Abstract

Research on the analysis of the implementation of the school literacy program in SDN 1Gitgit aims to describe: (1) implementation of the school literacy program in relation to thegrowth of reading culture, (2) obstacles to the implementation of the school literacy program,(3) efforts to address the obstacles of the school literacy program. This research is a qualitativedescriptive study. Data were collected by interview and observation. Data analysis was done byqualitative descriptive method. The results of research on the implementation of the school literacyprogram at SDN 1 Gitgit shows that: (1) the implementation of school literacy program is stillat the stage of familirization and has not been able to foster a reading culture in students; (2)obstacles to the implementation of the school literacy program program are: (a) lack of knowledgeof school management; (b) lack of teacher exemplary; (c) low awareness of students to returnbooks; (d) inadequate funding of school literacy activities; and (e) lack of focus of students incarrying out the reading activity 15 minutes. The effort to handle the obstacles of the schoolliteracy program is done by: (a) developing the program in a sustainable manner and involvingall school members; (b) optimize library management in schools and facilities in it, and (c)provide guidance to students to return the book in its place after 15 minutes of reading a book inthe library

Abstract

Development in the field of education today, is an integral part of government effortsin order to improve and develop human resources in order to have high abilities or skills, moraland cultural values ??that are noble, intelligent, creative, independent and have strongcompetitiveness with the nation- other nations in the world. The development of science andtechnology in the millennium goals, the era of globalization and the information age today,demands all fields of life to be able to adjust to the level of progress itself. The nation's readinginterest is very worrying, whereas from reading, other language skills such as writing and speakingwill increase. Reading is a window to the world that makes people close to literary works,books, national character, and civilization. Literacy cannot be separated from language. A personis said to have literacy skills if he has acquired the basic ability of language, namely readingand writing. So, the basic meaning of literacy as literacy is the main door for the development ofthe meaning of literacy more broadly. And the method used to obtain literacy is through Education.Hinduism education is so important given, because it realizes that with religion it is hoped thatgenerations can become noble and responsible human beings. To further understand this, youare welcome to read carefully (literacy) and reflect on the statements listed in the following box.

Abstract

This study aims: 1) to Integrating Dolanan in the local content of Egalitarinism is theinternalization of the value of character education into learning so that the result is an awarenessof the importance of values, and 2) to forming a positive character for children and habituationof personality values into the behavior of everyday learners through learning process both inand out of the classroom. Egalitarianism the view that man is destined to the same degree.Culture can not be separated from society. Culture has become a major feature of a group ofpeople and has been ingrained. Culture includes ideas in the human mind that are ethical andaesthetic. So in reality the culture is abstract. But its application can be observed from thebehavior, language and art owned by a community. The culture will remain as long as the membersof the community live and continue their noble culture. Along with the development of the times,technological progress also influence the cultural pattern of a society. Instead of bringing apositive impact to the culture, it is more affect the community to other cultures that in factcontradict the original culture of Indonesia. Take a look at the current trends, the minimal shirtsthat women wear, the lads who speak loudly to their parents, the cigarette smoking boy, and the"old" behavior are considered taboo now as if they are legitimate and ordinary. The result ofresearch that is 1) Dolanan with egalitarian conceptcan be integrated into the local content SDEducation is the internalization of the value of character education into the learning so that theresults obtained awareness of the importance of values, and 2) Dolanan with egalitarianconceptcan can form a positive character for children and the habituation of personality valuesinto the behavior of everyday learners through learning process both in and out of the classroom.Keywords: Egalitarian, Dolanan, Character Education

Abstract

Vygotsky learning theory is a view that can accommodate sociocultural-revolution in the theory of learning. Vygotsky theory learning is one of the social learning theories so that it is very suitable for cooperative learning model because in cooperative learning model occurs social interactive, namely interaction between students and students and between students With the teacher, in an effort to discover concepts and problem solving. During this interaction process there is cognitive apprenticeship, which is the process by which one who is learning step by step gaining expertise through interactions with experts. Vygotsky's theory assumes that learning occurs when children work or learn to handle unlearned tasks but those tasks are still within reach of their abilities, or those tasks are in the zone of proximal Development. Zone of proximal development is a slight development of students ' capabilities over their own capabilities. Vygotsky emphasizes scaffolding, which is to provide full assistance to the child in the early stages of learning which is then gradually reduced and gives the child the opportunity to take over the greater responsibility immediately After he can do it.Keywords:  Scaffolding Process, Zone of Proximal Development, Vygotsky learning theory

Abstract

Lontar texts that exist in Bali, mostly contain teachings imbued by Hinduism. Throwing as a legacy of ancestors is an important document that contains the concepts of ethical and moral guidance, reference to the order of life in accordance with the norms of the teachings of Hinduism. The texts of cultural heritage also contain various concepts of ancestral thought that are used as guidelines to guide behavior in society.Based on the Lontar Tutur Kumara Tattwa, several important things were obtained as a result of the study as described below. In the intrinsic study/content Lontar Tutur Kumara Tattwa discussed about: matters of life and self-control, about Lord Shiva as Istadewata, about sorga and kamoksan, and about Bhatara Siwa, Bhatara Kumara, and Liberation. In a study of Hindu teachings in the Lontar Tutur Kumara tattwa found several things: the teachings of tattwam asi, the teachings of the tri parisudha and karma phala, the teachings of Dasa Nyama Brata, and the Teachings of Dasa yama Bratha.Lontar Tutur Kumara Tattwa, needs to be further studied applicatively in other fields, both philosophically, pedagogically, and other fields. Related to this, the government; both the central and regional governments should pay special attention to the local wisdom of the Balinese region, which holds many lontar as an ancestral heritage that has a virtue value that can be used to improve human resources. Keywords: Lontar Tutur Kumara Tattwa, Intrinsic Study, Hindu Teachings

Abstract

Learning outcomes largely determined by the learning process. A learning process that planned and implemented well will have an impact on achieving optimal learning outcomes. This paper reviews the effectiveness of the use of presentation techniques and practicum in learning (lectures) courses in Hindu Religious Events. The learning outcomes achieved by students classified as very good. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the implementation of HOTS-based learning can improve the analysis skills of Elementary School Teacher Education students in Social Sciences Learning Subjects. This study uses an experimental study using a one group pretest-posttest research design. This type of research is a quasi experimental research with one group pretest posttest design. This study does not use a comparison class but has used a preliminary test so the effectiveness or effect of HOTS-based learning can be known with certainty. The results of this study indicate that the application of hots-based learning can improve the ability of social science learning analysis in students of elementary school teacher education at PGRI STAHN Mpu Kuturan Singaraja. metacognitive, and creative thinking which is a higher order thinking ability. HOTS-based learning or high-level thinking ability is an ability to think that not only requires the ability to remember, but also requires other higher abilities, such as the ability to think creatively and critically so that students already have these abilities can analyze a problem in a Social Sciences course . Keywords: Higher Order Thinking Skills, Social Science Learning, Elementary

Abstract

With the development of advances in science and technology (Science and Technology) brings positive and negative influences on human mindset, especially on the world of education. Strengthening character education (PPK) aims to: (1) build and equip students as the golden generation of Indonesia in 2045 to face the dynamics of change in the future, (2) develop a national education platform that places character education as the main soul by paying attention to the diversity of Indonesian culture , and (3) revitalizing and strengthening the potential and competence of the education ecosystem.               In terms of providing reinforcement for character education, a strong foundation must be found to build aspects of character strengthening such as: (1) religious, (2) Nationalist, (3) Independent, (4) integrity and mutual cooperation. In Hindu teaching, one of the concepts of the teaching that has been recognized by the world in achieving the five aspects of KDP above is the teaching or tradition of tri hita karana, as a form of local wisdom guided by Hindus in social, religious, national and state life. Key Word: Strengthening, Character Education, and tri hita karana

Abstract

Tackling environmental damage is not solely the responsibility of the government, but also educational institutions. Educational institutions must be able to facilitate the formation of students to become future successors of the nation who are able to apply the principles of sustainability and ethics in the environment from an early age. One of the policies that have been taken by the government to overcome these problems is environmental education. To be able to integrate environmental education in kindergarten, proper management of indoor and outdoor learning environments is needed. One model of education that can be applied to integrate environmental education in kindergarten is through education oriented to the values ??of Tri Hita Karana (THK). Based on these problems, this research was conducted with the aim to describe the management of a learning environment based on Tri Hita Karana in Eka Dharma Kindergarten as an effort to integrate environmental education. This research is classified as qualitative research with data collection methods such as observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that the management model of indoor and outdoor learning environments which are oriented towards THK values ??in Kindergarten Eka Dharma Singaraja can be applied to integrate environmental education. Through the THK concept which contains values ??such as: (1) nature conservation, (2) environmental preservation, (3) maintaining cleanliness, and (4) caring for plants can certainly foster student awareness in kindergarten about the importance of protecting the environment so that they can play an active role in environmental conservation and safety efforts.Keywords: Education, Environment, Tri Hita Karana
