<![CDATA[Balinese language is one of the many regional languages that are still alive and well in thecountry of Indonesia which is well maintained by the speakers, namely ethnic Balinese. Balineseas a mother tongue or first language for the majority of Balinese has an important role, namelyas a symbol of pride, symbol of identity, and widely used as a communication tool in variousactivities in the household and outside the household which cover various activities of thecommunity's social life Bali. Based on a glimpse of the background above, it is necessary toexamine the following: (1) how to build a single Balinese sentence? and (2) How to build BalineseCompound Sentences? Related to the formulation of the problem to be discussed, the purpose ofwriting is: (1) to Know the Single Sentences of Balinese Language and (2) to Know the CompoundSentences of Balinese Language. Based on the above explanation, it can be concluded that theresults of this study are as follows: (1) Building a single sentence is an effort to develop asentence that relies on one pattern (clause), which consists of a subject and predicate (a sentenceconsisting of only one clause). Single sentences are the simplest sentences. (2) Building compoundsentences is an attempt to develop sentences, which are carried out by combining two or moresingle sentences, so that the new sentence contains two or more clauses.Keywords: Syntax, Single Sentences, Compound Sentences]]>

<![CDATA[The Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) approach based on one of the local wisdomof the Balinese community, Tri Hita Karana, which is a way of presenting learning materials byexposing students to problems that must be solved or resolved in order to achieve educationalgoals associated with daily life. The base of Tri Hita Karana in applying the CTL model is veryrelevant to the understanding of the meaning of Tri Hita Karana itself. If it is harmonized betweenTri Hita Karana it is very closely related because it is equally concerned with the learningenvironment stakeholders. The contextual Teaching and Learning model is learning that helpsteachers associate material taught with real world situations and encourages students to makeconnections between their knowledge and their application in their lives as family members andsociety. In the learning process understanding the concept of prerequisites for achieving cognitiveabilities or skills at a higher level, both in the same context and in different contexts. Understandingthe concept refers to the ability to determine the express meaning of the material and completemastery of the characteristics, nature and development of concepts.]]>

<![CDATA[The perception of the advisor teachers towards the competence of the undergraduatestudents in planning and using the teaching aids during their internship period in the study yearof 2014/2015, is seen to be important to study. This study describes how well is the studentsability in using such aids during their internship at the schools in which they are assigned.The variables in the study include the competence in doing the plan and in using the teachingaids. The population includes 36 teachers who come from various schools, namely SDB 1Kayubhi, SDN 3 Kayubhi, SDN 1 Cempaga, SDN 2 Cempaga, SDN 3 Cempaga, SDN 4 Cempagawho were all involved in the internship program. Since the teachers were only 36 all, thepopulation of the study was then equal the total sampling. The study was of a descriptive kind,applied questionnaires, and percentage calculation. From the analysis, it concluded that 1)Towards planning the aids 94,45% teachers revealed positive perception and 2) Towards usingthe aids, 91, 67% teachers revealed positive perception. The study suggested further investigationwith larger variables on the students' teaching internship at schools in order to improve thequality of such program conducted by the Hindu Education Study Program of Dharma AcaryaFaculty of the Denpasar State Institute of Hindu Dharma.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to find out how the role of parents in instilling children'sinterest in listening to Dhamma sermon in Wonogiri Regency, also knowing the reason of a childis interested in listening to sermon of Dhamma. This study used qualitative research methods.The approach used is case studies. The role of parents in instilling children's interest in listeningto Dhamma sermon (dhammadesana), is carried out through the role of educating, guiding,habituating, giving and setting an example, in addition to involving children in pujabhaktiactivities. The thing that causes children to be interested in listening to Dhamma lectures is thecuriosity of the theme or the subject, the presence of lecturers, who are prominent or famous, inaddition to the attraction of the location or place of the Dhamma sermon. <![CDATA[The role of public relations in this globalization era is very important, because it is thefrontline in information as a connecting bridge that is expected to bridge between the interestsof the government on the one hand, and the public on the other, so that the principle of publicrelations communication, namely two-way communication can be truely applied. The purposeof this study was to determine the reaction of Diklat participants to aspects of the curriculum,facilities, services and learning in the implementation of the Public Relations Training, at theDenpasar Religious Training Center. This research is a quantitative descriptive research withsurvey method. There are several evaluation models, but the one used in this study is theKirkpatrick model which consists of four levels, namely reaction, learning, behavior and impact.With limited research time, this study is only limited to the evaluation of level 1 and 2. Thereaction of the training participants to the curriculum aspects of the implementation of thePublic Relations Training in the very good category with an average score of 91.17. The reactionof Diklat participants to the aspect of facilities in the category was very good with an average of91.69. The reaction of Diklat participants to service aspects in the category was very good withan average value of 93.89. The training of participants in the training aspect of attitude in thecategory is very good with an average of 92.83, the aspect of knowledge in the category is goodwith an average of 83.42 and on the aspect of skills with a very good category with an averageof 94.57. To increase the reaction of Diklat participants in the implementation of diklat can bedone by increasing the frequency of extracurricular activities, arranging menus more varied.The learning of the training participants can be further improved by using effective and funmethods.]]>

<![CDATA[Teachers are human figures who occupy positions and play an important role ineducation. Teachers in the context of Hinduism have a very noble position. Even the holy book ofHinduism describes a lot about how a student must respect his teacher. The form of discipline ofa student at school can be seen from how much he appreciates his teacher. Schools should beused as a place for students to hone their discipline. Once the importance of a student to respectthe teacher according to Hinduism, requires the school to make a rule that supports it. Synergybetween parents and teachers in building student discipline is very necessary. Teachers in schoolsplay a role in controlling their discipline in school while parents at home play a role in monitoringstudents' discipline at home.]]>

<![CDATA[Education Buddhism does not stand alone. Religious education is an integral part inbuilding the character of the child. Religious education will be embedded in the values of morality,intellectuality, besides nationalism to the nation and state life to Buddhism. Given the charactereducation experienced the longest process in the family, and religious values should be embeddedfrom the family environment and child behavior problems encountered in the field, then theformulation of the issues raised is how the process of character education and religion can worktogether through education in the family? This research is combined , using descriptive qualitativeapproach . As a result of the study are seven ways to be done to foster the main virtues ( goodcharacter ) , that empathy , conscience , self-control , respect , kindness , tolerance , and justice. The seventh kind of virtue is what can make the man of quality . The technique can be used toperform character education and religion in a family environment is by blending educationBuddhism , character education within the family , by instilling the values of the precepts andmorality , in the form of real-life examples behavioral will be able to form a good character , inaccordance with a family destination . Parents should be examples of good models .]]>

<![CDATA[Stylistics is the science of using language in literary works. Use of language stylesspecifically in literature. The language style that arises when the author expresses his idea. Thisstyle of language is an art effect and is influenced by conscience. Through this style of languagea poet expresses his idea. Disclosure of ideas created through beauty in the author's languagestyle. In Geguritan Salampahlaku The work of Ida Made Sidemen Geguritan Salampah Laku isa composition of Bali Purwa poetry whose choice of words has been precisely and carefullydetermined by the poet (Ida Pedanda Made Sidemen), so that both the title and lyrics in theverses are heard as a unified whole and attracts the audience to explore deeper into the contentsof the geguritan. This Geguritan tells the life journey of an Ida Pedanda Made Sidemen. Throughthe stories arranged array where the poet appears to create cohesive meaning from the beginningto the end through concrete words. The concrete arrangement as a whole tells how Ida PedandaMade Sidemen's life journey is full of simplicity. Geguritan Salampah Laku is also a literarywork that is very rich in plastic language (Figurative Language) where the figure of an IdaPedanda Made Sidemen who is very humble, can be seen in the use of majas-majas litotes whichalways declares his deficiencies and does not want to glorify himself. Poets are also very concernedabout the pattern of taxation that was built by the pupuh-upuh which is certainly bound by therules of padalingsa, the teacher of wilang, and the master teacher. The tone conveyed is aphilosophical tone that appears from the poets' life philosophies as outlined in the literary work.In Geguritan Salampah Laku the Poet implies a moral message as an opening, that is, in thislife, don't ever glorify yourself or boast.Keywords: Geguritan Salampah Laku, Stylistics]]>

<![CDATA[The current model of learning is still transmissible, it affects the learning outcomesachieved. In general there are still many students who do not reach the value of KKM that hasbeen established school. The influence of ICT in the learning process has changed the paradigmof learning from teacher centered to student centered. Teachers as initiators of education mustbe able to follow the global flow and ICT control. This suggests that the learning process shouldemphasize student activity in learning. The application of ICT in learning which by some expertopinion gives a big impact on the progress of education will not be useful if the implementationis not well designed by the teacher. ICT-based learning activities are generally structured toassist in building concepts, knowledge procedures and expressing student expression in learning.The rapid development of information technology in the current era of globalization and itsdevelopment has influenced the world of education.
