The population of this study were 70 toddlers who came to posyandu in the Kaliwates Health Center, Jember Regency, and the sample was taken by total sampling. Measurement of growth and development of toddlers using the book Stimulation, Detection and Early Intervention of Growth and Development (SDIDTK). The research showed that 39 toddlers developed according to their age and 31 toddlers experienced developmental delays and required follow-up. Behavioral and emotional toddlers showed that 3 toddlers did not experience behavioral and emotional problems, while 67 toddlers experienced problems. The statistical test used the contingency coefficient and obtained a p-value of 0.047 with a significant level of 5%. It can be concluded that there is a relationship between the development of stunting toddlers with their behavior and emotions.

Abstract

Incomplete medical records often occur in every hospital, especially in the inpatient department. This still does not meet the hospital's minimum service standards, namely that filling in medical records must be 100% complete. Incompleteness in filling out medical record files will result in the patient's health records being loaded out of sync and the patient's previous health information being difficult to identify. The aim of the research is to identify the completeness of filling in medical record files and the factors that cause incomplete filling in of inpatient medical record files. The method used is a literature review. Literature selection is based on inclusion and exclusion criteria from databases such as Google Scholar, Crossref, Jember State Polytechnic e-Library, and Garuda Portal. The literature used was 19 articles. The research results related to incomplete patient names, date of birth, age, address, gender, doctor's name, date of implementation of patient care, incomplete important reports, incomplete authentication of inpatient medical record files showed quite high results. This incompleteness is due to indiscipline of officers, lack of knowledge about the benefits of complete medical records, lack of training for officers regarding filling out medical records, lack of monitoring and evaluation in filling out medical records. Officers who play a role in filling out medical records are medical personnel including doctors in charge of patients, emergency room doctors, emergency room nurses, inpatient nurses, as well as medical record unit officers who control the completeness of filling in medical records. So the suggestion in this research is the importance of increasing the discipline of doctors and nurses in filling out inpatient medical records, providing rewards and punishments regarding the completeness of filling in medical records.

known to increase hand hygiene compliance. The existence of an intention within a person can give rise to an attitude to behave. The study aims to analyze the influence of hand hygiene behavior attitudes on intentions and the influence of hand hygiene behavior attitudes on hand hygiene compliance and to analyze the mediating effect of intentions on attitudes towards hand hygiene behavior. The method in this research uses a cross-sectional study. The research location is at one of the Jember Regency government hospitals in June – July 2023. The population in this study were all nurses who provided direct services to patients using a sampling technique using a total sampling of 116 respondents. This research data analysis is path analysis with SEM-PLS using smart-pls software. The results of this research showed that the majority of respondents were aged 26-35 years (52.59%), male (56.03%), diploma education level (43.97%), working period 1-5 years (39.66 %), and have received hand hygiene training (82.76%). The model prepared was fit (SRMR = 0.062 and NFI = 0.911). Hand hygiene behavior attitude significantly affects intentions (p = 0.031). Hand hygiene behavior attitude has a significant effect on hand hygiene behavior (p = 0.000). Intention was able to mediate hand hygiene behavior attitudes towards hand hygiene behavior (p = 0.033). The study concludes that attitudes can directly influence or be mediated by the intention to hand hygiene behavior. Future researchers could research on variables other influence intentions to behave can improve hand hygiene behavior. The intervention for nurses can involve training on hand hygiene and providing posters or other reminders to encourage hand hygiene behavior.

The study intend to figure out the perspective of health workers on the quality of health services in 44 Primary Healthcare Centers in Jember Regency after the implementation of accreditation. The type of study used is quantitative analytic with 330 health worker respondents. Interview was used to collect data while SEM-PLS was used to analyze data. Selection of study samples using multistage random sampling technique. Multistage random sampling is group sampling, where for each group selected as a sample, sample elements from each group are selected again. First, determine the primary healthcare centers to be studied from the 50 primary healthcare centers using the Slovin formula. The calculation results obtained were for 44 primary healthcare centers randomly. The second step was to select a sample of health workers from 1,866 people based on the sample size formula using the Slovin formula, resulting in 330 health workers. This study resulted that that leadership, strategic planning, human resources, customer focus, had a positive and significant effect on service quality with a p-value <0,05. Primary Healthcare Centers are advised to apply accreditation standards to improve service quality, improve service systems, improve facilities and infrastructure at Primary Healthcare Center, and increase health workers' competence by participating in training. Abstract

The prevalence of hypertension among people aged ≥18 years is 34.1%, with a prevalence of 36.9% in women and 31.3% in men. East Java Province ranks sixth with a hypertension prevalence of 36.32%, while the number of hypertension patients in Jember Regency, according to data from the Jember Health Office in 2023, is 198,562 people, and the number of hypertension patients at the Jenggawah Health Center is 6,461 people. The aim of the study is to determine the effect of giving SGH Tefa Polije Melon Juice combined with Lime on Hypertension. The research method used is a Quasi-Experiment with a Pretest Posttest Non-Equivalent Control Group approach with a sample size of 30 people, and the variable in this study is blood pressure. The results of data testing with the Mann Whitney test between the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the control group and the treatment group showed p-values of 0,621 and 0,952 (p>0,005), indicating no significant difference in systolic and diastolic blood pressure between the groups before the intervention. This shows that the study can proceed to the stage of giving the treatment with melon juice combined with lime. There was a difference in the average blood pressure between the control group and the treatment group after the intervention in systolic pressure (p=0,004) and diastolic pressure (p=0,001). Systolic (p=0,003) and diastolic (p=0,002) pressures in the treatment group showed significant differences before and after the intervention. Based on these results, it can be concluded that there is an effect of giving melon juice combined with lime on hypertension, and there is no significant difference in systolic and diastolic blood pressure between the groups before the intervention. For future research, it is expected to measure the respondents' dietary intake parameters.
