Abstract

his study intends to explore and examine the concept of the market from the perspective of Islamic teachings, both epistemologically and methodologically which have been practiced in the past. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis with a qualitative research type with a literature study approach. The results of this study prove that Islamic teachings have applied the market concept which includes foundations and characteristics as parameters and references in market governance, price setting, which avoid usury, gharar, maisir. The existence of the market has an important position in human life and life in general, so that Islamic doctrine provides a constructive and complementary basic reference as an effort to clean up the process of transferring property rights and goods from just, civilized and prosperous social relations. Abstract

The beauty of the human body shape still has various phenomena since he was born, there are those who are physically perfect and genetically perfect. On the other hand, there are also humans who are born with imperfect physical and genetic forms. In today's modern era, the existence of genital surgery has positive implications for people who are born with abnormal genitalia, such as men or women who have imperfect or double sex or are performed by men or women with genital organs. perfect sex but has a physical form similar to that of a man or a woman and it is this type that is often misused to perform genital change operations from male to female and female to male. Referring to the factors that have been stated above, the phenomenon of reassignment surgery or sex change is caused by physical factors and the sex itself. Therefore, the focus of the discussion in this article is on the implementation of transsexuals in the legality of reassignment surgery or sex change in Shari'ah in terms of the perspective of Islamic law based on the maqashid al-shari'ah paradigm. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity, leverage, and profitability on firm value. This study uses a quantitative method. The data used in this study is secondary data with data collection technique through Indonesia Stock Exchange and IDN Financial. The population used in this study are all transportation sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2021. This study used a purposive sampling method to select the number of samples that obtained 8 companies. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneously liquidity, leverage, and profitability affect firm value. Partially, liquidity and leverage have a positive effect on firm value, while profitability has no effect on firm value. Keywords : Liquidity, Leverage, Profitability, Firm Value

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, supervision and work motivation on employee work discipline at PT Media Sarana Data. The sample used in this study consisted of 69 respondents. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Multiple linear regression method is used to analyze in this study. This study shows the results that leadership style has no positive effect on work discipline with a t value of -1.088 <1.996 (t table) and a significance value of t is 0.281 > 0.05, so the first hypothesis (H1) in this study is not accepted. Supervision has a positive effect on work discipline with a t value of 4.040 > 1.966 (t table) and a significance value of t 0.000 <0.05, so the second hypothesis (H2) of this study is accepted. Work motivation has a positive effect on work discipline with a t count of 3.002 > 1.966 (t table) and a significance value of t 0.004 <0.05, so the third hypothesis (H3) of this study is accepted. Abstract

UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang annually accepts approximately 3,600 new students and is required to enter Ma'had Sunan Ampel Al-'Aly. Having Ma'had is certainly a challenge for the State Islamic University of Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang in terms of the domestic waste management system for female students, especially wastewater that comes from biological waste such as latrines, in the form of human excrement, and other waste in the form of liquid (black water). . The results of this study show environmental and economic problems with the settlement of 3,600 will produce 1.08 tons of fecal waste with an average breakdown per day each student emits 300 grams of black water waste and multiplied by the number of female students, namely 3,600. The amount of fecal waste produced will cause social, health, environmental and economic problems in the area of ​​UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang, besides having its own potential if it is managed with a good and correct governance system. The establishment of IPLTTS, which was initiated by researchers, is believed to be a solution to existing environmental and economic problems. This research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach and uses library research and field research in collecting data. Keywords: IPLTTS; Dormitory; Feces.

Abstract

The renewal of muamalah contracts is very important for the development of more dynamic, progressive and innovative Islamic banking products, so that they can compete with existing conventional banking products. The purpose of this study was to examine the legal basis and design of these multiple contracts and their application in Islamic banking products. The method used in this research is library research. with research. The results of this study are that one of the constructive efforts that is very helpful in developing Islamic banking products is al-jam'u bainal uqud/multi contract, this is a new contract that has never been discussed in classical fiqh books. Scholars allow these multiple contracts as long as they do not violate Islamic principles and values ​​because the purpose of the contracts is to clarify rights and obligations and avoid tyranny that leads to the benefit of humans in this world and the hereafter. Multi contracts in musyarakah mutanaqishah products, namely, syirkah, ijarah, and buying and selling, these contracts form one product, in ijarah Muntiyah bit-tamlik, namely wa'd contracts (promises), ijarah and buying and selling also form one product. Abstract

The research aim to examine the influence of service quality’s variables (i.e. tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) on customer loyalty. Multiple linear regression method, F-test and t-test were used to analyze data. The results proved the tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy variables of service quality were significantly influenced the customer loyalty at PT. Pos Indonesia(Persero) Kantor Pos Sleman, both simultaneously and partially. Furthermore, the reliability variable of service quality was identified dominantly influence the customer loyalty. Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the effect of job insecurity on turnover intention among employess of PT Timah Tbk Pangkal Pinang. The population of this study are employess of PT Timah Tbk Pangkal Pinang a sampel of 75 respondens is this study using purposive sampling method, meaning that the sample has special criteria according to researchers. The special criteria here are employees who are members division include the HR, Accounting, CSR. In this study the data collection used was primary data obtained from questionnaires which were analyzes using simple linear regression analysis techniqudes so it can be concluded that job insecurity thas significant impact on PT Timah Tbk Pangkal Pinang. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of attitudes, subjective norms, behavioral control, and maslahah on the intention to consume halal food and their implications for consumer behavior. Currently, the consumption of halal products in Indonesia continues to increase yearly, including in the province of West Sumatra, which has a majority Muslim community. For this reason, it is necessary to conduct research related to the consumption behavior of a consumer because the research results can affect economic growth. The distinguishes this research from previous research is the modification of TPB by adding the Maslahah variable. This study uses Islamic consumption theory, Islamic consumer behavior theory, and the Theory of Planned Behavior. This study uses survey data by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. Hypothesis testing uses SEM analysis with Smart PLS 4.0 software. The results of the hypothesis testing show that the attitude variable has no significant effect on intention. In contrast, the variables of subjective norm, behavioral control, and maslahah have a significant effect on consumption intention. The consumption intention variable also has a positive and significant influence on the consumption behavior of halal food among Muslim students in Padang city. Based on the results of the research, the implications of this research are the need for an understanding of religion to form a good attitude in carrying out consumption activities to avoid harm, besides that community cooperation, especially public figures, and scholars provides an example and encourages the community to carry out halal and good consumption. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of workload on employee performance at Palembang Sakinah Convection. The research method used is a quantitative method. Data collection techniques using research questionnaires. The total population is 48 employees and the sample used in the research using the purposive sampling method is employees in the production section of 40 respondents. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that there is a negative and significant effect of workload on employee performance at the Palembang Sakinah Convection.
