Abstract

Kepuasan pelanggan merupakan inti dari setiap bisnis, dalam jangka pendek sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan revenue dan profit, sedangkan dalam jangka panjang dapat membangun loyalitas dan memperkuat merek. Beberapa model kepuasan pelanggan yang telah digunakan pada beberapa Negara, seperti di Eropa (ECSI/ European Customer Satisfaction Index), Amerika (ACSI/American Customer Satisfaction Index), menggunakan model Partial Least Square (PLS). Minyak goreng bermerek memiliki market size mencapai Rp 12 Triliun setiap tahunnya. Persaingan minyak goreng bermerek semakin tinggi, sebagaimana ditandai dengan jumlah merek yang bertambah dan semakin menurunnya penetrasi konsumsi minyak terhadap GDP per kapita di Indonesia. Berdasarkan data Top Brand di Indonesia selama 10 tahun terakhir, terlihat bahwa sebuah merek minyak goreng superior dalam 3 tahun terakhir mulai mengalami penurunan. Hal ini merupakan salah satu indikator berkurangnya pangsa pasar sebagai akibat dari loyalitas pelanggan yang menurun meskipun kepuasannya tetap. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab permasalahan (a) Bagaimana hubungan kausalitas yang terjadi di antara peubah-peubah latent, sebagai faktor penting dalam pembentukkan kepuasan pelanggan, (b)Apakah kepuasan pelanggan secara keseluruhan berpengaruh secara nyata terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, dan (c) Bagaimana bentuk terbaik dari model Partial Least Square kepuasan pelanggan. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode survey, di wilayah Kecamatan Bogor Barat, dan Kecamatan Tanah Sareal. Sampel berukuran 100 orang responden secara nonprobability. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hubungan kausalitas yang terjadi di antara peubah-peubah latent pembentuk kepuasan pelanggan, seluruhnya memiliki hubungan kausalitas yang positif dan nyata. Faktor-faktor penting pembentuk kepuasan pelanggan yang telah ditetapkan dalam model Partial Least Square (PLS), memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan nyata terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Bentuk model PLS terbaik dari kepuasan pelanggan minyak goreng di Kota Bogor, adalah dengan mengeluarkan indikator IMAGE3 pada peubah latent Image dan indikator LOYAL1 pada peubah latent Loyalty. Abstract

Health is very important for every individual. This will make people more concerned with their health and will make various efforts to maintain their health. On the other hand, the state is obliged to guarantee the health of its citizens. Therefore, the state established a National Health Insurance (JKN) program to provide health insurance for all Indonesian people. This government program is organized by the Health Insurance Administration Agency (BPJS). This study aims to determine the extent of satisfaction of inpatients in Melania Hospital to the services provided by the BPJS Health program. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative methods in finding answers to the level of satisfaction of inpatients in Melania Hospital using the BPJS Health program. This explanation is supported by questionnaire data obtained from 317 inpatients using the BPJS Health program. The results of this study indicate that the quality of services provided by Melania Hospital to BPJS inpatients is good with a total average value of 4.10. For tangible dimensions the average value is 4.10, the reliability dimension the average value is 4.04, the responsiveness dimension the average value is 4.12, the assurance dimension the average value is 4.09 and the empathy dimension the average value is 4.13. The advice given is that Melania Hospital should fix a number of indicators that are still below the standard set by Melania Hospital. Abstract

Business and consumer behavior that is always changing and growing rapidly requires companies to make changes in strategy to increase competitive advantage. The purpose of this study is (1) To determine the strategy of internal and external factors in implementing umbrella brand strategy at PT. Indofood as a competitive advantage. (2) To find out the strategy applied in developing the umbrella brand strategy of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur as a competitive advantage. The results of this study are (1) Brand that has long been known by the people of Indonesia gets a weight of 0.104 and a rating of 3.8, Brand Image known as a food solution weighs 0.066 and a rating of 3.8, a Brand that has a sufficiently mature strategy is included in the Umbrella brand strategy and excels in competing . (2) PT Indofood's main strengths are brands that have a mature enough strategy, including umbrella brand strategy and excel in competition, Indofood's main weakness is Umbrella Brand (umbrella of many products) which creates confusion among consumers' perceptions of the products number, Indofood's main opportunity is Relationship with stakeholders (communities, retail traders), Indofood's Main Threats are several types of products that have similarities with competitors. (3) Indofood which is in quadrant I position that implements an aggressive strategy using internal strength to take advantage of external opportunities. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the facility support, service performance and customer satisfaction have on the word of mouth R. S. Sentra Medika Cibinong. The method of analysis in this study uses multiple regression analysis and correlation to test the significance of the relationship between variables with a quantitative approach. The data source of this research is primary data obtained by interview using online questionnaire instruments to 100 respondents. The results of this study indicate that all independent variables have a positive effect on word of mouth. However, customer satisfaction variables that significantly influence word of mouth.Keywords: FACILITY SUPPORT, SERVICE PERFORMANCE, CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, AND WORD OF MOUTH.

Abstract

Consumption of instant noodle products in Indonesia is quite high. Especially the Indomie instant noodle which is the market leader in the Indonesian instant noodle product market. In purchasing products, consumers are influenced by three factors, namely motivation, culture, and consumer attitudes. This research is a survey research with data collection method through interviews using a questionnaire instrument to 100 respondents in the Bogor city. Based on the analysis of the data obtained, it is known that of the three variables studied, Consumer Attitude is the most influential variable on the Purchase Decision of Indomie brand instant noodle products because it has the greatest beta value among the other variables. From the partial test results (t and F test) it can be obtained that the three exogeneus variables (Consumer Motivation, Culture, and Consumer Attitudes) have the same strong and positive influence simultaneously on the Purchase Decision of Indomie brand instant noodle products.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Atmosphere, Facilities, and Word of Mouth on the Interest of the Guests' Stay at Padjadjaran Suites Resort and Convention Hotel Bogor Nirwana Residence. To answer the purpose of the study used multiple regression tests which include simultaneous and partial tests as well as the coefficient of determination test. Determination of the number of samples carried out by the Roscoe technique of 100 guests and then determined as respondents with a purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the atmosphere partially influences the interest in staying guests in hotels, facilities partially influences the interest in staying guests in hotels, and Word of Mouth partially influences the interest in staying guests in hotels, as well as from the results of simultaneous testing or F tests obtained the results of Atmosphere, Facilities and Word of Mouth have a positive effect on Interest in Stay. Whereas in the multiple regression table the Atmosphere variable 0.282 states a score of 0.282, the Facility variable 0.365 states a score of 0.365 and in the Word of Mouth variable 0.663 states a score of 0.663 and an R square value of 0.544 is obtained, which means the dependent variable is influenced by the independent variable of 54, 4% while the remaining 45.6 is influenced by other variables not examined Keywords : atmosphere, facilities, word of mouth, attitude, stay interest

Abstract

The study was based on a formulation of problems, namely are Operational Cost versus Operating Income (ROA), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) on Business Performance (ROA) at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk., PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk., and Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of operational cost compared to Operating Income (ROA), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) on Business performance (ROA) at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk., PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, and Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. The method used in this research is quantitative method. This method is used to predict the effect of one variable with another variable. In this study the variable X (Operating Expenses compared to Operating Income (ROA), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) are independent variables (free) and Y (Return On Asset) is the dependent variable (dependent). The data obtained was secondary, and to analyze the data, multiple regression analysis was used. During the observation period of the study showed that the data were normally distributed. Based on the test multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test found no variable that deviates from the classical assumption tests, this shows that the available data are qualified to use a multiple linear regression model. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that there is significant influence of operational costs when compared to Operating Income (ROA), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk., PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero ) Tbk, and Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. with test results of multiple linear regression equation

Abstract

High school students should already be thinking about the plan to continue their study to higher levels in accordance with their interests. Many programs offered by public and private universities, one of them is Business Administration Program. The aims of this research are, firstly to examine the significance of interests of high school students in the city and region of Bogor, specifically on choosing the Business Administration program. Secondly, this research tries to investigate the factors influencing the interests of high school students to continue their study in higher education. The method used in this research is descriptive statistics using Survey. Data collection is conducted by way of observations assisted with questionnaire instruments and interview. Samples are gathered using Purposive Sampling. Slovin formula is used to determine the amount of samples needed. The results show that the students are interested in taking the major of Business Administration and that they are supported with Office Administration background in their current study, this is followed by other students with different backgrounds. The research concludes that high school students’ interest in Business Administration Program is influenced by their own current background study. Other factors also significant in influencing the students’ interest are the parents’ social condition and the campus’ facilities.

Abstract

A Company’s main objective when running a business is to achieve the highest possible profit and sales and to develop markets all circles by performing campaigns and provide attractive offers to the consumer that the products sold by the company attract attention from consumers and companies acquire more consumers. If the company able to deliver what consumers want and making consumers satisfied with products that are produced by the company, then consumers will always buy the products that are sold by the company. The purpose of this research is to know how to influence the marketing mix to the satisfaction of the customer, to find out how the marketing mix of influences purchasing decisions, and to find out how the influence of customer satisfaction on purchasing decisions. As for the marketing mix variables, consumer satisfaction, and purchasing decisions will be identified and quantified the extent of the influence of these variables. The evaluation results in this study show that purchasing decisions on PT Multi Manunggal furniture can be influenced by the marketing mix and customer satisfaction by way of perfecting all activities such as good skills, knowledge, and expertise as well as discipline which are enforced programmatically by the company, to achieve optimal results. As for the marketing focused by PT Multi Manunggal, marketing mix of quality will be effecting positively the purchasing decisions and consumer satisfaction on an ongoing basis.

Abstract

Indonesian Banking is currently experiencing significant growth, when seen from fund collections, fund management and credit allocations. A bank’s main function has the obligation to collect funds, one of which is through current accounts. This is a relatively easy method in collecting third party’s funds. The research is aimed to uncover the link of BI rate with the rupiah allocation of fund in Indonesian banks, and how far it is affecting the decision of savings and current accounts. This study is conducted using descriptive and quantitative analysis of the data obtained from Bank of Indonesia statistics. The results show. The results using the correlation method for one-month rupiah deposits, r = -0.2384, 3-month rupiah deposits, r = -0.6108, 6-month rupiah deposits, r = -0.1615, and for rupiah deposits 12 months, r = 0,9775 this show that r = -0, the relationship x and y is negative and very strong (the opposite relationship x and y). However, when looking for savings by the method of research the results of correlation r = -0.795, indicating that the relationship x and y is also negative and very strong. From the analysis of hypothesis testing (Test T) obtained T calculated for each deposit period is 0.8852 (one month), - 0.0069 (3 months), -0.0102 (6 months), -0.0259 ( > = 12 months), whereas for savings products -4, 7319, assuming a 95% confidence value, then count assessed T is smaller than the T table by 2.16. Where it is indicated that H0 accepted, Ha rejected the hypothesis stated interest rate does not affect the amount of deposit and savings.
