Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies implemented by Batik Cipaku in increasing sales and maintaining its existence in a competitive market. In today's digital era, the development of internet technology has driven a shift in people's lifestyles and shopping habits from traditional (offline) to digital (online) methods. Batik Cipaku Bandung utilizes various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp to reach consumers and promote its products. The results show that the digital marketing strategy applied by Batik Cipaku is effective in increasing the number of sales. Consumer trust increases because the products sold are in accordance with the specifications listed on social media and timely delivery of goods. Batik Cipaku also successfully combines online and offline marketing through physical stores, participation in arts and crafts exhibitions, and collaboration with local designers, further expanding its market reach. This study concludes that implementing the right digital marketing strategy can help batik companies like Batik Cipaku to remain competitive and relevant in the market. A marketing strategy that focuses on cultural values and product quality has proven effective in attracting consumer interest and positioning Batik Cipaku as one of the key players in Indonesia batik industry.

Abstract

This research is a comparative study of the Self Efficacy of Mathematics teachers with Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) teachers in the city of Banjarmasin. The sample was taken randomly from 36 Mathematics teachers, while there were 71 MAN teachers from Banjarmasin City. Meanwhile, the research instrument is a questionnaire. The results of the research show that the self-efficacy of Mathematics teachers and MAN teachers in Banjarmasin city is descriptively both high, but in terms of percentage there is a significant difference of 2.95%. The self-efficacy of MAN teachers in Banjarmasin city was higher than Mathematics teachers in Banjarmasin city

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the role of Islamic Religious Education Teachers (PAI) in improving the religious digital literacy skills of students at SMAN 1 Glagah Banyuwangi. In this digital era, digital literacy skills are one of the main competencies that must be possessed by every individual, including in the context of religious education. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. Data collection techniques include in-depth interviews with PAI teachers, students, principals, and parents of students, direct observation in classrooms and school environments, and analysis of documentation such as curriculum, lesson plans, and digital teaching materials. The data analysis technique is carried out through data triangulation, which aims to ensure the validity and reliability of the findings by comparing data from various sources to get a comprehensive picture. The results of the study show that PAI teachers at SMAN 1 Glagah Banyuwangi play a crucial role in improving students' religious digital literacy through various strategies, such as the provision of relevant materials, the use of technology in the learning process, the development of an inclusive curriculum, and the provision of adequate resources and references. PAI teachers also face several challenges, including limited resources and the need to constantly update their tech skills. This writing is expected to provide in-depth insights into the best practices and challenges faced by PAI teachers in the digital era.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of burnout and work life balance on the performance of millennial employees in Batang Regency. The respondents in this study were 87 millennial employees who were met randomly by researchers. The research approach uses quantitative descriptive analysis. The collected questionnaire data was processed using SPSS 22 software. The results of this research show that burnout has a positive and significant effect on performance. If employees do not experience burnout then their performance will be good. Work life balance has a significant positive effect on the performance of millennial employees in Batang Regency. Employees who can avoid burnout tend to be more productive and efficient in their work. Likewise, a good work life balance allows employees to work with more focus and motivation. Therefore, companies need to pay attention to these two aspects to maximize employee performance, especially the millennial generation, which increasingly dominates the workforce today.

Abstract

Communication plays an important role in the organization of Islamic boarding schools. The purpose of this research is to find out the communication strategy at the Islamic Center Bin Baz Islamic Boarding School. The research method uses qualitative research, this type of field research, interview data collection, documentation and observation. Data analysis by presenting the data obtained, classifying the data and entering the data into sub-sections, analyzing the data obtained. The results of the study at the Bin Baz Islamic Center Islamic Boarding School used a communication strategy to students more by using direct communication (face to face), and to the guardians of students by using individual communication via cell phone/online or in general by using zoom media/group wa/fb. Implementation of bonding activities by assisting students with small groups, the task of the homeroom teacher is also the guardian of the dormitory, and strengthening activities between ustadzah and students. The positive effect of bonding between ustdzah and santri is that the ustadzah recognizes female students from their backgrounds, etc. student violations decreased. The culture that is built in communication at Islamic boarding schools is a way of communicating between ustdzah and female students with good and positive speech and language.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine Gender equality and quality education in X village. The material villages that care about education and women-friendly villages. The research methods used interview and questionnaire. The data were analyzed using transkrip application. The X village government cares about village women in all aspects of life in government. Apart from that, the ability to manage this is one of the assets possessed by the village because this ability is realized in quality education and the community in the village, especially village women, are involved in all aspects of the village. it can be concluded that there is a balance between the quality of education and gender equality which will make the X village government have good human resources in terms of quality education and good village gender equality

Abstract

Growing companies tend to shift the paradigm from viewing employees as work tools towards valuing them as competent human resources. Currently, trends show that employees who have new knowledge that is appropriate to the dynamics of changes occurring in the work environment are becoming increasingly important. A focus on human capital, which includes knowledge, education, training and skills, is now more crucial than ever. This research aims to explore whether education and training have an impact on employee performance. The sample in this study consisted of 75 employees selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 25 software. The research results show that there is a significant positive relationship between education and employee performance, which means that the higher a person's level of education, the higher their performance. In addition, training also has a significant positive effect on employee performance, indicating that a higher level of training will improve the employee's performance

Abstract

The Impact of Entrepreneurial Characteristics on Business Success of Women MSMEs in Gunungkidul Abstract: The study aims to identify women's entrepreneurial characteristics and analyze their influence on their business success. This research explores the influence between entrepreneurial characteristics of confidence, risk-taking, and leadership on business success. This research method uses a survey with a quantitative approach. The research design is explanatory research. The data collection technique used a structured questionnaire with a Likert scale. The sampling technique used stratified random sampling based on business type. This research involved 30 female MSME players in Semanu Village, Gunungkidul. Multiple regression analysis to test the effect of entrepreneurial characteristics of confidence, risk-taking, and leadership on business success. Data analysis using SmartPLS. The results showed that leader entrepreneurial characteristics have the strongest and most significant influence on business success with a coefficient of 0.418, while confident entrepreneurial characteristics have a moderate influence with a coefficient of 0.208 on business success and risk-taking entrepreneurial characteristics have a small influence on business success with a coefficient of 0.116. Leadership characteristics are the strongest factor influencing business success, followed by self-confidence, and finally by risk-taking. Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini merupakan menjelaskan tahap pelaksanaan serta keefektifan pelatihan media pembelajaran literasi berbasis aplikasi Google Sites untuk guru di SDN Nongkosawit 02 Kota Semarang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian mix method yaitu menggabungkan penelitian data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini merupakan guru SDN Nongkosawit 02 Kota Semarang dengan 9 guru, 3 guru laki-laki dan 6 perempuan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji statistik sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwasannya dalam pelatihan media pembelajaran literasi berbasis aplikasi google sites para guru mampu mengikuti pelatihan penyususnan media berbasis google sites ini dengan baik dan tidak banyak kendala, setiap guru mampu mengikuti setiap tahapan pelatihan dengan runtut mulai dari membuat situs baru, menambahkan konten, mengatur desain dan tata letak, pengaturan dan publikasi, berbagi dan pengelola akses serta pemeliharaan dan pembaharuan. Hasil rata-rata nilai kelas II dan kelas V mengalami peningkatan setelah implementasi media google sites. Peningkatan hasil rata-rata nilai kelas II sebesar 24,54 , dan kelas V sebesar 17,98. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa media google sites efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik.

Abstract

This research was conducted based on the urgency of Islamic education in the 5.0 era where all aspects of life are almost controlled by technology, so the role of Islamic education is needed in facing the challenges that may occur along with the times and technology. Therefore, this study aims to provide insights into how Islamic education should prepare everything to be ready to fight in this era. This research is library research which originates from various literature, both books and journals. The results of the study show that the human resources produced in education are decreasing because they prioritize technology, so Islamic education institutions and systems must be able to carry out various reforms that can maintain their existence in this 5.0 era.
