In addition, there is no monitoring and evaluation (money) form for the implementation of handovers and documentation of handovers between rooms. In conclusion, the situation analysis obtained at the Jakarta Military Hospital, the handover process between rooms, and the COVID-19 patient transfer process still needs to be developed. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of purple sweet potato brownies on improving nutritional status in malnourished toddlers in the working area of Ponggok Health Center, Ponggok District, Blitar Regency. The research method used is proper experimental using a pre-test and post-test control group design. The study results showed that the average increase in nutritional status in the intervention group improved the nutritional status of toddlers in body weight (p-value = 0.000). The average increase in nutritional status improved the nutritional status of toddlers with height (p-value = 0.000). The average increase in nutritional status improved the nutritional status of LILA toddlers (p-value = 0.000). The conclusion is that giving purple sweet potato brownies can improve the nutritional status of toddlers. From the study results, giving purple sweet potato brownies tends to improve the nutritional status of toddlers more than just using green bean porridge. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of acupressure on changes in Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) values in patients with decreased consciousness. The research design used was a quasi-experiment, one group pre-test, and a post-test design. The results of the univariate analysis showed that before the acupressure intervention, the majority of respondents (23.3%) were at the somnolent level of consciousness, and after the intervention, the majority of respondents, six people (20.0%), were at the delirium level of consciousness. The results of bivariate analysis showed that the p-value (0.004). In conclusion, acupressure has an effect on changes in GCS values in patients with decreased consciousness. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effects of acute toxicity of ascorbic acid on the kidney and liver organs of female Wistar rats. The method used in this study is an experimental method with a post-test only control group design model approach. The results showed that the average SGPT level was 61.24 ± 9.416 U / L. While the results of the mean value of blood serum creatinine levels were (1.48) (0.60 - 2.00) Based on bivariate analysis, there was no significant difference in the mean between the treatment and control groups (P <0.001). Acute administration of ascorbic acid at a dose of 9 mg / 200 grams of BW / day, 36 mg / 200 grams of BW / day, 72 mg / 200 grams of BW / day did not increase SGPT and blood creatinine levels in female Wistar rats. The results obtained using doses of 9 mg, 36 mg, 72 mg on toxicity were not too significant for the kidney and liver organs. Administration of ascorbic acid has an impact on SGPT (Serum Glutamic Pyruvic Transaminase) levels in the liver of mice. Doses of 9 mg, 36 mg, and 72 mg of ascorbic acid did not show significant toxicity effects on the kidneys and livers of mice. Keywords: Ascorbic Acid, Creatinin Serum, SGPT.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the influence of obesity and smoking on the incidence of PONV in general anesthesia patients. This research method is a type of quantitative research with analytical observational type, using a cross sectional design. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with purposive sampling, namely 68 respondents were obtained. The data measurement tools used were Gordon score observation sheets, smoking habits questionnaires, and interviews. The statistical test used is Spearman's Rank. The results of the study showed that from 68 respondents, for obesity, the number of underweight BMI respondents was 4 respondents, 5.9% and for smoking habits, namely passive smoking, 42 respondents, 61.8%. Obesity with a p value of 0.000 < 0.05 means there is a significant influence between obesity and PONV. Smokers with a p value of 0.942 > 0.05 means there is no significant influence between smokers and PONV. Conclusion, Based on the results of research conducted regarding the influence of obesity and smoking on the incidence of post-operative nausea & vomiting (PONV) in general anesthesia at Sumedang District Hospital. Abstract

This study aims to identify differences in the impact of chemotherapy and radiotherapy on the fertility of childhood and adolescent cancer survivors. The method used was a systematic review with searches in five databases including Pubmed, ScienceDirect, Scopus, Proquest, and Clinical Key Nursing regarding fertility in child and adolescent cancer survivors treated with chemotherapy or radiation, with a publication range from 2000 to 2018. There were 11,131 articles at the start of the data search, after filtering using the PRISMA 2020 method, the final results were 9 articles for analysis using the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) checklist. The nine articles used a cohort study involving a total of 25,210 respondents from six countries (America 2, Netherlands 2, Italy 2, Japan 1, England 1, Ireland 1). The research results show that alkylating agent type chemotherapy can affect the fertility of cancer survivors, as well as radiotherapy to certain areas of the body such as the abdomen, head and total body radiation also affect the fertility of childhood cancer survivors. In conclusion, providing appropriate information regarding the impact of alkylating agent chemotherapy and radiotherapy to the head area, abdomen and total body radiation before starting cancer therapy is very necessary. So that patients and families can make the best decisions in treating the patient's cancer regarding the patient's future.
