The research objective was to find out the teachers ability in developing the character based lesson plan. The location of the research was at SD Negeri 20 Lebong with 9 teachers as the subject. It was a classroom action research, conducted in two cycles. The qualitative data were analyzed descriptively and calculated simply in percentage. The result, the teachers ability in developing the character based lesson plan has improved, namely from 37% in good category to 79%, medium category from 39 % decreased to 19%, and low category 24% decreased to 2%. In summary, the application of academic supervising individually and in group by appropriate steps can improve the ability of teacher in developing character based lesson plan. The aim of the study was to know the improvement of math learning achievement though cooperative classroom management model. It was a classroom action research (CAR). The data were collected through observation. The subject was the sixth grade students consist of 10 males and 10 females. The study was conducted by quantitative approach. The result showed that the average score in the first cycle was 3 or above 6 for 45%, in the second cycle was 6.4 , in the third cycle was 7.5 with the average score above 6 reached 85%. The third cycle was complete because the average score reached 76.5 and showed the improvement. In summary, the application of cooperative classroom management model can improve math learning achievement. Keywords: Cooperative Classroom Management, Intrinsic System, Math Teaching

The study aims at knowing whether or not the application of Jigsaw in the material of statistics can improve students achievement. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk. It was done in two cycles with grade XI IPA as the subject. The data collection was through objective test and observation sheets. The result: from the analysis, students activities were improved to 7,95% and in the table the students comprehension on the material was improved from 62,9 % to 74,3 %. The study aims at knowing the improvement of students science activities through contextual approach at grade V in SDK Colol II Manggarai regency. The study was a classroom action research (CAR). The subject of the study was grade V consist of 19 students. The methods to collect the data were observation, interview and documentation. The data were analyzed through qualitative descriptive method. The result was, based on the analysis, learning achievement in cycle I was 60,08% in category 'quite active'. Then it was improved in cycle II to 88,8% with category 'very good'. In conclusion, the application of contextual approach can improve students learning activities. This study aims to determine the increase in the ability to write early using the glass analysis method. This research is a case study of grade 1 elementary school students who have difficulty writing beginning. After identification of the main factors children have difficulty writing (disgrafia), namely factors in their own children and the environment, especially parents and daily habits at home. The use of creative methods such as the glass analysis method, namely the separation of syllables, makes it easier for students to write because they remember one by one syllables that will be arranged into a word and sentence. This study aims to determine the activities of students towards the application of expository methods in mathematics learning as well as to find out directly the results of improved learning outcomes through the application of expository methods of numerical counting operations in class IV in Rejang Lebong Public Elementary School 13. This type of research is a classroom action research with the number of research subjects consisting of 12 male students and 18 people in 3 cycles. From the results of this study, the average score of the teacher observation cycle I is 13, Cycle II is 18, cycle III is 23. The average value of student observation cycle I is 13, cycle II is 17, cycle III is 20 with good categories . The results of learning completeness data in the cycle were 33.3% with an average value of 6.46. In cycle II the learning completeness was 50% with an average value of 6.7 increasing to 7.13. Conclusion, the expository method can increase students' motivation and creativity in mathematics. Keywords: Expository Method, Creativity, Learning Motivation

This study aims to: 1) improve the quality of the fifth grade science learning process at SDN 98 Rejang Lebong by applying the 5 Phase Learning Cycle learning model; 2) improve student learning outcomes in fifth grade science learning at SDN 98 Rejang Lebong by applying the 5 Phase Learning Cycle learning model. Classroom Action Research (CAR) consists of 2 cycles. Stages in each cycle consist of stages of planning, implementation, observation / observation, and reflection. The research subjects were fifth grade students of SDN 98 Rejang Lebong in the 2017/2018 school year. Data collection is done through observation sheets and test sheets. The test is used to determine the level of success of students in the learning process, obtained that in the first cycle student learning outcomes obtained an average of 6.75 and the percentage of classical learning completeness 50%. In cycle II there were no weaknesses that occurred in the first cycle. Results learning in the second cycle obtained an average of 8.21 with a percentage of classical learning completeness of 87.5%. This fulfills the completeness criteria, which is 85% of students get a value of ,07.0 and the learning process is said to be completed individually if students get a value of ≥7. It can be concluded that the application of the learning model 5 phase learning cycle in science learning can improve the quality of the process and student learning outcomes Keywords: Learning cycle 5, Science Learning, Learning Outcomes.

This study aims to determine the activity of students and teacher activities, and increase student achievement in science subjects in class IV in 168 Rejang Lebong Public Elementary School through the application of discussion methods. The type of research conducted is Classroom Action Research conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of four stages, namely the planning stage, the stage of action, the observation phase, and the reflection stage. The instrument used consisted of teacher and student observation sheets and written test sheets in essay form. The learning outcome data obtained were analyzed descriptively by referring to classical learning completeness. From the data analysis showed that in the first cycle the average score of the teacher observation score was 33 with good criteria, and the average score of the observation of students was 24 with good criteria, in the second cycle the average teacher observation score was 35 with the criteria of good and average the average student observation score is 26 with good criteria. The results of classical learning completeness analysis in the first cycle amounted to 60.60% with an average value of 6.78. In cycle II classical learning completeness increased to 93.93% with an average value increasing to 8.52. Thus it can be concluded that the application of discussion methods improves student learning outcomes Keywords: Discussion Method, Activity, Learning Achievement.

This study aims to determine the application of The Learning Cell method on subjects PAI material tells the story of the Prophet can improve the learning achievement of fifth grade students at SD Negeri 46 Rejang Lebong District Selupu Rejang Rejang Lebong District. This study is a classroom action research (CAR) with a total of 16 students. The results of the study showed that in the first cycle the average score of students was 71.25 which increased by 11.64. Students who scored above KKM also increased to 9 children or 56.75% from the original only 2 children or 87.5%. In the second cycle improvement the average formative test scores of students were 82.81 increasing by 11.56 from the first cycle. Students who scored above the specified score (KKM) were 11 children or 68.75%. It can be concluded, the learning cell method can improve student learning outcomes on material telling the story of the prophet. Keywords: Learning Achievement, The Learning Cell.

This study aims to describe the improvement of learning outcomes by using the Portfolio model in integrated thematic learning of fifth grade. In the implementation the teacher has not used a learning model that can arouse students' enthusiasm, and does not provide problems in learning and student work outcomes are not kept together so it is difficult to see student development. This type of research is Classroom Action Research and uses qualitative and quantitative approaches. The subject of this research is the fifth grade elementary school students. The data of this study are the results of observations and tests of each learning improvement action by applying the portfolio model. This portfolio model has 6 stages namely "1) identifying the problem, 2) selecting the problem for the class study, 3) collecting information about the problems studied in class. 4) developing portfolios in class, 5) collection of materials, 6) portfolio display section. The results of this study indicate that in the first cycle the average cognitive value of students was 71.5 and in the second cycle increased that the average cognitive value of students became 92. Conclusion, that there was a significant increase in student learning outcomes after applying the portfolio model to learning integrated thematic in grade V elementary school.
