Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims at explaining the variety of visible tidbits and describing the mechanism of the said application’s prototype as an information system of traditional tidbits in the area of Kedu in android platform. This research is of Research and Development (R&D) type with descriptive qualitative technique. The target of this research is to optimally utilize the Jajananku application as an information system of traditional tidbits in the area of Kedu in android platform based on folklore study. There are three conclusions deducted from this research. First, there are fifty visible traditional tidbits studied in folklore base and are available in the Jajananku application. Second, the mechanism of the Jajananku application can be easily operated as its design plot has met the research’s target. Third, this application can be accessed in android platform starting from Ice Cream Sandwich (ICS) sdk (software development kit) with 7MB in size containing information abaut traditional tidbits based on folklore study. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian pengembangan materi ajar ini bertujuan untuk: (a) mengetahui kebutuhan siswa dan guru mengenai buku cerita rakyat di Jepara sebagai pengayaan materi ajar legenda kelas VIII SMP, (b) mengembangkan prototipe buku cerita rakyat di Jepara sebagai pengayaan materi ajar legenda kelas VIII SMP, dan (c) mengetahui hasil validasi oleh ahli dan perbaikan prototipe buku cerita rakyat di Jepara sebagai pengayaan materi ajar legenda kelas VIII SMP. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan pendekatan research and development (R&D) yang dilakukan dengan lima langkah, yaitu (1) potensi dan masalah, (2) mengumpulkan informasi, (3) penyusunan desain produk, (4) validasi desain/uji ahli, dan (5) perbaikan desain produk. Setelah penelitian dilaksanakan, diperoleh hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: (1) buku pengayaan cerita rakyat di Jepara yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan siswa dan guru dengan menggunakan bahasa Jawa ragam ngoko alus yang isinya disajikan secara rinci, jelas, runtut, dan komunikatif dengan disertai gambar ilustrasi, dan (2) penilaian yang diberikan ahli materi dan ahli media terdiri dari tiga aspek, yaitu pewarnaan font pada judul sampul depan buku, penggunaan tanda baca yang kurang tepat dan perbaikan pada aspek grafika. Perbaikan pada sampul buku yaitu warna pada judul buku yang terdapat di bagian sampul depan buku dibuat menggunakan warna yang lebih cerah. Perbaikan pada aspek kebahasaan yaitu penggunaan tanda baca yang kurang tepat. Perbaikan pada aspek grafika yaitu gambar awan pada background di setiap halaman direduksi, karena penggambaran awan kurang menunjukkan gambar awan, hanya berupa garis-garis awan lincar putih. Kata kunci: Materi ajar, buku pengayaan, cerita rakyat Abstract The material of this development research aims to: (a) determine the needs of students and teachers regarding folklore books in Jepara as enrichment of teaching materials for grade VIII SMP, (b) develop prototypes of folklore books in Jepara as enrichment of VIII grade junior high school teaching material, and (c) know the results of validation by experts and repairing prototypes of folklore books in Jepara as enrichment of teaching materials for grade VIII SMP. The research design uses the research and development (R & D) approach which is carried out in five steps, namely (1) potential and problems, (2) gathering information, (3) product design preparation, (4) design validation / expert testing, and (5) product design improvements. After the research was conducted, the results of the study were as follows: (1) folklore enrichment books in Jepara tailored to the needs of students and teachers using the Javanese language variety of ngoko alus whose contents were presented in detail, clear, coherent, and communicative with illustrations, and (2) the assessment given by material experts and media experts consists of three aspects, namely font coloring in the book's front cover title, inappropriate use of punctuation and improvements to aspects of graphics. Repair to the book cover, namely the color of the book title found on the front cover of the book, are made using brighter colors. Repair in linguistic aspects, namely the use of punctuation that is not consistent. Improvements in the aspect of graphics, namely cloud images in the background on each page is reduced, because the deciption of cloud shows less of a cloud image, only in the form of white clouds of light. Abstract

Assessment is once of process study which is conducted to measure students by basic competency. Lack of reference to teachers for assessment dialog text make obstacles for giving assessment to students. This limitation made basic must be need assessment of development technique where can helping teachers to give an assessment. This research has a purpose to develop learning instrument assessment dialog of text Javanese Language. This research has used research and development methods, with five-stage of research, include identity potency and problem, data collection, design product, validation design, and then revision of the design. Collection data used by interviews andquestionnaires instruments. Result of this research in the form of authentic assessment learning dialog text Javanese Language. The assessment of instruments is a question of multiple-choice, task, work method/practice, and product. Result of validation has to show acquisition average score at the question of multiple choice 11,72 (enough) from evaluation expert and score 12,11 (good) from teacher expert, and while the average score assessment of tasking, work method/practice, and product 3,7 (good) from expert and 3,1 (enough) 2 from teachers. Repaired has done on the selection of diction, sentence structure, and repair choice answers.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendeskripsikan karakteristik kebutuhan guru dan siswa terhadap buku cerita bergambar berbasis Serat Wulangreh Pupuh Pangkur untuk pembelajaran bahasa Jawa di SMP Kota Semarang, (2) membuat prototipe buku cerita bergambar berbasis Serat Wulangreh Pupuh Pangkur, dan (3) mendeskripsikan hasil validasi ahli mengenai prototipe buku cerita bergambar berbasis Serat Wulangreh Pupuh Pangkur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan tahapan yaitu (1) potensi dan masalah, (2) pengumpulan data, (3) desain produk, (4) validasi desain, dan (5) revisi desain. Data pada penelitian ini adalah amanat dari Serat Wulangreh Pupuh Pangkur dan kebutuhan terhadap buku cerita bergambar berbasis Serat Wulangreh Pupuh Pangkur. Sumber data dari penelitian ini adalah Serat Wulangreh Pupuh Pangkur, guru dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan penyebaran angket. Analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini menghasilkan buku cerita bergambar berjudul Sinau Wulangreh Pupuh Pangkur. Setelah buku tersebut disusun, selanjutnya dilakukan uji validasi oleh ahli materi dan ahli media untuk mendapatkan saran dan perbaikan buku. Saran dan perbaikan dari ahli mencakup aspek materi, penyajian dan kegrafikaan. Kata Kunci : buku cerita bergambar, Serat Wulangreh Pupuh Pangkur, pengembangan. ABSTRACK The aims of this research are to (1) describe the characteristics of teachers and students’ need to a picture book with Serat Wulangreh Pupuh Pangkur base for Javanese Language learning process in SMP Kota Semarang, (2) to make a picture book prototype with Serat Wulangreh Pupuh base, and (3) describe the expert validation outcome about a picture book prototype with Serat Wulangreh Pupuh Pangkur base. This research uses research and development. The research stages were potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation and design revisions. The data in this study are mandated by Serat Wulangreh Pupuh Pangkur and the need for a picture book based on Serat Wulangreh Pupuh Pangkur. Sources of data from this study are Serat Wulangreh Pupuh Pangkur, teachers and students. The technique of collecting data uses interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis in this study is descriptive qualitative. This research produces a picture book entitled Sinau Wulangreh Pupuh Pangkur as teachers and students’ need. After this book is created, there would be a validity test by the material and media experts to have suggestion and revision. The scope of suggestion and revision by the experts are material, serving, and graphics. Keywords: a picture book, Serat Wulangreh Pupuh Pangkur, development.

Abstract

Abstrak: Siswa kelas VII SMP idelanya sudah bisa menghasilkan ringkasan cerita yang baik. Akan tetapi sebagaian besar siswa kelas VII SMP di Kecamatan Pemalang masih kesulitan dan tidak tahu cara meringkas cerita yang benar. Selain buku paket dan LKS, sekolah belum menyediakan buku lain untuk mendukung kegiatan belajar siswa dalam memahami pembelajaran meringkas cerita. Penyebab siswa belum tahu tentang cara meringkas yang benar adalah karena buku yang memuat tentang cara meringkas cerita belum ada. masalah tersebut berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan menulis siswa dalam mengembangkan ringkasan yang baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) menganalisis kebutuhan guru dan siswa terhadap buku pengayaan keterampilan menulis (meringkas) bergambar, (2) menyusun prototipe buku pengayaan keterampilan menulis (meringkas) bergambar, (3) mendeskripsikan hasil uji validasi ahli pengembangan buku pengayaan keterampilan menulis (meringkas) bergambar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development (R&D).Hasil penelitian ini berupa buku pengayaan bergambar keterampilan menulis (meringkas) yang berjudul Wasis Ngringkes Crita. Kata kunci: buku pengayaan, keterampilan meringkas Abstract: The seventh grade junior high school students have been able to produce a good summary of the story. But most of the VII grade students of SMP in Pemalang Subdistrict are still having difficulties and do not know how to summarize the true story. In addition to textbooks and LKS, schools have not provided other books to support student learning activities in understanding learning to summarize stories. The reason for students not knowing about how to summarize the right one is because the book that contains how to summarize the story does not yet exist. the problem affects students' writing skills in developing good summaries. The objectives of this study are (1) to analyze the needs of teachers and students for illustrative illustrative writing enrichment books, (2) to compile prototypes of enrichment writing (summarizing) illustrative books, (3) to describe the results of expert validation test writing skills enrichment books ( summarize) pictorial. This research uses a Research and Development (R & D) approach. The results of this study are in the form of a book enriching writing skills (summarizing) pictorial entitled Wasis Ngringkes Crita. PENGEMBANGAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KETAMAN (KETERAMPILAN MACA LAN NULIS) PADA PELAJARAN MEMBACA DAN MENULIS AKSARA JAWA KELAS IV SEKOLAH DASAR DI PATI Minasari Dra. Esti Sudi Utami Benedicta A., M.Pd. Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Jawa, S1 Fakultas Bahasa dan Seni, Universitas Negeri Semarang Email : minasari938@yahoo.com ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendeskripsikan kebutuhan guru dan siswa terhadap model pembelajaran Ketaman, (2) menyusun prototipe model pembelajaran Ketaman, dan (3) mendeskripsikan hasil validasi ahli terhadap model pembelajaran Ketaman. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D). Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan angket. Teknik yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, diketahui bahwa siswa dan guru membutuhkan model pembelajaran yang dapat memudahkan siswa belajar membaca dan menulis aksara Jawa. Sintaks model pembelajaran Ketaman meliputi sepuluh langkah, yaitu (1) tahap membangun apersepsi dan penyampaian tujuan pembelajaran, (2) tahap mereview materi sandhangan swara, (3) tahap menelaah sandhangan panyigeg wanda dan wyanjana, (4) tahap latihan membaca kalimat aksara Jawa, (5) tahap latihan menulis kalimat aksara Jawa, (6) tahap mengevaluasi materi sandhangan panyigeg wanda dan wyanjana,(7) tahap mengulas materi sandhangan panyigeg wanda dan wyanjana, (8) tahap penilaian membaca kalimat aksara Jawa, (9) tahap penilaian menulis kalimat aksara Jawa, dan (10) tahap pemberian penghargaan. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian, validator memberikan saran untuk perbaikan model Ketaman yaitu menyesuaikan soal evaluasi dengan indikator yang telah dibuat. Kata kunci : pengembangan model, aksara Jawa, model Ketaman. ABSTRACT This study aims to (1) describe the needs of teachers and students on the Ketaman learning model, (2) develop a prototype of the Ketaman learning model, and (3) describe the results of expert validation on the Ketaman learning model. The approach used in this study is Research and Development (R & D). Data collection in this study used a questionnaire. The technique used to analyze data is descriptive qualitative. Based on the results of the research conducted, it is known that students and teachers need learning models that can make it easier for students to learn to read and write Javanese characters. The syntax of the Ketaman learning model includes ten steps, namely (1) the stage of building apperception and the delivery of learning objectives, (2) the stage of reviewing the Swara material, (3) the stage of reviewing the pandaigeg wanda and wyanjana, (4) the stage of reading Javanese script (5) the stage of writing the Javanese script sentence, (6) the stage of evaluating the sandhangan panyigeg wanda and wyanjana material, (7) the stage of reviewing the sandhangan panyigeg wanda and wyanjana material, (8) the assessment stage of reading the Javanese script, (9) the writing evaluation stage Javanese script sentence, and (10) awarding stage. Based on the results of the assessment, the validator provides suggestions for improvement of the Ketaman model, namely adjusting the evaluation problem with the indicators that have been made. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) mendeskripsi analisis kebutuhan media pembelajaran menggunkan rekaman siaran radio berbasis kontekstual sebagai materi dialog berbahasa Jawa untuk siswa SMP, (2) mendeskripsi prototipe pengembangan media pembelajaran menggunakan rekaman siaran radio berbasis kontekstual sebagai materi dialog berbahasa Jawa untuk siswa SMP, (3) mendeskripsi validasi produk pengembangan media pembelajaran menggunkan rekaman siaran radio berbasis kontekstual sebagai materi dialog berbahasa Jawa untuk siswa SMP. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development), prosedur penelitian meliputi (1) potensi dan masalah, (2) pengumpulan data, (3) desain produk, (4) validasi produk, dan (5) revisi produk. Penelitian yang dihasilkan yaitu media pembelajaran audio dialog berbahasa Jawa berupa CD atau soft file yang berisi 3 buah rekaman dialog untuk contoh dialog, 7 buah rekaman dialog untuk latihan soal, dan 7 buah rekaman dialog untuk soal ujian pemahaman mendengarkan. Media pembelajaran yang dihasilkan telah mendapat validasi dari ahli materi dan ahli media. Penilaian dan uji coba tersebut memberikan hasil bahwa media pembelajaran menggunakan rekaman siaran radio berbasis kontekstual materi dailog berbahasa Jawa layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran siswa kelas VIII SMP. Kata kunci: media, dialog bahasa Jawa, kontekstual. This study aims (1) to describe the contextual radio media needs analysis in Javanese dialogue learning for junior high school students, (2) to describe the prototype of contextual radio media development in Javanese dialogue learning for junior high school students, (3) describe the validation of radio media development products contextually based in Javanese dialogue learning for middle school students. The design of this study is research and development, research procedures include (1) potential and problems, (2) data collection, (3) product design, (4) product validation, and (5) product revisions. The research produced is Javanese audio dialogue learning media in the form of CD or soft file containing 3 dialogues for example dialogue, 7 dialogues for problem training, and 7 dialogues for listening comprehension exam questions. The learning media produced have received validation from material experts and media experts. The assessment and trial results showed that the learning media used radio broadcast recordings based on Javanese-language dailog material worthy of being used as a learning medium for junior high school eighth grade students. Abstract

The objectives of this study were (1) to describe the needs analysis of students, teachers, and the community for textbooks enriching contextual cultural events desciption texts for class VII students, (2) to compile a prototype textbook enrichment description of contextual-based cultural events for students of class VII, and (3) describe the results of expert tests from the prototype enrichment text book description of contextual-based cultural events for students of class VII. This study used research and development (R & D) method with the stages of research carried out, which include, (1) potential and problems, (2) data collection, (3) product design, (4) product validation, and (5) product revisions. The data contained in this study are learning process data and the availability of enrichment books in schools, needs analysis, cultural events from the speakers, and data from validation tests. The subjects of this study were teachers, students, the community and resource persons, as well as material and media experts. Data collection techniques carried out by observation, interviews, questionnaires, and expert test assessment sheets. Analysis of the data used in this study is qualitative descriptive. The research produced was a descriptive text enrichment book on Javanese-language cultural events containing eight cultural events in Kendal District. The enrichment books produced have been validated by material experts and media experts. The results of the validation test are enrichment text descriptions of cultural events that are appropriate and suitable to be used as enrichment books and Javanese language learning media for seventh grade students in Kendal Regency. Abstract

Grade VII junior high in Ungaran Timur was bored with learning to read the text in a monotonous Java. This is due to gurus only use the textbook so that interest students in reading the text in Java is less. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to develop an interactive multimedia learning reading text in Java. The methods used in this research, namely research and development (R and D). The results of this research in the form of a prototype interactive multimedia learning reading text in Java. The prototype drew up based on the needs of students and teachers. The shape of the prototype in the form of interactive multimedia applications. Lettered text impressions of Java through a picture story and accompanying audio as a confirmation. The tested product design validation by expert media, material, and teachers as users. After the repair of the product design in accordance with the suggestions of the validator, interactive multimedia learning reading text in Java considered worthy to be used by students of Class VII junior high in Ungaran Timur.

The objectives of this pitutur luhur comic strip study development are (1) to analyze the needs of students and teachers towards mituhu learning media (pitutur luhur comics), (2) to describe prototypes of mituhu learning media (pitutur luhur comics), and (3) to describe the results of expert validation regarding mituhu learning media prototypes (pitutur luhur comics). The design of this research is research and development. The procedures of this study include (1) potential and problems, (2) data collection, (3) product design, (4) design validation, and (5) design revisions. The results of the study are (1) teachers and students of SMP N 22 Semarang need learning media to write dialogue in the form of pitutur luhur comics, (2) pitutur luhur comics consist of three stories namely Becik Ketitik Ala Ketara, Sapa Jujur Bakal Makmur, and Aja Dumeh, (3) the results of the material expert validation got an average value of 3.2 from a maximum value of 4 which means this comic according to the basic competencies to be achieved, the results of the media expert validation got an average value of 3.6 from a maximum value of 4 design meaningful in accordance with the rules of comic development.
