). This means there is a significant difference between children's cognitivebefore brain exercises and after being given brain exercises in the Eka Dharma Kindergarten.

Balinese, in addition to being written in Latin letters, is also written in Balinese script.Every alphabet has its code called spelling. Language inheritance carries spelling inheritance.Until now in the Balinese script writing system two spellings have been applied, namely thespelling of Purwadresta and the spelling of Schwartz. Each spelling has its own provisionswhich until now are still inherited. The Balinese script used to write the Sanskrit, Old Javanese,and Balinese languages up to now has experienced the development or dynamics from the verybeginning of its existence. The development of Balinese script pairs generally still leads tofunctionalization, inheritance of values, and cultural preservation.

A religious discordance case which is very thick with the scent of a deterministic stateintervention accompanied by inter-religious conflict in the social and cultural lifemarks theweakness of multicultural mindset of a nation. The aim of this research is to develop amulticultural-based educational model of Hinduism subject by using interactive model. OnewayAnavaanalysiswasconductedanditwasfoundthatmulticultural-basededucationalmodelofHinduismsubjectbyusinginteractivemodelhadgivensignificantlymoreeffectiveresult(=74,76) than the conventional model( =69,16). The factors that can support and inhibitmulticultural-based educational model of Hinduism subject by using interactive model can befrom teachers, students and educational facilities and infrastructures. Through this research, itis hoped that teacher will insert multicultural education especially in Hinduism subject giventhe frequent occurrence of ethnicity, religion, race, and inter-group relations conflicts in Indonesia,because multicultural education prepares students to face problems regardless of religiousbackground, ethnicity, and culture.

Balinese language has really rich lexicon / vocabularies packaged in a frame of bothtraditional culture and religion. One of the cultural activities which is interesting to be studiedfrom linguistic point of view is tabuh rah or tajen (traditional cockfighting) which own uniquevocabularies with its specific characteristics that cannot be understood by societies. The termsused in this tradition are property of Balinese language that need to be comprehended both fromits own root word and the words that have undergone morphological process. Morphologicalprocess basically is a word formation process from its root word and the addition of affixation,repetition and reduplication, and pluralisation (Ramlan, 1983:5). Research method used in thisstudy is descriptive qualitative by using interview technique to obtain the data about thevocabularies in this tradition from the informants.
