Abstract

Human Resource (HR) planning in healthcare service management at the Growth and Development Special Hospital in Region X focuses on workforce development to meet future service needs. This study analyzes the implementation of BPJS-based healthcare services for child growth and development, and evaluates its long-term sustainability. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach through literature studies, observations, interviews, surveys, and documentation. The analysis focuses on internal and external factors that influence the success of healthcare services. The Growth and Development Special Hospital implements a strategy based on the McKinsey 7S model to ensure alignment of values, organizational culture, and HR management practices with the hospital's vision and mission. The servant leadership approach is applied to create a positive work environment that encourages innovation and collaboration. Through a transparent recruitment system, needs-based competency development, and ongoing training, this hospital seeks to improve the competitiveness and quality of healthcare services for pediatric patients with growth and development disorders, while supporting government programs in reducing stunting rates and realizing Indonesia's golden generation.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of usability, e-satisfaction, and e-security on e-loyalty in the use of the mobile instant messaging application WhatsApp. The rapid growth of information and communication technology, particularly in mobile instant messaging, has transformed how society communicates, including in Indonesia. WhatsApp, as one of the most popular applications, facilitates communication and fosters user loyalty. This study employs a quantitative approach with a descriptive method, involving a sample of 100 active WhatsApp users who have used the application for at least six months. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method. The findings indicate that usability and e-security have a positive and significant impact on user e-loyalty. However, e-satisfaction does not show a significant effect on e-loyalty, suggesting that while users may feel satisfied, their satisfaction does not necessarily translate into increased loyalty. This research provides valuable insights into the factors influencing WhatsApp user loyalty and underscores the need to explore additional variables that may contribute to e-loyalty.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has brought significant changes across various sectors, including payment systems. The Quick Response Code Indonesia Standard (QRIS) is one of the key innovations in digital payment systems developed by Bank Indonesia and the Indonesian Payment System Association. This study aims to analyze the impact of using the digital payment method QRIS on consumer purchasing decisions in Sukabumi City using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach. The variables studied include perceived usefulness, user attitude, and intention to use, measured through an online questionnaire involving 98 respondents. The results show that these three variables significantly influence purchasing decisions. QRIS is believed to provide convenience, efficiency, and comfort in transactions, thereby encouraging positive attitudes and high usage intentions. In conclusion, the implementation of QRIS can enhance transaction efficiency and positively impact consumer purchasing behavior, particularly in the MSME sector. This research contributes to the development of digital payment systems in Indonesia and is expected to provide input for policymakers in supporting broader adoption of QRIS.

Abstract

Efficiency is a critical indicator of a company's performance, reflecting its ability to utilize resources effectively. Previous studies on efficiency have often presented inconsistent findings regarding the influence of financial ratios, corporate governance, and business risk. This study aims to analyze the effect of financial ratios (leverage, liquidity, profitability), good corporate governance, and business risk on the efficiency of manufacturing companies in Indonesia listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2023. The study uses a sample of 67 manufacturing companies selected through purposive sampling, yielding 469 observations over seven years. Panel data regression analysis was employed using EViews 9 software to test the hypotheses. The results indicate that leverage and business risk positively influence company efficiency, while liquidity, profitability, and governance do not show a significant effect. These findings suggest that financial decision-making and risk management play a pivotal role in enhancing efficiency.  The study highlights the importance of managing leverage and mitigating business risks to optimize efficiency. Investors should consider these factors when evaluating potential investments. Future research should incorporate additional variables to provide a more comprehensive understanding of efficiency determinants.

Abstract

Business continuity refers to a company's ability to sustain growth and development in a competitive market while ensuring long-term sustainability and profitability. Micro and Small Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in the Indonesian economy, contributing 97% to the workforce and 60.4% to economic activity. This study analyzes the influence of Human Resources (HR), materials, and capital on MSME business sustainability, with festivals as a moderating variable, in Serang Beach, Blitar. Despite their significance, MSMEs face challenges in maintaining business continuity. This quantitative study used primary data from 52 MSME actors, analyzed using SmartPLS. The results showed that materials and capital positively affected business sustainability, while HR had no significant impact. Festivals strengthened the relationship between materials and capital and business sustainability but did not moderate the effect of HR. These findings provide new insights into the role of cultural festivals in enhancing MSME sustainability and highlight the importance of effective resource management in achieving a sustainable competitive advantage.

Abstract

Job satisfaction plays a crucial role in enhancing employee productivity and efficiency. High job satisfaction motivates employees to perform better, while dissatisfaction can lead to decreased motivation and performance. Companies must consider factors that contribute to job satisfaction to foster a harmonious work environment. This study analyzes the impact of financial compensation, work facilities, and workload on employee job satisfaction at PT. Cakrawala Cemerlang Box in Mojokerto. Using a quantitative approach with a correlational research design, the study involved 36 office employees as participants. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that financial compensation, work facilities, and workload each have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, both individually and collectively. With a determination coefficient of 78.5%, these three factors account for the majority of variations in job satisfaction. In conclusion, increasing financial compensation, ensuring adequate work facilities, and implementing effective workload management significantly enhance employee job satisfaction. This highlights the importance of corporate strategies in managing these aspects to support employee performance and well-being.

Abstract

In a situation of economic constraints, the risk of fraudulent financial reporting becomes a major concern. This study examines the Fraud Hexagon Theory in identifying fraudulent financial reporting. This study uses a quantitative approach with a focus on financial companies in the banking subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2020–2022, with a total of 47 companies. The sample was selected using purposive sampling, including companies that published complete annual reports and were identified as committing fraudulent financial reporting at least once in three years of observation. The results of the study indicate that financial stability and rationalization have a positive effect on fraudulent financial reporting, while ineffective monitoring, capability, arrogance, and collusion have a negative effect. These findings indicate that financial pressure and internal justification increase the risk of fraud, while the effectiveness of supervision and certain individual factors can reduce the tendency to manipulate financial reporting. This study provides insights for regulators, auditors, and stakeholders in improving supervision and mitigating fraud risks in the banking sector. The resulting policy implications can be used to strengthen the internal control system and reduce the potential for fraudulent financial reporting in the future.
