Abstract

Abstrak Melalui Penelitian ini diharapkan mendapatkan gambaran tentang bagaimana Kepuasan Pengunjung Perpustakaaan Universitas Prof. Dr. Hazairin, SH Bengkulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 50 Orang dengan teknik accidental sampling. Pengumpulan Data menggunakan Kuisioner, dan analisa data menggunakan metode Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), dengan memperhitungkan tingkat Kepentingan Pengunjung dan Tingkat Kinerja Pegawai. Aspek-aspek yang dinilai meliputi Ketersediaan Referensi, Kejelasan Informasi, Kecepatan Pelayanan, Jaringan Internet, Keramahan Petugas serta Kenyamanan Ruang Baca. Dari hasil analisis data diperoleh Nilai Customer Satisfaction Indeks (CSI) atau indeks kepuasan Pengunjung Perpustakaan Unihaz adalah sebesar 66,15 %. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Pengunjung Perpustakaan Unihaz Bengkulu dapat dikatakan puas. Ditinjau dari tingkat Kepentingan, dari semua aspek yang diteliti, asfek asfek yang menurut pengunjung sangat Penting dan perlu terus ditingkatkan terutama asfek Ketersediaan Referensi, Jaringan Internet, serta kenyamanan ruang baca. Sedangkan asfek asfek yang perlu mendapat perhatian agar kepentingan pengunjung Perpustakaan dapat terpenuhi dan mendapat kepuasan adalah Kecepatan Pelayanan, Kejelasan Informasi, serta Keramahan Pegawai Sebaliknya dari ke-enam asfek Penilaian terhadap tingkat Kinerja pegawai, maka asfek asfek yang perlu diperbaiki dan ditingkatkan terutama asfek Kejelasan Informasi Kecepatan Pelayanan serta Keramahan Pegawai Perpustakaan Unihaz.

Abstract

Research at the Muara Bangkahulu Sub-District Office with a sample of 25 employees, as the problem studied: how much influence work attitude, team work and locus of control have on employee work performance at the Muara Bangkahulu Sub-District Office. Work attitude is a behavior that distinguishes someone from others in carrying out work. Then the team work group of employees who work together to work together to complete the work that must be completed by an organization. Whereas Locus of control is an awareness of an employee is an employee's confidence that they are in control of the work they do. These three variables influence employee performance. Job performance itself is interpreted as the best work contributed by employees. Based on the results of the analysis obtained multiple correlation values ​​of 0.667 with termination of 0.464 indicates that the correlation of these variables is strong. The regression equation Y = 1.018 + 0.222 X1 +0, 391 X2 + 0.260 X3, this indicates that the influence of each independent variable on the large devendent variables. Partial test results (t test) and simultaneously (f test) indicate a significant influence on work attitude, team work and locus of control on employee performance.

Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini untuk mengetahui “Pengaruh Pengembangan Produk Usaha, Keragaman Produk Ekonomi Kreatif dan Etika Pelaku usaha Pariwisata terhadap Keputusan Berkunjung ke Objek Wisata di Kota Bengkulu”. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang dengan menggunakan instrument penelitian berupa kuesioner yang hasil datanya dioleh menggunakan instrument SPSS dengan hasil regresi linier berganda Y = 1,196 + 0,243X1 + 0,331 X2+ 0,412 X3 , perhitungan korelasi berganda sebesar R = 0,736, berarti pengaruh sama X1 (Pengembangan Produk Usaha) X2 (Keragaman Produk Ekonomi Kreatif) dan X3 (Etika pelaku usaha) terhadap minat berkunjung ke Objek wisata di Kota Bengkulu memiliki hubungan yang kuat karena angka 0,736. Hasil dari uji koofisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 52,7 % sedangkan sisanya 47,3 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lainnya yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan uji F, hipotesis yang dibuat membuktikan ada pengaruh. Dimana nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan Fhitung> Ftabel (37,793> 2,70). Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dengan uji t, hipotesis yang dibuat membuktikan ada pengaruh. Hasil pengujian untuk variabel X1(Pengembangan Produk usaha) menunjukkan thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (3,087 > 1,661) dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,003< 0,05. Variabel X2 (Keragaman Produk Ekonomi Kreatif) menunjukkan nilai thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (3,561 > 1,661) dan signifikansi sebesar 0,001< 0,05.Variabel X3 (Etika Pelaku usaha) menunjukkan nilai thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (3,328 > 1,661) dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,001< 0,05

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out and measure the variable quality of service (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty) significantly influence customer satisfaction PT. Pelindo II Cab. Bengkulu. The method of data collection is carried out by observation and questionnaire methods. The results showed the dimensions of Tangible service quality (X1), Reability (X2), Responsiveness (X3), Assurance (X4) and Emphaty (X5), together had a positive effect. Regression equation Y = 4.721 + 0.207 X1 + 0.222 X2 + 0.182 X3 + 0.350 X4 - 0.394 X5. F test amounted to 27,221 while F table 2,31, means F-count> F-table (27,221> 2,31). The results show the quality of tangible, reability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy services together have a positive and significant effect on the variable customer satisfaction. The t test is known to show the Tangibles Variable t count of 3.384. This value is greater than t table (3,384> 1,986). Reliability Variables t count at 3.058 this value is greater than t table (3.058> 1.986). The Responsiveness variable t counts for 1,992 this value is greater than t table (1992> 1,986). Variable Assurance t count at 6,576, this value is greater than t table (6,576> 1,986). Empathy variable has a value of t count of -7,259. This value is greater than t table (-7.259 <1,986)

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kemajuan teknologi dan komunikasi adalah hal dasar yang menjadikan perusahaan telekomunikasi tempat yang baik untuk berinvestasi. Ketika menilai kinerja perusahaan telekomunikasi, penulis menggunakan ROE, EPS, ROA dan DER sebagai indikator sebagai variabel independen dan harga saham sebagai variabel dependen. Hasilnya, mereka juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen secara parsial dan simultan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan telekomunikasi adalah tempat yang baik bagi investor. Karena, perusahaan telah menunjukkan hasil yang baik dari manajemen perusahaan.

Abstract

Creating services that need continuous customer needs and needs that change and cannot be predicted from time to time. Therefore the company opens to accept the types of input, criticism and complaints from consumers, then helps, finds solutions and makes improvements. Future service marketing certainly provides investors with opportunities to develop ever-increasing businesses that support development that uses information and technology used. Specific research is qualitative descriptive through primary data through questionnaires and samples of students in Unihazual semesters IV and VI with purposive sampling technique. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Price, House Design, location, available facilities, and Housing Environment simultaneously on consumer behavior in the decision to buy a simple house in Purimas Housing, Bentiring Sub-District, Bengkulu City Muara Bangka Hulu Subdistrict, and which factors have partial influence more dominant. The population of this study was buyers of simple houses in Purimas Housing, Bentiring Sub-District, Muara Bangka Hulu Sub-District, bengkulu City. Sampling uses incidental sampling techniques. Data collection uses questionnaires and literature. Primary data and secondary data collected, processed and analyzed by multiple correlation methods and multiple linear regression methods. Price Factors, House Design, location, facilities available, and Housing Environment simultaneously have a very strong influence on consumer behavior in simple home buying decisions in Purimas housing as indicated by the multiple correlation coefficient (R) 0.929, with the contribution of variations to the fifth change in the independent factor for consumer behavior by 86.3%. From the equation Y = 0.079 + 0.267X1 + 0.202X2 + 0.175X3 + 0.192X4 + 0.218X5 + e1 By comparing the magnitude of the Regression coefficient of each Price Factor, Design, Location, Available Facilities and environment, it is known that the more dominant factor influencing consumer behavior is the price of the house, then followed by the environment, design and then available facilities and housing locations. Hypothesis Test Results on multiple correlation coefficients, as well as Hypothesis Tests on regression coefficients of all the Factors studied show that there is a significant effect of Price Factors, House Design, location, available Facilities, and Housing Environment both simultaneously and partially significantly influence towards consumer behavior in the decision to buy a simple house in Purimas Housing, Bengkulu City. Based on the analysis, the researcher suggested the developer company to maintain prices, create new designs that follow market tastes, and improve housing facilities.

Abstract

Sifat penelitian ini adalah eksplanatory risearach, yaitu untuk mengetahui hubungan variabel soft skill (X1) dan locus of control (X2) dengan kesiapan fresh graduate dalam era industri 4.0 (Y) dan menguji hipotesa. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif yang berasal dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada reponden kemudian diolah kedalam analisa statistik. Hasi analisis diperoleh (1) variabel soft skill (X1) dan Locus Of Control Internal (X2) berpengaruh positif terhadap kesiapan fresh graduate dalam era industri 4.0 (Y). Hal tersebut ditunjukkan oleh regrasi berganda, korelasi berganda, determinasi, uji-t dan uji-f. (2) Variabel soft skill memberikan kontribusi yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan Locus Of Control Internal dalam menumbuhkan kesiapan menghadapi era industri 4.0 bagi lulusan prodi manajemen Unihaz Bengkulu yang menyelesaikan masa studinya.. Sebagai saran, mahasiswa diberikan pasilitas dan kesempatan untuk mengembangkan soft skill seperti mengikuti organisasi kemahasiswaan, organisasi kerohanian dan mengikuti lomba-lomba untuk pengembangan diri. Disamping itu perlu ditumbuh dan kembangkan rasa percaya diri agar lulusan yang baru menyelesaikan studi tetap optimis dalam menatap masa depan dalam era industri 4.0

Abstract

Production capacity planning with a marginal cost approach and marginal sales proceeds to get the maximum profit at Bengkulu's "SBR" factory. This study aims to find out what the marginal production capacity planning will be produced with the marginal cost approach at Bengkulu's "SBR" plant. This research method is to establish a direct relationship with the tuhu factory "SBR" Bengkulu. The method of analysis is qualitative and quantitative analysis. The variables analyzed in this study are capacity planning and marginal cost. The calculation results are known that the factory knows "SBR" produces marginal production of 120 packs, with the minimum marginal cost of Rp 156.25 occurring in the third quarter of 2012. When compared with production knew that in the fourth quarter of 2012, the factory knew that Bengkulu's "SBR" had a marginal production of 80 packs with a marginal cost of Rp. 2000, so it would be more profitable when marginal production was 120 packs. These results can be concluded that production capacity planning with a marginal cost approach will benefit the factory knowing "SBR" Bengkulu.
