Abstract

Adaptive Physical Learning is an integral part of an overall education that aims to develop aspects of physical fitness, movement skills, critical thinking skills, social, reasoning, emotional, mental retardation is a term used to describe children who have intellectual abilities below the average. This study aims to test the modification of playing bocce ball on the throwing ability of moderately mentally retarded students at SLB Paedagogia Maospati for the 2020/2021 academic year. The subjects of this study were students with moderate mental retardation in grade VIII at SLB Paedagogia Maospati for the 2020/2021 academic year. The sample in this study amounted to 1 person because it used Single Subject Research (SSR).The design used in this study is A1 – B – A2. With 8 meetings for thephase baseline A1, Intervention andphase baseline A2. In playing throwing activities, the results of the baseline A1 25 and A2 87 baseline values obtained from the mean level data. The results of this study indicate that the modified effect of playing bocce ball on throwing ability has increased in number from the baseline phase to the intervention phase which indicates a decrease in sedentary behavior from the baseline stage (A1) to the intervention stage (B) decreased in number by (-25%) and there was 0% overlapping of data. And there was an increase in the number of steps from the intervention stage (B) to the baseline stage (A2) by (+8%) and there was 0% overlapping of data.

Abstract

Parental support is needed to support the success of a child when practicing and competing. The covid-19 pandemic caused athletes to reduce the frequency and duration of their training resulting in a lack of monitoring from coaches and led to a decrease in motivation. This study has the goal of knowing the relationship between parental support and the motivation to train athletes. The study subjects were 20 karate athletes. Data collection through the dissemination of questionnaires in the form of google forms and disseminated online. Data analysis is carried out by looking for the relationship between two variables, namely by using correlation coefficient analysis with the Statistical Program for Social Sciences (SPSS) application version 20 and the level of significance (p value) < 0.05. It is stated that there is a correlation / relationship if the p value > r table and obtained a result of 0.609 > 0.444 so that the relationship of parental support with athlete training motivation falls into the category of strong correlation. This research can be used as a basis related to the determination of the program by the coach and parent's reference that the parent's support in the form of emotional support, appreciation, information, advice, and praise can make the child develop well, have a sense of trust, so that his hopes can achieve the desired achievement.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of tabata exercise treatment on maintaining physical fitness of female students of SMPIT Ar Ruhul Jadid during the covid-19 pandemic. The total population to be studied is 22 students. The sample used for the study were students from class VII to class IX. To obtain data in this study, a Harvard Step Test pretest was held at the first meeting. The next meeting was to give tabata training treatment as many as 16 meetings with an intensity of 3 exercises per week. After carrying out the treatment 16 times, the last stage was given a posttest in the form of a Harvard step test. Data collection techniques used are tests and measurements. The test and measurement used in this research is the Harvard Step Test. The analysis used in this study is the t-test (Paired Sample Test). From the statistical analysis data obtained a sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the pretest and posttest groups of the Harvard Step Test. The benefit of this research is to provide an overview for future research

Abstract

The Montessori method, which is a learning method that depends on each student, has the advantage of growing critical thinking, collaborating, and acting more assertively. Children with good cognition are characterized by problem-solving skills by prioritizing prosocial in every interaction, and vice versa. The lack of research in the field of sports related to motor and montessori movements, especially in West Nusa Tenggara and the results of observations at the MI Al Ijtihad school still use a monotonous learning pattern so that students tend to be passive, not independent and not confident so that it affects motor skills, in this study what is meant is rough motoric. The population in this study were students of MI Al-Ijtihad, totaling 20 students. In this study, researchers used purposive sampling with certain criteria. In this study, the researchers used instruments, namely the Zig-zag Running test and the Throwing the ball at the target. The type of research used is a quantitative experiment with a pre-test post-test group design. The data analysis technique used is the t-test through the t-test formula. From the results of statistical data analysis of the effect of modification of props on gross motor skills, the tcount X (throwing the ball at the target) of 5.446 simultaneously between Y and X1 draws conclusions from the table analysis at a significant level of 5% with the number of samples (n - 1), namely 19 is 2,869. So it can be concluded that ''There is an effect of modification of Montessori teaching aids on gross motor skills seen from tcount > ttable (5.446 > 2.869).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the learning of hockey skills through a peer teaching model approach. The method used in this study is an experimental method with The Static Pretest-Posttest Design. This study used a sample of 30 students. Based on the results of the analysis conducted by the researcher on the object under study, there is a significant effect of the peer teaching model on improving the learning outcomes of hockey skills. In this study, it is also known that the peer teaching model has a significantly more effective than the conventional model on improving hockey skills learning outcomes. This is because in peer teaching model students learn actively, thereby increasing their learning motivation. With higher learning motivation, students have a strong desire to master the skills taught by their own friends, this makes the learning process more effective so that it has a positive effect on improving learning outcomes. Thus, to improve student learning outcomes in learning hockey skills, peer teaching models can be used which provide high motivation and better influence on improving learning outcomes when compared to conventional learning models.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of online learning and student learning outcomes majoring in Sports Education Sport Science Faculty Universitas Negeri Surabaya during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a type of survey research. The population in this study was Sports Education students in the class of 2018, 2019 and 2020 with a technique sampling through purposive sampling, with the number of samples was 117 students. The instruments used are questionnaires via google form and student grades from Siakadu. Data analysis techniques using percentage. Based on the results of the study can be explained;1) related to the understanding of students to the material delivered by lecturers, 43.6% understanding, 41.9% not all understanding and 14.5% not understanding, 2) the use of video tutorials, 53.8% using, 41% not all uses and 5.1% not using,3) online learning assessment satisfaction, 24.8% satisfied, 56.4% quite satisfied and 18.8% dissatisfied, 4) the learning process, 82.1% offline and 19.9% online. While the results of the analysis of student learning value data in the even semester 2020/2021 there are 14 practical subjects and the average grades are A and A-. The conclusion in this study is; 1) the online learning process is going well, because students can understand the material provided by lecturers, 2) the value of average student learning outcomes well, that's A and A-.

Abstract

The number of samples is 45 people. The type of research used in this research is quantitative with quasi-experimental method. This research design uses Non-Randomize Control Group Pre-test post-test Design, with data analysis using ANOVA. The data collection process was carried out by means of a push-up test and a medicine ball throwing test during the pre-test and post-test. Furthermore, the research data were analyzed using the SPSS 17.0 series. The results showed that there was a significant effect of the crocodile push-up exercise program on arm muscle strength, with an average post-test measurement result of 20.67, which was higher than the pre-test measurement result of 17.27, there was a significant effect. The crocodile push-up exercise program has a significant effect on arm muscle power, with an average post-test measurement of 135.19, which is higher than the pre-test measurement of 117.36. There is a significant effect of the T push-up exercise program. on arm muscle strength, with an average post-test measurement result of 18.60, looks higher than the results of the pre-test measurement of 16.87, there is a significant effect of the T push-up exercise program on arm muscle power, with the results the average post-test measurement is 130.59, it looks higher than the results of the pre-test measurement of 119.77, there is a difference in the effect of crocodile training push-ups and T-push-up exercises on arm muscle strength. With the calculation results show the value of Sig. 000 > = 0.05 in the ANOVA test, so that the crocodile push-up exercise had a better effect than the T push-up exercise and the control group on increasing arm muscle strength. Based on the analysis above, it can be concluded that there is an increase in arm muscle strength and arm muscle power for each group after being given exercise. Crocodile push-up exercise gave a better effect than T push-up exercise and the control group on arm muscle strength and arm muscle power.

Abstract

The results of this study indicate that the use of the Jigsaw type of cooperative learning model has a positive impact on improving students' physical fitness learning outcomes. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with 18 students in Class IV as the subject. Based on the results of the research data, it can be concluded: (1) The initial data is known before the action is given, it can be explained that the majority of students have not shown learning outcomes with a percentage of learning completeness 0% with a total of 0 students, or students who get scores in a good category in the range of values 80-89 with completeness criteria as many as 0 students (0%), students who obtained scores in the sufficient category in the range of values 70-79 in the sufficient category with completeness criteria as many as 0 students (0%) while students who did not complete as many as 18 students with grades percentage of 100% or each in the range of values from 60 to 69 in the poor category as many as 8 students (44%) and students in the range of values < 60 in the less category as many as 10 students (56%) and no students in the very good category with value range 90-100. (2) In Cycle I, the average score of learning outcomes was 70.94, there were 11 students (61%) completed, and 7 students (33%) had not. (3) In Cycle II, the average score of the pilot test was 81.82, there were 18 students (100%) completed and 0 students (0%) incomplete. It increased from 0% at the initial condition, to 61% at the end of cycle I and increased to 100% at the end of cycle II. Thus this proves that the application of the jigsaw type of cooperative learning model has a positive effect on increasing students' willingness to exercise.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training using the obstacle and target method on the accuracy of pointing in petanque sports. The problem in this study is the lack or weakness of accuracy in doing the pointing technique. This type of research is experimental-based quantitative. The population of this study were club petanque players, totaling 23 people. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample of 15 consisting of a target class, an obstacle class, and a control class. Data collection by pretest using obstacles and targets. After that, the pointing throw treatment was given 13 times in the target class, the obstacle class, and the control class carried out the pointing throw and after that the posttest was carried out. The results of the data and research hypothesis testing using a t-test (paired sample t-test) at a significance level of less than <0.05. From the research, the following results were obtained: 1) The target class based on the paired t test results obtained a sig of .000 This value is smaller than 0.05, so using the target training method can affect the accuracy of the pointing technique. 2) Obstacle class based on the paired t test results obtained a sig of .144. This value is greater than 0.05, so using the obstacle training method has no effect on the pointing technique. 3) The control class based on the results of the paired t-test, obtained sig 0.043. This value is smaller than 0.05, so it can be said that if you do not use the obstacle and target method, it can be concluded that the obstacle and target training method has an effect on the accuracy of pointing accuracy.

Abstract

This research intend to knowing the effectiveness of the implementation of social media-based physical sports and health education using whatsapp at SDN Angkatanlor 02. The thing that underlies this research is distance learning activities implemented by the government. Therefore, SDN Angkatanlor 02 apply learning PJOK online using social media whatsapp. But it is not yet known how the effectiveness of learning PJOK use whatsapp in SDN Angkatanlor 02. This research is a qualitative descriptive. The research samples used PJOK teacher and 30 students from class 3, 4, and 5. The data collection teqnichues used method observation, interview, and documentation. The results of this research are learning physical education, sports and health using social media whatsapp has proven to be effective at SDN Angkatanlor 02. This is proven based on: 1. Good technology access from teachers and students, 2. The ability to use technology that is qualified by teachers and students, 3. Teacher activities in good teaching styles and strategies, and 4. Student activities in learning habits using good social media.
