Abstract

Dalam bentuk demokrasi riil adalah ekonomi koperasi. Namun, perkembangan koperasi belum signifikan dan tidak memenuhi harapan yang diinginkan. Penelifian bertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti empiris mengenai faktor-faktor tentang pengaturan dan pengembangan sistem organisasi koperasi, permodalan ekonomi, modal manusia, pendidikan dan pelatihan, kewirausahaan dan strategi kemitraan yang berdampak pada peningkatan kesejahteraan anggota melalui kinerja dan pelayanan koperasi. Penrasalahan ini hendak dibahas dan dianalisis bagaimana hubungan antara faktor-fak untuk perkembangan koperasi dan apakah faktor faktar berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan koperasi dan lanerja kaperasi pelayanan serta berdampak pada kesejahteraan anggota. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kausafrtas dengan desain PeneNtian Survey Penelitian terhadap Anggota, Petugas dan Pengawas Guru KPRI Stratifite Situbondo di Jawa Timur dengan pengambilan sampel secara random sebanyak 260 responden sebagai sampel. Untuk mengetahui hubungan sebab akibat antara variabel eksogen (bebas) dan variabel endogen (terikat) dengan menggunakan analisis Partial Least Square (PLS). Dengan menggunakan Smart PLS, hasil pengujian hipotesis adalah variabel regulasi dan sistem organisasi memiliki korelasi positif yang signifikan dengan variabel pendidikan dan pelatihan, kewirausahaan dan kemitraan strategis. Variabel modal ekonomi juga memiliki korelasi positif yang signifikan dengan variabel kewirausahaan dan kemitraan strategis. Variabel pendidikan dan pelatihan mempunyai korelasi positif dengan variabel signiflkan kewirausahaan dan strategi kemitraan dan pada akhirnya terlihat bahwa variabel kewirausahaan signikan dengan variabel strategi kemitraan juga memiliki hubungan yang positif. Faktor pengembangan koperasi yaitu reguiasi dan sistem organisasi, permodalan ekonomi, kewirausahaan dan strategi kemitraan berdampak pada peningkatan kesejahteraan anggota melalui peningkatan kerjasama dan peningkatan faktor kinerja yaitu perkembangan regulasi dan sistem organisasi koperasi, kewirausahaan dan strategi kemitraan berdampak pada peningkatan lae9ejahtsraan anggota melalui peningkatan pelayanan koperasi. Berdasarkan nilai koefisien masing-masing variabel menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan koperasi mempunyai peranan yang lebih penting dari pada kinerja koperasi dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggotanya. Sedangkan faktor fakbor pengembangan koperasi yang mempunyai pengaruh paling besar terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan anggota adalah strategi kemitraan dan kewirausahaan. Selain itu, faktor pengembangan koperasi pemgkatan yang juga mempengaruhi peningkatan kesejahteraan anggotanya adalah regulasi dan sistem organisasi, permodalan ekonomi.

Abstract

Moral educationis one of the important things for the life of the Indonesian nation. Pancasila is used as the basis of the state, Pancasila is also the ideology of the state. besides that, Pancasila is also a way of life for the Indonesian nation. With the rapid development of technology, the acceleration of globalization is the same. This article will describe the implementation of Pancasila values ​​that must be applied so that the values ​​of Pancasila remain strong, it is necessary to strengthen the values ​​of Pancasila to the next generation of the nation, especially for students from elementary school to tertiary level. This can be pursued by learning about citizenship and also Pancasila. This article was created to keep Pancasila as a guideline in everyday life so as to make people who believe and fear one God, have a noble character, are independent, are democratically responsible, and become citizens who uphold the values ​​of Pancasila. This article is made with a qualitative method of collecting data through literature review with sources from various data, which contain studies on the implementation of Pancasila values ​​in the era of globalization, such as in books, articles and journals.

Abstract

Pancasila is the ideology of the Indonesian nation which is the guideline or basis for regulating the life of all Indonesian people, especially in the field of education. The writing of this article uses a qualitative method, which is a research using available theory and data. The sources cited in this theory are journals, articles and theses. This study aims to find out how to practice the values ​​contained in Pancasila in education in the midst of a Covid-19 pandemic like this. The writing of this article is to use a qualitative research method or a descriptive approach. In this study, the results show that in Pancasila, there are five principles, each of which provides benefits to the Indonesian people, especially their practice in the field of education during the Covid-19 pandemic like this. Education must continue to run even in these circumstances. Education is a powerful weapon to change the world, achieve the aspirations of the nation and be able to educate all generations of the Indonesian nation.

Abstract

The learning process and its results are influenced by several factors, including learning facilities. Learning facilities was including all of the necessary equipment in the learning process so that the learning objectives can be achieved smoothly, orderly, effective, efficient, and students can achieve optimal learning outcome. This research is a quantitative research with ex post facto research design. The study population was all students of class VIII MTs Darul Falah Cermee Bondowoso as many as 183 students. From that population, the sample was determined by using random sampling methods as many as 70 students. Data collection techniques which used in this research was questionnaire and documentation. After analyzing with simple regression analysis techniques, the results showed that the value of F regression is 409.304 with significance level 0.000% and the F table shows the value of 3.98 on a = 0.05 and 7.02 on a = 0.01. Based on these results, the value of F regression is more than the F table value, either on a = 0.05 and a = 0.01, it can be concluded that the independent variables (predictors) have a significant effect on the dependent variable (criterion). In addition, the effectiveness of the regression line shows the percentage of 85.75%. Thus, the use of school facilities have a significant effect as many as 85,75% on student’s science learning outcomes on eighth grade MTs Darul Falah Cermee Bondowoso on the second semester.

Abstract

Peer Tutor Cooperative Learning utilizes peers to act as a learning information center for other students, whose approach strategy is to form groups. Students are expected to more easily accept and understand subject matter from their more capable peers. This study aims to determine whether the Peer Tutor Cooperative Learning will improve student learning outcomes. This type of research is a classroom action research conducted at SMPN 1 Panji, Situbondo Regency. This research was conducted by researchers who act as economics teachers. This research is focused on class VII-F odd semester with 32 students. The application of the peer tutor cooperative learning model with the basic competence of identifying economic action based on economic motives and principles in various daily activities carried out at SMP Negeri 1 Panji has been quite successful. This can be seen from the enthusiasm and activeness of students during the learning process, and the test results obtained by students increased from the results of the test before the action with the cycle I test. Learning before the classical learning completeness action was 62.50%, while the results of the cycle learning test I achieved classical mastery of 96.88%. And the learning activities of class VII-F students can increase. This can be observed in the percentage of the average score of meetings, namely meeting I 54.2%, meeting II 69.22%, and meeting III 85.31%. This shows that the peer tutor cooperative learning model can improve students' understanding of economic actions, motives and principles so as to improve learning outcomes. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that with Peer Tutor Cooperative Learning can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Satisfaction of the buyer depends on the employee’s performance in meeting the expectations of buyers. Services to be a way to attract and provide a satisfaction to customers, which it can be measured by customer satisfaction. satisfaction of a person's feelings of pleasure or disappointment that emerged after comparing the performance of the products considered against the expected performance if the performance is below expectations, the customer is not satisfied, if the performance meets expectations, the customer is satisfied, if performance exceeds expectations, the customer is very satisfied. This study aims to determine whether there is influence MA AL - Cholili services to student satisfaction. This research is a quantitative study, the method of data collection using questionnaires, documentary, observation and interviews. The subjects were students of MA Al-Cholili class X until to class XII with a population of as many as 30 students. Data analysis using SPSS version 17.0 for windows. Hypothesis testing to determine the effect of MA Al-Cholili services to student satisfaction with the results of F = 2502.886668 > F = 4.195971707 then H0 is rejected or accepted Ha. Or it could be by comparing the P-value = 0.000 < α = 0.05, then the Ha received therefore MA Al-Cholili services affect student satisfaction percentage of MA Al-Cholili services according to the results output by 98.9 %, the percentage of MA Al-Cholili service is suggests that the effect of MA Al-Cholili services to a very high student satisfaction effect can be interpreted MA Al-Cholili services to the satisfaction of students having the effective contribution of 98.9 %. Student satisfaction can be derived from services deduced MA Al-Cholili are either in the process of learning or other activities.

Abstract

Given the teaching method as one of the things that affects student activities in participating in learning and also learning outcomes, a teacher must be able to apply the right method. Based on the various problems that occurred in grade VII, the teacher should start trying to apply the appropriate learning method, which is already agreeing to apply open-ended learning. Qualitative descriptive research method. The research location is SMP Negeri 1 Mangaran Situbondo. Collecting data using interviews, documentation and observation. The analysis in this research is to use qualitative descriptive analysis. The application of Open Ended Problem Learning (Open Ended Problems) can improve learning outcomes with completeness of student learning outcomes reaching as much as 87% in social studies subjects, the subject of economic action in class VII-D semester I SMP Negeri 1 Mangaran. With the application of Open Ended Problem learning, it can increase learning activities to reach a percentage of 85% in the social studies subject, the subject of economic action in class VII-D semester I of SMP Negeri 1 Mangaran.

Abstract

This study aims to increase students 'learning activities from very low to very high as well as students' understanding until they reach the KKM set in an integrated social studies subject. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is carried out in 2 cycles which include planning, action and observation, and reflection. Determination of the research location using the purposive area method, namely in class VII-A MTs Al Hidayah. Collecting data in this study using the method of observation, tests, interviews and documents. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. The results showed that the application of the simulation method with the sociodrama technique could increase the activity and understanding of class VII-A students which was realized by the daily test scores in accordance with the KKM of Integrated Social Studies subjects at MTs. Al Hidayah. This is evidenced from the results of the implementation of cycle I and cycle II. The results of observations regarding activity showed an increase in all activity indicators which initially entered the medium criteria, after the implementation of the action in cycle II increased to reach very high criteria. The increase in student understanding in accordance with the KKM can be seen from the increase in the average score of students' daily tests which initially was 73.38 with good criteria in cycle I, increasing to 84.91 with very good criteria in cycle II. These results have fulfilled the completeness individually, namely> 70. Classical completeness also increased, which initially was 83.87% in cycle I, increasing to 90.55% after the implementation of cycle II. The number of students in cycle II had fulfilled classical completeness, namely> 85%.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are 1) To determine the application of the Think Talk Write (TTW) method in improving student learning outcomes in Geography class VIII-G class in the odd semester of SMP Negeri 1 Panji. 2) To determine the increase in student learning outcomes in the process of implementing the Think Talk Write (TTW) method in Geography in class VIII-G in the odd semester of SMP Negeri 1 Panji. 3) For experience / learning for researchers in practicing the knowledge gained while in college and for continuing similar research. The research subjects were students of class VIII G SMP Negeri 1 Panji, with the number of research objects being 36 students. This research uses a qualitative approach and the type of research is classroom action research. Data collection methods used were interviews, observation and tests. Data collected in the form of teacher activities, interview results and test results. The research was conducted in two cycles, and each cycle consisted of two meetings. The Think Talk Write (TTW) learning model is very interesting because in the delivery of material students are invited to think and be active, so that students can easily understand the material being studied. In Think Talk Write (TTW) learning, students seem active, especially in group discussion activities. The results obtained from this study were the percentage of classical learning completeness in the pre-action treatment was 44.44%, while the first cycle was 77.8% and the second cycle experienced an increase in the number of obtaining 100%. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the application of the Think Talk Write learning method can be used as a technique to improve student activity and learning outcomes.

Abstract

Seeing the differences in the results of several previous studies on metacognitive abilities in problem solving, researchers are interested in examining students' metacognitive abilities in problem solving in terms of gender differences. This problem is important to study because it aims to determine the implementation of the metacognitive abilities of male and female students in problem solvingThe purpose of this study was to determine the metacognitive ability of male and female students in problem solving using TIMSS questions at SMP Al-Falah Pesanggrahan Jangkar for the 2020/2021 academic year. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The subjects of this study were one male student and one female student from class VII SMP AL-Falah Pesanggrahan who had the same mathematical ability. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, mathematical ability tests and TIMSS questions. Data analysis in this study was analyzed on each data collection technique. The results of data analysis showed that there was no difference in metacognitive ability in problem solving between male and female students. The metacognitive abilities of male and female students have been used well in problem solving. Both of them can explain their thinking process in every stage of problem solving.
