The involvement of related parties is needed in determining the right alternative to manage Halassy Beach Tourism, Morella Village, Central Maluku Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the government, private sector, and community in managing and determining the appropriate alternative managers in the pre and post crisis phases of covid-19. Through the purposive sampling method, 20 respondents were obtained from experts or stakeholders in the field of tourism and the economics of fisheries and marine resources. Primary data collection was conducted by interview using a google form questionnaire. Descriptive method is used to describe the general condition of the study area, the characteristics of the respondents, as well as the role of the government, private sector and community. Data analysis used analytical hierarchy process (AHP).The results show that in the pre covid-19 crisis phase, the government can build tourist areas that are environmentally and culturally aware; the community as managers are able to improve the information access for tourists; and the private sector contributes economic and social benefits to management capacity. In the post covid-19 crisis, the government needs to pay attention to tourism potential that can be developed; the community can apply the 4A concept; and the private sector can create more interesting ideas to bring in tourists. The right alternative for Halassy Beach Tourism management in the pre and post-covid-19 crisis phases is collaboration between the community, government and private sector, in the triple helix concept.

The waters of Inner Ambon Bay is potential for various fishery businesses, which if developed will provide high economic value. One of the fishery businesses in Inner Ambon Bay is aquaculture using floating net cages. The purpose of this study is to analyze the feasibility of aquaculture in Ambon Dalam Bay, Waiheru Village and Poka Village based on financial aspects with criteria such as Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C), Return on Investment (ROI), Payback Period (PP), and Break Event Point (BEP). The results show that the floating net cage cultivation business is feasible to develop, with an average R/C value in Waiheru Village and Poka Village >1, the average ROI value in Waiheru Village for HDPE cages is 48.64% and wooden cages is 109.70%, while in Poka Village is 44.25% for HDPE cages and 124.01% for wooden cages. The average payback period for HDPE cages in Waiheru Village is 2.12207 years or 2 years and 1 month and Poka Village is 2.26239 years or 2 years and 3 months, while for wooden cages in Waiheru Village 0.94529 years or 11 months and Poka Village 0.84094 years or 10 months. The production BEP benefits because the amount of production or fish sold is greater than the production BEP and the selling price for each type of fish cultivated has exceeded the BEP price.

Economic relations between capital owners and fishermen will lead to institutional changes (rules of the game) that are obeyed together to maintain the continuity of fishing activities. Institutional that occurs in coastal communities is an interaction between economic agents to achieve certain goals such as welfare. The purposes of this study are 1) Analyzing institutions in fishing efforts using Slerek boat related to working relationship patterns and income dynamics 2) Analyzing the institutional impact on the employment of coastal communities. Based on the results of this qualitative research obtained data that the institutions formed in fishing business activities using slerek boat are the result of continuous interaction so that an unwritten pattern of rules of the games is created that comes from the agreement of the economic agents involved in it. Institutional related labor relations are dominated by agreements between land, sea and patching skippers. The most prominent working relationships appear in the profit sharing system consisting of three systems, namely the system for the light of the moon, the system for three and the clean system of the beach. Institutional related income dynamics are influenced by fish prices, the number of catches, the revenue sharing system implemented, operational costs. The impact caused by the existence of economic institutions on fishing business activities using slerek boat to the absorption of labor is the amount of labor needed in one pair of slerek boat is 46 people.

Marine ecotourism is the potential of an area to improve the welfare of coastal communities. The Jawai Marine Tourism Beach, located in Sambas Regency, is a tourist location developed from self-help at the start of the pandemic of COVID-19. In its development, the management of this area is still making continuous improvements in marine tourism services in fulfilling the wishes and needs of visitors. This research aims to determine the level of visitor satisfaction based on the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and the attribute importance level based on the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). This research has conducted from March-July 2021 at The Bahari Coast of Jawai Sambas Regency. Research methods are quantitative research methods. The research method is a quantitative research method with accidental sampling techniques. Data was obtained by distributing 220 questionnaires to visitors. The results showed that the CSI data was 69.21%, which means that the manager's performance has not met the needs and desires of visitors. Based on the results of data processing that has been carried out with IPA, several attributes must be improved and improved. The attributes which need to be improved to upgrade the service quality of the Jawai Marine Tourism Park are 1). Accommodation costs such as toilet, parking, and entrance fees; 2). Prices of food, drinks, and souvenirs. All stakeholders are expected to contribute to the development of marine ecotourism in the form of ideas, ideas, energy, thoughts, and financial assistance.

The mangrove ecosystem has a significant role in economic, social and security activities for the surrounding community. Mangrove resources have great direct benefits if the sustainability of their biological resources is maintained. This study examines the value of direct benefits of mangrove resources in the Lantebung mangrove ecotourism area, Makassar City. This study uses primary data derived from interviews with respondents in the Lantebung ecotourism area and secondary data derived from scientific literature studies. Respondents were selected using purposive sampling method. Based on the results of the study, it was identified that the direct benefits in the Lantebung mangrove ecotourism area were the value of tourism benefits, trade benefits and fishery benefits. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the direct benefit value of mangrove resources in the Lantebung Ecotourism area was Rp 2,387,400,000-/year, which detailed the value of tourism, which was Rp 167.400.000/year, the value of trade was Rp 381.600.000/year and the value of fisheries was Rp 1.838. 400.000/year.

This study aims to identify various factors that affect the productivity of tilapia aquaculture in Tasikmalaya City. The location of this study was eight sub-districts of Tasikmalaya City. This research was conducted from February 2021 to November 2021. This is a quantitative and confirmatory descriptive study. The required quantitative data are primary and secondary data. The primary data were collected through two types of collection techniques, namely observation and interviews, followed by filling out questionnaires by the respondent. Meanwhile, the secondary data in this study was obtained by downloading data from the websites of the relevant agencies and the district statistical center, as well as from previous studies. In addition to several characteristics of cultivators and cultivation businesses, several conditions and obstacles experienced by cultivators are used as complementary research data. The respondents of this study are tilapia cultivators in Tasikmalaya City. The choosing of respondents was conducted by accidental sampling method. The results showed that the factors that significantly affected the productivity of tilapia aquaculture in Tasikmalaya City consisted of land size, feed price, quantity of feed, and price of fingerlings.

The result of this search is to identify the time sharing by women fishermen household for domestic, productive and social activities and to identify alternative activities carried out by women fisherman households in the use of their leisure time. This research was conducted in Muara Gading Mas Village purposively in November 2021, with simple random sampling of 100 respondents. The method used in this research is survey method, data collection is done by questionnaire, observation, and literature study with primary data and secondary data. The results showed that the time allocated by female fishermen in the household was divided into domestic activities, productive activities, and social activities. Of all the time allocations made by women in fishing households, the remaining time allocation is called free time. By looking at the resources that have not been optimized, the allocation of free time can be done by doing useful activities with the available resources. Some of the things above show that household women can still carry out useful activities that can increase productivity and can help the family economy. Activities that can be done are to make processed foods and crafts from shellfish waste.

ABSTRACTSopapei Beach has the potential to be developed and plays a role in tourism development. This can be seen from the white sand, clear sea water and a very comfortable atmosphere that can be enjoyed when entering the Sopapei Beach. The development of the Sopapei Beach tourism object is expected to provide input for the development of Sopapei Beach tourism to attract more tourists to visit. Tourist ratings of existing tourist objects can be used as a reference for the development of tourism objects in the future. The purposes of this study were to describe the existing potential of the Sopapei Beach tourism object and to analyze the visitor's perception of the Sopapei Beach tourist attraction. Descriptive and perception analyses were used to describe tourists' perceptions of the Sopapei Beach tourism. The results showed that the attractiveness of the Beach has its own features compared to other tourist objects in Central Maluku Regency, in terms of having a shady and quiet beach, a very sloping beach location on the edge of the sea, beautiful scenery, clear water and a special feature as well. When tide is far away, it is suitable for tourist who wants a calm atmosphere to release their fatigue from busy work activity. In the perception of tourist attraction in the Sopapei Beach, the surrounding community is always involved in environmental cleaning activities and maintaining the comfort and safety of the Sopapei Beach tourist attraction, indicated by the percentage values of convenience by 96% and of the safety 98%.

Sikka Regency has enormous resources and biodiversity. The aims of this study are (1) to analyze the potential of fisheries in Sikka Regency, (2) to analyze the contribution of the fisheries sector to GDP in Sikka Regency. This research was conducted from 26 August 2019 to 26 September 2019 in Sikka Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province. The method use is descriptive qualitative research. Primary data were obtained through interviews with selected informants, while secondary data included data on fishing catch and aquaculture production, and GDP of Sikka Regency for the last 5 years. Data analysis using Shift Share and Location Quotient methods. The results of the study indicate that the fishing catch and aquaculture sectors are very potential in supporting the regional economy. The average of fisheries catch production is 14,689 tons (20%) and the average production value obtained is Rp 150,069,556 (26%). The average contribution value of the fishery sector is 30.13%, while the value of the contribution of the fisheries sector on the basis of constant prices is 29.70%. The LQ value based on current prices is 6.304 and the LQ value based on constant prices is 6.462 making the fisheries sector in Sikka Regency the basis sector.

This study aims to examine the development of seaweed cultivation in Nuruwe Village, West Seram Regency. Primary data were collected through 4 respondents in the cultivation group with direct interviews and direct field observations of the object under study. Data were analyzed using qualitative analysis methods, namely productivity analysis, growth analysis, income analysis and financial ratios (BEP, ROI, R/C) and development strategy through SWOT and AHP analysis. The results showed that seaweed production was classified as productive, the absolute growth of seaweed had increased, seaweed cultivation was feasible to be developed and the development strategy resulted in 6 priority strategies, namely a). First Priority: Establishment of Seaweed Cultivation Institution b). Second Priority: Improving Cultivation Facilities and Infrastructure c). Third Priority: Water Conservation and Law Enforcement d). Fourth Priority: Seaweed Cultivation Technical Training e). Fifth Priority: Enlarging Cultivation Business f). Sixth Priority: Increased Seaweed Production.
