Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview in the orm of a portrait of zakat maal and how its contribution, role, and performance in alleviating poverty. The research method used in the journal is a qualitative method using zakat maal as a case study. Zakat maal is a system in the Qur’an to regulate several provisions regarding assets that must be tithe. Zakat is only prouctive as a qualitative and quantitative embodiment so that the zakat issued is not to meet needs at any time (comsumtive). However, trying to have an investment value for the independence of zakat recipients. In Indonesia, where most of the population is Muslim, it actually has stategic potential and is very feasible to be developed in driving the economy. In addition, the concept of zakat offered by Islam promises the dimensions of benefit and the management of potential economic resources in people’s lives so that poverty can be eradicated. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of inflation, exchange rates, and Gross Domestic Product (GDP) on the profitability of Islamic banking which in this study uses the ratio of Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE). The object of research is 11 Islamic Commercial Banks that publish their financial reports to the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan for the period 2018-2020. The data used include quarterly statistics compiled from the websites of Bank Indonesia, the Badan Pusat Statistik, and Otoritas Jasa Keuangan from 2018 to 2020. The research was conducted using a quantitative methodology. After testing, it was found that inflation, exchange rate, and GDP simultaneously did not have a significant effect on ROA and ROE. Partially the exchange rate and GDP have a significant impact on ROA and ROE, but inflation does not. Keywords: Inflation, Exchange Rate, GDP, ROA, ROE

Abstract

This study aims to examine the size of company, the variability of cost of goods sold, liquidity, and profit before tax on the selection of inventory accounting methods. To test the hypothesis used secondary data with a purposive sampling method. Data analysis technique used multiple linier regression analysis with company size, variability of the cost of inventory, liquidity, and profit before tax as variable (X) and the selection of inventory accounting methods as variable (Y). After data was analyzed, it was determined that partially the variability of cost of goods sold and liquidity had an effect on the selection of inventory accounting methods, while firm size and profit before tax had no effect on inventory accounting methods. Simultaneously the size of the company, the variability of cost of goods sold, liquidity and profit before tax together have a significant effect on the selection of inventory accounting methods. Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of Debt To Equity Ratio (Der), Inventory Turn Over (Ito), and Current Ratio to Stock Returns with Return On Asset (ROA) s (Roa) as Intervening Variables. Population and Sample The population in this study are all food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period according to the classification of the Indonesia Capital Market Directory. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. Methods of data collection in this study using the method of study documentation and literature study of companies that will be used as samples are 14 food and beverage companies. In order to perform the inferential analysis of this research, the analytical tool used is Patial Least Square (PLS), which is SEM based on variance, with SmartPLS software. Based on the results of data analysis shows that: The results of the hypothesis H1 indicate that the Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), (X1) has a negative effect on stock returns. H2 shows that the inventory turnover (ITO) (X2) has a positive effect on stock returns. The results of the hypothesis H3 show that the current ratio (CR) (X3) has a negative effect on stock returns. The results of the hypothesis H4 show that the Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) (X4) has a negative effect on Return On Asset (ROA) s ROA (z) . The results of the hypothesis H5 show that the inventory turnover (ITO) (X5) has a negative effect on Return On Asset (ROA) s ROA (z). The results of the hypothesis H6 indicate that the current ratio (X6) has a negative effect on Return On Asset (ROA) s ROA (z). The results of the hypothesis H7 show that the Return On Asset (ROA) s (X7) has a negative effect on stock returns (Y) . The value of the P-Value obtained is 0.679 which is greater than 0.05. Based on the mediation analysis, it is stated that the moderating variable (Return On Asset (ROA) s) does not significantly reduce the effect of the Debt To Equity Ratio (der) on stock returns. And the moderating variable (Return On Asset (ROA) s) does not significantly have a decreasing effect between inventory turnover and stock returns. And the moderating variable (Return On Asset (ROA) s) does not significantly have a decreasing effect between the current ratio (CR) on stock returns. Abstract

The development of the internet and technology at this time makes it easier to transact online through web-based shopping sites or e-commerce. E-commerce is currently growing rapidly in Indonesia, with various business applications, one of which is the Shopee application. Shopee brings a large and profitable business opportunity that offers the sale of products or goods and the provision of online services. This study aims to analyze customer demand, shopee application customer behavior and customer satisfaction using the Shopee application. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. Data was collected using library research methods, documentation, and questionnaires. The results of the questionnaire have been tested for validity and reliability have also been tested, in the form of the assumption of normality. The findings of this study indicate that the population in this study are students who use the Shopee application within the UST Faculty of Economics, and the research sample is determined by means of a questionnaire method that has been tested for validity and reliability so that 55 respondents are obtained. The data that has been collected, then carried out data testing, model testing, and SPSS hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, the authors conclude that the marketing strategy and service quality together have a positive and significant effect on Shopee purchase satisfaction. Abstract

This study aims to find out how the marketing strategy is applied by the MSME Convenience Store, and how the quality of the delivery service for handicrafts at the MSME Convenience Store and how consumer purchasing decisions are made at the MSME handicraft at the Giwangan Convenience Store. This research is a quantitative study using survey methods until the population in the study is the consumer of Handicrafts in a department store. Collecting data using a questionnaire method that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data that has been collected is then tested for data, model testing and hypothesis testing. SPSS is used for data analysis and for taking a sample of 50 people so that the validity and reliability can be tested. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, the authors conclude that marketing strategy and service quality together have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions at the Yogyakarta Giwangan Handicraft Shop. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and work environment on employee job satisfaction with communication as a mediating variable at PT. Harapan Sawit Lestari (HSL) Cargill Betivau Estate. This research is a quantitative research and primary data is taken using a questionnaire taken by accidental sampling on 74 respondents. Sampling using the Slovin formula. Data were collected through direct surveys and then processed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that leadership style had a positive and significant effect on communication. The work environment has no significant effect on communication. Leadership style, work environment, and communication partially have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Communication mediates the effect of leadership style on employee job satisfaction, but communication does not mediate the effect of the work environment on employee job satisfaction. Abstract

This study aims to explore the relationship and direct influence of Cognitive Capital and Social Interaction on Information/knowledge sharing behavior, the effect of Information/knowledge sharing behavior on purchase intention, and the direct influence of cognitive capital and social interaction on customer purchase intention on prospective used car buyers in Indonesia. On an ongoing basis, the company improves the behavior of sharing information/knowledge to bind customers so that there is customer buying interest in a product. Purchase intention is one of the important things in a company, if a company occurs in the behavior of sharing information/knowledge to customers, the customer's interest in buying a product will also increase. These efforts can be realized in the form of increasing customer cognitive capital, increasing social interaction with customers, and being able to provide better service to customers. Data were collected as many as 60 used car buyers with data collection techniques using a questionnaire containing 20 questions that must be filled out. The data that has been collected is then processed with SPSS for validity testing, hypothesis testing and classical assumption testing. The results showed that the cognitive capital variable had a positive effect on information/knowledge sharing behavior, social interaction had a positive effect on information/knowledge sharing behavior, and information/knowledge sharing behavior had a positive effect on purchase intention. Abstract

Increasingly competitive competition in the business world makes a business faced with opportunities and threats. MSEs in the combongan village must be able to compete and maintain their business in the midst of the tight business world by understanding the desires of their customers. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of innovation, competitive advantage, and market orientation on customer satisfaction at MSEs in Combongan hamlet. The research population is consumers who shop at the UMK in Combongan hamlet. The technique used is purposive sampling by distributing questionnaires which are measured by a Likert scale. Multiple regression analysis is an analytical technique used in this study. The results of this study indicate that innovation has no effect on customer satisfaction, competitive advantage has a positive effect on customer satisfaction and market orientation has no effect on customer satisfaction. The results of this study also show that simultaneously the variables of innovation, competitive advantage, and market orientation have a positive effect on customer satisfaction at MSEs in Combongan village. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze how economic activities in community empowerment in the village of West Maredan. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Qualitative research aims to describe a careful reality of a phenomenon that occurs. Data collection uses documentation, observations and interviews about economic activities in community empowerment. The results showed that in the sustainability of economic activities the two home industries studied, namely the tofu home industry and the brown sugar home industry, had 3 indicators in carrying out economic activities, the first was the production process, the production process that occurred both in the brown sugar home industry and the tofu home industry. in West Maredan still use the traditional system because the equipment used is not modern, in production activities there is no significant difference from both the tofu industry and the palm sugar industry. For tofu factories, the production process does not require extra effort, in contrast to palm sugar, it requires the help of 2 to 3 people starting from the process of felling palm trees and the process of cutting palm oil to be processed again. Economic activities will not be separated from distribution, distribution activities for the two home industries are carried out by delivering them to the nearest shop and market, there are also some middlemen who go directly to production sites, targets or consumers from the two home industries, not only people around Maredan Barat, but already some came from outside the region such as Pekanbaru, Duri and Siak. With the existence of economic activities in the West Maredan village, at least 15% of the community has been able to empower and ease the burden on several people who depend on their work from the production of these two home industries. Judging from the residents of Maredan Barat, there are 2,341 people and there are 10-12 buyers every day, so 20% of the production every day is always sold out.
