Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze in depth the performance of academic supervision carried out by school principals in improving teacher performance at SMP N 1 Bengkalis. The research method uses qualitative data collection techniques using observation, interviews and conclusions. The results of the research show that in planning academic supervision, information was obtained that the principal always gave authority to teachers to appreciate their innovations in teaching. The principal also visited the teacher's room. In order to check directly the state of teacher development in preparing administration. Supervision of the implementation of supervision by the school principal uses the Sigum application where with this application teachers will be given the ease of uploading data and increasing the use of science and technology. The supervision activities that will be carried out by the school principal are well structured. The implementation of academic supervision by the principal does not reduce the assessment of the principal as a supervisor who helps teachers improve teacher performance. Coaching and training is one of the forms provided by school principals which is a manifestation not of judging teachers but rather directing teachers' skills to be more capable of innovation. Preparation of syllabus, prota, process, lesson plans and preparation of effective teaching hours. Apart from that, the principal provides direction to teachers in the form of motivation for teachers, which is able to provide encouragement to develop teacher performance in their respective competencies. The role of the principal to provide input, ideas or forms of warning is a good attitude to achieve educational progress at SMP N 1 Bengkalis. Academic supervision has been carried out by the school principal through many stages, such as direct coaching, face-to-face and online (on the network). The principal also provides maximum direction at the end of the evaluation. Because there will be visible deficiencies in the learning process. These deficiencies are used to process and analyze the evaluation results. Based on the results of interviews and observations, providing guidance on learning evaluation as a form of follow-up. This guidance is carried out directly by supervisors and school principals during the evaluation. If the principal and supervisory team find teachers who are having difficulty carrying out learning evaluations, the team will try to overcome this

Abstract

: The aim of this research is to carry out Firanda Andirja's interpretation of the Tauhid verses in Tafsir Juz'Amma. This research is library research, which is a type of research that limits its activities only to library collection materials and document studies without the need for field research. The research method is a character research model. This study uses data collection techniques related to tawhid verses in the interpretation of Firanda Andirja, namely the book of tafsir which is a primary source. The method used in analyzing data is the analytical descriptive method, which describes the data that has been collected, then elaborated to find answers that can approach the problem raised, dissected fundamentally, before being implemented into an idea to get a conclusion on how Firanda Andirja interprets the verses of tawhid in his tafsir. After it is clear that Firanda Andirja's interpretation of the verses of tawhid is drawn and conclusions are drawn, the process of drawing this conclusion is carried out deductively. The use of deductive methods is carried out to make explicit conclusions from general problems. The result of the research is to find the mufasir's understanding of the verses of tawhid in Tafsir Juz 'Amma. Among them affirmed the trilogy of tawhid (ar-rububiyah, al-uluhiyyah, and asma' wa shifat), distinguishing the words Rabb and Ilah. Looking at the sources used by the mufasir in interpreting the verses of tawhid in Tafsir Juz 'Amma. These sources are bi al-Ma'tsur (Narration), among them sources from the Qur'an, hadith, sayings of the companions, tabi'in, earlier books. And the source of interpretation of bi al-ra'yi (ijtihadi). Discover the efforts made by the mufasir in restoring the pure teachings of monotheism. These efforts are to refute liberalism and pluralism, forbid Christmas greetings, and rectify the purpose of the grave pilgrimage.

Abstract

The phenomenon that occurs in the company's performance where the performance targets set by the company have not been achieved and the HR performance at PT KSE has not been optimal. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of competitiveness and marketing strategy on company performance at PT. Energy Source Works. This research design uses a cross-sectional design. Cross-sectional is the study of independent and dependent variables measured simultaneously. The sample of this study was 90 PT KSE service users from 18 service user companies taking as many as 5 people per company with a total of 90 people. The analysis tool used is SmartPLS Software. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence of competitiveness on the company's performance at PT. Karya Sumber Energy, with a coefficient value of X1 of 0.200 with T calculated > T table, Has a positive and significant influence of marketing strategy on company performance at PT. Karya Sumber Energy, with a coefficient value of X2 0.702 with T calculated > T table and There is a positive and significant influence of competitiveness and marketing strategy together on company performance at PT. Energy Source Work, with a coefficient of determination value of 0.735 or 73.5% with F calculated > F table

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the effect of Internal Control and Use of Information Technology on Higher Education Performance with Good University Governance as an Intervening Variable. The research methodology used in this research is quantitative. The population in this study were all officials, lecturers and employees at Ichsan Satya University. The sampling technique in this research used simple random sampling with a sample of 83 respondents who met the sample criteria. Data analysis for hypothesis testing uses path analysis through the SmartPLS Program. The results of this research show that internal control has a significantly positive effect on good university governance, the use of information technology has a significantly positive effect on good university governance, internal control has a significantly positive effect on higher education performance, the use of information technology has a significant positive effect on higher education performance, and good university governance significantly has a positive effect on higher education performance.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate Calistung learning strategies (reading, writing and arithmetic) at As-Safira PAUD located in Cijedil Village, Cugenang District, Cianjur Regency, with a focus on the effectiveness of the methods used in improving the basic skills of early childhood. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods, involving observation, interviews and documentation as data collection techniques. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide insight into effective learning practices and recommendations for improving teaching strategies in the future.

Abstract

This research discusses how Learning Community Management motivates student learning at SMAN 1 Sukanagara. This research aims to find out how the learning community is managed and to what extent it influences the competence of educators who will implement it in learning so that it will bring positive changes in the classroom which will increase student learning motivation. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive research using the case study method. Data collection techniques through interviews, questionnaires, observation, and document study. The research results show that learning communities that are carried out regularly provide positive changes to the competence of educators which have an impact on the student learning process. Active and fun learning will certainly influence student motivation to participate in learning. The learning community is also a place for developing personal character for educators to become more active, creative, and confident.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyebab guru belum mampu menyusun Sasaran Kinerja Pegawai di Platform Merdeka Mengajar dan menemukan strategi pendampingan melalui tahapan dalam manajemen pendampingan. Jenis Penelitiannya adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di tingkat Meso yaitu Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Cianjur pada bulan Maret-Mei 2024. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, angket, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kemampuan guru menyusun Sasaran Kinerja Pegawai di Platform Merdeka Mengajar akan meningkat jika diberikan strategi pendampingan yang tepat melalui tahapan analisis manajemen pendampingan yang meliputi; Perencanaan, Pengorganisasian, Pelaksanaan dan Evaluasi.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship education has become a primary focus for many higher education institutions in response to the increasingly complex demands of the job market and intensifying competition. Amid rapid technological advancements and digital transformation, skills such as adaptability, innovation, and risk-taking are highly valuable. The research aims to analyze the role of entrepreneurship education in higher education institutions in enhancing students' competitiveness in entering the workforce. This study utilizes a qualitative method, prioritizing literature analysis as the data source. Using databases like Google Scholar, articles are identified, filtered based on relevance, and analyzed inductively to extract and synthesize data. Validity is ensured through systematic documentation and triangulation. The research findings indicate that entrepreneurship programs significantly shape students' entrepreneurial attitudes and skills. Challenges include curriculum integration, soft skills development, and adaptation to technological advancements. The success of entrepreneurship programs is not only measured by the establishment of businesses but also their impact on society. Collaboration and continuous improvement are essential. Thus, entrepreneurship education in higher education institutions has the potential to enhance students' competitiveness. Efforts to improve the quality, relevance, and inclusivity of programs are crucial. These efforts are vital in shaping an innovative and influential entrepreneurial generation, overcoming challenges, and seizing opportunities in today's competitive business world

Abstract

This research employs a descriptive quantitative approach with an explanatory survey method to explore the influence of entrepreneurship knowledge on entrepreneurial interest among PGSD (Elementary School Teacher Education) students at Universitas Jambi, Class of 2023. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires distributed to 34 respondents, representing 25% of the total student population. Data analysis included validity and reliability tests, classic assumptions, hypothesis testing, and multiple linear regression. The findings indicate that entrepreneurship knowledge, acquired through training and classroom learning, significantly influences entrepreneurial interest. The T-test reveals that the t-value (5.362) exceeds the critical t-value (2.036) with significance below 0.05, indicating a significant partial effect. The F-test demonstrates that entrepreneurship knowledge simultaneously affects entrepreneurial interest, with an F-value (28.754) surpassing the critical F-value (3.14) at a significance level below 0.05. Factors influencing entrepreneurial interest include enjoyment, curiosity, attention, and involvement. This study suggests enhancing more practical and interactive entrepreneurship programs to stimulate entrepreneurial interest among students.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is one of the locomotives in improving the economy in Indonesia. Entrepreneurship will be able to run smoothly if an entrepreneur has good entrepreneurial competence, because with entrepreneurial competence an entrepreneur is able to design all business processes well before starting a business to obtain income. Apart from that, the development of increasingly sophisticated technology also has an impact on entrepreneurial income because technology functions as a transaction and business promotion tool that can influence entrepreneurs to be able to compete with other entrepreneurs in obtaining increased income. Therefore, the researcher aims to conduct research to determine the influence of entrepreneurial competence and digital marketing on the income of women entrepreneurs in Mangunharjo Village. The research method used is a quantitative method using a survey method which uses questionnaire techniques which are distributed to respondents in collecting data. The sample used was 70 female entrepreneur respondents from Mangunharjo Village, with data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that entrepreneurial competence and digital marketing have a significant effect on the income of women entrepreneurs in Mangunharjo Village. The research results also show that there are still several indicators with quite low scores, such as leadership, site design and business stability owned by respondents. Based on these results, the results of this research are expected to be able to become a reference in carrying out the necessary training for women entrepreneurs.
